I am being dodging from one employee to another but nobody is assisting with proper response and respectfully. All of the employees got no manners how to respond customers. When i am mentioning from front that i am in cst time zone give me time accordingly this "Simran Arora" messaged me with 1 to 5 PM, which is night at our side. This is how you deal with NRI clients???

ICICI Prudential is turning out to be a real fraud entity. This shameless company sends a mail for digital life verification with a link that doesn't work. On top of that these fraudsters have blocked my registered mail id and the mails which are sent to [protected]@iciciprulife.com is neither responded nor acknowledged. They just want to stop my payment. Just want to loot investors' money....

ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE has an agency name Visa Insurance Chennai...

Recently an employee contacted and mis used my details n applied for two insurance without my knowledge...

I mailed ICICI PRUDENTIAL so many times saying that I want to cancel those insurance...but icici fails and favouring those cheat employees...
Replying me this is not you email id...I don't know who's mail I'd they used...

I explained. But still ICICI favouring Frauds

I am Lekha Reena I0713318 recently a know person unwanted pushed me into this policy asking me to help them to fulfill their Target on December 2023...They took some details of me applied on their own...they promised me to refund but again they applied one more policy...they took Gpay of mine again... totally took 10000 guided me how to speak and now they are not giving money back...

One of friend told me to upload those Audi...

Subject policy was surrendered and completed the lock in period of 5 Years on 24-Dec-23. Since then, I am regular contact with Back office and Customer care for repayment on my NRE Saving account. Today is 10-Jan-2024 and I have following experiences to highlight:
1 Back office and Customer care are not aligned
2 they claim that repayment was made on 26th but account was frozen.
3 they issued a cheque to my domestic...

I am an NRE customer with two ICICI PRU LIFE policies.
Just to let you know, I received an email from the branch manager, of ICICI Pru Life Madurai branch, saying they work at ICICI Prudential Madurai.
They asked me to surrender my guaranteed wealth protector policy.
They are saying that the ICICI prudential Mumbai office authorizes them.
They know all the details of my policy.
Please...

I am receiving calls from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance offices located in Chennai, Madurai, and Coimbatore to surrender my policy before maturity. Even the ICICI Pru branch manager is involved in this issue. They are calling and asking me to close the existing policy and reinvest in other insurance policies. I suspect this is a scam. It is unethical. They know all the details of my policy number, fund allocations, policy numbers my mobile...

I was guided by ICICI Prudential staff to liquidate my tax-free investments (NRE FDs and another ICICI Prudential policy) with ICICI and purchase their SARAL Pension policy. While all the benefits of policy were explained to me the tax implications were conveniently not explained, I have cancelled my policy after noting TDS deduction from the first annuity payout, but ICICI is refusing to pay interest for the duration my funds were locked under the policy. I have received the first annuity amount with TDS deduction, and the original adjusted amount (minus first annuity payout) but ICICI is refusing to pay interest for the duration my original investment funds were locked with them. Their comeback is that the policy document was shared with me and I should have read the tiny footprint that mentions about TDS. Well it does for NRE FDs as well but while promoting NRE FDs to me the bank staff were eager to call out tax free benefits. Clearly a case of fraudulent advice and duping clients.

I have an existing NRE account with ICICI. When I visited my branch for some general query, unrelated to my account, I was encouraged by the branch staff to liquidate my existing policy with ICICI Prudential along with some of my FDs, all of which were not subject to TDS, and purchase a ICICI Prudential Policy for which annuity return is subject to TDS. The branch staff clearly knew about this but did not highlight this to me and instead misguided me on a so called "better investment". While my original investment has been returned after my complaint, the bank is refusing to pay interest for the first 12 months. I received the TDS deduction advice along with the first annuity payout. I consider this as an unethical practice with staff motivated by their commission payout while clearly aware of the TDS implication and subjecting me to file tax returns for life to claim back part of the TDS deduction.

In place of cancellation they have created one more application OB2266072 which I never asked for. And started harassing me with why you want to cancel. I received call from lady was saying from ICICI prudential she was saying that I have taken policy no. 18263240 in March 2014 and I have paid only one premium now if I part two installments then I will get 3.5 lakh .she was asking me to contact Vinodkumar Shriwastav .
Please check whether they are fraud ....

Dear Team,

I (Atul Salvi) received a call today 28th Sep 2023 around 12:45 PM. They told me that I have removed on ICICI life insurance policy on 31st March 2014 which was about to matured on 31st March 2024. However, this policy is cancelled as only one premium of 50000 was paid by me where I was about to pay total 5 premium.

They asked me reason as why I have not paid the remaining premium amount was there...
