My policy has been expired on 5th june and i tried to pay online but it is not showing the payment option at all!! When i am pressing the payment tab, it is showing me the break up the renewal amount. This is the reason why my policy expired even after i tried to pay. Now i am in grace period and i am facing the same problem. Please provide me any other way of payment. I am highly unsatisfied with this. My policy number is 3005/[protected]/00/000

    I have renewed my icici lombard heath policy for two years on 6th of june under policy no 4128i/ih/90634445/02/000 through website under guidance of your customer care executive who called me up for renewal of policy. At time of renewal i told your executive that i want it to be converted in to 24 months emi as it is the way i was paying for policy for last 8 years, your executive told me to pay through credit card and once the payement is done you can call credit card division and they will convert it to 24 month emi but when i called the credit card division they told that they can convert it to 12 months only and that too first instalment will include bank charges and told that it is lombard people who should have converted it to 24 months then i called lombard division they told it is credit card division to convert it and since yesterday i been calling both lombard and credit card division with no redressal to my problem and a futile practice. Kindly look in to the matter and help ne to convert it to 24 month emi as i wont be able to pay full premium in one go as what i have done is what has been guided by your people so kindly look in to the matter and rectify the same at the earliest

      This is to regard with my policy number 4080/IBANK/[protected]/00/000. The policy was given to me without informing about the terms and conditions. No call was received. No information was shared with regards to this policy.

      I had a loan with the bank and applied for a claim with this policy. Claim got rejected because as per ICICI Lombard I cannot claim the amount within 90 days of policy generation. Now I have asked them to barge all the calls of mine. No calls were received. Nothing was given. First, they asked me to send the documents and later they rejected. They are not helping me. Now I am closing this because when it is not helping at my worst.its better not to have this policy. Waste of money ICICI Lombard.

        Dear sir/ ma’am
        I am holding vehicle insurance policy from your company, policy no, 3001/ha[protected]/00/000.
        My vehicle no dl 4c aw 7434 met with an accident on 11/04/2018 for which i registered claim with your company, claim no. Mot0799144, and mr mukesh jain, ph [protected], was allotted to survey and settle this claim from your end.
        I have already registered the complaint against surveyor that he was asking for bribe for passing my front windshield in claim, else he will deny it saying it earlier damage before accident.
        So finally after filing my complaint with you this surveyor, the biggest beggar in your company, took this complaint on his ego and neither your company was able to justify my complaint against your surveyor. No one from your company never called me to give any explanation for my complaint.
        In result, your surveyor holded delivery order for my car for 15 days.
        My car was submitted to company on 11/04/2018. I took road test of my car in 03/05/2018 and asked for delivery order of my car as it was absolutely ready.
        Your surveyor gave delivery order on 17/05/2018, with the reason that honda has put rs 50000 parts without their consent and i have to bear that 50000 from my pocket as he’s not going to pass it in claim.
        Neither honda took any pre approval for putting any part on my cost nor i was responsible to take approval for any part from your surveyor, once handed over my car to honda with honda assure policy. So why i am liable to pay even single penny after paying premium for zero depreciation policy.

        Even your surveyor blackmailed me to such extent and took satisfaction letter from me on 6/05/2018. I was never satisfied, but due to his harassment for 50000 parts and holding delivery order i was forced to send that letter if satisfaction.
        I paid premium for bumper to bumper zero depreciation policy, still i paid rs 33000 + rs 5800 as my windshield was not changed under insurance.
        I paid this amount nearly to 40000 just because
        1. Your company doesn’t value your customers.
        2. Your surveyor are so underpaid that they need bribe from customers.
        3. Your company can’t justify customers complaint even.
        4. Your surveyor’s ego is so bigger that he can harass any customer to any extent under your company’s wings, because your company never approach customer to know truth.
        5. Your company is fraud as you sell zero depreciation policies on false commitments.
        6. Even when you come to sell policies, at that time there is no hidden cost other than rs 1000 file charge. So what does this 40000 mean, i paid for???
        7. Your company is happy getting false letter of satisfaction from dissatisfied customers by harassing them.

        So i feel this is the matter of shame on your company’s face and believe me these are symptoms to the path to end.
        I hate and strictly dislike your company.

        If you still have some respect for your customers, kindly look into the matter.

          My honda vehicle no is up32-hz0258
          There had been an accident on 27 th of may and i had claimed the insurance on 27th.

          The vehicle had been been repaired and is ready but the claim bill has not been passed by the insurance employees till date.

          I had called and the employee told me to clear the bill on 2nd of june but unfortunately it is not done till now.

          We had been calling but no one is picking up the phone and if they do so they are disconnecting the phone imediatly saying the will call back in 10 min.

          I had also fired a complain previously and the complain no is mot07632403 but no positive action is taken by the insurance employee.

          The process is being delayed and therefore i request you to look into the matter and clear my claim bill as soon as possible.

            My loan account number is :lbkot[protected]
            Insurance policy number : 4080/ibhspll/[protected]/00/000, 4111/hsp/[protected]/00/000
            Issue is both policy done on my housing loan without my information and premium got deducted 153902+ 24500 = 178402 and i raised the request to close these account and it got closed but the amount i got as refund is 120043 + 6150 =126193 but i have paid 178402 and i got 126193 where is the balance amount[protected] = 52209.
            I got loss of rupee 52209 as this insurance is done without my information.
            I did not get any documents as well on my loan got insured.1

            Can any one help me to raise this concern on higher level.

            I did some google search and found that, this is common fraud done with customer from icici bank i[censored] are taking loan the will do insurance as well and the won't send you any document till you won't request.

            I found this fraud done with 200 farmers in rajasthan got information from some news channels and youtube videos.

            I don't know how many faced this issue or will face so before we have to raised this issue so these private bankers won't be able to cheat others.

            Can any one provide me higher authority contact details of icici.

              I had renewed my vehicle insurance and paid the amount through debit card mode by using icici lambord site. Amount debited in my account. Still they are not sending soft copy to my mail id. They told send the document in 24 hours. Very worst service. Next time surely i will not put insurance in icici

                I had renewed my vehicle insurance and paid the amount through net banking mode by using the Android app. Amount debited in my bank account however still in the app it is showing payment pending and I am not received the renewed policy yet. Policy is expiring today. I am not expected this type of service from ICICI. Existing Policy no : 3005/[protected]/00/000
                Expecting even now it will be resolved if not I will take necessary action against the inconvenience caused.

                  Hi team,

                  Myself mohit rathore s/o raghuraj singh rathore. My residence is at noida.
                  I have facing a problem the problem is that i purchase a bullet from noida sector 63 showroom (Soliataire automotive). Whose registration number is dl sp 2774. Chassis no. Me3u3s5c0ga94899. Recently recently i had met with an accident then i have give my vehicle to insurance for claim my policy number is -3005/rf[protected]/00/b00. They servey my vehicle before 20days but their is no response and i have didnt get approval. Ranjeet singh is the agent who servey my vehicle his contact no is - [protected]. Your agent is not responding me. Your agent ranjeet singh demand me 10 thousand rupees. Mr. Ranjeet say me that if you give me 10 thousand then i approve your claim which is around 30thousand rupees, then i call icici lombard custumer care they send me a number whose name is abhishek bhardwaj contact no - [protected]. Then i call mr. Abhishek they say that i am out of town and then mr. Abhishek send another number whose name is sumit contact no-[protected]. Then i call mr. Sumit and tell my problem which i have facing and then mr. Sumit put my call on hold for more than 8 minutes and after hold they say me that we are enable to give your claim because we didn't rectify your accident. Then i immediately call mr. Ranjeet then he say that if you give some percentage then we pass your claim otherwise you shouldn't pass your claim. I get my policy from showroom and icici lombard did not help me and my vehicle is at (Soliataire automotive).
                  If you could help me so please help me otherwise i will take a legal action on you and icici lombard and i contact to high department.
                  I want to say only one thing that you tie up with a very bad company. Which take their own percentage on 0% dept insurance.

                  Today i also talk with mr. Sumit contact no-[protected] so i ask what is the status of my claim
                  Mr. Sumit says: (We are unable to justify your case so i dont give you full claim, we are agree for give claim front of the bike.)
                  Again i told him we are take legal action then he say as your wish.
                  Please help us.

                      I hold icici lomabrd car insurance. Last year i took road side assistance within city limits (Actually in between the city). While taking policy i was told that assistance will reach me within 1 hour (Guaranteed) within city limits.
                      One calling customer care i was told the same and was assured of getting assistance within 1 hour.
                      Finally it actually took them 3 hour to reach me (Me waiting on road with my car broken down in middle of the road).
                      On raising complaint there was no action from icici lomabrd. I wanted to get confirmation of delayed service in written so that i can provide feedback with proof but i was not provided.
                      These people charge much higher than other companies and give pathetic service, breaking all there promises at their will. Some action need to be taken against this.

                        Dear concern,

                        This to inform you that my vehicle bajaj pulsar 150 cc vehicle no. Up78-de-5434 was stolen from my vikaspuri residense on 7th oct 2017, we had informed to police and icici lombard, jmd investigation from agra had made the visit and paper submission from my kanpur house and delhi home, all the papers were submitted and the only paper pending was the settlement letter and untraceable report from delhi polive which was received on march end and shared to jmd inestigation agra for final closure, now the team is regularly giving mis commitment that your fir was not received and now they are asking that my claim is already settled due to incomplete papers.

                        What ever the papers was asked to submit on time we did that, but again delhi police final report is not in our hand.. When we received and shared but now they are settling the cliam, and reje3ted the file without any interim information.
                        Jmd has mis guided us on every ground and now for the first time when got connected with icici mr. Rupendra & mr. Vishal fauzdar then are also not supporting at all.

                        Need help for this settlement, we are not in a condition for this big loss due to communication gap from agency or else.

                          Insurance claim no. Mot07458773 has been raised for my honda city mh03-be-7026.
                          I had done the repair activity at garage – top speed automobiles, thane.

                          Icici surveyor had verified the car before giving clearance to procced with repair activity.
                          The garage owner was in touch with icici surveyor and conveyed to me that i will get 100% refund on metallic parts + labour activity and 50% refund on fibre parts (Bumper+tail light).

                          Accordingly, i had paid rs. 40, 000 /- to garage after repair and picked the car.

                          Now, icici lombard informed me that i will get only rs. 17, 000 /- as insurance claim refund against rs. 40, 000 /- claimed. As per icici lombard rep. Mr asif hussain (Mo. [protected]), garage owner gave me incorrect information about part prices & refund amount. Also garage had put inflated prices for parts.

                          I am totally surprised that no-body from icici lombard inform me about the refund i going to get when the garage had approached for claim. Also, no-body informed that there is some issue in the prices.
                          Garage had clearly informed the icici surveyor about the part prices & labour cost. The same was approved by icici. Why didn’t you raised alarm that time & informed me that this is not acceptable.

                          What parts are going to get changed, what labour was going to put and cost of all was well known to icici. When i called for understand the claim status, i was informed about this.

                          This is totally irresponsible approach by icici. Refund of rs. 17, 000 /- is not acceptable to me.

                          I have paid rs. 40, 000 /- to garage based on the clearance given by icici to garage.

                          I feel some fishy thing between the total process and it is done with well knowledge.

                          I need correct refund for my claim.
                          Request you to re-look in the claim seriously once again.

                          Strict action needs to be taken whoever involved and not followed the right process.
                          I want details of claim…like part wise price claimed by garage and actual market price against it. If required, will take legal actions against the fraud.

                              Dear sir

                              Sub: icici lombard two wheeler dl-7tcs156- insurance-95% insurance claim not reimbursed-day light cheating from reputed insurance company

                              This is with reference to our two wheeler icici lombard insurance for honda activa 5-g in the name of k s r panicker, 103-b, pocket-c-1, mayur vihar, phase-3, delhi-96.

                              We have bought this two wheeler on 13.04.18 and met with a minor accident, while buying, we had taken insurance by paying rs. 400/- extra as advised by the showroom executives that for any type of claim, we will get 95% reimbursement so we have agreed and paid extra mount of rs. 400/- along with the normal insurance amount.

                              Now our bill for repairing for the above two wheeler from celebrate honda was rs. 6, 175/- and paid thru credit card on 25.04.18.

                              As per the zero debt insurance policy, we should have received our claim amount for this should have been rs. 5, 866/- whereas we received only rs. 4, 809/- as per the message received from icici lombard. What is the reason for deducting rs. 1, 057/- from our claim amount.
                              This is utter nonsense & cheating from icici lombard as you people give lot of assurance before taking policies and does not keep the same to your valuable customers.

                              This is not a professional way of acting. You have really cheated us severely.
                              Now i want to know why you deducted unnecessarily our rs. 1, 057/-

                              Please refund the amount immediately. Or else we will go to higher authority of icici lombard or to consumer court with the insurance copy wherein it is mentioned zero debt insurance.

                              Hope you will refund our full amount

                                Fraud service by ICICI Lombard,

                                Though i have provided the Name mismatch form, Cancelled cheque, Passport and PAN as requested by the customer care, they still ask for revised forms interchanging passport to pan and pan to passport playing around without doing the actual closure.

                                They been beating around the bush for more than 2 months. hopeless service. Provided the screenshot below, they have both the PAN and my Passport copy already sent.

                                Not sure of their intention the more they delay the more money they get from the insurance, never expected such a behavior from a reputed organization.
                                was thinking to approach the Insurance Ombudsman but want to give a try with this forum.

                                  I am holding a health policy of icici lombard since 4 to five years, i was lot of complaint about the policy as last 2012 -13 when i have claimed about opd then also they have not provided the amount till date. But now in the month of march 2018 when i renewed the policy i have told them only you can issue the policy of instead of 5 lakhs to 4 lakhs whatever premium i will pay but remaining it should be same as per last years policy. But they have miss guided me and they have issued the sub limit or clipping the policy which we may not now about the what is clipping or sub limit in that and they have issued that policy. But unfortunately my wife got sick and i have admitted in the hospital after the six days when discharged then they have sanction only 25000/= only instead of 84134/=. It was very difficult for me to pay that balance amount. So i request you to kindly see that and kindly may be fined to that company and they have spoiled my name also so i am demanding the my spoiled name amount of 10 lakhs

                                      My policy 4128i/hp/87279366/01/000 was due for renewal and i tried to do the renewal on 31st jan18 for rs.11788, unable to do so then, i reached your call centre through toll free 1800 2666, the agent did the renewal but i was deducted rs.15597 and received a communication that, proposal id 4128i/hrw[protected]/04/000 was dispatched. Immediately i was told the amount and policy number 4128i/hrw[protected]/04/000 was not belong to me. He connected me with next level supervisor and they told me to wait for few days since, they are not able view the policy. On 9th feb18 i received a call from your call centre and they told they above said policy is not belong to me, i have to proceed with renewal of my policy and the policy does not belong to me will be cancelled by icici lombard.
                                      If you have further clarification then, share the audio call recording had on 31st jan17, 7th feb18, 9th feb18 with the below transactions ids.[protected]/01/17, [protected] 08/02/18 [protected] 9th feb18.
                                      I want immediate action from icici lombard and to refund the amount rs.15597/- to my credit card as the emi is started and if i failed to pay the emi then, icici bank will charge me interest towards this, inturn i will bounce back to icici lombard to bear all such incremental cost towards this.

                                      I received this email on 7th mar18 but till today refund was not received.
                                      Your request status of service request no. [protected] for policy cancellation has been processed and refund amount of rs.15597/- will be credited to your relevant bank/loan/credit card account within 3 working days.

                                      I have taken ICICI Lombard policy on 21/01/2018. Policy Includes Telematics device also. it is mentioned that it will be delivered within 15 days. I have made more than 2 complaints regarding the non delivery of the device. Everytime they are taking my details and nothing moving forward. Now they are not even responding over phone or emails.

Payment was done through saving account in ICICI Bank using net banking, Bill desk - Citrus Payment solution. Amount deducted from account. 6th Sept 2017 motor policy expired, upon checking with ICICI Lombard no proper response is obtained even though ICICI Bank and Citrus Payment have informed the payment transaction is successful. ICICI Lombard have shown exceptional levels of incompetence by diverting me to get information from ICICI Bank for the same trasnaction multiple times but giving same solution that amount is not received.
