I am a regular customer of icici lombard. I bought maruti baleno in nov 2017 and insured with icici lombard. Then in nov 2018, again renewed the policy. But few days ago, my father transferred the car to me and rc got transferred. But your icici lombard agent mr. Sameeul (Working in nexa, roorkee) didn't told me proper procedure and he sent me to shakumbari automobiles, haridwar for this issue. There, a lady ask me to deposit money (More than ₹1000) and did not provide any genuine letter for this and also she said, policy will not changed.
You guy's cheat a regular customer and wasting my time. So i won't renew this policy again in future and will never recommend icici lombard to anyone for sure.
Worst customer service - bad agents - poor communication skills... This is icici lombard.

    This particular policy is completely mis sold and forced upon me.
    There is no point if I am covered against loss for only 5 years with this massive premium amount of Rs 140, 000.

    Again after 5 years I am supposed to renew this premium by paying around Lac rupees to secure my dependants from home loan due amount recovery.

    Completely nonsensical.

    Not interested. Kindly cancel this policy and refund the amount.

      Dear sir/ madam,

      1. This is to bring to your kind notice that i had paid inr 7599.00 as car insurance premium to subject company on 29 may 19 through netbanking. However, even after repeated calls to 1800 2666 as well as multiple e mails on the subject, no positive response received from the firm under question. Also the firm call centre representative has denied for any compensation view i am paying cab charges for last 4 days due to sluggishness of m/s icici lombard.

      2.in view of the above, it is requested to intervene and expedite the refund of inr 7599.00

Claim date 8 april and and my car was repaired by 16 april and i had paid rs. 16000 to dealer and slong with payment all the documents were handed over along woth cancelled cheque. And today is 30 may yet not received my payment called many times my claim officer jaswant sharma from 1 month he is saying this week you will get the payment all time.. But this week is not coming. I have also sent him cancelled cheque again still no payment

          I had met with an accident on 4-may-2019. I already bought icici lombard insurance. Below are details of icici lombard insurance:-

          Policy issue date - 13-oct-2018

          Car details are as follows:-

          Car make - maruti breeza - 17-oct-2018

          Claim already raised with icici lombard but have not heard anything back from them. Whenever i call customer care i get no reply, every time they say i will get callback in another 10 min. But executive never call me back. Sanjeev yadav is allocated with the request but not getting response from him as well. He is not responding at all.

          Claim details are as follow:-
          Claim no - mot08741978
          Car sent to showroom - on 9-may-2019 at a-93, industrial area phase 2 mayapuri.
          Claim survey done on - 10-may-2019

          Please help to get the settlement done asap.

          It is still not resolved. They are asking same report again and again while its already submitted. They are asking different formats of report. we presented what we received from hospital. Now there is no other format for MLC report available with hospital. Even its in different city and that too very far, we cannot go their again and again. ICICI Lombard making false execuses for not settling the request.

          It is getting delayed due to your executives. They are making execute for MLC report again and again. I had already submitted that but they are saying its not correct, it should be in different format. When we ask for format then they simply say we dont have and cannot share any sample.
          How ridiculous that to they are asking document that is not relevant in my case. I am already fettle with lots of problem. Daily traveling issue, my business loss, day to day work loss and their your executive harassing me to bring this or that documents.
          Is this your honesty to customer, is this your loyalty to society, is this face you are going to show to almighty.
          Shame on your policies and business working.

              I met with an accident in the month of April 2019 from my motorcycle (Royal Enfield Classic 350 Redditch Red) got some damages in fuel tank, seat and air filter box. I had given my bike to Royal Enfield service center Soniya Motors Thane. Service executive from ICICI lombard insurance Mr. Sameer Naikwad was very rude, He didn't listen my points and just said tank and seat will not cover (costly parts). I had visited workshop for more than 15 times, everytime he deny to come for joint inspection and used to say it will not cover on phone call and so many times he used to ignore my phone calls rather explaining why he is not covering those parts. This was a very bad experience. I have paid 12000 rs. I also insisted Sameer to write a mail of rejection reasons but he didn't provided yet.

                I have icici zero debt car insurance policy with number 3001/[protected]/00/000.
                Recently i met with a car accident and my car was hit from both the sides. I went for the claim but the inspector mr. Navdeep singh ([protected]) approved just for one side saying that it might have been some other accident. I tried and explained him everything in detail multiple times about how the accident took place but he just did not budge from his judgement.

                I called him multiple times but everything went in vain. Just beacause he was wrong, i was made to pay for the other repair work.
                As your customer, how can we stop this kind of harassment from your insurance inspector?

                  I am Heera Jagadish Singh from Patancheru, Hyderabad. I was been given my credit cards to my friend Rahul Srinivasan who is working as unit sales manager at Health Agency in Hyderabad- Banjara Hills.His employee id is 1012975.The limits used by Mr Rahul Srinivasan was SBI Credit Card 2, 00, 000Rs, HDFC Credit card 25000Rs and Axis Credit card 75000Rs. Total 3 Lakhs of my limit is being used by giving me false reasons. He is not at all paying my credits after using the limits. Where as collections team came to my home and done a lot of harassment to me and my family members. then he updated mobile number and address of his in all the three credits cards by doing forgery of my signature.

                  He is one of the talented person who knows how to do fraud. he changed his home 3 times in past 6 months. he stayed in a flat for 4 months he did not paid rent again he shifted one more home stayed there again for two months with out paying rent. Recently he changed one more home from past 1 month till now he did not paid rent for that owner. Recently i visited their house he vacate the house with out informing to me.

                  Most of the credit card collections team are complained to me on them as they are fraud they will not pay credit cards. they are paying their own Credits Cards & Loans instead of paying my Credit Cards.

                  when ever they are angry they say I will not pay your credit cards what ever you want to do you can do to whom you want to complaint you can complain no one can do anything to us. Police people are waste they dont have dare to touch us even if you went to police station also they cant file any case on us that too they dont have any power atleast till now police people didnot even tried to call us even after given many complaints by you.

                  I visited to police station also more than 4 times including Cyberabad police in Hyderabad. they suggested me to file a case in civil court.

                  he continuously depositing cheque’s for doing credit card payments as it was been bounced as not sufficient balance.

                  the below are my credits cards still it is with them only. they are not giving my credits cards i have blocked them by calling to customer care numbers.

                  HDFC CREDIT CARD-[protected]
                  AXIS CREDIT CARD-[protected].

                  Please take strict action on these employee and publish it so that no employee will do any fraud in future.

                  Later with the support of my brother in law i took loan from icici bank and yes bank and repaid all the credits cards with charges and the emi for both the banks are nearly 10, 000 Rs per month as emi i am paying to bank from January 2019 onwards still now they are not paying the emi also.Please help me in this regard.

                    My policy no 300/mi[protected]/00/000 of my car mh04hx 0944 i have claimed car for accidental repair claim no moto8748291. Your surveyor didn't picking up my call i have called him several times not response from him. Servoy also not done properly.
                    I have not face this type problem in any company insurance policy. Worst service i have ever seen from icici.
                    The worst surveyors you have with you. This highly intolerable.
                    Plzz look into my problem as early as possible.
                    Or else i will go to consumer court for further action

                      Hi there,
                      I was initially informed that any given time i can change the name of the person insured in the medical policy. Based on their assurance i took it. Now at the time of paying the premium i was told to pay the premium then they will change the name in the policy.
                      As soon as the premium is paid, they had asked me to furnish the proposal form and id proofs which i did & now they say it can only be done before the expiry of the policy. That is wait for the next year. This is the reward i got trusting icici lombard. Instead i could have transferred my medical policy to hdfc and deleted the name of my ex-wife and added another name.
                      Never trust icici lombard and make any payments as they will have 101 reasons not to deliver their promises once the premium is paid.
                      I have all the email records and will try to make as much noise as possible on the online complaint platform.

                        For this policy i gave request for cancellation. I received call from you that cancellation charges is must like courier charges and all but still i am not received any documents from your side and health card also not received, so that the reason of your poor services and you are not sure about your hospital list and i am disagree with your conditions so i decide to cancelled this within 15 days of starting date of policy. But she told me cancellation charges is 35% of policy, if you charge that amount we will go through the consumer court. When i purchased this policy, at that time they told me that if am not satisfy with policy then i can easily cancel this within 15 days without zero cancellation charge.
                        Kindly help me in this.

                                Here is the issue in details.

                                I bought a scooter last month (Honda activa) and the same is ordered through paytm. With scooter i ordered icici lombard "personal accident insurance" policy through paytm only.

                                Issue is, icici lombard is considered paytm login name which is not matching with any of my official documents. Instead providing application form before issuing my insurance copy, icici processed wrongly. I contacted them for changing name but they rudely rejected.

                                Being a reputed company, they failed a basic customer contact process before delivering insurance copy and supporting after sales.

                                Its 100rs policy/year but how many would have paid like this cheated by icici? Not a customer friendly in this type of problems.

                                Still i'm not getting any resolution from them. Please help.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I have very serious complaint for icici lombard. One of icici lombard executive called me for a health insurance policy and convinced me to purchase the policy with some fake assurance.
                                  He asked me to pay immediately with credit card. However after a day, i realized that the policy is useless. So i called icici lombard executive and told him to cancel the policy. He was okay to cancel the policy at that time. He said cancellation request is in progress now. You dont worry about that you will get full refund after march ending. I have all recordings with me.
                                  After some days i contacted icici lombard customer care they told me that they didn't get any request to cancel the policy earlier and now i have to pay a huge amount rs.6500+.00 (25%) amount towards cancellation charges. I called customer care on the second day to cancel the policy which they processed to cancel.

                                  I have called to lombard executive many times, but the team is just placing the ball in other's court. Please do the needful to get my entire refund and get policy cancelled immediately.

                                  Please help me in cancelling this policy and return the deducted amount.

                                      I got urinary tract infection in june 2018 for which icici lombard is telling that i had urinary tract infection before june 2018 and creating false pre-existing condition.

                                      I was provided with forged reports from icici lombard to prove pre-existing condition. It's tough to fight for me at age of 70 with icici lombard. I am mainly talking with mr. Rakesh tomar from icici lombard and he is not providing any proof which suggest pre-existing condition. By hook or crook, icici lombard is trying to just prove i had pre-existing condition, which i never had.

                                      I never had any disease mentioned in my policy and also never diagnosed with uti ever before june 2018.

                                      Please help to resolve this matter soon.

                                      I am not been diagnosed with any of the disease mentioned in policy (which qualify for pre-existing condition) still you guys are showing a disease which I never had before.

                                      I am 70 years old and you guys providing bad proofs to not process my claim.

                                      I would really appreciate if I get proper help here.
                                      I have asked 4 times to your team to prove if I had any pre-existing condition disease listed in policy. And your team is ignoring that question and not answering the same.

                                      I know I never had any pre-existing condition and I would urge to pay the bills ASAP.
