The company does not allow a customer to enter his/her address correctly in the online account. Instead, they force the customer to enter a pin code which is practically WRONG. As a result, in case of any communication the documents go to the wrong pin code by their specific courier agencies and they say they cannot deliver the document. I had a Policy from Icici Lombard which covers my Job Loss and other Mishaps. I Registered for a claim in March and since then Its now resolved I have the Proof of the Message they have sent me that the have received my documents but on call they are refusing it. it is happening since March. This Policy was for My Loan and Bank Recovery Agents are After Me....

They rejected my insurance.. They should regundy me back but now it has been 21 days i'm saying that do refund they are asking for my bank mini statement and transaction i'd.. Which i have provided them. And in that statement there is not mentioned that this payment is given to icici so they are saying that it's not showing that payment has been given to us.. They should have common sense that i have done payment through debit card online.....

money deducted for icici lombard but deducted to dc insurance

On 5th june, 2018 at 11:13 pm i was done payment through my sbi debit card of worth rs. 1653/- to renewed my two wheeler policy of icici lombard from the link which is getted in text message from icici.
But the issue is that the policy can not be renewed because the payment is not transfer to icici lombard because the payment transfers to fss dc insurance mumbai.
I don't know how is that done but than after i call to customer...

I am unable to pay online

My policy has been expired on 5th june and i tried to pay online but it is not showing the payment option at all!! When i am pressing the payment tab, it is showing me the break up the renewal amount. This is the reason why my policy expired even after i tried to pay.
