Misselling and fraud policy

Hello sir,
I have complaint regarding my 3 policies. I have purchased them in 2022 . I had put query on icici pru site and i am also regular customer of icici bank and i have icici health policy also so i had a great trust with icici products. when i put query on icici pru life Then i started receiving calls from icici pru for purchasing of policies. my policy details are-

Complaint for wrong insurance for rs.300, 000/-

I was paying premium of my previous policy of rs.3000/- monthly with icici prudential. But staff shradha ([protected]) from pushp vihar branch told me to close & continue with same new signature policy with 1 time investment of fund value - 300, 000.
After one year i start getting mail from icici prudential & verbal communication to pay rs.25000/month from 26th sept'20. As my earning is not more than 40, 000/month, so...

Received fraud calls to pay 1L

Hi Sir\Madam,

I have received call from people saying that they are icici prudential policy representatives today (on 4th Feb 2023)

I got call from [protected] and said that I am an ICICI Prudential policy holder of policy #17618955 which is about to lapse. I need to pay the defaulted payments to get the policy amount or else the policy will lapse and only ten percent of the premium paid will be refunded. Wrong name mentioned on Cheque - Policy no 00011907

Above mentioned POLICY 00011907 got matured on Apr 1, 2021and I received a payment but the name mentioned on the cheque (Ch no 725443 Dt 01/04/21) has wrong spelling of my name. Where as policy document mentions correct name "MANEESH RUSTAGI" but issued as by wrong spell in my family name "RASTOGI"

I would request to correct the name and issue new cheque or transfer the amount to my account in ICICI bank....

All fraud notorious service oriented insurance company

Beware of the company when they give customer care number or Grievence office cell number or any other number.
AA)The customer care number when dialed will get you SMS link for quick service which will be good for nothing and handled by robot who will ask you stupoid questions like unit link value, policy number etc. Anyother query it will inform it cannot understand. BB) When you hold to talk to any human personnel, Nobody will attend....

I have taken this policy on 4th Aug 2018. As an agent of the company promised good returns. But after year and the performance of the fund was not quite good. So I have decided not to continue with the policy.

After not receiving a premium on time, Company support has started harassment calls. Even after refusing to continue with the policy. I kept on getting at least 3-4 calls...

2 times payment (rs 25000) done for my insurance policy no - 12312415

1- i did try to pay amount rs 25000 against my insurance policy no[protected] on 01/08/2019 in between 1st time show the fail so i try to next attempt and come to message successfully done. But message come from bank, 2 times payment done of rs 25000 each and i checked my account, there are also show 2 times debited from my account.
