Updated by shyamsunder m I have made online payment through ICICI bank for an amount of Rs. 7250/-, with a transaction no. BIL*ONL*[protected]*CITRUS on 17.08.2018, as advised by ICICI lambardo, to get either the policy or at least the cover note to use my vehicle on the roads. Without which i cannot run my vehicle on the roads as my policy is expired on 10.08.2018.
I have made so many complaints and many times i discussed with Customer cars but till date I have not received my policy renewal. My policy no. is 3001/[protected]/01/B00. I have to urgently to go far places by my vehicle but without insurance I cannot run my vehicle on the roads. If I go on hired vehicle it will be thousands of Rupees which I cannot afford.
Requested to book a consumer complaint and resolve. also requested to to help me to get penalty for delay by ICICI Lambardo from mental tension and inconvenience due to non availability of my vehicle.
This is with reference to my continuous followups and discussions with customer care but till now I have not received my policy. Send today immediately.
Icici Lombard — delay in sending car insurance policy even after 30 days.
I have renewed my car policy by paying online payment of rs. 7250/- through icici online. The policy number is 3001/[protected]/01/b00.
I have consulted the customer care n number of times since 17.08.2018 onward but till date i have received my policy.
It is very ashamed on part of icici lumbardo for not issuing the policy even after 30 days and how such a big insurance company will keep the customer to keep the vehicle parked for a long period in lieu of vehicle insurance to run on the roads.
Very very verse administration and very poor customer service. Such an irresponsible customer care.
Please send the policy without any further delay.
I have send my car to your associated garrage on 8th September 2018, and now it is 17th September 2018, till now no action has been taken and also I am sharing you a mail send by you people.
