I renewed my two-wheeler insurance policy for 3 years from icici lombard, and they told me total amount as 4865 inr when i purchased the policy the amount mentioned was 3615 inr. And also the engine number was mentioned as eng123456 same chassis number and even vehicle purchased date was wrong. They guys are doing fraud. I paid rs.25927 on 10th july 2018 online to purchase be complete health care policy. After submitting required medical documents by email i was to be given policy document. But, it did nit happen. On 13th july 2018 got an sms that by 17th july 2018 matter will be settled. Did not happen. So i opted for refund. I hay been writing daily to icici lombard. No getting any concrete response. The company does not allow a customer to enter his/her address correctly in the online account. Instead, they force the customer to enter a pin code which is practically WRONG. As a result, in case of any communication the documents go to the wrong pin code by their specific courier agencies and they say they cannot deliver the document. My two wheeler vehicle suzuki access 125 had got damaged so i had submitted it to agency "heera probike llp" for repairing. Agency had submitted claim no mot07612342 on date 26/05/2018 to claim repairing expenses. It has been almost more than 2 months but this claims settlement is still pending.

I bought icici lombard car policy on 2nd june 2017 at the time of policy renewal they are saying your policy was cancelled due to some issue i have raised the complaint but till the time no resolution i was on threat with my car driving assuming that having valid insurance.
If my policy is canceled where is my 32k money i did not received it.
Please help me to sue the icici for there fraud.

They rejected my insurance.. They should regundy me back but now it has been 21 days i'm saying that do refund they are asking for my bank mini statement and transaction i'd.. Which i have provided them. And in that statement there is not mentioned that this payment is given to icici so they are saying that it's not showing that payment has been given to us.. They should have common sense that i have done payment through debit card online.....

I buyed my new car and got some damage, there is little to change then also surveyor are not passing my claim, very bad behaviour to talk not corresponding well, then what is meaning of insurance to buy if there is not listening for minor problem then what they will go for high accident problem, when i buyed they asked me for review without utilizing insurance, now when i claim then surveyor not passed my minor claim i want my matter solved....

On 5th june, 2018 at 11:13 pm i was done payment through my sbi debit card of worth rs. 1653/- to renewed my two wheeler policy of icici lombard from the link which is getted in text message from icici.
But the issue is that the policy can not be renewed because the payment is not transfer to icici lombard because the payment transfers to fss dc insurance mumbai.
I don't know how is that done but than after i call to customer...

I suffered from my first heart attack on 24 th feb 2018. As per policy wording i have sent all the medical bill and investigation report along with calim application form.
