I have visited first to MR Ravindra diwnakar at your office 15 days back, at janjir wala square for NAME of ownership on policy need to change from Akash RAJURKAR to Sneha rajurkar as per the original new RC book, For wagon R & policy number is 3001/MI[protected]/00/000
he has informed me to visit maruti center as it is policy issued by maruti, Now from last 6 days I have given the said amount fees to ocean motors on PIPLIHANA, INDORE mp, by my credit card for policy name endorsement, through miss bhavana & miss sonali..
its 6 times the photos of the car has been taken & stilll the work is not done each time few new excuses from your side, Now still the ocean motor is saying icici Lombard is raising unnecessary issues..I am using your company policy for my two wheeler too..BUT
I am afraid & decided that i will never take your policy & neither suggest to our group to take yours due to rubbish services..
WHY THE CHANGE IS NOT HAPPENING JUST BECAUSE OF CAR COLOR IS BLACK???
AND IF YOU ARE RAISING ISSUES
AND YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED BY THE PICTURE SEND BY OCEAN MOTORS SEND YOUR PERSON WITH HI FI GADGETS SO HE CAN TAKE PICTURE..'
WHAT THE PATHETIC SERVICES YOU ARE OFFERING TO CREATE PROBLEMS TO CUSTOMERS..

They are saying many damage was also there at the time of policy renewal during zero depreciation photo inspection, I asked them to send pictures, I checked the picture in which there was no damage on tail light, wrong preinspection report made by ICICI people.
