    I received a call from an individual mentioning he is from ICICI Prudential and sharing details about my policy. He asked me to connect with the RM Rohit Mehra. However, no such policy exists with ICICI Prudential. The company and government official should take action to avoid such calls

        ICICI has authorized third party Phonepe to accept and issue the 1Year Life Term Insurance Policy for which i asked them to provide me the correct Policy Number for verification and renewal purpose.

        Since Long time i'm requesting them to check and verifying the policy but they fail to do so and surprised to learned that the policy issued which may be is not authentic insurance policy

        i have already complained to IRDA and they ask them to clarify but stil they are failed to provide the true policy as attached email reminder by IRDA

        and they are delaying unnecessarily to get expire the insurance policy period.

        kindly look into this matter and your kind action accordingly.

            Hi Team,

            I want raise a complaint against ICICI Prudential for my Policy 19760342.

            I was holding it from last 5+ years and was paying 2.50 Lac annually, I received a call from ICICI customer care asking me about if I know the benefit of the Policy or not. They asked If my advisor informed me about the policy before selling it or not. I advised them I purchased on the basis of trust which I had with my Advisor and took this policy thinking of good returns. They then said I will receive a call from Service team and they will inform me about benefit of the policy. I received a call in Sept 2021 from Mr Ashish Misra who said he is senior executive and assigned as relationship manager for my policy. He heard my grievance and advised on benefit of the Policy. Moreover he said my agent will get 20% return on my cash back, for which I was surprised and wanted a resolution as I don't want to pay 20% of my earned benefit to my advisor.

            He advised that I have option that there is process of freezing of the Policy with in ICICI in which I will get my paid amount plus benefit from the policy I incurred since past 5 years. However I have to take same amount of policy directly from ICICI or its partners then I will get my amount refunded plus additional benefits. I agreed he started the process. I received a call from ICICI accounts department from this number and someone Mr Rajiv suggested same procedure and confirmed me amount which I will get. They also said I have to take the policy with 24hrs of freezing and if I don't take it will automatically surrendered. I will get surrendered amount. I thought when I am getting my paid money back and option of getting good policy I can go ahead with this process. So they freezed my Policy on 27th Sept 2021 3:03:09 Hrs with following number ILI-046392 and Freezing number FZLI[protected]. He also shared me the screen shot on what'sapp number [protected] and also[protected]. I also got call from Mr Ajay from ICICI accounts number[protected] confirming of the same process and numbers. They said after purchasing new policy I will get my amount with 60-90 days time line. So I went ahead and invested approx 2.50 lacs annually for India First life policy 20118261.

            Mr Ashish also advised there is advance sum insured which I can get against my policy and If I agreed he can get me that amount as well. Then another process started of purchasing new refundable Policy of approx 1 Lac from there partner or ICICI Pru. I invested 1 lac more and purchased Max life and Bharati AXA policy. He said with three months of receiving my amount they will cancel these dummy policies and I will get money refunded.

            So I waited for 90 days till December 2021 and no amount was credited to my account. To me a shocker they said that as my salary is less in comparison to Freeze claimed amount + additional benefit I have to pay tax before Money will be credited. it should be another policy of 3.5 percent of Freeze amount which was 23, 71, 435 lac Rs which comes out to be 82K roughly. As Total amount which was supposse to receive was 30, 26, 400 Rs. I had to agree on paying tax. I thought I need to pay it to IT department however they suggested its company policy which I had take and tax will be adjusted against that policy. When I inquired that you are now cheating me he said Mrs Neha Sharma Operations head have word with her. She was available on these numbers [protected] and[protected]. She also confirmed after paying my tax of 82K I will receive my 30, 26, 400 Rs with in 10-15 days of transaction. I did purchased HDFC life policy of approx 85K in Dec 2021 and shared its UIN number.

            Now I am in Jan 2022 end I was initially given date of 22nd Dec 2021 of payment, however it was advised that some internal issue and I will get Money by 3rd Jan 2022. I waited again new date was given 15th Jan 2022. No money I received only commitment from same person Mr Ashish Mishra. I am calling daily to there Office number mentioned above and new dates are being provided me without any resolution. It has been raised with there senior management as well again new dates are shared. Now I got to know that 22nd Jan is last closure date when I will get Money, However nothing received till now.

            I feel cheated now as I am not getting Money on advise from ICICI advisor Mr Ashish Misra also as per his advise I stopped paying my current policy and loosing all benefit which I got in last 5 years after paying it. Also they have got me in trouble by getting me invested again for approx 4.5 Lacs in new policies.

            I need help from Bimalokpal to help me getting resolution of the above concerns. I don't know if they have cheated me or what as I am not getting any amount credited to my account till date. Its now more than 120 days and no amount I have received.

            Please help me either get my money refunded against Freezing number FZLI[protected] or get my 4.5 lacs amount refunded by helping me in cancelling the additional policies which ICICI staff has got me.

            Due to COVID I can't visit any of there offices premise. Its giving me mental stress and agony daily as I am unable to concentrate on my job as well as my health is deteriorating due to this huge financial burden. I am also attaching screen shot of Policy freezed I received from ICICI RM person.

            Please help and advise.

              I have bought a insurance policy from icici prudential life insurance in the year 2017, after paying 2 years ( 4 premium) on half yearly basis, i was in deep financial crisis and was not able to pay premium and in the mean time Covid-19 affected my employment
              Now i have received an email from icici prudential that my premium which i paid till date was forfeited by them.


              so requesting you to please look into this matter, help to release my money that i have deposited with them.

                I'm Reshnaja from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I'm a former employee of ICICI prudential dated Oct 2018 to Jan 2020. My employee code is 5063739. I applied for the pf withdrawal on Jan 15, 2022 through speed post to ipru pf department office Mumbai, and also received a message that the speed post has been delivered. It's been a week that I have been waiting for the pf amount to get credited to my account. I get no updates from the company, I'm very helpless and not able to track the status as well. Please find me a solution for my PF withdrawal process.

                  My Policy Life Stage Pension got matured and I selected the pension option, yet I was called to their Vashi Branch. One Mr. Upendra Kumar, employee no : 00793810 said I was too young to start pension and if I invest this amount into Easy Retirement, for few years I can get a decent raise. I agreed and signed a contract which just had the basic details.
                  What Mr. Upendra did was changed the premium from Single to Yearly and that meant I had to pay Rs. 8 Lacs premium per year and on that ICICI Pru Life made an amount of Rs 20K commission. The year 2 premium, they informed me another policy had matured which was a lie and surrendered the policy and paid Year 2 premium. However, the more grave issue here was Mr. Upendra changed my email id and phone no on the policy documents. This meant, I no longer received any mail and was not aware of the changes made to the policy. I am on Year 3 and I checked with the Branch when I could not view my NAV details as no OTP came to my mail or phone no. That is when I realised what they have sold me and what has happened here. It seems a bigger conspiracy. When I informed them my inability to pay Rs. 8 Lac premium, they offered to sell me another product which is Loan against my own policy. so they will now give me my own money but will charge interest on the same.
                  Another Lady Ms. Rashmi posed as Branch Manager and tried to be sympathetic. Luckily, there was another old mail id of mine which was though inactive, I could quickly check the mails and could retrieve the form with fraudulent mail id and phone no. I never received a call to explain the terms of the policy and the policy document had correct mail and contact and I received it very late (after 30 days) so that I could not change the terms. Today the fund value has grown only 3% because most of the money was made by ICICI by way of admin charges. I received no premium certificate and could not claim my IT benefit. This is the utmost breach of trust.

                    I have not received my refund yet from ICICI PRUDENTIAL. I was given this insurance from Hero Housing Finance. I have transferred my home loan to Bajaj and while doing it, I have paid this insurance amount to ICICI and have received the NOC letter as well as of 26th November 2021. I was told that I will get the money in 15 working days but it's more than 1 month now.

                      Start date : 27 Dec 2009
                      Premium : 18, 000
                      Value :19, 000

                      Regarding this Policy, it got forclosed on date
                      29 Feb 2020

                      There has been a clause that clearly stated that after 5 years the proposer can opt for CCO ( cover continue option ) n if the total fund value of the policy is equal to 110% of premium, customer will be informed .

                      I neither got any mail or any call from company representative regarding low fund value.

                      I would really appreciate your help else I would have to take some legal action here.

                        Auto Debit did not work for the month of October.
                        Standing Instructions updated again in November.
                        Paid Premium with penalty.
                        Again in December, the auto debit did not work.
                        Paid premium with penalty again but policy is still lapsed since 4 days and its not reflecting in my policy.

                        No one from ICICI is willing to help here

                          Agent has filled all the things wrong in the application during the purchase of new heart and cancer policy.Now I am dropping number of mails to icici teams and its grievance cell but not getting reply.I am unsatisfied by their behaviour and want strict action against this agent who has blindly filled all the application wrong and want my policy to be cancelled in the free look period nobody is bothered to reply to my mails.

                                ICICI PRU LIFE policy # 20297491

                                The above-mentioned policy # 20297491 was showing in my account named Paresh Ashar (see attachment) until 27/12/2021 and all of a sudden, it has been removed and transferred to my deceased father Mr. Chandrakant P. Ashar's account (see attachment). I have tried speaking with their customer care and sent several emails but no response to date (see email, attachments). Kindly, ICICI PRU LIFE guys put the policy back in my account (Paresh Ashar)...

                                Dear Sir
                                I have Taken a life insurance policy no. 20832401 in year 2017, i have paid g 2 years premium (1 lac), after that my financial condition are going bad, it restricted me to fulfill my commitments,
                                now i am getting massage's from customer care team that policy has been foreclose and amount has been fore fitted.

                                requesting you to please look into this matter and arrange to recover my money, since i belongs to very lower class of financial background. i cant afford this.
