This is the response from ICICI Pru, I need this policy to close and without me asking my permission, this money for the policy renewal has been debited from credit card, I have requested to refund...

Despite regsitering myself with DNC list, My mobile get numerous calls from ICICI Prudential.

One Telecaller especially , whose name is Naitik Singhania , constantly calls me up and disturbs me.

I have told annoying character that I do not need any insurance.

Please stop calls from Him or I will take police action.

I had paid ICICI insurance premium for a period of 4 years on 2003 at Bangalore for an amount of Rs.633/- monthly amounts to Rs.29000/-(Twenty Nine thousand)

Now I surrendered the policy and they say that they will deduct Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) as surrender charges and pay me only 9000/- Rs which i feel is day light robbery.

The policy was lapsed on 2007 due to change in my bank account as its was ECS....

I recently came across a shocking incident, where a phone call came claiming to be from ICICI Prudential Investment Plan, the executive's name is Vijay, he pitched me for a monthly investment plan and he did give me details, and I did have the intention to invest a certain amount and I was seeking more information about the plan, for which the executive made a lewd comment which I did not tolerate because he was conversing in Kannada...
