[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Arbitrary Charge on Mobile No. [protected] during the month of June, 2015

I have been charged Rs. 1187.00 in the bill for the month of June, 2015 by idea mobile services while my average consumption has not been more than Rs. 125/- per month since the day I have opted for the above connection. But my query to your local office at idea Salt lake revealed that I have opted for GPRS/Internet option with unlimited plan of Rs. 950/- per month hence the inflated bill during the month of June, 2015. In this context, my request to idea is to kindly inform me how and when I have opted for the same as I can remember neither me or anyone in my family ever opted for unlimited GPRS / Internet connection against the given mobile number. Incidentally, I may also inform that besides the above number I have other three running numbers of idea which are [protected] ( migrated from Vodaphone), [protected] & [protected] (both migrated from BSNL). I am sorry to say that if transparencies are not maintained in your billings, I will have no option but to think seriously about other connections too. As it requested, the requisite documents confirming opting o[censored]nlimited internet connection may be provided in my registered Email ID viz, arunabh.[protected]@nic.in .
