Complete harassment of consumer.
From last two months one accidental claim (Mot[protected] refund was pending at your end. There are two query
1. Motobike number in fir copy
2. Seziure memo report
With reference to point 1. At the time we did fir motobike number was not mentioned on bike.
2. Seizure memo was appropriate unconditional in our case because this was an road accident due to skid of bike and bike got damaged and after we transport the same to company work shop.
Now no revert on both the query. And still we r waiting for refund to settle.
Need urgent revert on this.

    Dear Sir / Madam

    Am writing this email in deep distress as i have got a patient admitted on thursday evening
    and since then there was no action taken by ICICI

    The below are the details of the Claimant
    Name : Mazhar Hasan
    Policy Number : 4128I/HP/[protected]/01/000

    On thursday when Mr Mazhar Hasan was admitted to the hospital prior to it he had black out and seizures which was due to his poor health condition
    when he was brought to the hospital without proper diagnose, i believe the hospital mentioned its a case of epilepsy which was not true

    Later he was diagnosed with multiple ailments which includes Acute pancreatitis, Stones in the gallbladder and has to undergo a surgery, i have contacted ICICI on several occasion and reminded the help desk team that
    am making a phone call directly from UK and every time i made a phone call Either i was given a poor response or the guys dosent even know what going on with the case

    i have requested to speak to someone senior who knows the subject but i got refused . They only know 2 lines “ sorry sir “ and “ hold the line for 2 minutes”

    i assumed that icici is a big company and because of which i have taken the health insurance policy for my parents 7 years back and since then i have continuing the policy
    but if i was known that this is the service which am going to recive then honestly speaking i would have rather not taken the policy from ICICI

    its been 4 days and no action has been taken, tomorrow is the surgery and upto now they have not taken any action.

    i would like to know the name of the responsible person or a manager incharge who deals with peoples claims and also i would a member of higher authority to contact me on my details below
    as instead of easing the stress at the time of difficulty you guys are given us more stress . every time i tried to call the customer service line there was no help provided what so ever
    All were bunch of fools sitting at your call centre who dosent know about anything . i have requested several time to put me to a senior authority
    they openly lie saying that theres no manager available to take my call .

    i would like my email to be acknowledged at your earliest and i need the details of the responsible person who i can contact until this claim has been sorted as am not going to call from UK
    to speak bunch of fools who dosent know anything

      Respected sir / madam,

      My 2-wheeler bike with name hero passion pro with number mh03 cc 2236 met an accident on 18 feb 2018 at eastern express highway, mumbai and bike slipped at right site. Damaged part after accident is left guard, silencer cover, backlight, handle and right site handle grip and bike kick completely bracken from engine shaft.

      Insurance certificate number 3005/39306732/11360 /000 find herewith attached bike insurance copy.

      I had raised complaint with icici lombard with claim number mot07369860, however below parts not cover under accidental damage. Kindly take up strongly with insurance company for damaged part replacement under insurance claim. Completed de satisfied with icici lombard insurance company.

        Greeting of the day!!!

        We are sorry to say that we are not satisfied with the service of lombard insurance company. Our concern is not for claim our concern regarding the information which was shared with us at the time of selling, mail exchanged with us and the information is available on we page are entirely differ. We are really feel that we are big fool
        So we trust on the words of the lombard representative, when we buy the policy it was informed to us that the path facility will provide near by house. No a grade hospital or b grade hospital. You can check in web page that no where mentioned a or b grade for pathology. Please refer the mail of dharmavaram siddiq (Customer relationship manager) he informed to us the in a grade hospital such facility is not available.

        Last year we did not use the complementary coupon this year we want to use so we approached to lombard representative, when they ask the are, we suggest the hospital nearby house in which the pathology facility is available.

        They informed to us in writing that in a grade hospital they will not provide. Dear sir/ mamdm, our question is that why not informed to us earlier that we will not provide the facility in b grade hospital. We have all the mail exchanged and recording conversation which can prove that how the insurance company make a fool the common man.
        Sir, we are sorry to say that please change your slogan of icici lombard "vada nibhaya" false commitment fulfill.

        For example: if we buy some product from market and some items are free with the product, the same time we can judge the free item quality before purchasing and after that this is solely buyer discretion that he want to buy or not, but here is different story, at the time of selling no where is mentioned. A grade or b grade, when we buy then informed that a or b. If we ask the claim, then say simply refund the premium amount, why only premium amount, why not interest on said amount, why the compensation for mental harassment. Because there is no value of the common person. If we say something they simply say we refund the premium amount. Is this enough for us? We dont want to cancelled or refund the amount we want the fair business ethics or commitment not false.

        Further, i have not purchase the policy for surrender or refund but such type of non committeemen is not acceptable to us, how we trust on your words, our experience with your representative is very horrible some example are:

        1. Some days ago i require to use the policy, my spouse has face the minor crack to toe, i call the representative (Ms jarin @ 4-5 pm), is this cover in medical insurance? She simply state that no., neither she suggest me that sir amount can be reimbursed on submission of the bills as per policy terms.

        2 in same day in the night again i have make a call then representative suggest me that sir this amount can be reimbursed to u.
        Now which statement is correct. You have also the recording of the conversation, we have also the same.
        Please tell me which statement is correct.

        3 other example:- last two or three days back when i ask to the representative that i want to use the complementary coupon,, she told me that on sunday or public holiday it is not possible.
        Why this is not communicate to us when we buy this product. We are salaried person and we have the off on sunday or in public holiday.

        Sir, we have really fade up with discuses with your representative. They are always ready with half information.

        Finally, if the company want to refund the amount of the following policy we are ready for the same but please refund including our last year premium + menatl harassment which we face in last some days,

            A health policy was renewed on 4th feb 2018. The payment for the one year renewal was made on that date and my card account was debited for policy through their online payment portal.

            As on date of writing (26 feb 2018). I have neither received the electronic copy of the renewed policy nor the hard copy.

            Since the date of renewal, i have spoken to 6 different customer service agents on their toll free number 18002666. With each of them promising a resolution within 24-48 hours. A resolution seems like a mirage.

            Prior to the renewal, the agent mr daniel or michael would call me every other day, to seek early renewal and also sell their two year policy. I had categorically refused to accept the two year renewal. Despite this, he sent me two proposal, a 1 year and another for 2 year renewal. I had only selected the 1 year policy and paid it online through their payment gateway.

            I would like icici lombard to either, resolve this issue, or alternatively refund the money paid to them, so i can obtain health insurance from other insurers.

            Finally, i would like to advice customers, current and potential, that the service level and agent attitude and commitment is "pathetic" they don't live up to the commitment they make. So please exercise caution before you buy!

              Good evening.
              This is aslam basha k from chennai. As i joined, one year health insurance policy in icici lombard from the date of 18/03/17 to 17/03/18. When i joined before, i received a call from a lady person miss. Nivedha ph: [protected]. Told me that, “we are calling from icici regarding health policy”. It will be refundable after one year when your loan will be completed. If you r using credit card means we will convert to emi option also. Then i agree to join in this policy. Today i called that above contact no, someone picked the call and told me that “there is no refundable option in this policy. She (Nivedha) also not working now. She told lie to joined in this policy. Ask to customer care we are not responsible for this.”
              So now tell me, what i have to do??? I need my money. Still 21 days remaining to complete my policy period.

                Hi,

                This is to bring to your notice that, my experience with your company has been disappointing. I had to make multiple calls and send reminder mails to address the issue but still due to the laid back attitude of the staff the issue is still not resolved. I recently spoke to one ms pooja and asha who put me on hold for almost 5 minutes and disconnected the call. I have never experienced such low quality of service with any other service provider. With this kind of attitude from the staffs i would never ever recommend this company to anyone. There is absolutely zero follow up and ownership. I had paid the requested amount and still the name transfer has not happened and no one is bothered to inform you the same. I will be reporting this on customer complaint forums and also on other social sites.

                  I have send this mail to icici lombard for my renewed policy papers i got a call from icici lombard that our health policy is not renewed.
                  My policy no is 4128 i/hppr/84949383/01/000 on name of mr. Rajesh bhartiya. I have paid rs 44153/- to renew my policy on 21/11/2017 by credit card for two years policy from rbl bank credit card transaction id mt173260041000010026238. Since from one month i am following with icici lombard for the renewed policy but they are not providing any solution.

                    I went for car insurance with icici lombard on last saturday (17/02/2018). I were told that i can make the payment online and as soon as i make my payment i will get my policy in mail. The agent was on call with me while i made the payment and once payment got successful i got redirected to icici lombard page showing transaction status null. But i checked with my bank, it showed payment successful to merchant. And the agent who was on call that time blabbered this and that and he said he will take a complaint. Its been threee days i made payment, they are holding my money and not taking further action. I mailed them and i called their customer care centre telling either release my money or policy. But everytime i get different service advisor and they ask me to explain the problem and i dictate like a rhyme everytime. They are holding my money and dint offer the service for which the money was paid for.

                      Today two do things happen one is very one knows.what should I call this /corruption/ scam/service/business/ like Punjab National Bank and second big thing I will tell today morning one @ICICILombard person call me and saying that you already took credit card so you should take somewhat like cardless insurance. I told I don't need and he was very angry at me and talking like he was my boss and I was a slave to @ICICILombard person if you not needed It’s is not a matter but you should pay insurance bill in EMI option or full amount it will be debited and again I told to him I don't need but he saying simply I just shipping your card and you will get a credit card bill you should pay 9k I can't understand the system and I hear that if we take a loan and we not paying in time they will warn us with using third party people and but now if we are not interested to take insurance also they are shouting on us/me he spoke like anything and is this is a new mandatory rule for who ever take credit card they suppose to have health insurance. They also deduct the amount from credit card and force me to pay monthly EMI and the problem with banking systems or government finally they will take any action on employee or customers?                           They force me to say yes telling me it is compulsory and mandetery as per new rule who ever take credit card they suppose to have health insurance. They also deduct 23796 amount from my credit card and force me to pay monthly emi. When today i discuss with goa branch they said no such compultion and said to complain.

                            My father, mr. A k jain, was rushed to emergency on 26/1/18 at max hospital, sector 19, noida. He was diagnosed with acute severe headache. We did not intend to admit him but the hospital insisted that we should get him admitted as they would need to run several tests including mri & ct scan as this matter could be serious as it is related to head & might be related to brain we got him admitted to a single room & applied for cashless claim under above mentioned policy number of icici lombard. They rejected our claim stating that icici lombard has signed an mou with max hospital that cashless claims would be process for twin sharing room categories & below. Then we got mr. A k jain shifted to a double room from a single room because of the information icici withheld from us. We were not intimated about this while taking the policy or afterwards we have already declared hypertension in mr. A k jain's policy. We furnished icici lombard with all the relevant documents for the purpose of getting the claim. He was diagnosed with diabetes last year for which we even furnished them with a prescription from last year which. Icici still rejected our claim stating that they needed history of his diabetes & hyperlipidemia. We gave a signed & stamped letter from max hospital that he no history of hyperlipidemia & he is having diabetes for last one year. Icici lombard regarded this document as irrelevant they made us wait from 12 am - 6pm on 28/1/18 for the purpose of processing the claim, which they rejected in the end. They traumatized the patient by continuously calling him. They traumatized me by making useless remarks for the purpose of rejecting the claim. I must have called them atleast 10 times on 28/1/18 to know the progress, continuous argument with their staff gave me a severe headache because of which i got really unwell.

                              This transaction is invalid. This is fraud. I don't think that icici lombard is multinational. It's just trying to pitch me policy forcibly esp when i have not done any purchase. This is the second time lombard has done debit for purchase of a product which i haven't ordered @ all. Lombard is not supposed to hack my card. I have not done any purchase, how can you deduct the amount from my credit card without intimating me.
                              I can definitely approach the consumer court for this fraud n will definitely do it now..

                                Few days back i called up to share the information of my mothers's demise and i wanted the policy to get cancel. The call was taken over by priya she informed me that i need to send my mother's death certificate along with a cancel cheque to receive the cancellation amount as the policy was purchase for 2 years. I agree that due to her illness we used the policy from july 2017 till nov 2017 but i fail to understand that if i have paid in advance for july 2018 till july 2019 and i am asking to cancel am i not eligible to receive the cancellation amount (25% which was informed to my by priya on the fisrt call) i am sure you guys will have recording and you can listen to the same.

                                I received a call yesterday informing that i will get no amount and let the policy get lapsed because i have used the policy. But still my logic remains the same that i have paid for 2 years and if i have used for 1 year still my next year is pending and even the date has not even approached yet so why will i not get the amount.

                                I called up yesterday and agent name elias took the call, who was so poor and rude - which made me write an email rather then calling the service number again. As the customer care was extremely poor and helpless.

                                I would suggest who so ever will take the escalation please listen to the 3 calls and then only revert me back.
