Dear sir/madam,

I have taken an icici lombard Honda Assure insurance policy number:- 3001/HA[protected]/00/000 for City Honda My policy having ZERO DEPTH cover.

I had placed my car Honda City at Patwa City Automobiles Pvt. Ltd, Indore on dated 19th September 2018 due to a scratch wherein my cars bumper & the back portion of the Dikki & below the right and left side of the door was damaged & hence i had placed my car for insurance claim & claim no. MOT07965561 was generated.

ICICI surveyor mr. Vivek Mathuria, came to survey the vehicle on 20th september 2018 & didnt pass my claim for backside of the Dikkt & not cleared the other claims such as front and the right door & the claim for my backside Dikki was rejected due to reasons this is running damage and not cover.

First in Mr Vivek required the police report, we have given the policy report (My Honda Assure Insurance policy )

Second after police report Mr vivek mathuria has rejected my claim reasons this is running damage and not cover.

Third Mr Javed ji, Manager Honda co, also recommend than cover my claim only right /left door. And not cover the backside dikki and front side.

Very very verse administration and very poor customer service.( Mr Nilesh, service execute ICICI Lombard, )

My Honda Assure Insurance policy and not cover my claim Kindly confirm me urgently

    Dear sir/madam,

    I had placed my car i20 at kabir autozone, vadodara on 10th september 2018 due to a small accident wherein my cars bumper & the back portion of the bumper & below the right side of the door was damaged & hence i had placed my car for insurance claim & claim no. Mot07936346 was generated.

    Icici surveyor mr. Bhumit kumar came to survey the vehicle on 11th september 2018 & didnt pass my claim for bumper & cleared the other claims such as backside of the bumper & the right door & the claim for my bumper was rejected due to reasons well know to him.

    Since then i am continuously following up with icici for exact reason for rejection of my claim for bumper wherein no one is responding. 03 times i have contacted the customer care & there are not able to give me the exact reason.

    Since saturday i. E. 15th september 2018 i was trying to contact mr. Saumil from icici lombard who was the senior of mr. Bhumit patel & after serveral attempts i was able to contact mr. Saumil yesterday i. E 19th september 2018. He listed to me & told me that he will call me back in another 05 minutes but till 20th september i didnt get any reply from him.

    Today again i called him & he didnt lift the call. I dropped him a message & he replied that there is a system error & hence not able to see my case details.

    I just want to know for how many days i have to keep my vehicle at the garrage? I have my age old parents who are suffering my major illness & have to be taken to doctor any time & hence there is always a requirement of my car at my house. But since last 10 days my car is in garrage & icici is not at all responding.

    When icici sales executives approached us for the policy they had informed us that within 24 hrs the claim gets passes etc etc. But why my claim is not at all responded for more than 10 days.

    This is really a mental cruelty that i have to followup daily with icici & for no reason my claim has been rejected.

      Dear sir/mam,

      I have taken an icici lombard motor insurance policy on 01/04/2018, policy number:- 3001/[protected]/00/000 for audi a3. The insurance is on my wife's name sanya suneja.

      My car was hit by truck on gurgaon highway on 07/09/2018 although at that time car speed was not more than 35-40 km and by god grace no one was injured in this accident. It was raining heavily and when the truck hit from back the car was pushed forward and hit other car also a bike hit the car from left side.

      My car got damaged completely from left side and it was raining heavily and highway was busy so at that time i wasn't able to step outside my car and check the damage. When rain stopped and we got away from highway i immediately checked my car and found what damages were. I immediately called in your toll free number for claim and registered my claim (Claim number:- mot[protected]

      The car was picked from my home on 08/09/2018 and i got called today from the garage (Kuntal garage okhla) that my claim has been passed but they said that your company refused the claim for damage in front of the car.

      Sir/mam, i called your customer service manager m. R bhupendar singh +[protected]Information from insurer app), and he said that we will not pass the claim from front and gave his boss number mr. Yugal kishore +91-[protected] (He refused to pick my call).

      Now please you tell me if i have purchased your insurance and at time of claim your people are refusing to give the claim then how can i trust icici lomabrd insurance. If i myself have to get my car repaired then why the hell i need to take your insurance.

      Kindly solve this issue, and make me to trust your company, that i have got benefit after taking your insurance. Otherwise from next year onward i don't think that i should again take policy from icici lombard. And also will make sure that any car from my family and friends doesn't get insured by icici lombard.

        I have made online payment through ICICI bank for an amount of Rs. 7250/-, with a transaction no. BIL*ONL*[protected]*CITRUS on 17.08.2018, as advised by ICICI lambardo, to get either the policy or at least the cover note to use my vehicle on the roads. Without which i cannot run my vehicle on the roads as my policy is expired on 10.08.2018.

        I have made so many complaints and many times i discussed with Customer cars but till date I have not received my policy renewal. My policy no. is 3001/[protected]/01/B00. I have to urgently to go far places by my vehicle but without insurance I cannot run my vehicle on the roads. If I go on hired vehicle it will be thousands of Rupees which I cannot afford.

        Requested to book a consumer complaint and resolve. also requested to to help me to get penalty for delay by ICICI Lambardo from mental tension and inconvenience due to non availability of my vehicle.
        I have renewed my car policy by paying online payment of rs. 7250/- through icici online. The policy number is 3001/[protected]/01/b00.
        I have consulted the customer care n number of times since 17.08.2018 onward but till date i have received my policy.
        It is very ashamed on part of icici lumbardo for not issuing the policy even after 30 days and how such a big insurance company will keep the customer to keep the vehicle parked for a long period in lieu of vehicle insurance to run on the roads.
        Very very verse administration and very poor customer service. Such an irresponsible customer care.
        Please send the policy without any further delay.

              I had car insurance policy under icici lombard since last 3 year, but this time i want to use my policy claim .On 27 August2018 my car Swift VDI no. MH17 BG-4455 was submit for the damage work. on1 september18 i have got my car, but seva automobile pvt.ltd.charged Rs-4573/-
              My policy having ZERO DEPTH cover. your sales executive Mr.KULKARNI from Nashik also told me regarding ZERO DEPTH. I have also called Priyanka mam, insurance head of Seva auto. on no.[protected] but she cant received my phone . near about 7 to 8 time i call on that no. but she cut my phone & upto this date they cant reply me.
              its very shame full.. I am very thirsty to got information regarding, why Zero Depth claim was not sanctioned because your insurance executive Mr. Kulkarni said me Zero Depth means only processing fees required .
              at that time i also told him other company installment is only 8000/- & our is 13000/- then he toid the same.
              at this level they cant reply, its very shamefull
              I hope will reply & solve my problem as early as possibly..

                  I want to file the complaint about the executive of icici lombard nikhil ambone.
                  I had an accident last week and i just claimed for the policy. The owner of my bike is my father and due to some issues, it was not possible to send documents to me for the claim. And the executive of lombard i. E. Mr. Nikhil ambone scolds me for not done the verification of bike at the workshop yet. I repeatedly told him, having issues with the documents that my father is out of town right now.
                  Please teach lambord employee how to speak with the customers as you are running a service industry.

                    It very much regret to inform that the I am unable to run my car on the roads because of not having car policy from 10.08.2018. I made the payment on 17.08.2018 but till date either the cover note or the policy ha been available to me.

                    I request by tomorrow i need the policy as i have to go far away places by using my car. Otherwise, return my paid amount by today itself so that I can approach other insurance company. If not done by today, i will approach Consumer forum for settlement.

                      i paid for renewal for two wheeler insurance but the payment got successful but policy was not renewed

                      I made payment for renewal on 3rd september 2018 using icici net banking

                      Dear customer, your account xx7037 has been debited with inr 1, 349.00 on 03-sep-18. Info: bil*onl*[protected]*razorpa.

                      But the policy was not renewed.

                      Kindly help me.

                      We have taken a health policy to our employees. We are trying to add a new employee & family. We have sent any number of mails till date but issue is not solved.We called up customer care they informed that only the relationship manager has to take care.

                      He is not responding for the e-mails or for the calls.

                      They are not ready to send the escalation matrix nor helping to solve the issue.

                        ICICI Lombard managers written commitment too can not be trusted .
                        I doubt if written mail from CEO of Lombard should be trusted or not.
                        Here is what they write .
                        It is just a mistake.
                        ICICI Lombard should have corrected this before of after taking premium of 36034/- After 1 yr 9 months when claim is to be given wakes up

                            Dear this company is cheating purple by false information i already have a personal protect policy taken one year back on 3rd july one icici lombard insurance agent gave me call stating that we have one offer for you on the same policy you have taken if you take the new policy you will get policy for our your 85 years and we will cancell your old policy and refund your paid amount of 10340 and will be credited to you account within 21 days of your new policy document received date,
                            I was in suspicion and called back icici lombard customer services they said there is no such policy
                            Irrigated a complaint, the closed it stating issue is closed, but no one called me ibabaw proof of the recording from this agent
                            What shall i do to further escalate it to concerned persons

                              Cancel the policy
                              Res. Sir,
                              I purchased a credit card from barclay bank and they made it mandatory for me to purchase a health insurance policy of icici lombard, and 8290 rs was deducted from my credit card balance. I dont want to avail this policy.
                              And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory. Please help me

                                I had very worst experience of my car insurance policy.
                                I had car insurance policy under ICICI Lombard since last 5-6 yrs.but these time I want to use my policy due to accident of my car.they have such detailed inqiury just like u r offender and criminal.
                                Without any prior consent they came to u r office and home at any time.particularly 11:30 am when only female will be Thier .I still don't no what they try to prove?
                                I had policy with many companies but worst ICICI Lombard.

                                  With out concern of customer how policy can issued.

                                  I was just transferring the money, how bank can deduct amount from my account for policy which i have not purchased. Policy issuing officer-prabhadevi.

                                  I want my money back and want to know why bank does these type of fraud activities.

                                    The accident took place on 24 June 2018. The same was reported to the company on 25 June 2018. Company appointed Mr Sunil Kumar ([protected]) as the Surveyor. All documents subsequently forwarded by Speed Post to him. He refereed tha case to Investigation Team for verification. Mr Singhal ([protected]) contacted me and told that he would be sending Mr Ranjan to my house for investigation. Mr Ranjan ([protected]) visited my house on 22 July 2018 and recorded the necessary statements and took all the relevant documents in hard and soft copy with him. Despite repeated calls and messages, either these persons are not answering the calls, nor are they responding to the messages as to the status of the case. Today, I have been told to contact Mr Hardeep ([protected]) to know the reasons for delay.

                                      This is in reference to the above id generated from icici lombard.

                                      What is this about?
                                      1. I was trying to renew my existing 2 wheeler policy with icici lombard on 8 july, 2018.
                                      2. The money was deducted from my account but the payment failure was shown from your end on the confirmation screen.
                                      3. I again booked and made the payment for the second time and this time it was successful.
                                      4. Two days later, i got two policies for the same vehicle from your side.

                                      Interaction with customer support:
                                      1. I contacted customer support after this and they assured me one policy will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded back to my account.
                                      2. After few days, i got a message stating they require more documents such as cancelled cheque.
                                      3. I again called customer care and they said i must sent the physical documents to icici lombard, hydrerabad
                                      4. I, then send the required documents required documents to the address given by your customer service.
                                      5. It was delivered there on 26th july.

                                      Today, i am getting a message that you have not received the documents so closing this issue.

                                      It has been a very unpleasant and harassing experience for me till now with icici lombard.

                                      Please answer me the following questions:
                                      1. It was your fault that you generated multiple policies for the same vehicle (Same registration number, engine number and chassis number).
                                      2. I am being harassed for your mistake.
                                      3. The courier has been accepted at hyderbad branch and you are sending message that you have not received the documents so closing this issue.
