Dear sir, i mithlesh choubey talk to your customer care Representative is yesterday (call on no-12345) for some knowledge of tariff plan on 3g data pack. he suggested to talk to no-12112 and i call to this number and than call time he suggested to press 01 no key. however i selected to 01no key button. than suddenly active on my sms monthly active plan on my main balance in deducted in rs 96 (date 07/08/15 time 10.04pm) so i am not happy this type miss guidelines my idea no is prepaid and sim no-[protected]. so kindly requested to stop my sms plan and return to my balance and added to my main account.     Sir, I am using Idea network since more than 10 years. My Number is [protected].On 04.08.2015 @ 02.12 a.m. I received message from idea (Centre IZ-idea and 51939 respectively) mentioning Apko 50 MB free internet 7 din validity ke sath mila hai. After that i started my mobile internet. That time it shows Data Balance as 100 MB for 7 days validity and Main balance around Rs. 30. After using internet for 2-3 days it was showing data balance 47 mb. Then on Thursday i.e. 06.08.2015 I found my Main Balance is deducted. So i called Idea they told me your balance is over and so your main balance is deducted. But when last time I disconnect the data it was showing data balance is 47 mb. It was there fault that their system showed my data balance. So i want my deduction back which they have deducted from my main balance.       Dear Sir/Madam, I 'Anurag Sharma' have a connection from Idea Cellular since May 4th, 2015. I have unusual amount in my bill. Although idea cellular's employee told me that i have 1000mins, 5GB 3G Data and 500 Message but starting to till date i've received charege of these. i agree that first month i've used exceed from give these services but company also charge for these service so why i paid for this. this problem occurs continue to my bill..

        SIr/Madam I am user of idea connection since 2000 with mobile number [protected] along with one more add on connection with this. it is a corporate plan number. Since the day of connection the bill of this number has never been more than ₹ 700. also there is 1GB netpack service taken by paying ₹ 99. last month the message flashed that we have been charged ₹ 3000 for overuse of net which made us shocked and conscious both. since then on August 1, 2015 net on this number was used very carefully to check not to face same problem again and its just on 7th august 2015 we received the message that net is again over used. Kindly note certain points sir/mam 1. I am corporate employee and have my additional official number which is used 90 percent of time and idea is connection is used only for personal purpose. 2. Also being a banker and holding a position where i hadly get a chance to look for any social networking site in wee hours. 3. I can imagine that last month in July 2015 there might have been over use (i can only persume not possible) being a service class how could we repeat same thing just in a weeks time. Its surely a system generated error and in this concern me and wife have been contacting all idea help centres available in jalandhar and also the customer care number but instead of hearing us patiently and filing our request we are just again and again convinced that we have been using net thats vy charged. but i can assure atleast for this number that net usage is near to nil and 1GB pack is enough for such consumer. Issue here is not to reimburse charges but making a customer fool because of technology error.

        what we are ????/ Are we a stupid or loyal customer of Idea. Kindly explain.

        Today we received two calls from idea one stating our charges have been reversed on the other hand other call now at 3 O'clock stating now we have been charged with amount around ₹ 8600.

        My outgoing is stopped today without any intimation.

        Unnecessary calls from idea to whom same story has to be narrated all the time.

        Means error of system and penalty to a loyal customer. wow didnt expected from such a big brand like idea.

        Didnt wanted to say goodbye to idea since i m with this network since year 2000. but now u didnt left me with anyother option. I even changed my wife network from airtel to idea and also of my kid and home but today company barred my calls what is this all about.

          Worst ever service from Idea!!! After calling 10 times in last 2 month always received a same message that they are unable to answer my query.. My 3G internet connection not working and its providing only 5 KBPS max speed, but taking rental of 3g data. The worst ever fraud company...

            I am fed up with the poor network coverage in 63rd Sector, Navanagar of Bagalkot city, Karnataka state. I am not able to talk anything personally. Forced to move out of the house and search for the network and speak in an open space even on confidential matters. I am resident of House number M16 in this area. Same problem even in the surroundings...

              The idea recharge for data for any value wipes out old data pack. I had done a recharge of Rs.299 and got 1 GB data, and after 5 days I did another recharge of Rs.72 and found that old data pack with almost 800MB of data left has been wiped and new data pack of 250 MB had been activated. This should add to the value of old data packed to make it 800 +250 = 1050mb. This has been happening every time you do a new recharge. Moreover, whenever you speak to customer care, these people will keep you on hold for long and will never address your grievance. Hote this forum can help.                 I have lost my mobile containing idea sim on 05.08.2015. immediately after that I contact customer care and reported the lost of idea sim. They locked my sim for any misuse and advised me to go the nearest idea store along with the document i submitted at time of receiving the sim, they said no GD is required to get the duplicate sim. I went to idea store fuljhore, Durgapur, WB 713206 at 2:30 pm.though their lunch time is started from 3:00-4:00 pm, they do not entertain my request to issue new sim. After 4:00 pm they said unless GD is submitted, duplicate sim not possible. I am a long time user of idea but extremely frustrated with behavior of your staff fuljhore, durgapur. I want a justice for that

                  Don't wanna say anything because i am helpless that i am not able to solve my problem with such a organization i am with. its a big pain for me. 1. no networks 2. no 3G 3. nonprofessional employees in call center 4. no support from senior management.

                    My mobile no. is [protected], I got call from IDEA customer executive on 27/06/15 and he said that for your number one offer is there i.e. 1GB 3G data at 175/-Rs per months for first 3 months, so I told him to activate it on my no. But to my surprise when I received bill it was charge 250/- instead of Rs.175/-. Also my billing cycle starts from 27th so I asked him about charges of my 2G plan (98/-Rs per months 2GB) which was already active on my no. since last 3 years, he said you have used it for 1 days (27th) so you will be charged on pro rata basis i.e. 98/30*1 (day) = approx. ~3.27/- Rs. But when I received my bill, I was shocked to see bill of 91.2/- Rs for one day use of 2G plan. If you are charging 98/- Rs per months then for one day how you can charge 91.2 /-Rs on pro rata basis?????? I am shocked to see this type of discrepancies from service provider like IDEA. I have been calling customer care no. since last 6-7 days, raised complaints many times but still no action has been taken yet. I am shocked to see how IDEA people treat to old customers.

                        Dear Sir, I, have an Idea Mobile No [protected] I have received an Bill dated 2 August 2015 from Idea containing GPRS (Volume) Usage charges of RS 4815.53. I have not use any GPRS for the said period. I called the customer care to complaint but they are even refusing to listen to me. There are 3G plans available for unlimited usage in lesser amount, why would I use GPRS worth RS 4815.53 to find any bloody place and person Please look in to the matter and replay me soon Regards Dr F S Sherani

                          I have recharged my idea no. [protected] with 72 ₹. Before recharge I have dialled *121# before some seconds of rechage where I saw 1 GB 2g data for 21 days on recharge of 72rs . and after my recharge was successful I got only 280 data for 8 days... I have confirmed the data plan 2-3 times before recharge by dailling *121#. And after the recharge I was cheated by idea... I want the 1 GB data pack for 21 days or the refund . please help me...

                            Not able to call my home jammu(j&K) number is [protected] from my idea number [protected] mumbai number incoming from [protected] this number is coming and i am able to make call on all other numbers and i am using the idea number since more then six years never faced any such problem, when i called the customer care they are saying your problem will be solved only after two days, i had registered the complain on 6\08\2015 1 pm o'clock, here is the complain number 1-[protected]. beacause of this i have faced lots of problems, please help me.

                              I have given request to port out of [protected] post paid connection to vodafone. my request got rejected due to bill overdue. (should have communicated to user before rejecting request). I visited Idea branch and paid as on date outstanding bill. and communicated same to vodafone.154/- next day again request got rejected due to bill overdue 3.75/- I have paid Rs 10/- (excess 6.25/-) but still request rejected by idea. I done tknow why Idea is not cooperating with me? why idea is not communicating total outstanding amount before rejecting portout request to vodafone? please contact me on [protected] or write [protected]@gmail.com

                                Sir, recently not more than a month ago I purchased an idea postpaid number [protected]. The plan they offered me was friends and family pack in which one number that i choose of idea will be absolutely free 24/7. I reconfirmed the packs many times and visited the idea new ashok nagar, Delhi store for many days to get my number activated. But just after 15 days the sim stopped working. and there has been constant messages of paying rs 1600 to idea or my sim wont start. I visited idea store again and again to resolve the problem but this New Ashok Nagar branch failed to pay a heed to my problems. they often say to visit next day or say that we cant help right now. now that i cant make any calls nor the customer care picks up the call.. please help me as this is too great amount for me to pay also i don't see any other options except contacting u guys.

                                  My self ramsarn nm [protected](Kerala) yestrdy i had chngd to postpaid i had told thm to activate a plan pf 599 as ma need is of std calls they hav activated 399 pack whch cost me rs50 per day accrdng to ma use the people who are sitting there are useless and not knowledble registered many complaints in customer care no response plz do needful thnku

                                    Dear team, As I am very much disappointed with your services in fact I am looking for a new connection now. Since it’s been more than 4 years I am using this no. ([protected]) which is a corporate no. and it was working very smoothly and there was no issues initially. However, things are being very difficult for me to survive as no customer service is helping me out. If you people are interested in helping please read the following complaints which are as follows:- 1. I activated one plan of 175 rs/ month for consecutive 3 months which is 3g plan wherein I got 1 gb every month. Unfortunately it got vanished within 1 week as I used it in very limited occasions. On behalf of this service I called in customer service so they told they cannot help as one has to mail for it. If had never expected such a disgusting reply. And it cannot happen that I have been only browsing normal websites and watsapp wherein there was no downloading done, still 1024Mb got used and I don’t know where it has gone. When I told this thing to customer care they said please mail as we cannot help. 2. Then, in second occasion I activated one more plan which was a booster plan of 200rs with 1gb for 15days.again initially it was working fine, yesterday was in a meeting with doctor and I was just browsing the goibibo, you can’t believe that just checking 2 flight timings 550.12mb data got consumed and I was like throwing my phone on floor itself. 3. Before this I was facing problem for network with was again not resolved and the best part is being a corporate customer of your and the prominent one using 3G is not actually 3G as it always shows E sign and to get H sign I have to move here in there to receive signals. I want all my plans to be reimbursed and I will only pay according to my plan apart from data usage and didn’t used it properly because before using it it got vanished. I will only pay 200 something for my plan in my next bill because this is not network problem or mobile set problem or my usage problem, this is something that making fool by forceful and unusual deductions without any information in customers knowledge. Authorities, whom so ever I have kept in this mail please help me out of this as idea is not helping me out of this pathetic situation. They are always in refusal mode to customer.

                                    NO BODY CALLED AND ADDRESSED, THEY JUST SAID THAT WAIT TILL YOUR BILLING CYCLES COMES WHICH IS ON 10TH OF EVERY MONTH.HELP PLEASE ELSE THERE WOULD BE A PROBLEM WITH ME TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR SERVICES.

                                        I, rajarshi have recharged my idea connection ([protected]) on 3rd august with rs 150 on 3rd august and the money got deducted without my knowledge. Now on 5th aug i am having only 1p.

                                        Also calling to the customer care 12345 is also not toll free.
