Someone from termination department from ICICI pru life called and asked for 50000 advance for giving my 180000/- settlement. They say I purchased a ulip policy in 2013 for which I paid 50000 premium and it got lpased in 2017.

They claim if I need 1.8 lakhs of money back, need to pay another 50000.

When asked to send my details on an email they denied. 17564051 is my policy no they siad. And guy who called from client relationship is Vinod icici prudential [protected].

Something is fishy. Plz check and help

        I wanted to cancel my policy.
        I sent an email. But forgot that I had set auto payment and the date for the deduction was the same day I sent to email to cancel as well. The money got deducted already. So I requested to cancel the policy and refund the amount. Because the money got deducted on 30th April 2022 and the premium due date was 4th May 2022. I asked kindly to refund the amount as the money has been deducted before the due date. They simply rejected my claim and forcefully keeping the policy in force. There is no value for customers in India. Once money id out of your pocket it is impossible get it back. Consumers are taken for granted and this has become the norm in India. This is unacceptable and has to change.

          Dear Sir,

          Please update the status of my policy 91373423. I had submitted all my documents on Address: 1st Floor, 69, Krishna Tower, 384, Rajpur Rd, near Dilaram Chowk, Bhel Chowk, Ravindrapuri, Hathibarkala Salwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001.

          Documents are submitted 10 days ago still the customer xare is saying that no request is updated.
          Some day customer care says that money will be credited on 03'May'22 & today customer care says no request.

          I was planning to take Term Insurance of 1Cr from ICICI but seeing this service I am not satisfied.
          I am still alive and I am not able to get my money, if some mishap happens then ICICI will not give money to my dependents.

            I resigned on 4th oct 2022 and my last working day 21st oct 2022 . As discussed with HR(Anupriya Sharma 5080480) and she told me you can relieve early, no any deductions in your salary and you ll provide your reliving letter. But I received recovery letter. I put many mails to HR but they didn't ans me ..i am unemployed since 6 month.. because of her .and this is torturing me . I have all mails and proof.

              Lat year I registered complaint against ICICI Prudential Lifetime Classic with Policy Number 40808975. The GBIC personnel recommended to choose for TPA, where paid amount of existing policy will be merged with new one. So, I purchased Reliance Nippon with policy Number "53935257" and requested the previous policy i.e. "ICICI Prudential Lifetime Classic" to merge with new policy. The team is saying it is merged, but still I cannot see in the new policy. The GBIC personnel is also not responding to my calls.
              Need help to resolve this.

                        ICICI Pru life Insurance - Inordinate delay of death claim settlement Policy No[protected] days lapsed from TAT

                        It's been 8 months since claim documents for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy No. 94401426 were submitted to ICICI for death claim settlement.

                        All claim documents have been submitted on 6th June 2021 and ICICI Secunderabad branch has issued acknowledgement for the same (attached herewith). The Turn around Time for claims as per ICICI Pru Life is "Investigation should be completed not later than 90 days from the date of receipt of claim intimation and the claim shall be settled within 30 days thereafter". Considering the above TAT, my claim has to be settled by October 6th, 2021.

                        Many requests were made to settle claim during this 8 months, it seems our requests are falling on deaf ears.

                        Further, ICICI claims team has conducted enquiry at our residence and vouched all documents, collected proofs as part of claim process 4 months ago.

                        That after 6 months of receiving all claim documents, ICICI has sent a letter dated 30th November 2021 to submit copy of medical records of the insured and the same were sent to you on 3rd of December 2021 (Speed post tracking attached herewith) for which ICICI has not even acknowledged receipt of documents till date. I believe this is only to delay the claim further.

                        And grievance redressal officer of ICICI had requested to allow time till January 31 2022 to redress my claim settlement complaint dated 26.12.2021. However, there is no reply from ICICI Grievance cell till date even after lapse of more than 30 days from complaint date.

                        Reasons unknown my claim is inordinately delayed by ICICI.

                              I have a Icici prdudential pinnacle super plan policy. It expired on 2nd December 2021. I have been following with them for the pay up of the policy, however they keep giving some excuse or the other. I have two tickets raised with them and both have been acknowledged - Ticket No[protected], Ticket No[protected].

                              Also the plan was such that i should get the highest NAV of the last 10 years, however they have changed the terms of the plan themselves and are now refusing the original method of calculation.

                              Eveyrtime i call them i am put on hold of 30 to 45 minutes to frustrate me and then they say we will get back and cut the call.

                                I had requested the cancellation for the term life policy but they did not cancel it yet. I had sent several emails but they are spamming with the same responses. They collected all my data online and now asking me to visit nearest branch which is 100 kms away from my district.

                                    I received a call from an individual mentioning he is from ICICI Prudential and sharing details about my policy. He asked me to connect with the RM Rohit Mehra. However, no such policy exists with ICICI Prudential. The company and government official should take action to avoid such calls
