Hello,

I want to surrender ICICI prudential life insurance policy: - “Master Policy No. 28456956 ““Member identification no[protected]”.

Which I received along with Home Loan Account No.: - LBNOD[protected] from ICICI Bank.

I also like to inform you that I got cheated by DSA & ICICI employee. The statement quoted to me at the time of home loan was that availing the insurance policy is mandatory for all home loan applications and would be auto-canceled after 3 months from the date of issue.

But now when I tried to reach DSA (Traun Mobile- [protected]), ICICI Branch Noida (Ms. Debasmita Mohapatra Mobile No- [protected] still working with icici prudential & Nawed Mobile No. – [protected] Now he is no more employee of icici bank) everyone giving me excuses and suggesting me to continue as is.

Now it’s high time to take action for cancellation of above-given policy else I need to get support from consumer court.

Hope you understand my pain and direct monetary losses.

    I am an ex-employee of ICICI Prudential and I've worked there from Aug'08 to Feb'09. However I couldn't continue to my services because of prolonged illness which happened because of my accident.

    I could not do my F&F at that point in time. Now I've started my job with some other organization and need my relieving letter.

    Request whomsoever is responsible for this, please do the needful asap.

      My policy number is19930891, i bought this policy for my husband through icici bank on 30 sept 2016 from Mr. yogesh in naigaon east. at the same time i bought 3 more policies from him as i had discussed with the branch manager before.

      1. the policy no 19930891 was told us with the total sum assured will be 50 lacs and premium will be less than 7000/- yearly. but we recived the policy documents late and we were suprised to see the premium was 6284/- half yearly. the sum assured amount was 65 lacs . the agent took our phone and did the verification by himself presenting himself as Mr valino pereira.

      2. the policy no. 19930974 was for myself with the sum assured will be 20 lacs amd premium will be less than 7000/- yearly. i was satisfied with this poilicy.

      3. the policy no. 19930752 was investment plan on my husband (valino macoy pereira) name the premium was told us 30000/- yearly. but when we recived this policy documents the premium was 60000/-

      4. the policy no.19951295 was investment plan on my brother (Dinesh Mahesh Kumawat) name the premium was told us 30000/- yearly, but when we recived this policy documents the premium was 60000/-

      all four policy documets were handed over by mr. yogesh after 3 months, i apporoched the bank manager and he promised us that he will do the needful.

      even after a month nothing was done, and the manager said mr. yogesh has left icici prudential.

      after this we are still managing anyhow to pay the premiums and its very diffiucult for us to pay so much ammount, i wish to hv i protect smart policy for my husband

        I took icici prudential ulip plan in october 2014.
        I paid for 3 years and then i couldn't pay for it.

        The policy is under discontinued status.

        I wanted to withdraw funds as i needed money very urgently.
        They denied saying that there is a lock-in period.

        As per irda guidelines, i can withdraw the policy even if there is a lock-in period, however, i have pay surrender charges.

        I went to the branch, they asked me to send the email to
        [protected]@iciciprulife.com and they denied on that email.
        I even called them today. They are still telling me that i can only withdraw it after 5 years.

        Icici pru policy number 18944444.
        I sent the email on thu, mar 14, 6:08 pm

        I need urgent help on this.
        I have attached their response as a screenshot in the picture.

          Non receiving or attending customer care number... Always in busy or engaged... Very bad, slow & hopeless service in pune-satara road. Pune37 branch... Many times lift under repair... Server down... Printer not in work... For senior citizen there is no any fast attending service... Branch employee not guide properly.. Neglat customers queries.. There's are many other companies which provides fast n proper service to customers... Why your company not..???

                I have received a message on 10th march 2019 stating
                'premium due on 13th march-19 for your policy no 22061821for rs 29998 shall be charged to your credit card asper standing instructions. T&c apply.'

                I have never given standing instruction to charge premium to my credit card. Please donot charge it to my credit card. I will pay it vide other modes.
                Request you to stop charging premium to my icici credit card.

                      While going through my portfolio dt : 13/8/18 with the icici bank (Print not very clear) i came up with a surprise item. Sometime back my husband obtained me an icici pru elite life ii - ua2, policy no[protected] for sum assured 20l and paid the 1st premium of rs 2 lakh. But due to medical emergency arising out of myself diagnosed as kidney failure (Ckd) patient we had to surrender the policy within the stipulated time but in the emergency situation forgot to ensure refund of the rs 2 l paid as first premium. I find to my surprise that the amount has grown to rs 2, 47, 470.

                      I request you earnestly to help me by examining the records and if found correct to kindly arrange refunding the amount, which i need badly for my medical treatment and oblige. Your kind response will be highly appreciated.

                        महोदय/महोदया,

                        मैं अनीता पांडे आइसीआइसीआइ प्रुदेन्सिअल लाइफ द्वारा फ्राड का शिकार हुई हूँ. मेरा पॉलिसी नंबर 20989386 Amount 250000 Rs जो की मुझे ग़लत जानकारी देकर बेची गयी थी। मैने कस्टमर केयर में काल करके उसे कैंसेल करवाने की रिकवेस्ट दी थी, परिणाम स्वरूप 11 जनवरी2019 को मेल द्वारा मुझे सूचना प्राप्त हुई की पालिसी कैंसेल हो गयी है, 15 दिनों के भीतर मेरा पैसा मेरे खाते में आ जाएगा।।

                        15 दिन इंतजार करने के बाद जब मैने 26 जनवरी2019 को पुन: कस्टमर केयर के टोल फ्री नंबर पर काल किया तो "उन्होने मुझसे 48Hrs का समय यह कहते हुए माँगा की इस वक्त में आपका पैसा आपके खाते में पहुँच जाएगा" ...परंतु जब पैसा नहीं आया तो मैने फिर से फ़ोन किया तो पता चला "3 फ़रवरी तक इंतजार करिए आपकी पॉलिसी पेमेंट के लिए अधिकृत विभाग के पास है"। परंतु मुझे फिर भी कोई सूचना नहीं दी गयी मैने फिर से 4फ़रवरी को कस्टमर केयर से बात की तो एक 4 फ़रवरी की रात में लगभग11 बजे मेल आया जिसमे बताया की पेमेंट रिकवेस्ट कैंसेल हो गयी है क्योंकि जिस खाते में पैसा भेज रहे हैं वो ख़ाता सुधीर कुमार (मेरे पति) के नाम से है जबकि वो ख़ाता सुधीर कुमार और मेरा ज्वाइंट अकाऊन्ट है, अब आप या तो अनीता पांडे के नाम से जो अकाउंट हो उसका डीटेल दें या फिर डिक्लेरशन दे दें की मुझे इस खाते में पैसे भेजने में कोई आपत्ति नहीं हैं।

                        "मैने भी #5फ़रवरी 2019 को 8:11 PMपर डिक्लेरशन हिन्दी तथा अँग्रेज़ी भाषा में लिख कर उसी मेल पर भेज दिया... अगले दिन मैने फिर कस्टमर केयर में काल किया। नतीजा उन्होने मुझे फिर से 2 दिन इंतजार करने को कहा 2 दिन बाद मुझे फिर 2 दिन के लिए डिक्लेरशन भेजिए अकाउंट का स्टेटमेंट भेजिए बोलकर टाल दिया उस समय मैने इन्हे स्टेटमेंट भी भेजा। मैने 7feb2019 को GRO SMGRO को CC BCC करते हुए उस दिन तक घटी सारी घटना बताते हुए मेल किया... 9 तारीख को मेल आता है उसमें लिखा होता है की आपकी रिकवेस्ट प्रोसेस होने अधिक में समय लग रहा है तब तक इंतजार कीजिए गौरतलब है मेल में मुझे कोई तारीख नहीं बताई गयी थी, मैने पुन: 11 फ़रवरी को रिमाइंडर भेजा फिर भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला इसी बीच मैने कस्टमर केयर को फ़ोन किया तो उन्होने 18 तारीख तक इंतजार करने को कहा हालाँकि मुझे वहाँ से भी मुझे कमिटमेंट्स और गुमराह कई जाने वाली दोनो तरह के अनुभव मिले।

                        18 फ़रवरी की शाम को फिर से एक मेल आता है जिसमे वही शब्द लिखे होतेहैं जो मेरे पास 4 फ़रवरी को आया था 'जिसमे बताया की पेमेंट रिकवेस्ट कैंसेल हो गयी है क्योंकि जिस खातेमें पैसा भेज रहे हैं वो ख़ाता सुधीर कुमार (मेरे पति) के नाम से है "अब आप या तो अनीता पांडे के नाम से जो अकाउंट हो उसका डीटेल दें या फिर डिक्लेरशन दें की मुझे इस खाते में पैसे भेजने में कोई आपत्ति नहीं हैं मैने फिर से डिक्लेरशन दिया पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई पैसे नहीं आए ।

                        2-4दिन इंतजार किया फिर से कस्टमर केयर को काल किया रेस्पोन्स आया सोमवार 25 फ़रवरी को पैसे भेज दिए जाएँगे पक्का आप कंफार्म कर लेना फ़ोन करके, 25 को फ़ोन करने पर बताया आपकी कोई रिकवेस्ट नहीं है और आपने मेल से शिकायत की है हमारे पास उसका कोई रेकार्ड नहीं होता हैं पर यहाँ पर पेमेंट की तारीख 3 मार्च दिखा रहा है कोई बोलता आपकी शिकायत सीनियर लेवेल पर एस्केलेटेड है हमारे पास कोई जानकारी नहीं होती हैं (18 फ़रवरी से 2 मार्च तक मैने कई बार फ़ोन किया मुझे कई तरह की कमिटमेंट्स मिली और ज़्यादातर में 3 तारीख को पेमेंट हो जाएगा ये बात कामन थी)

                        2 फ़रवरी को भी मैने फ़ोन किया कस्टमर केयर में मुझसे फिर भी 3 तारीख को पेमेंट हो जाएगी ही बोला गया पर 3मार्च को एक मेल फिर से आया जिसमे लिखा था "आपने अपनी सहमति साझा कर दी है, हम भुगतान को आगे बढ़ाएंगे।" जब 6 मार्च तक पैसे मेरे खाते में नहीं आए तो मैने फिर से काल किया जवाब में उन्होने कहा की पेमेंट होने में15दिन का समय लगेगा मेरे पास 18 मार्च की डेट शो कर रहा है...

                        मैं वैसे भी बहुत लंबा इंतजार कर चुकी हूं, एक तो मुझे कंपनी ने पहले ग़लत तरह से पालिसी बेच कर ठगा हुआ है ऊपर से मेरे पैसे भी समय से वापस नहीं कर रहे हैं। अब मैं अपने आप को असहाय महसूस कर रही हूं।। महोदय/महोदया 11 जनवरी को पालिसी कैंसेल हुई थी तब से लेकर आज दिनांक 6 मार्च तक 55 दिन हो गये हैं और मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस नहीं मिले हैं। मेरा आपसे निवेदन है की शीघ्र अति शीघ्र पेमेंट करवाने की कृपा करें साथ ही कंपनी द्वारा समय जाया करने के बदले में मुझे उचित क्षतिपूर्ति के लिए पैसे दिलाने का कष्ट करें। एवं आप भी शीघ्र अति शीघ्र कंपनी पर फ्राड वा अनियमितता करने के लिए जुर्माना लगाने का कष्ट करें।

                            Sir... This is with regard to premium payment of my policy 15112383... Which was due today... I made the online payment about 10 days ago but by mistake paidthe premium of 17, 091 twice... I had contacted your customer care call on 7th feb as well as after that but they informed me that the extra amount would be credited to my bank account by the 22nd of thus month... I request you yo look into the matter and help i the early refund of the extra amount paid.

                              Hi.. Ms kamla verma at icici branch 19c has missguided me. I have open my fd from imobile of rupees 20000 and went to 19c sec branch for inquiry about 80c certificate. There kamla verma told me this fd is use less and she will open new fd and cancel this one and she debit 30000 rupees from my account. But later on i came to know that plan is on market risk and not a fd it was some insurance immediately on same day i told her to stop this process and credit my money back but she started shouted on me and refuse to do the work next day she went on leave and not stop this process. Then i went to prudential life insurance office there i submit a cancellation form. But till date there is no progress. I did not receive any money or cancellation message. No one taking responsibility of it not icici bank branch and not prudential life insurance branch sector 8 chandigarh.

                                Hi, i have two policies with icici prudential. I have been paying 1, 01000 annually for five years and the policy never seen a profit, i have taken another policy last year stupidly, and realised i am at losing end. I called bank many times to withdraw the policies but there is no help from the bank regarding this. Infact i am advised i cannot withdraw once i have joined. I cannot afford to pay anymore as my income is not the same. I need bank to let me withdraw my both policies and not invest my funds anymore for both these policies: 22270813 and 19660889.

                                ICICI Prudential Life Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                ICICI Employees took money for investing in ELSS, however at the final day of submission, they informed saying eKYC is done but cKYC is not there and rejected forcing me to take ULIP at the last minute. No customer service or board number was available for call. Called every number mentioned there and ended without response.

                                  You people were calling daily to take the policy, since when i have made the payment you foolish people are neither calling me nor taking my calls. My policy has still not been issued. Medical test is pending. On your broucher it is written that our medical team will visit to take medical report. Why they people are not coming since i have informed to vinod sharma who were always calling by [protected] and[protected]. Now this foolish man is not responding. Either you proceed my policy or cancel the same.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I was told by icici pru representative that after surrendering my 2 existing icici pru life policies, they can arrange a new policy which will have few years (Less than 3 years) premium payment term for which total premium will not be much more than existing policies surrender value. I accepted for the offer and surrendered one of my policy but i received the policy with 12 years premium payment term with each year 1.5 lakhs as premium payment, which is huge and may be not possible to affordable for me. I initially opted for 10 years maturity period but they provided 12 years maturity period.

                                    I asked the concerned manager why this is happening, after several days follow ups he replied that he has requested to change this policy premium term to five years, so he asked me to wait, i accepted and did so, but to this time this change has not come into effect and he is not replying to my calls or e-mails making it a frustrating experience.

                                    So i want to please cancel my new policy[protected] without any losses.

                                        Sir I have book aa flat in migsun villasa in sub vention plan and loan with ICICI bank Kaushambi branch they collect the documents from me for insurance saying that it is mendatory with home loan I said you will collect but hold my insurance procedure till I confirm today suddenly I get the email and message for my insurance policy generate...this is totally harrasement of human ...what should I do now more kindly suggest
