As per policy document, the premium to be paid was rs. 1562 but the amount charged from me was rs. 1947 which was made through my credit card. The customer care executive sold me another personal insurance policy with required motor insurance policy without my consent.

I was promised by the advisor that i will be charged only 650rs per month and it will be for 2years and it will give me the coverage of 5, 00, 000 for the health insurance, however after the verification was done my account was debited with the total amount of 12, 945rs. I cancelled my travel insurance one and a half month before still i didn't get my refund of rs 919.. Why this doing to customers.
When i call to icici lombard customer care they always telling me u will get it within 48 hours.. Its been one month over
