Monika bajaj got admitted for the first time with multiple vomittings (Around 10 times) and multiple loose motions (Around 10 tiimes) in the time duration of 10 am to 2pm on 22/12/2017 at home with lot of weakness and unable to walk, being an emergency case, we approached emergency deptt of psri hospital, and after an observation of 1 hour, dr manish mohil recommended admission and we go on with the formalities. Being a 7yr old policy of icici lombard, we were sure that we will get good treatment and hassle free approval
But we felt so disappointed that our approval got rejected even after more than 24 hours of hospitalisation.
After speaking with customer care executive, i was given a complaint no.[protected], but didnt get any reply
What is the use of paying premium if we will not be able to get emergency treatment,
Im attaching the document which proves that its a more than 24 hour hospitalisation.
Icici lombard surveyor came to see the case, and get our written consent that we didnt showed in opd and came directly in emergency, i just want to ask, if the need is of emergency, then whether we should go for opd, her health was so deteriorating and at particular moment, only after doctor advise, we took admission, as cmo at that moment dr maheshwar lal, said that she is not getting reliefed and its better to go for some test and we have gone with their recommendations
Its really trust breaking, as after getting bill from billing deptt at around 5:30 pm and after processing documents, their was harassment of more than 3.5 hours, and finally, we have to pay the bill without any proper justification
Pls dont break the trust o[censored]s people as we have two policies are running with icici from 2010 yr, and now we are confused that what to do if some emergency situation comes.
