R/sir,
I have subbmitted my premedical check-up paper's 8 jharsuguda (icici pru.life insurance) branch handed over 2 Mr Bijay Patel(unit Mgr.)
1st off all he misguide me that we have sent your paper 4 process while he deliverred after 1 month (this i confirmed from customer care)and he stopped 2 pick up my phone and didn't replied even when i complained 2 there Branch Mgr.(Mr Naresh satapathy) he had also not co-operate me and even i request him close my policy he simply replied me thet it's not possible now nd u have 2 continue it for 3 years.
Then i started 2 contact 2 icici pru life costumer care (No-[protected]) 1 and 1/2 month back and i talk them around 20-30 times and everytime they replied me that"sorry sir your paper r in process and u will get your claim within a week"
So now i fedup and need your help.

    I Am awailing the a policy from your company Icici prudential life insurance company for last 3 and half years bearing policy no[protected] on the Name of Darshan Singh saini . I have taken this policy form a agent of your company who was working with your compoany last 3 years ago but now he is not approachable inspite of my many efforts. That time he told me that i will get my welcome kit within a days time but till now i hav not received it neither at my office address nor at my hometown address. Although my EMI is going on monthly basis and i ma considering that It is my saving which will be helpfull after some time. But If i am a customer of your your company then you shoud have some duty that you shoul serve your customer better.

    So pls send me my welcome kit for which i ma waiting for last above one year.

      This is Dilip Singh (DM) from Varanasi, sir I want
      to inform you that yesterday(3rd Nov.) morning my reporting manager Mr. Jaseem Ahmad was forced me for resignation without any reason. After my
      resignation he brings the cake and celebrates in front of the all
      branch employee, senior manager and ARM Mr. Santanu Shukla. He was
      streamly insult me and he was announce that this is Diwali gift for
      dilip Singh. Is it fair? I don’t know why he was forced me for resign
      last one week. Also on 27th Oct he was transfer of my all self & non
      self advisor to other employee. I am married and how we celebrate our diwali? Please do the needful decision.

      Mr.Mehmood Ali Molla of Millenium Branch-Kolkata unnecessary calls from ICICI Prudential frequently from last 2 months. I have told him many times that i am not interested and delete my number from their database. But he is ignoring my request and calling frequently still. Please confiscate him from your branch. Kindly do the needful asap.

        Matter:-
        I have buy a term plan having 30 years validity with 50 lacs insured amount of ICICI Prudential life insurance Co. Ltd, (Plan-I) on 14.10.2010. Ref No: OL00034379.
        On 22.10.2010 I got a call From[protected] regarding my policy on 10 am that the policy has been cancelled those i have not paid the premium amount from my self ICICI bank account. and my premium amount will be re cashed/ returned with in 2working days. but Till date Neither i got any informations/calls nor money on the account from which i had paid the premium.

        I think that these is not a good response/attitudes from the institute as we people are buying the policy for our critical situations.
        As i think through the institute couldn't solve these problems, then how could they help the nominee in the absence of the borrower.

        I have also contacted to Costumer care num;[protected], [protected] with request reference no: 27674963 with your representative Miss/Mrs Soumya on Dated: 30.10.2010 regarding this matter, but there are also no positive response from their end.

        As i think this is a very reputed as esteemed organisation, they should solve the problem as soon as possible and help/guide me reissue the policy as soon as possible.

          I was introduced to ICICI Life policy, indicating that for 20,000/- Half yearly, premium I get double in 7 years, i.e for 40,000/- annual I get 5,60,000/-. This was introduced by one Mr Raj Mehrotra, calling from[protected] / ( later I also found his mobile No: [protected], from his ICICI colleagues/ NetAmbit promoters, to which he reacted who gave you my mobile number, then he told, I never worked with ICICI, I am Manager with KOTAK Mahendra). He arranged to send his agent from Andheri to collect my cheque No: 667480, dated 04/01/2010, for Rs 20,000/- of SBI, VS Bhawan Branch, Anushaktinagar, & also arranged for medical examination with SAI Hospital Chembur. Till then every thing was fine.
          When I received the policy No: 13210548, dated 24/01/2010, I was reluctant to continue, however I almost weekly called by Mr Raj Mehrotra,(sweet at talking) requesting if I can suggest other friends. Then he asked if I can take a policy for any one in the family then there will be double benefits. As I showed no interest, he arranged for some of his friends who rang up & informed Sir, you take another policy, you will soon be getting an amount of Rs 85,294/-. Later one Sanjay Chaturvedi mob: [protected], called and informed did any one not tell you, your cheque of Rs 93,240/- cheque no: 664129 is ready for dispatch & you will get the amount by 1st August. This forced me to take the second policy No: 14047234, dated for my daughter Sakshi Bhatnagar, cheque No: 317786, dated 10/06/2010, SBI, Anushaktinagar.However later when I enquired on the Land line no, the number is busy always came. When Sanjay Chaturvedi was contacted, he asked did you not get the policy. Regarding the cheque, he laughed and told will talk in the evening & cut the phone. Since then his mobile is busy.
          Second installment for my policy for Rs 20,000/- I paid on 19/07/2010, by SBI, CREDIT CARD, at ICICI Office at Chembur branch and got receipt on 24/07/2010.
          I have received both the policies, with wrong convessing. Kindly arrange to refund my money total 60,000/- I am not interested to pay 2nd installment for the second policy, for which I was told by Mr Sanjay Chaturvedi that it will become 37,127/- after 6 months & you can discontinue then.
          I request ICICI not to engage such persons as I never questioned the quality of working of ICICI Bank. Hence I request to discontinue both the policies & seek refund.

            My name is Yogesh Agarwal and I tried to apply for ICICI Pru iProtect policy couple of weeks back. Due to some reasons I was not able to complete the policy details at one go so i decided to resume it later. I have also received a mail with a link from ICICI Pru from where I can resume the policy.

            After a few days I resumed the policy using link provided by ICICI Pru and filled all the details, however when I reached to payment page it showed me a message that we are unable to process your request and will get in touch with you shortly, but there was no response even after waiting for 2-3 days. The generated policy id was OL00030564.

            After waiting for couple of days I wrote an email to their customer care and got an acknowledgement that they will be getting back to me in 6 working days. Even after waiting for 2 weeks I haven't got any response from them. In this case my call id was 26997637.

            After this I gave a call to their customer care but they had no clue about what I am talking about and they have no record about my policy available. The executive assured me that they will get back to me in 24 hrs, now its more than that and again no response.

            I can imaging that while selling a new policy they have such a pathetic service..what would they do to the people who go for claim settlement?

            Overall I can say it has been my worst experience till date with an insurance or any other service sector company.

            I would not advise anyone to go with icici pru, they just don't respect their customers.

            Good part is that I haven't paid anything to them, so atleast I am safe from any financial loss :-).
            Just wanted to share my experience so that others can not become the victim of ICICI pru poor services.

            Luck is on your side so you have not paid the money.I strongly recommend you not to buy this policy from ICICI.Since i have paid it online 2 month before to get this policy online.But i have not received the policy and i have mailed them, more than 30 times regarding this.

            Then i have finally closed the policy and asked them for my refund.
            Same experience as vdurai_eee. I paid premium in Aug 2010. Did medicals, Submitted all required docuemnts. ICICI Pru kept saying incomplete docs. So I went in person to ICICI Pru office in Pune and submitted whatever they wanted. Still they withdrew the policy on Nov 1. Now awaiting refund.
            I too have bad experinces with the worst and useless ICICI pridential Life insurance. They are really use less. The socalled representativves of this useless firm are playing games with me. They ask for appointment for collection of documents and they never visited. I strongly recomend not purchase any product from them.

            This is Abhishek, I applied for i-protect online on 3rd Jan'11, done the payment.
            After 2 weeks no response from icici prudential.
            Finally called the call center agent, they said there is no Application number which I have.

            So have written email to them.Hope I get some response otherwise God knows when I will get my refund back.

            yes i had also applied for iprotect and now asked for refund which icici prudential claims that they have processed refund on 17/2/2011, but till this date(2 Mar 2011) i have not received any credit for refund in my account. God knows when I will get refund.

            Icici prudential is using our money for unlimited time.

              Dear Sir,

              I have given the partial with drawal request on 7th Oct 2010 against my ICICI prudential policy. They said the amount will be creidted in my account by the maximum of 10 days. But even after 18 days the amount not credited.For the last one week I am calling customer care, everytime they are saying it is "InProcess".

              I gave the partial withdrawal request due to some urgency. But because of this delay the purpose of the request itself lost.

              Can anyone please help me how to make a complaint against this cheating?

                  I received a call from ICICI PRUDENTIAL agent name , Vikram( mob no - [protected]) , for policy .The policy was ICICI PRUDENTIAL WEALTH PLUS .I took a policy from vikram & in couple of days ,he sent a person from HARSHA BHAWAN office to collect cheque of rs 8000/- & documents. After few days , i received sms also ,that policy has started (POLICY NO[protected]& but i did not recieved my bond papers & no call from any ICICI person .I was only contacting Vikram (Agent ) .
                  In one occasion , he pick up the call & said that kunal (administration officer ) will call, same thing Kunal said ,but no response i got .

                    Dear All,

                    Recently ICICI Pru Life had launched a online policy called iProtect where you can buy this insurance product without any advisor and thus you can save lot of money on the premium payment. They call it as a first of its kind policy in India. I lured by this and bought this product online by paying the premium Rs.2356/- for 12 Lakhs coverage. My application number is# OL00031197. I bought this policy on 30-Sep-2010 and I have got a mail saying someone from the nearest branch will collect the necessary documents before issuing the policy. But till today no one had contacted and I had sent around 30 Mails to customer care, grievance rederessal team but no response from them.

                    It clearly shows that ICICI had come up with the very good fake insurance product just to loot the customer money. This is a classic case of Corporate robbery.

                    I advise all the readers not to take this policy... Instead of taking this policy you can donate that money into your nearest temple Hundi / Charrity.. Atleast you and they will be happy.

                      I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. my cheque which is dispatch by icici pru. LIC on 6 oct and POd no is-[protected] is till not recived to me.
                      today i have got the pod no through the hr manager and after seeing the status that cheque is delivered mumbai to delhi hub on 09-oct but in spite on all these still this date i am not getting it.
                      what is your services?

                        i invested in icici prudential mutual fund tax plan under elss from july 2005 for three years with exit load as nil. it is now more than 5 yrs and i want to discontinue with it and want all my money back even with a penalty, if any. i am unable to do it as i have not been receiving my a/c statement for more than a year;the so-called customer care centre at bara khamba road gives no reply to my querry, my last letter being 12.9.2010; the helpline is so much helpful to say that my dividend is being reinvested every time for 3 years-in other words, i cannot come out of this dilemma till death...i curse the time when i joined this fund. that time there were so many to solicit, now there is none to help. is it not a duty of the customer care unit to depute someone to visit the distraught customer and help suitably. if such complaints mean something at icici, kindly check my folio 953034/70 only to close it and return my money i invested with a deep faith.Bhatnagar, New Delhi

                          icici prudential life stage pension — for premium

                          i deposited my premium policy no 08001363 on dated[protected].but insurance co. said cheque is bounced but my bank statement shown amount is debited in my account.so my search cheque rs. 20000/- & deposited in my policy account as soon as and reply me very soon.
                          Dear Sir,

                          My Due date of ICICI Prudential Payment (Rs.75000) against Policy No. 13077122 was on 18.12.2010.

                          Even after my repeated requests and followup, the Cheque was collected from my residence only on 16.12.2010 evening that too after 7:00 PM.

                          Your Outsourced Courier representative Mr.Milind (Mobile No. [protected]) from Sanpada (Cheque-Pickingup-Branch) had arranged this delayed collection on 16.12.2010 after 7:00 PM, even after my request to come early morning on the same day for the pickup.

                          Next day was 17.12.2010 - a Bank Holiday.

                          18th Dec was my Due data. Mr.Milind has confirmed that he has forwarded my cheque to the ICICI Prudential Branch for depositing.

                          But, regret to inform you that till date, this Cheque not yet been debited from my Account and neither is it showing in my Unclear Balance list.

                          This shows the total failure of your system and I will not suffer/bear any loss of benefits for this delayed deposit on your side.

                          Kindly Investigate the matter and give me the status of my cheque.

                          I have been investing in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, for more than 7 years, but with such services provided by you, please justify, why I should not discontinue my relations with ICICI in future.

                            [1]I have not been given any bond or policy Number though 2 instalment of Rs.25000/-,and Rs.25000/-(Rs.Twenty five thousands, Rs.Twenty five thousands each) have been paid to ICICI prudential through employee of ICICI Bank Kashipur,District U.S.Nagar,Uttarakhand,India Sri Mujeeb Ahmad.
                            First instalment of Rs.25000/- dated 29/12/2009,P.N.B Kashipur,Uttarakhand,India was made by way of cheque No.994105 from my account No.026200 [protected] of PNB Kashipur,Uttarakhand,India through employee of ICICI Bank Kashipur,U.K,India Sri Mujeeb Ahmad .
                            [2]But I have been given a computer generated first receipt No-1420495 for application No-LL36700044,application dated-30-DEcember 2009 and this receipt has been issued from-Place -District-Moradabad,State-Uttar Pradesh,India
                            But it is strange matter that till date I have not been given any bond in lieu of above paid amount Rs.25000/-
                            [3]Again 2nd instalment of Rs.25000/- was paid to ICICI Pru by way of cheque No.994109 dated[protected] from my account No.026200 [protected] of PNB Kashipur,Uttarakhand,India through employee of ICICI Bank Kashipur,U.K,India Sri Mujeeb Ahmad .But NO reciept is given to me till date nor any bond is given to me.
                            [4]I have sent many Complaint applications through sri Mujeeb Ahmad an employee of ICICI Bank Kashipur,uttarakhand,India>But no response is made from ICICI Prudential Life Insurence company.
                            [5]Thus I am afraid of that if my Rs.50,000/- had been lost?
                            [6]Please inform me at once what happened to my money Rs.50,000/- which had been paid to ICICI Prudential Life Insurence Co.

                              I joined in ICICI Prudential on 14th september and resigned on 27/2/1010.I didnt give any notice period and immediately resigned due to the managers harrasement and the market like bad words from my manager.I didnt received my PF and Pension and after 8 months they called me through phone and telling that i have to pay certain amount and they will recover that from me bcoz of not giving prior notice period.

                              I clearly mentioned when I resigned from ICICI Prudential taht the immediate resignation is due to the managers problem and I adjusted a lot and then he started telling bad words. Now they dont want to know that they only need the money.

                              Please reply if anybody is having any good idea and why I have to pay the amount of the company made problem make me to resign?

                                Dear Sir / Madam

                                This is to bring to your notice that I am holding a policy issued by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance no: 06037394 .The policy has been in a lapsed state since September,2010. In an effort to revive the same I had paid the due premium amounting to Rs. 30000/- vide cheque no: 135321 drawn at punjab national bank.It was handed over personally to the ICICI agent ASHUTOSH SHUKLA.and the same cheque got debited from my account on 15th Sept,2010. The executive there had assured me that I shall be receiving a confirmation letter within 5 - 7 working days and my policy shall be reinstated thereon.

                                But to my dismay, the executive acknowleged that cheque against a new policyNo; 14288815 on his own without my consent.Therfore, i refused to accept new policy in my application number LL38756111 and ICICI agent Corriena RubAssociate – Customer Relations emailed me that i will get back my cheque in 10-12 working days but till now a month has passed but i have not yet recieved any cheque and i am loosing interest also on the amount paid.

                                Again i requested them to adjust that cheque as my 4th installment for old policy no: 06037394 but till date i have not recieved any acknowledgement.

                                However, despite several repeated telephonic conversations, web chats with their executives and feedback from the website, I have not yet received any further communication regarding the acknowledgement of 4th installment of my policy.

                                  I had a ULIP policy (policy#[protected] which I surrendered two weeks back.
                                  Now it is more than 10 working days but still nothing credited to my bank account. I am extremely unhappy over the service provided by iciciprulife.
                                  The phone representative confirmed me that it does not take more than 10 working days to credit the due amount but in real scenario it is not the case.
                                  I do not know how much time they will take to credit the due amount.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    As per the subject, I would like to invite your kind attention that I have applied for term insurance policy of ICICI Prudential for Rs. 25,000,00/- due to my financial risk profile as I am the breadwinner for my family and 6 persons dependent on me. This is a newly launched plan by ICICI Prudential called I-Protect, for which they have given online form submission facility. I have applied for the plan and submit all the details. As suggested, I have disclose all the information related to past health history, and present working culture, food, drinking, smoking whatever I am using as per given below details:

                                    Job profile : Accountant

                                    Job nature : Sitting (8hrs. daily, 6day/week)

                                    Smoking : Yes (4-5 cigarette/ day)

                                    Alcohol : Yes (200 ml/week or 100 ml twice a week)

                                    Past treatment : Tuberculoses due to careless in cold problem (Taken full treatment of D.O.T.S. from hospital)

                                    Now, the company rejected my application due to the assessment by their medical team on the above mentioned information and without any medical test. Even they have not mentioned any major reason for health risk profile. If the above given medial profile are more risky for the insurance companies, than I think they will never sell their plans, as every 2nd person in India are having the common things as I have. If the person well financial established, well medically fit, than why he will go for term insurance. Why the term-insurance plans introduced by insurance companies and what the use of that. As self explanatory that insurance is a security against un-fortunate death. Is there any guarantee that the people who are not smoking, not drinking will live long. As I know that insurance companies charging high premium for smokers & alcohol users, but this also not mentioned by them.


                                    Now, my concern is not for my self, but I would like to know that companies are publishing big banners, advertisements for selling the plans and misguiding peoples. Like insurance is easy, convenient to take without any medical test, etc. Also plans now available online, anyone can purchase online etc. In the easiest way they are presenting or publishing, there is nothing so simple. I have seen so many cases at the time of claim while at the time of selling plan, everything is acceptable by company like no medical test, no extra charges, no hidden cost, no birth certificate required etc.


                                    So, therefore I would like to request you to control on such misguiding material by insurance companies, as people are not that much smart than insurance advisor. In their plan everything they will explain to customer for customer benefit point of view, but something happening wrong, they will have some clauses in term of company protection, and no one would help customer at the time.

                                    The complain is genuine and companies are just cheating with customer as in India more than 90% peoples are illiterate in terms of finance, insurance and banking sector. In Every such sector they are getting misguide and losing their efforts, time and money by them. No one would help that time like SEBI, IRDA, RBI etc.

                                      HI,
                                      I have submitted my insurance policy surrender request around four months ago. ICICI prulife failed to surrender and return my eligible premium amount. Currently i am in USA, Its very difficult to communicate with them everyday. Even though what ever busy i was, keep communicating using phone or emails, Every time the response is that "Apologies, we will resolve it ASAP". Really i never this type of pathetic service ever in my life. I think now assigned a case study supervisor, His name is Dimpy Bahad, Last four days i am trying to reach him, every time he will not available and someone pick the call and note down my number and inform to call me back, but never i get a call from him.

                                      My hopes are completely gone down with ICICI prulife, even i escalated to their escalation procedure, there is no action being taken.
                                      Despite of failed to respond and communicate me, i am complaining against this organization to save customers like me in future with this organization.

                                      I have every single communication by email and their as usual responses.

                                      Here by requesting you to help me to resolve this issue ASAP.
