My policy No. was[protected] of ICICI Prudential, Health Solution.
Mr. Mihir Sanghavi ([protected]) of Mumbai, Gatkopar branch made my policy, his boss was Ajay Negi.
At the time of discussion he told me that the premium of the Policy is Rs. 10000. out of which around Rs. 4000 will be deduct as coverage for 3 L Heath Insurance and rest will be made fixed at 9.5% interest. At the time of policy Mihir did not disclose that it is going to be some different. I believed on him, and purchased the Policy. Then the policy paper was sent to my home town in Kolkata. At the time of policy I am told as the max amount is going to invest in FD so i can get back the rest amount even after one year tenure. If He told that I have to continue it for 3 years like any ULIP plan, then I thought some thing different.

Now when the policy covered one year, i went to ICICI Branch, and I am told that it is under ULIP plan so if Ineed my money back, then I have to continue it at least for 3 years. Which is not my expected reasult.
So, requesting you please do not any ICICI Prudential policies before thoroughly check.

    Dear Sir / Madam
    I have a Insurance policy from ICICI Pro. i purchased this policy in 06/02/2007. My policy details are
    Policy type - U39
    Policy Number 04427327
    I have paid premium of this policy up to feb 09 as per schedule. After that due to some unavoidable reasons I was not able to pay premium of this policy.
    Now i have made payment all due premium for my policy by online payment facility.
    Now after accepting my money bank is denied to change my policy status. My policy is still reflecting in-active.
    I have already raised this issue with bank thru chatting facility provided by bank on there web site and same issue was raised to customer care but they are not able to satisfy my questions and also they are deny to give contact number of any senior authority. Customer care is not advising me to go to bank and fill up forms and submit them in bank. At present it is not possible for me to visit bank and also while accepting premium online it was clearly mentioned that policy get revived by paying that amount.

    My question and complain with bank is

    a) If bank has accepted my money for due premium than how they can denied activating my policy.
    b) If there is any process for activation of policy than same should be informed before accepting money.
    c) As at the time of payment there was no information provided on my login window for any bank visit or any other formality and it was clearly mentioned that I can revive policy online but just paying my balance due premium. Then how bank is denying now?
    d) Its clearly a mode of harassing customer. Banks have taken customer's hard drawn money and now bank is playing with customer giving him feedback to visit bank branch and fill forms to run for realization of his asset.
    It’s not only a point of realization of one policy. It’s reflecting views of bank processes and there way of working and there dealing with customers. Bank has made customer care center to get rid from there valuable customers. Customer is breaking his head with customer care and again at last getting same reply to run in bank as per traditional methods bcz after all it’s my money and there is no pain to bank for my money. Bank has made facility of online payment just to grab money of peoples. There must be some check on working of banks and there dealing with customers. I Can’t understand that bank has provided website, login id, online payment facility to facilitate customers or to facilitate themselves bcz with all these facilities bank grab money and let customer to again run for its money.
    As I want to withdraw my policy now, Please advice me the process to get back my money.

      i selected for the PGPMI course. i was appoint for the UNIT MANAGER. company given me FSC position. i invest 2 lac through bank loan,
      finely i had join in Indore as a AHAM hardcore direct sales dated 18 aug 2008. Company given me too much pressure, i had talk to HR for that please change my profile.....i cant leave job bcz i had taken loan.
      my senior behave in bad manner.
      after 9 moth, HR said. u have to resign. i will make you terminate in fraud case, i will destroy your career. you will not get job anywhere
      finally i leave job dated 18 may 2009.
      till now my PF amount not transferred.

      i have lot of depression. and so on , i cant show you in writing.

      Hi i am Anand i was worked as a Health Associate Assurance Manager i left my job in Feb'10.But still i didn't get relieving order and PF amount.

      sir i face a problem that my mother admited in ICU end of fab so i leave in four days in that time SM locked the my id i request to sm open my id sm says to me first u come with login than i open the id i login three policy and regullary i go to the office and sign in office regester but he cant open my id `than he say to me login another more policy than i open the your id` stil i have this massange in my moible
      that time i received the HR latter he siad me that your mark the atenedence but my id is locked than how can marked so i dont marked the attendence so i re request to sm please open my id than sm siad to me you will autometicly termnited in system. I think that is not fair for me where are my mistek
      I work in icici pru in long time but sm`s behavior is not good for me.
      you are autometicaly termenited me at 3 march. than why sm take 3 policy after 5 march. I want to answer of my question . Other wise i will complain high authority and court also.

But he did play fraud with me . He didn't submit my rupees . He gave cheque to bank . which did reject by Bank due to empty account . Sir , now i went to Bank deposit my second term premium payment but bank told me no one policy is continous in your name . your cheque have been cancelled due to empty account Sir i have given full payment to sales Manager but he did not deposit in Bank sir give me justice please . Sir i gave Premium Money amount 20000 to sales Manager.in 2012 a sales manager mr soumik come to me and tell me to change the pollicy.i am not agree to do that but he take my sign on a paper for give the premium of pention scheme but he change my policy and my pention scheme close by him.i think icici's agent are cheater and now another sales manager tell me that you may pay your primum otherwise your 20000 rs will lost automaticaly.what cay i do now.i am not able to walk but maneger tel me to come to office what can i do now.my cell no is [protected] any one help me please.

            i had a SIP account of ICICI prudential Dynamic Growth Fund. i had applied for its redemption in first week of Mar 2010. The tele executive has confirmed the mailing address two weeks earlier but the redemption amount has not been recevied till date.

            icici prudential dynamic growth fund — non receipt of redemption amount

            sir,

            i had aSIP account with ICICI prudential dynamic growth fund. Folio No. is 4090047/68. I had applied for its redemption in first week of march 2010. though the tele executive has confirmed the address on tele, I have not received the redemtion amount at my ghaziabad address.

              This is in reference to your email dated November 29, 2009 regarding your LifeStage Assure [UIN: 105L083V01 ] policy number 11370425 issued in your life.



              With reference to the concern pertaining to your signatures being discrepant, we wish to state that you had submitted an application bearing number LL30257785 for insurance on your life under the LifeStage Assure.



              On the basis of the information given by you in the proposal form and in accordance to our underwriting norms, a Policy bearing number 11370425 was issued on your life on 10th March 2009. The Policy Document was delivered at your residence / mailing address on 21st March 2009.



              We submit that in as per Clause 6 (2) of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Protection of Policyholder's Interests) Regulations, 2002 every policy document sent by the Company is accompanied by a forwarding letter which clearly mentions that in case the Policyholder is not satisfied with the features or the terms and conditions of the policy he can withdraw/ return the policy within 15 days i.e. under the "Free Look period" provision. We state that the policy document was retained by you and you did not raise any concern on the signature discrepancy during the Freelook period. This clearly implied that you were agreeable to all the policy terms and conditions and the details in the proposal form.



              We further submit that as per Regulation 4(1) of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Protection of Policyholder's Interests) Regulations, 2002, a copy of the Proposal form is also sent along with the Policy document thereby giving an opportunity to the Policyholder to re-examine the replies made by him in the proposal form and get the details rectified in case of any discrepancies. We state that you never approached the Company stating that any information given by you in the Proposal Form by him was incorrect or untrue or that the signatures were not yours.



              After careful evaluation from the concerned department, it is evident that there is no proof to suggest that your signature were discrepant. In view of this, we cannot accept your request for canceling the above policy and refunding the premiums paid there under.



              We state that any benefit under the policy becomes payable strictly in accordance to the policy terms and conditions. For further details, you may refer the policy document sent to you.



              In view of the above, we are unable to comply with your request for cancellation of policy or a refund of premiums paid.

              Dear all



              I , Neelam agnihotri working as a senior assitant in State Bank of India is filing a complaint against ICICI Prudential , as have got a policy done with them in Feburary dated 21st 09 of the same month .

              As per my communication with FSC mr. Deepak Bhola sitting at the branch office of sector 9 Office , i was told that the policy was done with an annual premium amount of Rs 20,000/- for the policy no 11370425 ( insured amount Rs 200000 ) and will recieve the policy documents with same details . But many months passed by and i did not recieve the documents and then one day my maid found the same lying in a very bad state in the bushes in my garden . Then suddenly i start recieveing letters from your office for payment of second premium amount which left me shocked and then i got to know from the documents send by you that the policy was done for half yearly premium amount of Rs 20000/- i.e Rs 40000/- annually .



              This is to bring to your notice that by the time i got the policy documents the freelook period had already been over and inspite of my continous follow -up with the customer care of ICICI Prudential on phone of closing my policy and returning my money Rs 20000/- as i have been sold the policy by their representative wrongly and a careful check through the form has also brought to light the fact that they have also forged my signatures at many places on the form and have also mentioned wrong contact number in polciy which i got corrected after reptative conversation with their customer care . The details of the conversation are as follows :

              - First submitted a written complaint at their ofiice on 16th September with due recieving from them .

              - Then a verbal communication on phone with Mr. Ojus Executive at their customer care call centre , but no revert on my complaint .( on 27th Oct 2009 )

              - Had a word with his senior Supervisor Mr. Hemant on 27th Oct also , who told me that the Feeedback no is 14050490 and they are again sending the complaint to higher athuroties for relook as they have earlier rejected my complanit saying that we could have got the same freelooked and so now the policy can not be closed and no money will be returned , so i told them all the above mentioned deatils again , wherein they said will look in to the matter .

              - Then on 9th Nov spoke to the Vipin and Harpreet but was in vain as they asked me to wait till 17th Nov for resolution , but have not recieved any details from any of them till date , so writing to you for resolution and getting my money back .



              Please note that i am the only bread earner of my family as my husband has been on bed since last 6 years and have 2 daughters and a son for whom i have to takcare of his studies and takecare of my house also . Also note that 20000/- amount is a very big amount for a goverment employee who is the single earner of her family .



              Kindly consider all the above details as have been mentally haressed and cheated since the time this policy have been started .



              Looking forward to your positive and prompt response on my complaint .

              Dear Sir,


              My licence was issued by IRDA lic no[protected], when i produced it for renewal in month Aug 2009 it is showing lic no[protected], it is not known to lic holder, how it attached with this company, earlier it was issued by LIC of India under IRDA.
              Licence is not being renewed due to this mistake.LIC needs NOC from this code branch 754.
              Please kindly look into this matter and reply me soon.

              Dear Sir,
              I was policy holder of ICICI Prulife.My Policy no.00262227.Policy Maturity date is December 10, 2010. I wish to state that in your letter dated October 15, 2010 the maturity amount shown is 105, 752. But your Branch office Mangalore had remitted the maturity amount to my account is only Rs.96, 935.00. I want to know why the maturity amount is reduced to about Rs.9, 000. It is a loss to me. I heard that there are several complaints about the refund amount to the customers of ICICI forever life from some of the users. Is it right?. otherwise why the amount to be refunded to me is less than your letter dated 5th October, 2010. There is lot of complaints aginst your co. in respect of this matter. If this is the case, I know how to deal with this. Please advise the correct amount to be refunded to me and advise your Mangalore office to remit the balance amount to my account. Please write to my address immediately.

                Dear Consumer forum,
                I have taken my policy from ICICI 3 years ago. my complaint:

                1. during the policy initiation, the agent told me that I can change the payment frequecy ( yearly / monthly) and increase / decrease premium too.

                * after 3 year I requested ICICI
                - to change my frequency of payment to yearly - they agreed and changed immediately.
                - to change the my preminum amout from 36k / year to 12k per year, I got a mail from customer care that as per the policy they cannot change to 12 k it should be mim 20k. I said fine. go ahead change it.

                TILL NOT THIS IS NOT DONE AND CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE ALMOST HARSING ME LIKE ANYTHING. EACH TIME ONE PERSON I HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHOLE STORY.

                POINT TO HIGHLIGHT IS: THEY ARE DEDUCTING SOME AMOUT MONTLY FROM MY EXTING AMOUNT, AS PER THE POLICY I CAN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT ANY TIME AFTER 3 YEAR, I TOLD THEM TO CLOSE TILL NOW ITS NOT CLOSE AND DEDUCTING AMOUNT FROM MY CURRENT POLICY AS MAINTENANCE.

                My Self Dinesh Kukreti, Customer of ICICI Bank & Insurance Sector (My Old Policy No. 02099892 &[protected] Since Last Dated 01st Oct 2010, One call Regular came on my Mobile & Regular Follow-up with me regarding Premium payment of Rs. 18000/- Against Old Policy No. 02099892.
                I have paid Rs. 18000/- Against Cheque No. 378468 Dated 05TH Oct 2010 for my Old Policy No. 02099892. But by Agent this Amount Rs. 18000/- has given New Policy No. 14572867 Dated 12.10.2010 which is Totally Cheated Thinking & Cheating With me.
                Below Following Points Discuss/Commit with Me by Agent.
                01. If you are pay Renewal Premium Rs. 18000/- Against Policy No. 02099892, Bonus Amount Rs. 25267/- Credit in your Bank A/C within 30-35 Days.
                02. This Amount Rs. 18000/- will be add / increase in your current fund value policy no. 02099892.
                03. You will free for Withdrawal this amount & Fund Value when you want withdrawals, because your locking 03 years period has been completed.
                04. 01 Bonus credit form will be signed by you for Bonus credit in your Bank A/C. WHICH WAS Application form no. LL[protected]I was Not aware Regarding this form) & collect my documents (Photo, Pan card photocopies etc.)
                After above Discussion I haven given Rs.18000/- against cheque no. 378468 dated 05/10/2010 drawn bank name ICICI Bank Limited – Haridwar Branch in favour of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Limited. & Amount Rs. 18000/- was debited from my A/c dated 06/10/2010.
                But when I mention the Policy No. on the cheque, objection create by agent please do not write policy no. on the cheque. We have already your Data & your Policy No. We will do & write the other details. At present I am late for going to Roorkee….
                I faith on the agent & give cheque to Agent. After that dated 06/10/2010 Rs. 18000/- Debit from my A/C with Receipt No. 2233833. Then after 02 days I was check my fund value was showing as previous. (No amount increase in fund value) then I was contact to customer care & give the payment details then I know New Policy has been Issued. I have very Big Shocked & I am feeling Cheating / Fraud Commitment has been Done with Me.
                One New Policy has been Issued to Me Against this Amount Rs. 18000/- which was Paid for Old Policy No. 02099892.
                So you are request to Please cancel / Free look this policy & I am not Interested to continue this new policy. Please return My. Full payment Rs. 18000/- immediately. & I will continue my old policy 02099892 which was paid for premium against ch no. 378468.
                Request to You Please take the action Against these type of Fraud Agents in Your Co. who will Loss the BUSINESS & Co. Name.
                Please note I have not Received New Policy Till date 17/10/2010, which was Issued to Me Dated 12/10/2010. So that I am not able to submit New Policy Bond with Free Look Documents.

                  My issue is that i had use a credit card to pay rupees 25000/-half yearly premium of my wife(Bulbul Kumari Yadav, Date Of Birth = 26/may/1983) insurance policy no. 06927097 on 10/02/2010.and Clearly fill that only once i am using my credit card for premium payment. but on 20/02/2010 ,unknown fake transaction of 25000/- is done from my card and credit to icici prulife insurance co. without knowing me. my concern is that how they take this 25000 amount & why they proceed it & who done this fraud documentation & transaction from my account. and on the other hand icici credit card is charging payment due of rupees 25000/-.so i am in big problem. this are the following detail:

                    One of the ICICI Manager sales visited my residence and offer a policy name (ICICI pru LIFE stage PENSION Ad UIN 105l100V01) which he say the best at present.
                    On 16 Jan, 10, received a policy bearing No: 13265615, premium of Rs.25, 100/-
                    while going through the policy papers i found that the form which i submitted and signed for the policy , are not mine, Xerox copy of the form was attached with the policy but some one else has signed my policy.
                    Same I conform from the ICICI manager who visited my residence, later he confirm that someone has done it and it’s a mistake.
                    In protest I return the policy in original on 27th Jan, 10 and receive a receipt from the Manager who offer me the policy
                    He promised me that the amount will be return with in ten days.
                    I am sorry to say that till date (24th March,10) I didn’t get my money back , when I call to the manager his answer is it is under process , response is really very bad,
                    My request is that my amount be return back to me at the earliest and the person be punished for wrong doing so that in future same problem of fake sign can be avoided

                        One Mr.Rajiv, claiming to be calling from ICICI Prudential, Head Office,
                        (Videocon Building), Delhi has enquired about my existing policy and said I can invest further Rs.30000.00 for 7 years and will get Rs.300000.00 on 7th year first day.
                        I have told him that Insurance Policies were never sold like this and also that I could make out that he is not calling from ICICI, as there is no Head Office in Delhi, he started threatening me that I should prove that he is not from ICICI. I have told him that I do not want to talk any more and I have disconnected.

                        He again called me in a few minutes and threatened me that he will make my life miserable.
                        I have told him that I have both his numbers and I am going to Police, he disconnected.
                        The numbers from which he had called me :[protected] &[protected] and[protected].
                        I DO HAVE ANY FEAR ON ALL THIS, BUT THESE CATAGORY OF CALLING ASSITANTS BY REPUTED COMPANIES ARE ONLY SPOILING THEIR NAME IN THE MARKET.
                        I got a similar call from some.A.K. Agarwal with the same number[protected] .. Mom picked up the phone and he started threatening my mom (after stating that he is from ICICI and offering a policy, which my mom refused), because of which she disconnected the phone.. I am planning to take this matter to the police in case i receive any calls from this or any other associated number..

                          Me, Ravindra Nath Sinha has been delivered the wrong details of the policy. I am a senior citizen and I find mysel[censored]nable to pay the three payments of the policy, which was originally stated to me only one time payment by the agent of the company. And even the date of birth has also been mentioned wrong on the policy. Originally it is 1.7.1933 and on the policy it is mentioned as 1.7.1941. So, I want to cancel the policy as I find mysel[censored]nebled in doing the payments.
                          I will be highly thankful to you if you consider my complaint as soon as possible.

                            Hello,

                            This is regarding my premium payment towards my policy no. 04775330.

                            On 3rd of March I made a payment of 10000 Rs using my HDFC credit card ([protected]) which is reflecting on my credit card as I got a confirmation from the bank, but strangely it is not reflecting on the policy. Transaction id generated for the payment is ‘033193’.

                            I contacted customer support but they did not prove much o[censored]se and instead asked me to drop a mail to '[protected]@iciciprulife.com', which I did. That generated the call id 21597126 and later got a reply saying no payment was received. So I contacted HDFC again and they confirmed the payment status with the above mentioned transaction id and also mentioned that they can not generate statement till 15th as that is the end date of my billing cycle.

                            So is it possible to check what the issue with transaction id 033193 is as I understand that payment can not be made to some other policy as the name of the policy holder and name of the card holder should match and I only have one policy with you?

                            Thanks in advance for looking into this urgently.

                              Ref. My life time pension II policy no.01329966 and life stage pension policy no.11027125
                              To pay annual premium, I phoned more than dozen times to company representatives (Manish kumar [protected] and Dharmesh [protected]), who lured me for above policy) to pick-up cheques. But in spite of their repeated assurances & promises to visit me today/tomorrow, none did not turn up. This upset my other programmes wasting my time in waiting at fixed time. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co was emailed several times to take action against these persons, but it also behaved same way. It seems that company's policy is to get insurance policy and then forget the policy holder. I advice not to believe its representatives any more, & for any help whatsoever.

                                I have taken a ULIP Policy with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance bearing # 02331117 which is a Lifetime Policy in Maximiser fund mode. I have placed a request for partial with drawal of Rs.60,000/- on the above said policy on Feb 22nd, 2010 at Chandanagar, Hyderabad branch. Please visit any ICICIPru branch for any changes reqd". I got a doubt, and called the branch, was shocked to hear that there was a policy surrender request erroneously placed by one of the branch executive, instead of Partial Withdrawal as per the request made by me in the form filled up and given to the branch. The branch executive named Mr. Ravindra informed me that he is placing a reversal process and will get it reversed as soon as possible and initiate the process of partial withdrawal. On the same day, Feb 23rd, 2010, I have called up the customer care and updated them that an erroenous request of Surrender of Policy has been placed by the bank executive instead of partial withdrawal request, and requested them to update their records to not to get the policy surrendered, hold it until it is being investigated and resolved for the committed mistake. Call Ref # 18160854, Agent Name - Merin.

                                Since Feb 23rd, 2010, I have been following up with this executive and every day I keep calling the branch executive - Ravindra and he keeps saying that he already placed a request and waiting for response from the respective. Since, last 10days I have been hearing the same feedback from Mr. Ravindra. I visited the branch yesterday, and this guy informs me that the policy has been in Infos state (dont know what that means, may be a dormant state ) and will continue getting the interest on the funds even though it is in the Infos state, when I queried that I would be loosing the interest on the funds on my policy. To my dismay, when I logged on to the webportal to check the status of my policy, my policy was not listed at all, and in the same shock, when I called the customer care, I got a very bad response from the excutive - sukesh initially but when I started digging in further, he started coming to terms and behave with me normally and started giving all the details. He informed on the call that he has registered a complaint again, and it would taken 6days for the so called SPECIAL INVESTIGATION TEAM to revert back to me with an update what has caused the error and all the details about the mishap, and then they will again give me an estimated number of days for getting the issue resolved.By this time, I was totally upset and requested for supervisor and got - Amar on the call, this guy was of little help, he said it will take the same time as the agent has informed me. I requested for next level and got Escalation Manager - Padmini on the call and she assured of giving me a call back before 3pm tomorrow i.e. March 4th, 2010 and then negotiated to call between 12:00pm to 12:30pm with an update of what is the cause of the issue and then how many days it would take them to resolve the issue which is not acceptable to me.

                                My whole point of filing this complaint is
                                1. I was in bad need of money and was expecting money to be deposited to my HDFC Bank A/c in one week as per the company policy from the date of submitting the application. I missed a commitment for which I have to pay the penalty.
                                2. My policy has been closed by the bank on a single go permanently after painstakingly completing the locking period of 3 years and then completing the fourth year as well.
                                3. Since the day, the bank has surrendered my policy, I’m loosing on the market value that I have to receive on my funds in the policy as per the Life Time Maximiser fund scheme.
                                4. My request for Partial Withdrawal stays unresolved till date as on March 04, 2010 and unsure when the issue created by the bank will get resolved and my original request for partial withdrawal sees Light.

                                I, hereby humbly request you to pursue the matter and do justice to me in resolving the issue, and compensate me for the big blunder made by the bank, for which I’m in such trauma and pressure, and had to undergo all the suffering. Thanks for all your help in advance.

                                  A guy V.K.Malhotra( no:[protected]) called from ICICI Prudential and provide me information about policy and said this policy specially launched by company for retired person. I have 4 policy with ICICI Prudential of Rs. 80,000 premium and i am paying premium from last 2 year reguarly without any fault. And guy ask me if you take one policy of Rs.50,000(one time payment) you need not to pay your 3 year premium of all 4 current running policys and you will get all payment after 3 year with 120% bonus( 4 running policy+ 1 new policy of 50,000), you will get all settlements documents of all 5 policy stated that your 4 policy premium ajusted in 5 policy in 140 days. When we receive documents of our new policy its shows Half Yearly mode payment. Then i call again to that guy and said policy paper shows that i need to pay premium on half yearly basis and you said that its a one time payment. That guy again told me that sir please wait for 140 days you will get your all documents from IRDA department. I wait for 140 days and then call back to guy and then that guy said me that sorry sir i have tired but IRDA departments not approved my requests and now you need to pay all premium of Rs. 50000 half yearly for 5 years and you also need to pay your 4 policy premium.

                                  This is not acceptable from a Such a reputated company.

                                  When i complain about this matter to ICICI prudential they said we are not responable for the fault and you need to pay your all 5 policy premium on time otherwise your policy will be lapsed and you will not get any payment from are side.

                                  Can any one help me on this so that i can get my Rs.50000( fraud policy) and pay my rest 4 policy premium.

                                      Mr.T.R.Arun Center Head Old Airport Road Branch Bangalore, he took 10,000 Rs one Year before telling that he ll Invest that on shares and it ll help me to pay 20,000 Rs premium every year for my Prudential.

                                        I had purchased a policy called Life Stage Assured, policy number 11448904 in last year March 2009 and at the time of purchasing, it was told to me that i have to pay for 3 years and after that even if dont pay i will be getting returns and i cant withdraw the policy at the 5th year. It was told to me that the tenure/maturity will be for 5 years and after completion of 5 years, i can withdraw and get the entire premium along with the returns. But when i got the documents, it was mentioned that the maturity is of 20years, I called up immediately to the ICICI customer care and told them about it and they said it is jus ta process in which they have to mention it as 20 years of maturity, but it will be for 5 years only as it was told by the executive. Now when i called up then and asked them that is there an option to withdraw this policy since i have a financial problems at my family. They say that it cannot be given as it has to complete its maturity which is of 20 years and i have been calling them from almost 2 to 3months and no one is able to help me. Finally about 2 weeks back i got a call from ICICI Prudential and one of the representative promised me that i will get my amount back since i got a wrong information and fake promises and also it was told to me that i will no tbe benifitted with tht Tax benefits and they will be sending a document to the Tax department that i no more hold a ploicy with ICICI prudential and i will not get any tax benefit, i said ok and accepted and he told me that i will either get a DD or will transfer it to my account in the next 7 working days, now its been 2 weeks and i have not got my amount yet. I got a message for payment due date when i called to ICICI Prudential customer care and told them about this, they say that they dont have any documetation on the same and they will not be able to help me and i ahve to pay the amount. The problem is i have forgotten the represntative name who promised me that i will get my amount back. I would request you to help me in this regards as i do not have much knowledge about these policies.
