My Elite Life Super policy is in discontinuance status for almost two years. And ECS was specifically disabled to avoid auto debit. All of a sudden today, Aug 31, 2021 at 6:58 pm, amount of INR 2 lac was debited from my salary savings account.

My policy number is 22169764 with application number OS08824427.

I would like to close/surrender my policy and would like a full refund of my amount. So far I have paid INR 6 lac. I would like to get full refund of this total 6 lac amount. Thank you.

    Due to this pandemic situation I was surrender my policy at Kalyani Branch (West Bengal), however till the date I am not getting the amount in my account.

    Dear Team,

    I got relieved from ICICI Bank on 09 Aug, 2020.
    My IRDA got expired on the same month.
    I have joined HDFC Bank. I am trying to apply for IRDA Certification.

    But it is getting rejected stating my PAN is linked with ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE CO LTD.

    I have wrote multiple mails to ICICI.But they are sharing me only NOC and not delinking my pan.

    Kindly de link my pan and do the needful.

      Hi Team,

      As Reference of My Case as ICICI Pru Insurance Policy: 21565669, I have suffered as mental more nearly frequently 1 Year from ICICI ( Insurance & Bank Support) as accordingly communication.

      They always says about online transaction they didn't it and nothing showing in their portal because of, Policy had been lapsed in 2 years ago.

      When, show the transaction details as bounce and successful entry then agree and says yet it did and they will resolve it soon.

      sometimes, did the refund as credit & cheque also yet auto-debit is continue despite informed to both ( ICICI Pro Insu & Bank) that it is going on un-authorize transaction and without permission yet continuously going on despite we never allow transaction from my account so how it did without permission and didn't renewal it yet they did t automatic just giving a call pls give the feedback. despite my cibil has been more hamper

      Connected via phone, email with ICICI Banking Support, ICIC Pro Insurance Support, SRV Team also.

      Yet, didn't get the Resolution even just ICICI Bank say.. I should go with ICICI Pro Insurance and ICICI Pro Insurance do or send more email as scripted email or like say I should go Bank because thier portal is showing inactive and it might be backend issue even it will take time.

      In Brief: I'm speechless about ICICI System even Still I was Happy with them Yet Seriously not happy and same thinks just did with my friends ICICI employee gave the policy even it was via Agent as commission scenario despite ICICI everything is relating with ICICI yet ICICI is denying as policy he was purchasing their product from Agent so it is not valid even he have documents and even did the formalities in bank.

      many more, you can find out the Insurance SCAM in ICICI ( 50..80.Lakhs ...Amounts ) in Youtube wherein ICICI employees/Sr. Employees are doing there as hidden Zombies.

      So Just Request with ICICI Sr. Management, Please Take it as Internal Audit including Risk Management because of, these thinks are breaking trust in public.

      Please Give the Resolution & Take a View on going on Scam in even Metro Cities Specially.

        My ICICI Pru LIFE policy No: 24682367
        Name: Salagrama Suryanarayana
        Date of birh:[protected]
        Premium Payment done by Punjab National Bank cheque No: 231011, dated[protected], chequed dropped in ICICI bank in Nallakunta, sivam Road.
        The amount was diducted from my PNB account on[protected].
        Till now I have not received the acknowledgement.
        When I try to download the premium paid receipt through online, it says receipt not available. More over I am receiving messages to pay your premium, from ICICI pru life,
        I REQUEST YOU LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL AND RENUE MY ACCOUNT WITH THE PAID PREMIUM.

              I have raised claim towards Policy no : 15558221 and 15558169 Call ID #[protected] Call ID #[protected].

              Its almost a month i have been chasing customer care but no response. Every time i am getting only auto generated mail with some service no which call center people cannot trace.

              Most pathetic is call center, i tried twice spending 30 min to get response on the claim but there also call center people disconnected the call in between.

                I am Prabhakar Bhosale Yesterday I got your message regarding ICICI policy issued in your name and Rs 100 was deducted every month in my salary account.

                When I called your customer care they told me that your policy has started from 2018.
                I never gave any approval for issuance of my term policy only I gave documents for new credit card but your executive said that credit card is not approved for you and my document is being misused by your bank.

                I want all my money back with interest otherwise i give complaint against icici bank in irda

                I not have received any kind of policy copy also till date.

                This kind of fraud was not expected on your part.

                I hope you will take action and give proper solution.

                        I have purchased new term insurance one month [more than 45 days] back.
                        It is in same stage [document verification] and there is no progress. I have raised the complaint [[protected],[protected]] several times. but there is no use of it.

                        I have uploaded multiple documents as they requested and i don't know why they did not complete the application process.

                        No email or no proper communication or no proper update with the customer.

                        "We are currently reviewing the details at our end and will revert to you shortly.". This is the only update which i received from them frequently.

                        Before purchasing, They confirmed me that they will process everything and provide the policy document within a week.

                        I paid nearly 78k one month back and currently, i do not know what to do next.

                        Since, I am NRI, I can not reach them over the phone multiple times.

                        I lost my trust on this company and i have a strong feeling that they will not treat properly in future for claim/settlement if something goes wrong..

                        They are not loyal to the customers.

                        All of my friends suggested to cancel the policy and get the money back. Because, they took more than a month for processing the application and don't know when will they complete it.

                        Incase, after 10 years, if my family apply for settlement, i don't know how this insurance company treat the application. I do not want my family to suffer after my death.

                          I have been receiving monthly payout of Rs.2, 396.50 as against the actual payout amount of 3, 484.50.

                          A short payment of Rs. 1, 088 per month is being made over the last 2 years.

                          I have spoken to ICICI Prudential to resolve the issue but of no avail.

                          I have emailed the details to ICICI Prudential and have received a registered
                          compliant No :[protected] almost a month ago.

                            I have applied for ICICI pru term insurance on 13th April 2021, My medical check up has been done by your nominated team. Also my first premium of Rs 2222 has been deducted. Still could not see any updates.
                            Now is almost 2 months the policy is still under process.
                            If the policy is not confirmed pls refund the money back.

                                My life insurance policy of the number 94205492 when I try to register my policy with my employer through link https://corporate.iciciprulife.com/public/Corporate/Corporate.htm am getting following error "Policy Number and Date of Birth combination entered by you is invalid".
