I had raised about complaint 5 months back. Without giving any resolution complaint has been closed. I want a resolution for my complaint. Please help.

Below is the previous complaint raised on 28 Nov 2018 which had been closed on 31 dec without any resolution.

My car got damaged when parked outside house by a dog. Icici lombard didnot approve...

Dear sir,
I called rajesh hedge icici lombard insurance agent and made insurance for my scooter.

Next day he collected the insurance amount assuring to send policy tomorrow evening.

Till today i haven't got the policy in my hand. He is not picking up the phone & when he answers he have nothing but another assurance.

I have a commercial car till december 2018. I converted in to private car by december. My earlier insurance was on 9th september2019. I claimed refunded money of my earlier insurance as commercial, and took a new insurance as private car as agent guided me of icici lombard. It took almost 3months, still m not getting my refunded amount. Plz do the needful.

Regards to the Premium amount for the Healty Policy 4128i/iH/[protected]/00/000

Last year the Premium amount I have paid was INR 7432.

But today, when I have tried to renew the Policy on the Link www.icicilombard.com, the amount it shows is INR 9547.

How can you increase the premium just like that? When I have taken the Insurance last year, I was not told that my Premium amount gets increased in...

Policy taken on 20.05.2009, continuous premium paid up to 2013.in 2014 on renewal company told that this plan has been withdraw according to new irda regulations 2013 and compelling to take a new plan which is costly more than 3 times without providing any extra ordinary benefits.
They have launched new plan on the basis of points of irda regulations those are beneficial to them without taking in to consideration of other points of...

I have taken a motor two vehicler policy from icici lamboard and it will expire in dec 2018 and i am going to taken new policy in march 2019 they are charge me extra rupees for policy and say that your policy will exipre and the extra premium is not mention in policy receipt. I had taken health policy during traveling to london last year on may month. I got admitted in hospital there due to facing problem to breath. After 2-3 days medical doctor told me the problem that is called hepatic cirrohsis. Policy sold over the phone with false claims that this is an existing policy and about to get expired. Lot of calls for 2-3 days. As i had been travelling, i finally gave up and paid fro this policy. Once i received the policy, i cam to understand that i was duped. I applied for cancellation within 15 days. Icici lombard deducted over 60% and returned back the balance.

I have had several similar calls. Its a racket out there...

I had a motor insurance policy in amravati city for which a claim had been lodge. Its been more than a month for the process but still the claim is not processed.
Also when i am contacting the branch personnel after several times but he is not responding any time.
The personnel name is satish kakkad in amravati. I am very disappointed with such service...

Regarding claim
Though i had declared that i am diabetic at the time of my first year policy which is also mentioned in my policy. When i submitted the claim, your people raised objections for want of three years old my doctors prescription to say that i am diabetic. Does this make any sense. Your people are harassing me. I am paying 1 lak premium.

With this kind of objection do you want me to renew the policy.

Dear icici, my car rj14 vc 4957, your team is offering me 50% claim of total bill amount, this is such a big issuse you are making me fool. If this is into your guideline please refer me the same. Or else i will see you in consumer forum.
