For policy 3001/[protected]/00/000 - payment has been deducted twice. See attached photo. It was told to me that I will get money back in 4-5 working days but its been a more than a 2 months, I have not got my money back. I am following up with person who processed policy, I have raised ticket #[protected] and [protected], American Express is following with ICICI lambord but issue has not resolved yet. Its a shame that they are sitting on my money and could not return in 2 months.

    I purchased tata tiago at time of loan they sell a policy of icici lombard without any explanation of product's benefits. When i received the policy kit i was surprised there is few diseases including in this policy.I want my total amount refund back without any delayed & without deduction.

      Dear Team,

      I got policies initiated for health and group cover with loan coverage for which I have registered myself and wife for 4.5Lakhs insurance in total associated with my home loan account

      Since i had to relocate to Germany i cancelled all the policies with immediate effect from 16th of December(date of receipt of policies - 7th and 10th Dec) .I requested to cancel all the Policies associated with this loan account and mobile number of me and my wife ([protected] and [protected]) however the policy associated with my wife's name listed below wasn't cancelled when i checked today which was due for cancellation on the 16th of december when i requested the customer support team told the effective date has to be 16th and only the grievance team can help and cancel all the policies effective 16th December

      Home insurance policy

      and for the second policy though cancellation was initiated within 8 days of me receiving the policy i had been processed a partial refund for which i had requested to reopen this ticket the below policy has to be correctly refunded ([protected])

      Group Securement policy
      4080/ibhspll/[protected]/00/000

      As per the cancellation policy we need to cancel the policy within 15 days of receipt of the same. I had received the policy on Dec 7th and had done the cancellation on 16th December and i still checked from the customer service that the refund has been only partially given, as per cancellation clause i got the policy in hand only on 7th and within 8 days had initiated cancellation and Since this involves huge sum of money early response is appreciated. Also i am not sure the 3 policies sum upto 3, 50, 000 however i was charged 450000 towards insurance as a part of home loan, I am not sure where the other 1 lakh is invested

      I had copied the bankers from whom the loan was processed and i am really not sure what is the break up of 4.50 laks as the customer service team said they can process this only 3 policies resulting in 3.5 Lakhs

      I will appreciate any early response in this regard and since i am in Germany kindly respond with email so that i can follow up and my wife can go to the branch to close this out

          According to the Telephonic Conversation i was informed that "within 15 days of receiving the documents the claim shall be processed and cleared" by the employee of ICICI Lombard

          I have also requested claim status on Phone Line No[protected] but there was to no positive responses.
          In all 4 calls made to ICICI Lombard the only replied i got is till
          16th January 2017 "Sir your Claim is Under Process"

          This is very discouraging behavior expected from such a renounced HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY.

          I believe within 48 Hours there will some clarity toward this endless delay to clearing the claim.

            I Have credit card of ICICI Bank Coral Credit Card, fraudently they charged Rs. 11880/- in respect of health insuance and started EMI of 519.43 (incl. Sevice Tax charged against this card, POLICY NO. 4065/SM/[protected]/00/000 dated 28.11.2016 . i have submitted a lot of time to request for cancellation of my policy but no response, till after 45 days they reverse a small amount of Rs. 4650/-.

            This is fraud, the employees of the ICICI lomabard are totally fraud. from starting i.e. 30.11.2016 to 09.01.2017 i.e. 45 days they replied again and again we are trying but no one respond. i am very frustrated to these types of insurance policies. fraudently they are selling their policies and charge unnecessary charges from customers.

              My car is with Hyundai service centre for accidental claim with claim no - mot06213901.
              At the time of inspection for zero depreciation insurance no one informed me that you will not get approval or no inspection report was given, they told me your inspection is clear no problem in it. . They made wrong inspection report. My left side tail light was without any damage or scar clearly visible in preinspection photo they marked it broken. My back bumper was slightly loose only they adjust bumper like tat marked broken, my front bumper is ok they marked it scratched, tottaly fraud . I will never suggest ICICI Lombard to any one . They even did not told us their inspection report, they did it smartly and fraud by giving wrong inspection report.

              If it is moisture in picture, then why you marked it as broken. This is brand new tail light it's clearly visible in preinspection photo. Now you are saying it's moisture, tottaly fraud, in picture it is clearly mentioned.

                When i am claiming the insurence the officer is refusing to give the claim because by mistake i gave the wrong surname of the driver(my cousine ) as he generally use 'Kumar' as the second name but in the driving license his second name was Pegwal, due to this reason your area service manager Mr.Aashish shrivastava refused to give the claim and also was misbehaving with me and said do whatever you can do I am not giving the claim.

                    Transaction ID's[protected],[protected], Complaint no-[protected], Called customer care to know the status of the email sent on corporate email id but there is no information available on these interaction ID’s and the matter of addition & deletion of employees name in the policy is pending from long time. Agent does not have information available with him and he asked to call the RM but he did not have number available with him and he asked us to search it on Google. Please check the call recording as while keeping the call on hold agent used unethical language which is not professional and we do not pay huge amount to get such kind of service wherein we need to wait for more than 4 months to make the addition or deletion in the policy. Hope this time the issue will be resolved soon.

                      My name is Surya Singh S/O Late Mr. Sumitranandan Singh my father has taken a car insurance from ICICI Lombard bearing policy no: 3001/99743963/00/000 he met with an unfortunate accident on 1/6/2015 in Shahbad, hardoi (U.P) in which we lost him. The incident was updated to ICICI and claim was registered as the vehicle was in police custody it took me 6 months to get it released from the court after which i towed the car to nearby workshop which ICICI has tie - up.Then the surveyor Mr. Rajeev Singh came on the workshop to do the survey he told us that we cannot do cashless repair and the workshop manager said the same but according to the website of ICICI the workshop named Concept cars is in list of cashless workshop. I Handed all the documents asked by him in the month of December 2015 including copy my of ID and address proof in which the mentioned address is of pune were me and my family stays and the communication address will be of pune i told him.Some days past with no update so i followed them up their legal team call me up and told that they have not received the documents and i was surprised so i have to scan and send the document to Mr. Mathur from ICICI i dont know Mr.Rajeev Singh has done with documents i have given him. I got frustrated which such response from Mr. Rajeev Singh so i approached Mr.Ashok Kumar his manager i was communicating with him but after sometime there was no response and he called me and told me that he has send letters to us to submit the car repair bills but we have not responded i asked where have you send those letters he said at the address that the insurer Late. Mr. Sumitranandan Singh has given to ICICI which was the company address were he was working but after his death there is no point sending letters at that address and i told him to send it pune address which he didnt. After sending three letters thats what he told me he had closed the claim mentioning documents not submitted i was in shock how can he do that i asked him what should i do know he told me to pay amount of 50-60 thousand rupees to the workshop and drop him a mail mentioning the amount so he could talk to his seniors and tell them that we have started the repair work so they could consider and i did what he said i transferred the funds to the workshop and dropped him a mail as asked but he didnt replied and when i called him he told me he cant do anything in that i called up the customer service they told me they cant help me i have to get the claim opened legally Ms.Sunita from PD desk told me i asked them to reply the same on the mail that i have sent to Mr.Ashok saying they cant reopen the claim they said yes they will but its more than 15 days there is no response. Kindly help me with this i am going through this harassment from past 1 year. below are the details of claim no and request no. for re-opening.

                        i have mailed you yesterday (16/12/2016) regarding not getting the correct status of my claim no.MOT06162052 of my vehicle no. DL14CB1333.
                        i want to say that i have received a sms on 16/12/2016 at10:51pm that my surveyor Mr. Ram Joshia will assist you for your claim but he is not entertaining for my claim. he is not receiving my call and sometimes he receives then he says that you know and icici company knows about your claim. i do not know anything about this this is between u and your company.
                        today is the sixth day that my unrepaired car is standing in bagga link motors ltd.
                        i think this is happening because of at the time of survey the surveyor Mr. Ram Joshia was demanding for claim passing fee. he said if you pay claim passing fee then i will pass your claim instantly. i don't know about any claim passing fee because this is my first time to take a claim in my life so i don't know about this. so, i denied of giving such claim passing fee that's why he is not interested in my vehicles claim. sometimes he says u will not get any claim for ur vehicle any dont ever try to call me again.
                        so, there is a humble request to you please please look into this matter seriously and make my claim approved so that i can receive my car repaired ASAP.
                        by this manner i am really harrased by your surveyor.

                        I am a customer of icici lombard gic. My vehicle (Maruti eeco-dl14cb1333) is insured by your co. With policy no.3001/[protected]/00/000, this vehicle met an accident on dated 11/12/2016 in sadar bazar delhi at 5:30 pm.
                        On very next day (12/12/2016) i bring this vehicle to bagga link motors ltd. And inform to you claim department. They gave us claim no. Mot06162052 through sms, and the surveyor (Mr. Ram joshia-[protected]) had came on 13/12/2016. Surveyor survey the vehicle and said to me i will call to you about claim status..
                        On dated 15/12/2016, surveyor call to garage for claim is not payble because of photographs is not matching with customer wording in claim form.

                        This is very disappointment situation for me that i have take 1st time insurance from your co. And your co. Is refuse to give the claim whether my claim is genuine. I have mentioned the fact which had been done with my vehicle..
                        Kindly look into this matter seriously and approve my claim asap
                        I want to give some another information about surveyor, he discussed with me about claim passing fee. I didn't understand. Kindly clear to me what amount have to pay for this claim to surveyor.

                        They are saying many damage was also there at the time of policy renewal during zero depreciation photo inspection, I asked them to send pictures, I checked the picture in which there was no damage on tail light, wrong preinspection report made by ICICI people.

Ganesh b chavan, and for my wife and daughter also but in this year my daughter was admitted in hospital due to remote symptomatic epilepsy du to perinatal insole, and same i apply for reimbursement but you have rejected for to saying this is pre - existing disease but i sure you this is not the pre existing this is happen first time and also doctor is given the same letter i am attaching this.

                            Very bad experience with icici lombard insurance company there was a crack in my bike kceing due to this whole oil was continuously linking out of it from bike cb unicorn 160 that was clearly accidental but executives / surveyor has rejected my claim saying that accident is not so clear where as metal was crack and oil was liking. Really upset with the service this guys has given very bad experience.

                              My name is jabir kp[protected] from India and i have purchased GT from platino classic Kochi on May 7 2016. i had an accident on July 28 2016 and still i did not recieve my car repaired. Its been nearly four and half months and Platino classic saying insurance company is delaying it. It is ICICI prudential insurance and is purchased by platino classic themselves and no opinion of mine were taken to select the insurance. I have no complains about it, but the insurance company is still delaying it and platino classic follow up during the whole period is very very bad. If things to like how can i choose BMW again after 2 or 3 years while i am changng my car ? How can i suggest BMW to my friends and relatives ? My friend had a plan to purchase X5 and it seems he dropped after seeing my issue. Below are provided with my policy details. Kindly do the necessary to release my car by this week itself as i am going back to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.

                                I have visited first to mr ravindra diwnakar at icici lombard office 15 days back, at janjir wala square for name of ownership on policy need to change from akash rajurkar to sneha rajurkar as per the original new rc book, for wagon r & policy number is 3001/mi[protected]/00/000

                                He has informed me to visit maruti center as it is policy issued by maruti, now from last 6 days i have given the said amount fees to ocean motors on piplihana, indore mp, by my credit card for policy name endorsement, through miss bhavana & miss sonali..

                                Its 6 times the photos of the car has been taken & stilll the work is not done each time few new excuses from your side, now still the ocean motor is saying icici lombard is raising unnecessary issues.. I am using your company policy for my two wheeler too.. But

                                I am afraid & decided that i will never take your policy & neither suggest to our group to take yours due to rubbish services..

                                Why the change is not happening just because of car color is black???

                                And if you are raising issues

                                And you are not satisfied by the picture send by ocean motors send your person with hi fi gadgets so he can take picture..'

                                  What's the use of having a policy if we don't have any proper knowledge about it and if we try to reach the person he is mostly unavailable. if you can not provide a proper agent then what the hell is the use of a agent. i want a quick solution or else i will complaint about it in the consumer court. and this is my final decision. i will use all my money but i will ruin this company.

                                    ICICI credit card person approached me and offered a life time free card a year back.

                                    Card was issued in deactivated condition, once I enquired with ICICI bank them they informed that I have to go for ICICI Lombard plan to activate the card and they forward the call to ICICI Lombard team.

                                    ICICI Lombard person forced me to go for a plan and said that any time you can quit the plan, otherwise your call will be permanently deactivated. We will send you the complete documents of insurance plan documents

                                    Since I was in emergency, I decided to go for the plan for 1st month to use the credit card then to quit the plan in next month.

                                    But they never provided any documents about the plan so far whereas in another side they deducting charges every month.

                                    Whenever I call customer care of ICICI Lombard, they informing me that documents will be send to your mail but so far I have not received any mails or documents.

                                    Now I am in a position that I don't know for what insurance plan the money is deducted for. Also the ICICI bank charges annual fees for using credit card for life time free card.

                                    ICICI Bank and ICICI Lombard are jointly spinning the issue on others and deducting the money every month.

                                    Kindly help me in resolve the issue.

                                      I have Health Insurance Policy No: 4128I/HP/[protected]/00/000.It was taken in Swapna name last year.She face now issue with throat pain from last 3 months and she now unable to have food.We have visited Manipal Hospital Bangalore and Doctor checked and suggested immediate treatment.Hence we have gone through it.We have applied claims[protected].I have got mail from your team as it is a tumor and tumor not covered under policy and its rejected.

                                      She never have any tumor Or cancer only throat pain and she unable to have food.we have checked with Doctor and he said he never said its a Tumor. Hence i have called back your customer care and they have register again request- ([protected] ). This was denied as Pre -Existing Illness .I have called back again and your represent unable to answer hhow they concluded this is a pre-existing illness.Your represent Mr:Narendra said they have documents which proves its Pre-Existing Illness.Hence i have requested him to share the Documents to my Mail ID but he never shared that.

                                      I have again called back your Que and spoken with another represent he said its rejected case i have requested him to transfer the call to next level officer but he was not willing he answerd next level person also will answer the same.After much arguments he transferred the line to Mr:Sayed.He checked with you back end team and said its denied as Pre-existing but he also not shared the documents which say its pre-existing.He asked me to send the details to your Hyderabad office for further verification. I have requested him to share the Address and form to my mail ID and collected my email ID but never shared the details or form.

                                      We have Chosen ICICI only because of the trust we have with ICICI.but now i feel painful bzc your team just want to reject the claims so they created reason and rejecting without even checking the facts.I still hope ICICI respect the customer and take their feedback and work with customers for best results.I hope someone from ICICI team will work on this and get this sorted out.​​I am really feeling helpless and nobody is ready to help me.​I request you to kindly look into the issue and take proper actions, so that I and many people like me can get rid of this kind of corruption

                                        I am holding this policy with icici lombard since 2011 and have never claimed any amount against it for last 5 years.
                                        • my original policy was not having any standard exclusions for any disease life threatening or critical care except a waiting period for any existing disease, for which a waiting period of 2 years was indicated.
                                        • i have gone thru the policy document which was forwarded to me on renewal in july 2016 along with policy wordings and the key information sheet. The same also does not state any such exclusions (Clause 3.3). Moreover the option add on covers also does not indicate that there is need to take any specific insurance for any excluded disease.

                                        Icici lombard is denying my claim stating that my disease multiple myloemo is an exclusion in the policy.
