I had met with an accident on 4-may-2019. I already bought icici lombard insurance. Below are details of icici lombard insurance:-

Claim already raised with icici lombard but have not heard anything back from them. Whenever i call customer care i get no reply, every time they say i will get callback in another 10 min. But executive never call me back. Sanjeev yadav is allocated with the request but not getting response from him as well. He is not responding at all.

Car sent to showroom - on 9-may-2019 at a-93, industrial area phase 2 mayapuri.
Claim survey done on - 10-may-2019
Please help to get the settlement done asap.

Complaint marked as Resolved It is still not resolved. They are asking same report again and again while its already submitted. They are asking different formats of report. we presented what we received from hospital. Now there is no other format for MLC report available with hospital. Even its in different city and that too very far, we cannot go their again and again.
ICICI Lombard making false execuses for not settling the request.
ICICI Lombard customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by ajaysh81 It is getting delayed due to your executives. They are making execute for MLC report again and again. I had already submitted that but they are saying its not correct, it should be in different format. When we ask for format then they simply say we dont have and cannot share any sample.
How ridiculous that to they are asking document that is not relevant in my case. I am already fettle with lots of problem. Daily traveling issue, my business loss, day to day work loss and their your executive harassing me to bring this or that documents.
Is this your honesty to customer, is this your loyalty to society, is this face you are going to show to almighty.
Shame on your policies and business working.
With reference to claim no MOT08546818 with request number [protected] to icici Lombard customer care an amount Rs. 7800 is not credited till date as it is long pending from ur end. Kindly do the needful.
