This is regarding my travel insurance claim for the claim id: in[protected] with icici lombard. Inspite of submitting all the required documents i don't see any progress in the claims.

I had traveled to bali and there was a delay in my return journey due to the volcanic eruption. I have submitted all the required documents and the expenses list for processing the same.

I have taken the policy to secrure my personal loan lphwr[protected]. I have closed my personal loan on 30.12.2017. But still you have not cancelled the policy 4080/ibank/[protected]/00/000. Iam struggling from last one week. Nobody is ready to listen from icici. Request you cancel the policy & reimburse the amount.

I have taken online car insurance from icici lombard and on the same day its inspection rejected, but i have already paid amount 6156/- on 19-dec-2017.

Still my amount were not refunded yet, as today is 02-jan-2018. Its really frustrating. As per icici lombard policy rule they were refunded amount within 7 working days and till now its not refunded.
