Dear Sir / Madam

This is to bring to your notice that I am holding a policy issued by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance no: 06037394 .The policy has been in a lapsed state since September,2010. In an effort to revive the same I had paid the due premium amounting to Rs. 30000/- vide cheque no: 135321 drawn at punjab national bank.It was handed over personally to the ICICI agent ASHUTOSH SHUKLA.and the same cheque got debited from my account on 15th Sept,2010. The executive there had assured me that I shall be receiving a confirmation letter within 5 - 7 working days and my policy shall be reinstated thereon.

But to my dismay, the executive acknowleged that cheque against a new policyNo; 14288815 on his own without my consent.Therfore, i refused to accept new policy in my application number LL38756111 and ICICI agent Corriena RubAssociate – Customer Relations emailed me that i will get back my cheque in 10-12 working days but till now a month has passed but i have not yet recieved any cheque and i am loosing interest also on the amount paid.

Again i requested them to adjust that cheque as my 4th installment for old policy no: 06037394 but till date i have not recieved any acknowledgement.

However, despite several repeated telephonic conversations, web chats with their executives and feedback from the website, I have not yet received any further communication regarding the acknowledgement of 4th installment of my policy.

    I had a ULIP policy (policy#[protected] which I surrendered two weeks back.
    Now it is more than 10 working days but still nothing credited to my bank account. I am extremely unhappy over the service provided by iciciprulife.
    The phone representative confirmed me that it does not take more than 10 working days to credit the due amount but in real scenario it is not the case.
    I do not know how much time they will take to credit the due amount.

    With reference to your letters dated 31.08.2011, 30.09.2011 and 31.10.2011 regarding the payout cheque bearing No.487629 dated 23rd July 2011 of my smart kid policy No.09479014 which was forced closed and this is to inform you that, i did n't receive any pay out cheque till the date. So, I request you, to kindly re arrange the cheque at the earliest to the following my present address and recently I have shifted to my old address from Visakahapatnam.

      Dear Sir,

      As per the subject, I would like to invite your kind attention that I have applied for term insurance policy of ICICI Prudential for Rs. 25,000,00/- due to my financial risk profile as I am the breadwinner for my family and 6 persons dependent on me. This is a newly launched plan by ICICI Prudential called I-Protect, for which they have given online form submission facility. I have applied for the plan and submit all the details. As suggested, I have disclose all the information related to past health history, and present working culture, food, drinking, smoking whatever I am using as per given below details:

      Job profile : Accountant

      Job nature : Sitting (8hrs. daily, 6day/week)

      Smoking : Yes (4-5 cigarette/ day)

      Alcohol : Yes (200 ml/week or 100 ml twice a week)

      Past treatment : Tuberculoses due to careless in cold problem (Taken full treatment of D.O.T.S. from hospital)

      Now, the company rejected my application due to the assessment by their medical team on the above mentioned information and without any medical test. Even they have not mentioned any major reason for health risk profile. If the above given medial profile are more risky for the insurance companies, than I think they will never sell their plans, as every 2nd person in India are having the common things as I have. If the person well financial established, well medically fit, than why he will go for term insurance. Why the term-insurance plans introduced by insurance companies and what the use of that. As self explanatory that insurance is a security against un-fortunate death. Is there any guarantee that the people who are not smoking, not drinking will live long. As I know that insurance companies charging high premium for smokers & alcohol users, but this also not mentioned by them.


      Now, my concern is not for my self, but I would like to know that companies are publishing big banners, advertisements for selling the plans and misguiding peoples. Like insurance is easy, convenient to take without any medical test, etc. Also plans now available online, anyone can purchase online etc. In the easiest way they are presenting or publishing, there is nothing so simple. I have seen so many cases at the time of claim while at the time of selling plan, everything is acceptable by company like no medical test, no extra charges, no hidden cost, no birth certificate required etc.


      So, therefore I would like to request you to control on such misguiding material by insurance companies, as people are not that much smart than insurance advisor. In their plan everything they will explain to customer for customer benefit point of view, but something happening wrong, they will have some clauses in term of company protection, and no one would help customer at the time.

      The complain is genuine and companies are just cheating with customer as in India more than 90% peoples are illiterate in terms of finance, insurance and banking sector. In Every such sector they are getting misguide and losing their efforts, time and money by them. No one would help that time like SEBI, IRDA, RBI etc.

        HI,
        I have submitted my insurance policy surrender request around four months ago. ICICI prulife failed to surrender and return my eligible premium amount. Currently i am in USA, Its very difficult to communicate with them everyday. Even though what ever busy i was, keep communicating using phone or emails, Every time the response is that "Apologies, we will resolve it ASAP". Really i never this type of pathetic service ever in my life. I think now assigned a case study supervisor, His name is Dimpy Bahad, Last four days i am trying to reach him, every time he will not available and someone pick the call and note down my number and inform to call me back, but never i get a call from him.

        My hopes are completely gone down with ICICI prulife, even i escalated to their escalation procedure, there is no action being taken.
        Despite of failed to respond and communicate me, i am complaining against this organization to save customers like me in future with this organization.

        I have every single communication by email and their as usual responses.

        Here by requesting you to help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

          I have taken 2 policies viz. No.[protected]Yearly) for a premium of Rs.30000/- the policy commencement date is 17/12/2005 and Policy No.[protected]Half Yearly) for a premium of Rs.20000/- the policy commencement date is 16/02/2006. My cousin has approached your branch office in Velachery Road, Chennai on 25th September to know the NAV he has been told that any details abovt the policy can be given to only the policy holder or authorised by the policy holder. Since I have told that the policy holder's inability to come in person the I could get the NAV. I have surrendered the above policies for payment duly enclosing the required documents authorising Bluechip, West Mambalam Branch to submit the above surrender document for payment on 28th September 2010 they have refused to accept and asked them to tell the proposer to come in person to submit the above documents. I don't find any valid reason for returning the above even I have given the authorisation letter in favour Bluechip, West Mambalam. You can consider accepting such doucments or giving details about the policy when the person or agency who approaches with the proper authorisation letter from the proposer. I request your reply earlly on the above.

          Please don't trust this cheat, they did the same with me. Even after switching they used my money in some other fund for their beneafit.

            I had submited my ICICI Prudentail policy[protected] on 14/10/2010 , after repeted followups i am getting the infromation that the amount will be cardited on 28/10/2010, evern i had talked to Mr Ananad the custmer care manager - i would like to understand why it takes 10 days to give me my money and the same bank - it is only a one potel of the bank - I am totaly dissatifyed with the way i got the answer from customer care

                Mr. Sharma have been submitted the free look request in the free look period & submit all the proofs to ICICI Prudential life insurance, he have been send 100 of request/mail to the ICICI Prudential life insurance via mail & telephone in last three years but he still haven’t receive my refund;

                we have Requested to ICICI PRU LIFE to release the refund of Mr. Sharma as below mention (Rs. 40000/- premium, interest from 18/Dec/2007, compensation of Rs 100000/- (one lakes) mental & financial harassment of last three years, )

                we are making followups with them from last three years but they are not giving us any proper response,

                  This reference to Policy number: 11811905 for Miss. Susmita Bhatt (Rs. 13200=00 for half year) and Policy Number: 12172673 for Mr. Abhishek Bhatt Rs. 15000=00 for half year). These policies installment are dues.

                  So I like to request you my Both Policies numbers: 12378296 and 12606441 for Mr. Bhagwati Charan Bhatt(Rs.20000=00 and Rs.10000=00 for half year) merge in above 02 previous policies because I’m not able to pay the installments due to my business is affected badly by Global Economic crisis.

                  I like to also in your kind notice that during the policies commencement Mr. Rahul Shrivastav Mob no.[protected] and Mr. Avinash Kulkarni Mob. number. [protected] both employees had cheated me as they assure me for Rs. 1,25000=00 Rupees as bonus for me. I received many calls by your toll free number: [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected].

                  They have also assured me these last two policies will be merge in previous policies if I’m not able to pay installments.

                  Later on one day Mr. Rajesh Talwar Mob number: [protected] called me by toll free number and told me if anyone assures me for any bonus, so that’s wrong assured. It means all people were known by this cheating. Mr. Talwar also assured me to help me in this regard on the condition of to invest one more policy but I told him he must help me 1st then I will be consider about this.

                  When I requested your company employees to merge these policies they refused me for anything.

                  As on Dated 11/11/2009 I had my complains to your Dehradun branch Office but I didn’t received any reply from you until now. I had these complains for surrender the all Policies because I was wrongly committed by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Employees. It’s kind of cheating, so I’m very disappointed by this kind of situation.

                  Now to looking all these situations how I can believe the company? Because I was cheated and how I can believe our money is safe with your company and this money I invested for the bright future of my children. I invested approximately Rs. 58800=00 for all 04 policies. This is not small amount for future of my children’s studies.

                  This kind of message is not good for your business. In future I will never invest any money with you and not even suggest to anyone to invest with your company.

                  Dear Sir,
                  You have collected a sum of Rs.24,000/- (Rupees twenty four thousand only) vide cheque No. 843339 dated 02.11.2009 on Punjab National Bank for LIFE STAGE ASSURED policy in my name. You have informed me on 20.11.2009 that my proposal was declined and immediately on 20.11.2009 I sent a mail to you vide Call ID # 20342136 to refund the amount immediately. But I regret to inform you that inspite of repeated requests , you have failed to refund a sum of Rs, 24,000/- (Rupees twenty four thousand only). collected by you. Since I did not receive appropriate reply from you, I have visited your office at Vijayanagar near Maruthi Mandira on 25.11.2009 and the officials incharge there informed me that my claim for refund of Rs. 24,000/- has already been registered on 20.11.2009 and they further assured me that the amount of Rs. 24,000/- shall be refunded before 30th of this month.
                  But to my utter shock and surprise to know from your mail on 26.11.2009 stating that refund is on hold for no reason to justify the same. I am not a fool to transfer the policy to some one else and I don’t want to transfer the policy to any one. On receipt of the message that my proposal was declined immediately on 20.11.2009 I sent a mail to you vide Call ID # 20342136 claiming to refund the amount immediately. It is a very clear evidence to show that you are trying to cheat me. You will be personally held liable in case you are indulging in such or other criminal acts with an intention to hold or delay my refund.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had an interaction telephonically in the month of April 2010 where one of the ICICI insurance exicutive on that i insisted them to issue a life insurance policy but they had given me Assure wealth Policy Ref NO 13904607with which i am not confortable even i received my policy document on 30.08.2010 by 4.00pm in the evening i.e.after 4 months every time when i called their exicutive they were not properly respond to me. after the incidents i went sheshadripuram branch Bangalore on 03.08.2010 and submitted my all relevent policy document in the same branch now they are telling that free look period has been over hence you wont get even a single ruppee from this invesment free look is applicable only after i receive the document on hand but i submitted on time for its cancellation .hence pls help to close the issue and refund the same

                      By Jan-2010 I have happily invested in 2 of the ICICI Pru policies as given below:
                      1. LIfe Time Gold:
                      a. Policy Number: 07419164
                      b. Premium Amount: 20000
                      c. Issue date: 18/01/2008
                      d. Frequency of payment: Yearly

                      2. Life Stage Assure:
                      a. Policy Number: 12311944
                      b. Premium Amount: 15000
                      c. Issue date: 01/08/2009
                      d. Frequency of payment: half-yearly

                      One can see by the history of these poilices that I have been paying my premium always on time. Besides that me and my family always connected with ICICI through saving, current bank accounts or through home loan.
                      I refered these investments and other association with the ICICI bank to show my belief in the bank reputation.

                      Now in Feb-2010 I start receiving call from ICICI Pru Mumbai office. The lady referred herself as Branch Manager of Mumbai Main Branch (ICICI Pru). She told that I have got some Rs. 54k Bonus on the existing Life Stage Assure Policy. To get that bonus I just need to pay my next premium now (which is due in Aug-2010).

                      She start forcing me that by only paying my next premium early I can easily avail my bonus, otherwise this bonus will go to the Agent who filed my policy.

                      Once I asked the procedure, she said she will send some person to collect the document. I have to pay my next premium by cheque (Rs 15k). She also said I need to sign on some documents.

                      When I asked what are these documents she said this will be some dummy policy, but I need not to worry as in july I will be receiving a transfer letter which I need to fill and submit in any ICICI Pru office and this policy will converted into my existing policy and the money which I am paying will get transferred to my preimium.

                      I start doubting as taking new policy is not in my capacity that time but she forced me little to much assure me that she is doing it for many of her customers. She also gave her personal number for assurance. Also she said that this is very simple procedure for bonus to ICICI pru customers and feb end is the last date for it.

                      She sent the person to my residence, which bring the documents for below policy:

                      b. Premium Amount: 15000
                      c. Issue date: 28/02/2010
                      d. Frequency of payment: half-yearly


                      After that every week or so I start getting tons of similar calls from different persons. Couple of time same lady called me again and told I can avail one more extra bonus if I pay Jan-2011 premium as well. That time I suspect of this fraud. I did not intertain her call but she keep calling and forcing to take bonus by the same procedure. But I simply refused.

                      It seems to me a case of group of ICICI employees/agents selling ICICI policies by making the customers fool.

                      I have no other way but to wait till July. As suspected I didn’t get any communication which she explained. I only received new policy documents. I am simply made a fool who got an unplanned and unwanted policy for 7 year lock period.

                      I tried calling her number but no one is picking it. These guys sold me the above policy by fraud.

                      In Aug I again get the call from same lady, this time she told I am lacking Rs. 15k investment that is why I am not getting the bonus and start forcing me to take a one more new policy, which I simply refused.

                      She said she lost her mobile that is why she is not reachable. She even given her boss number (Mr Singhania) who spoke to me and start forcing me to take new policy and get the bonus.
                      To make me believe him he given his employee id as well.

                      But after fooled once I do not want to do one more time, so I simply refused to do so.

                      Now the problem is due to this fraud I have simly lose Rs 15k invested in a policy[protected] which I never wanted. My existing policy[protected] has crossed its due limit (revived) but I did not payed it as I tolttaly lost my confidence from ICICI Prudential.

                      For me I just wanted to close my fraud policy and then only transfer my premium to existing once. Otherwise I do not want to do any business with ICICI. And I will start doing the legal cases against the bank.

                      I still want to launch complain first so I am writing this detail. Hope some serious action will be taken and these persons who are making fools to the customer will taught a lesson.

                        This is to complain for icici pru that i had not received my bond policy of my premium.
                        I had bond with a policy of icici pru on 10.06.10 and yet now i had not received my bond of it. i had also done that telephony communication on the jhansi branch but i had not got any valuable satisfaction. Ten i had complained for that on the customer care of icici pru on 19.08.10. They assured me that i get the bond within 10 days and given me the complaint id no.25090467. But till now i had not got my bond policy. Is it the fault of jhansi branch or of the main head office. By do any satisfactory suggestion for solving my problem. Thanking u.

                          The complaint is regarding the crediting of pension fund amount. I had resigned my previous employer on 03.05.2010 and my last working day was 16.05.2010. After getting my full and final amount settled, I submitted withdrawal form for provident fund and pension fund simultaneously on 17.07.2010. I have got provident fund amount in my account on 18.08.2010.

                          But now for pension fund amount as per ICICI Prudential, it will take 8 more months to get the pension fund amount. Whereas earlier and now recently as well I have observed both the amounts getting credited into account simultaneously but with separate cheques/DDs. Please clarify.

                          My account number is MH/BAN/49598/39741. I have raised my concern with EPFO, RO, Bandra having registration number as ROBND/E/2010/02509. Request you to kindly get in touch with the authorities and arrange to get the pension fund amount credited into my account.

                            This is in regard with my submission of all the details regarding my Pension Withdrawl thru Form No 10-C Pension.

                            I was working as Unit Manager in ICICIPRU at Karad branch(Rural). My Emp was 00835941 & user Id was 565060. My job period was DOJ-16/9/08 to DOL- 22/10/09.

                            As mentioned in my Form-10C Pension my average amount to be received is Rs.4389/-.

                            I have send all the details with a letter on 6/7/10 no communication has been with me in this regard.

                              I HAD SUBMITTED MY FOLIO & THE REQUIRED PAPERS OF THE ABOVE MENTION POLICY NO. TO ICICI PRULIFE OFFICE ON 17TH AUGUST 2010 FOR SURRENDER IN TOTAL. AS PER ICICI COMPANY'S POLICY & NORMS THE AMOUNT WAS TO BE CREDITED WITHIN 7-10 DAYS.TILL DATE i.e 30/8/2010 NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT STATED IN THE FORM.I HAD BEEN TO ICICI ANWARSHAH ROAD ,KOLKATA BRANCH AGAIN , BUT NO ONE COULD GIVE ANY PROPER EXPLANATION AS THE SAID ICICI CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER WHO DEALT WITH ME ON THE PREVIOUS DATE WAS ABSENT.                                   Dear sir, I had purchase the above noted policy commencing 28/12/2005 and paid a premium of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac only). I was explained by the visiting agent Dhesi Nidhi[protected] that this is one time premium and the maturity proceeds would be paid to me after three years. Now, when I approached your Phase-9 branch for payment of the same, I was refused payment stating that the premium in my above noted policy is payable yearly. As I had not gone through the policy document and relied on the explanations made by the visiting agent, I had written to your Mumbai Office that they had assured me that the necessary amendments would be made in the policy document. Now that I have been refused payment, it seems that the needful has not been done at your end.                                   ICICI Prudential — Misselling of products

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  This is to inform that I MONRANJAN BAKSI respected person had been contracted over telephone for some financial product of ICICI PRUDENTIAL PLAN, for which a executive had visited to me, which I come to know later is from INDIA INFORLINE ,1 SHAKEPEARE SARANI, 4th floor, kol-700071, a broking channel selling ICICI PRUDENCIAL’S PLAN. As per conversation and understanding I had applied for some plan’s as one (1) time single payment which I withdraw after 5years, but unfortunately when I had received the documents which I have done on the name of my wife: SANDHYA KHAN BAKSI and my son: UDAYAN BAKSI, it has been found that all are made into regular Investment plan, later when I had made contact with them they had made me assure that I do not have to pay any premium and can withdraw after 5year.

                                  But later I come to know by going though the plan details that all are regular investment plan and con not made and treated as single investment.
                                  So its my earnest request please look into the matter as I am a retired person and need these money immediately as presently my financial condition is not at all stable. More over I had been frond and mislead on whole issue of the investment.
                                  Please look into the matter seriously as your’s help is required earnestly.

                                    I had done the above mentioned policy (No.[protected]. ICICI had given me a referrence no.24946335 against the complain lodged by me. Their answer did not relate to my querries. So I want your kind suggestion in this regard.
                                    I had done the said policy on 30.03.2010.. the two official who came to my house from ICICI Pru side to make me interested by their speech was-
                                    1) Mr.SUMAN MONDAL. MOBILE NO.-[protected].
                                    2) Mr. GOUTAM GHOSH. Mobile No.-[protected].
                                    They showed in their laptop that the special feature of this plan is that the INVESTOR will be given a 10 gram gold coin.
                                    The agent whose name they filled in my application is Mrs.
                                    RAKHI BHOWMIC. CODE NO.[protected].
                                    They submitted my application form in its HOWRAH BRANCH STP CODE NO.-11111.
                                    Though the Policy Certificate has come, but no 10 gm. gold coin was send to my address as yet in last six months..
                                    My ask was that if they giving me BRIBE or from their own pocket to fullfil their motto in getting one more people in doing the policy like me? Otherwise why they are not sending my genuine claim.
                                    My kind request to you is to verify my application genuinity and suggest some convenient way in getting my claim.

                                      i want to tell u that when i start my policy agent dosen`t inform me that
                                      i have to deposite my three consicutive premium. and the address that given
                                      in the policy for communicaton is the agent address. therefore i don`t
                                      receive any information regarding the policy lapes. my policy laps cheque is also
                                      that agent have.and i want to renew my policy.

                                      i also complaint to concerning authority in ICICI pru. but they didnt reply me. i send fax and mail too.
                                      As i didnt get any satisfactory result so with the hope of justices i am writing to you.
                                      i want to renew my policy and should strict action shuold be taken against such agent. that mis guide the innocent investor. pls reslove it as early as possible.
