Respected sir,
I am aarti.
My policy no [protected]/hp/[protected]/00/000.
For this policy i gave request for cancellation. I received call from you that cancellation charges is must like courier charges and all but still i am not received any documents from your side and health card also not received, so that the reason of your poor services and you are not sure about your hospital list and i am disagree with your conditions so i decide to cancelled this within 15 days of starting date of policy. But she told me cancellation charges is 35% of policy, if you charge that amount we will go through the consumer court. When i purchased this policy, at that time they told me that if am not satisfy with policy then i can easily cancel this within 15 days without zero cancellation charge.
Kindly help me in this.

          Dear team,

          Here is the issue in details.

          I bought a scooter last month (Honda activa) and the same is ordered through paytm. With scooter i ordered icici lombard "personal accident insurance" policy through paytm only.

          Issue is, icici lombard is considered paytm login name which is not matching with any of my official documents. Instead providing application form before issuing my insurance copy, icici processed wrongly. I contacted them for changing name but they rudely rejected.

          Being a reputed company, they failed a basic customer contact process before delivering insurance copy and supporting after sales.

          Its 100rs policy/year but how many would have paid like this cheated by icici? Not a customer friendly in this type of problems.

          Still i'm not getting any resolution from them. Please help.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I have very serious complaint for icici lombard. One of icici lombard executive called me for a health insurance policy and convinced me to purchase the policy with some fake assurance.
            He asked me to pay immediately with credit card. However after a day, i realized that the policy is useless. So i called icici lombard executive and told him to cancel the policy. He was okay to cancel the policy at that time. He said cancellation request is in progress now. You dont worry about that you will get full refund after march ending. I have all recordings with me.
            After some days i contacted icici lombard customer care they told me that they didn't get any request to cancel the policy earlier and now i have to pay a huge amount rs.6500+.00 (25%) amount towards cancellation charges. I called customer care on the second day to cancel the policy which they processed to cancel.

            I have called to lombard executive many times, but the team is just placing the ball in other's court. Please do the needful to get my entire refund and get policy cancelled immediately.

                giving false reason to reject claim

                I got urinary tract infection in june 2018 for which icici lombard is telling that i had urinary tract infection before june 2018 and creating false pre-existing condition.

                I was provided with forged reports from icici lombard to prove pre-existing condition. It's tough to fight for me at age of 70 with icici lombard. I am mainly talking with mr. Rakesh...

                I am sharad pandya inheritor of late shri ramchandra anandilal pandya (Died as on 25th sept 2018) complaining about not getting the complete benefit/claim of pradhanmantri fasal beema yojana instead of giving regular installments through bank of india, barnagar kcc acc - [protected] linked to sb acc - [protected].

                We hold our agriculture land in patwari halka number 28 village beed singavada and singavada of barnagar where every one had got the benefit of the same beema yojana as ₹31000 per hactare where we got only as per ₹8423 per hactare which sums up to ₹53941 instead of ₹204000.

                We have complained it on cm helpline number two times and got no results complaint numbers 7870097, 6877412.

                We hereby want to request you that kindly get us the benefit we deserve and kept deprived of for 8 months.

                    I had raised about complaint 5 months back. Without giving any resolution complaint has been closed. I want a resolution for my complaint. Please help.

                    Below is the previous complaint raised on 28 Nov 2018 which had been closed on 31 dec without any resolution.

                    My car got damaged when parked outside house by a dog. Icici lombard didnot approve my claim stating it's my negligence to park car outside house. Not everyone will have a house with covered parking. I have shifted my house after this incident and explained the same to that person. He said "you can go and do accident 100 times i can approve" but can't approve this.

                    This incident happened accidentally and i have taken precaution by shifting my house itself. After explaining this and repeated follow ups for 10 days, he just approved 50% of the claim amount. The total expense was 14, 000. I ended up paying 8000.
                    When i have a bumper to bumper insurance cover, how can insurance company reject my claim or approve only partial amount?

                      Survey took in pratham honda, kanchipuram and details regarding that was attached in this mail for your confirmation and also this picture was shared by the surveyor. Surveyor is lieing, please investigate properly. The estimation amount was shared to the surveyor and this proof too submitted in this mail for your reference.
                      * due to showroom (Pratham honda) closed, vehicle was shifted over to lingam honda. It was handed over to me at today (27th march 2019). This is the contact number ([protected]) for your confirmation, please confirm with this person at lingam honda showroom.
                      * for your confirmation, attached the bill details please confirm with the showroom.
                      * attached the conversation between the surveyor and insurance person mr rajkamal also attached.
                      *no one is replying properly, they're trying to cheating me.
                      I've a proof. I need a justice. Kindly support regarding this.

                          I have a commercial car till december 2018. I converted in to private car by december. My earlier insurance was on 9th september2019. I claimed refunded money of my earlier insurance as commercial, and took a new insurance as private car as agent guided me of icici lombard.                             Regards to the Premium amount for the Healty Policy 4128i/iH/[protected]/00/000

                            Last year the Premium amount I have paid was INR 7432.

                            But today, when I have tried to renew the Policy on the Link www.icicilombard.com, the amount it shows is INR 9547.

                            How can you increase the premium just like that? When I have taken the Insurance last year, I was not told that my Premium amount gets increased in the coming year.

                              Policy taken on 20.05.2009, continuous premium paid up to 2013.in 2014 on renewal company told that this plan has been withdraw according to new irda regulations 2013 and compelling to take a new plan which is costly more than 3 times without providing any extra ordinary benefits.
                              They have launched new plan on the basis of points of irda regulations those are beneficial to them without taking in to consideration of other points of same regulation in favour of consumers.

                                  I had taken health policy during traveling to london last year on may month. I got admitted in hospital there due to facing problem to breath. After 2-3 days medical doctor told me the problem that is called hepatic cirrohsis.                                     Hi,

                                    I have taken a personal loan with with icici bank in aug 2016. They have deducted an amount of 8280rs from the disbursal amount towards an insurance policy which i was not told before. I am very upset that they have my taken money for some stupid fake insurance which i did not even know about. I honestly have no idea, what kind of insurance policy it is.

                                    Since then i have been fighting with them and got a refund of 4700rs in july 2018 almost after 2 years. I am not happy with that and requested for a full refund through my emails. They informed that the balance 3560rs will be paid shortly but never did. They are not even responding to my emails. Please help
