Idea — Balance deduction issue

Dear Sir, I am using Idea customer my number[protected], In I am facing balance deduction usse, I am regulary using internet, some times they are deducted main balance at that time my internet balance is some data is there, ok if they deduct for execs dat how without intimation atleast inform the customer for proceeding with main balance and one more thing in fraction of seconds main balance what ever it is totally clean sweap it is 60, 80, or 120 how it is possible, I am educated my pogition Is Is like this then what about uneducated peoples pogitio?, I am contacting customer care also many times but they didn't give proper answer and I said to them intimate me before proceeding with main balance I didnt use single mb but they charge too much of amont unless so please register my complaint atlest use for me and who are suffering like me In future.

My idea mobile number is [protected] and my alternate contact number is [protected], I am already contact your 198 customer care representative he didn't give proper answer, I am asking how much data I am used exces he say as per my records your using exces data so amount is deducted but didn't tell how much data, I am asked him atleast in future send one message before proceed with main balance then he reply that No we didn't send any message we sent only flash message only this reply also hardly this my rules if didn't like Leave It like that if you want reference please check the records, customer care service is very poor, I am asking idea why you didn't send message before proceeding with main balance, unnecessary message s and calls getting 4 or 5 messages per day the why idea didn't send useful messages.
