I paid the idea postpaid bill for recharging my idea phone number [protected] through upi. Money got deducted but recharge was not done.

Could you please look into the issue and refund my money.

The outgoing calls and messaging is barred, even though I recharged. Even though I am recharging. Please let me know what is the problem. Whenever someone makes a call to this number, it says the phone number is switched off and messages are barred. Please let me know what's the problem. Even though the top up is being recharged......

Idea charged me disproportionate charges for my international roaming despite of the fact that i had activated my roaming pack using their my idea app.
Their system failed to capture my pack activation and now they have charged me exorbitant amount.
When i requested them to look into this, they said our system does not reflect your request. Is it my fault if their system failed to capture my request?

On 3rd January '19, I asked for the refund of Security deposit of INR 3000, whcih I deposited to ides using thier App on 24th Jul '18 and also reflecting in thier app with date 25th Jul '18. Sir/madam i am using idea sim since 2years my sim servieses are stopped suddenly without any intimation or with any message the sim which i was using was using by my brothere his mail & and several social medial accounts and banking accounts was linked to that number. On Jan 23rd 2019 I have done recharge through Paytm of prepaid plan of RS 169 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the confirmation. Idea cellular deduct balance for validity extension pack of rs. 24 while i wanted to recharge for rs. 35, how can idea do this without my concern? Not getting connected incoming calls from most networks, especially from all networks It's just says " this number does not exist" whereas I can make calls to all networks from the same number.I complained several times to their customer care numbers but no solution last 20 days.

Activated international roaming and applied for a pack costing Rs.3999+tax for my holiday to Cambodia.

On arrival at Siem Reap, Cambodia, the service provider as per the Idea website was not visible. Most providers were marked as [Forbidden] on the phone and the only provider available denied access. I have given a request to port my number [protected] from bsnl to idea on 15/01/2019.
I got an sms from idea on 22/01/2019 which says 'you are one step away from activating your mobile no. Call 59059 and use code _ to activate your number',
But when i was trying to call 59059 i am getting an automated reply saying 'this number does not exist, please check the number'. So it is not getting activated.

Besharam leena, lakshmi, pradnya, pooja if you have self respect and respect for the customers and for your parents then reduce my call rates from your end and don't try to become fraud and arrange a call back from the retention team.

Pradnya today you become full greedy and hungry by eating my incoming and outgoing and incoming validity of this number and 4 other numbers showing your greedyness and hungerness and nasty attitude...

I was using teh idea postpaid number which was closed in feb'18 by payong the whole amount. Right now idea collection agent were calling and they are abusing & harrising me for the same. I told them that i have already paid the whole bill in feb'18 and told the store agent to close my number. Inspite of checking it with the store they are harrashing me.

Recently i port in my number ([protected]) to idea, and i have recharge rs 399 on 20th jan'19.
From last night (21.01.19) i am unable to make outgoing call, but i am getting calls on my same number.

I have talked customer care, they informed there is rain, may i know rain is only for one number because i am having other idea number and it is working fine.

So my request is... Escalate...

I submit so many complaint agaist the incoming calls but it is not proper wording for last 2 months back and it is not proper working. If idea customer care is not resolve this problem then let me know for port that number for not repeating this problem.
Please check why it shows this problem in this number ([protected]). I will wait only this month, if this problem is not resolved then take action agaist it....
