I was called icici lombard customer care on 27 feb 2018 to renew my expired policy for my car. The executive suggests a plan and i made the payment of inr 10450/-. My proposal number: [protected]. He promised me that a person from icici lombard will visit my house within 24 hours to check my car. Only after getting the report they will issue the insurance for me. I keep on waiting and calling the customer care for 15...

I have received a message ie. Dear customer, your request of health secure on emi has been accepted vide sr[protected]. Emi of rs. 651 will be deducted from your account xx4133
So kindly deactivate the policy i am not requested for any health secure and also i am not interested if it continues i would close my account as soon as possible

I bought the health policy no-4128i/hppr/81726754/03/000 in 2013. At the time of buying the policy it was clearly told us that maternity benefit are covered under the policy. I have been paying the premium since 5 years. Now when i tried for maternity claim, it is denied stating that in order to get the claim policy must be of floater in nature and it should be jointly served with the husband. But no one is last 5 years has even bothered...

A health policy was renewed on 4th feb 2018. The payment for the one year renewal was made on that date and my card account was debited for policy through their online payment portal.

As on date of writing (26 feb 2018). I have neither received the electronic copy of the renewed policy nor the hard copy.

They force me to say yes telling me it is compulsory and mandetery as per new rule who ever take credit card they suppose to have health insurance. They also deduct 23796 amount from my credit card and force me to pay monthly emi. When today i discuss with goa branch they said no such compultion and said to complain.
