stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate

    From past 10 days i am not getting proper signals in my phone.! It is showing 4g network but the speed is not even 2g.! I have been having many problems with this idea since i had started using it! Never it supports 4g.!! I am fed up with this now.!! They charge 399 for 4g and they not provide proper signals also.! The speed is not even 2g.! The pages load very slowly.!! I wanna u guys to solve this issue asaf.!!

      An unknown numbers is disturbing me since last 2 days and blackmailing me and messaging me and calling me by saying he has my pics and sending messages on whatsapp and removing his account on whatsapp plzzz i want his name and info his name on trucallers shows as vikram and i dont know anyone by this name and he messages me and suddenly switches off his phone no. And then again repats the same plzzz i want his details and refer screenshots below

        I have got a new idea sim. Now for verification i need to call 59059 but i m unable to call the no. It is showing emergency calls only. I tried everything reset my phone, inserted sim in another cell but nothing happened. It has been 10 days now. Please help me as soon as possible. I am in urgent need of it. I will be your great kindness on me if you help me. I hope you will pay heed to my complain and help me immediately

            I am using idea postpaid no. Idea cellular since last more than 10 yrs having 3 nos.in my family and recently applied one new no.in jan 19 out of these 2 nos are having on arp plan and i paid amount rs.749/- each total rs.1498/- in dec 18 monthly bill i. E. Upto nov 2019. Recently i had applied for new no.in nirvana 299 plan but the idea person called (No. [protected] and [protected]) changed my existing arp plan without my confirmation for both existing two nos. I already send emails to customer care several times and called the same person but not responded the same. Now idea is telling that we had closed the arp plan and not restored yet the same. If so then idea has to refund or adjust the amount of rs.1498/-. Today i received a call and got only rs.250/- waver request on one no. Only out of 1498/-. This happened with me and you also if you are the long time customer of the same operator like me. Be care full when you receive a call from mobile operation "if you wish to get any new no.???_ calling... From mobile... Operator..."

                  Idea charged me disproportionate charges for my international roaming despite of the fact that i had activated my roaming pack using their my idea app.
                  Their system failed to capture my pack activation and now they have charged me exorbitant amount.
                  When i requested them to look into this, they said our system does not reflect your request. Is it my fault if their system failed to capture my request?

                  While this issue is still unsolved, today they have deactivated my number arbitrarily without even informing me.

                  When i called their call center, they said you need to pay the full amount to activate the number again. The funniest part is my bill is generated just yesterday and my payment due date is feb 07, but still they have disconnected my number.

                  Is this the kind of customer service which idea gives to its long standing customers?

                      On 3rd January '19, I asked for the refund of Security deposit of INR 3000, whcih I deposited to ides using thier App on 24th Jul '18 and also reflecting in thier app with date 25th Jul '18. Now upon my request for refund Idea asked me to show my statement to them stating transaction of INR 3000. To which I reverted back to them no. of time and asked them why they ask for bank statement. it should be automatically that the amount credited should be refunded to original source of payment. Now since nothing was progressing against the wall, so I provided on 8th jan '19 the statement with disclaimer any misuse shall be responsibility of idea alongwith the snapshot of idea App stating security deposit of INR 3000 with idea. Now upon this idea sent me a mail that the refund amount process initiated and closed the complaint stating it shall reflect in your account within 7 working days. then thereafter since 21st Jan I have been following the Idea team for that refund amount as it was not reflecting in my card statement but they keep on replying that they tried to reach us and I was not reachable, whereas I specifically asked them to revert the issue in refund in the return mail itself. Then I called idea customer care for the refund and that person inisitlaly took my 20mins time, aksed me If Iam thinking of disconnecting the no. thereby diverting the issue and then told we have refunded the money, to which he replied I shall raise this to higher up and arrange a callback from them, where as I was already marking mails to idea's COO and Appelate Delhi NCR. After that also no call from idea higher up came. Idea seems like not willing to refund my INR 3000 for International security deposit. this Amount shall not be refunded in another 6 days then I shall raise this for legal action against misappropriation of fund.

                          On Jan 23rd 2019 I have done recharge through Paytm of prepaid plan of RS 169 and the amount got deducted from my bank account but I didn't get the confirmation. So I did it again with the plan of Rs 149 n it was successful. Moments later I got the msg regarding the plan of 169 has also been successful. So now will my money bee refunded n I want to keep my 169 plan but not of 149. My operator reference number for 149 order is AP[protected]

                            I am one of the idea cellular subscriber, using pre-paid connection since one year. Recently i have been receiving messages from idea your outgoing / incoming will be stopped, if you are not recharge within the particular period and some amount will be recovered from your balance available to continue your services. What is this non-scence creating by telecom providers. Is there any option / facility given by trai for stopping services even i have sufficient balance in my account. Is it compulsory to recharge even i have balance and telecom service provider can recover amount from the service receiver account to continue services. Please let me know is there any provision / option / facility / authority given by trai for their blackmailing for getting revenue from customers unnecessarily to enable me to continue with the service provider.

                              Months ago my idea sim was working properly but now it shows sim registration failed message . I went to the idea store but did not got the solution since idea Vodafone merge .. pls tell me the solution as it is very important for me to activate that sim again.

                                Idea cellular deduct balance for validity extension pack of rs. 24 while i wanted to recharge for rs. 35, how can idea do this without my concern? Even the services from idea is very poor after migrating with vodafone, signal lost many times, no voice clearity and balance deduction. I want my money back of rs. 24.                                 As per our recent communication, we've informed you that as your service validity was due to expire on 14-Jan-2019, in order to ensure that you have seamless/continued uninterrupted, services, we have adjusted the minimum service validity amount of rs 24 giving you another 28 days. Prior to the adjustment, there was an SMS sent as well. You can now enjoy uninterrupted services until new validity expiry date. Going ahead, we would recommend you can recharge with our all-rounder packs which give multiple benefits or unlimited packs which give you extended service validity. Hence this amount cannot be refunded. If you do not want this adjustment to be done in the future you can dial *369*240#

                                    I am not receiving incoming calls through idea sim.my idea number is [protected] please help me with it.when I call to that sim number from other mobiles it is saying this number is not available please try again later.i am getting messages from idea network about the offers but I am not getting any incoming calls.kindly help me and sort out this problem

                                      Activated international roaming and applied for a pack costing Rs.3999+tax for my holiday to Cambodia.

                                      On arrival at Siem Reap, Cambodia, the service provider as per the Idea website was not visible. Most providers were marked as [Forbidden] on the phone and the only provider available denied access. Chatted on Idea website to a customer service representative (CSR) and he said that I needed to change the phone and use Cellcard company. Still unable to connect to any service provider, including Cellcard.

                                      On the second chat to the Idea CSR, requested a transcript of the chat but denied. They claimed to have called my on my phone and the alternate local number which I had purchased but obviously I could not receive a call on my phone and there was no call from India received on the Cambodian phone. Was told on email to contact the local service provider despite being aware of the language differences that I told them about; I do not speak Khmer, the local language.

                                      Then got a message that my complaint was closed. Requested them to cancel the package and refund the amount billed to me, to which there was no response.

                                      Wrote to the Appellate officer of Idea Cellular and she gave me the name of additional service providers. Replied that all except one was marked [Forbidden] on the phone.

                                      On return home once again wrote to the Appellate officer. Received an acknowledgement but no response.

                                      Not familiar with management tactics nor in a position to go up against a major corporate enterprise. They appear to put the blame on me for their failure of service and needlessly prolong the communication without any resolution in sight.

                                      I am thankful to Consumer Complaints and Idea Cellular for resolving my complaint quickly. All's well that ends well.
                                      Today I received SMS from 51198 on my idea number saying that I have been charged 8 Rs. I have not used any service from this number - this deduction should be incorrect. I found similar complaints on the web from others (all on idea network) receiving SMS from 51198 and charging some money.

                                        I have given a request to port my number [protected] from bsnl to idea on 15/01/2019.
                                        I got an sms from idea on 22/01/2019 which says 'you are one step away from activating your mobile no. Call 59059 and use code _ to activate your number',
                                        But when i was trying to call 59059 i am getting an automated reply saying 'this number does not exist, please check the number'. So it is not getting activated.
                                        Now my other sim got deactivated and i can not activate this sim. So i am afraid i might lose this number.

                                        If any idea customer care persons seeing this, please help me to activate my number
