Policy withdrawal amount not credited to my bank account

I had a ULIP policy (policy#[protected] which I surrendered two weeks back.
Now it is more than 10 working days but still nothing credited to my bank account. I am extremely unhappy over the service provided by iciciprulife.
The phone representative confirmed me that it does not take more than 10 working days to credit the due amount but in real scenario it is not the case.
I do not know how much time they will take...

Currently i am in USA, Its very difficult to communicate with them everyday.
