I am trying to send port message but message is not being sent. I called to customer care but they are ignoring my problem. Due to this type of ignorance i have no other option
When i try to send msg a notification comes on the screen with option of ok or try to solve.
Please help me out of the problem and take some helpful step. Your consumer care representative has disappointed me...

My idea number shows "registration failed" most of the time, however sometimes it works well in the same region, i didn't know why this is happening but it is causing me a lot of inconvenience. You are requested to solve the issue otherwise I am about to switch from idea to other cellular operator.

    Dear Sir
    My sbi account debited rs399 but recharge not done I do online recharge on 12th January, 2019. Before that I also do online recharge but I not face any problem but this time faces difficulties and it's not good.
    So please solve the issue ASAP.

      Only one point 4g network in the heart of the city.
      This problem since 6months yet nobody taking action.
      Internet buffering like 1g.
      Call also not connects and network failure call disconnected almost.
      Very negligent mobile network provider ever.
      Many times posted complaint and talked to helpdesk but it’s never got solving.
      Really all citizens fed up idea network.
      I hope it ll get solved as possible soon

        Hello,

        Every month rs. 5 and rs. 3 is getting deducted from mobile account.
        I haven't subscribed to any vas services.
        I checked by sending "stop" sms to 155223 and got a reply saying that no service is activated.

        I wonder if some one from idea cellular resolve my issue and return my amount rs. 13 which is deducted so far and make sure it is not going to repeat this.

        Hello,

        I did sent SMS as STOP to 593350 soon after seen your reply here.
        Until today it was fine.
        But, today again Rs. 8/- is deducted from my account and sms received from 51998.

        You haven't refunded my earlier deductions and even after I asked for STOP flash SMS, you again deducted amount.

        I appreciate if you resolve this issue permanently and refund my deducted amount.

          I called idea customer support as i was unable to send text messages for more than 2 months. I recharged with the plan for inr 509/- which offers calls/texts and data for 84 days but was unable to send texts. I called the customer service as the agent was unable to help so call was transferred to supervisor.

          And guess what, that call was never answered by the supervisor. They put me on hold and just forgot about the call.
          The call remained on hold for more than 55 minutes hoping at some point they will answer but they never did.

          I have attached the screenshot of the call.
          I have recording as well but not getting the option tp upload audio.
          It would be much better if option to upload recordings is also provided.
          I still have the recording with me if you need.

          These guys just don't have any sense of customer support.
          When it comes to taking money they are first in line and totally invisible when it comes to helping customer.

          And their tone over calls is not friendly at all.

            I have recently port my no. From bsnl to idea and then i got a msg to call on 59059 for activation
            And its been 5 days i am calling on this no. But its not connecting, i also contacted to idea people but they keep saying call 59059. Resolve this issue and activate my no. Asap. My experience with idea already started with worst. Activate my num.

              I took idea postpaid sim 1 year back and i deposited 300 rs. I used the number for one month i was relocated from my current location in that time i lost the sim card ididn't pay the due and after one month idea barred the incomming and out going i already complained to the customer care please disconnect my number and use deposit ammount as my bill ammount they said ok. But now they are harresing me for your bills is in due please repay i don't know why it is happening me i didnt use the number more than one month but they are asking me pay two months bill please resolve the isssue as early possible.

                I and my husband have been staying in the same area for the past 9 years. The quality of idea network has drastically deteriorated since the past few days. Both o[censored]s have separate idea numbers and would like to continue with you. Kindly look into the matter urgently, as we simply cant use our mobile phones when at home. Whenever we try to make a phone call, the error that is shown is "not registered on network". What does this mean? We have been making our payments on time and expect service from idea cellular accordingly.

                Kindly let us know if there are no chances for improvement from your side, so that we can switch to some other service provider.

                You haven't been able to reach me on my cell phone on numerous occasions because i have been home for the past few days and there is no network here. Exactly the case in point. Kindly resolve this issue. you wont be able to reach me on my mobile due to lack of signal in this area, so please communicate for further developments through email / consumer complaints platform.

                    I'm complaining about my monthly bills half time they keep my sim card bloked and the day of bill they send bills on phone with other charges 50rs. I was cheated by someone else with postpaid number. The boy said us 199 will be the plan and u wont get bill more than that thats why we bought that sim cards now we are getting to much bills more than 450 rs bills we are students we can't pay this much of bill and the may problem is we can't even deactivate our sim cards because customer care executives are saying your number is gold number younhave to pay 500 rs if this number charges 500 why that boy gave us this sim card for free just everyone is doing fraud here idea is just making peoples chutiya

                          I have ported my number and today (09/01/2019) it is activated using 59059 (I received sms and balance info) still recharge failed twice. Can you tell the reason and from where can i recharge as online portal failed to recharge.

                            As per our recent communication, we've informed you that as your service validity was due to expire on 09-Jan-2018, in order to ensure that you have seamless/continued uninterrupted, services, we have adjusted the minimum service validity amount of rs 24 giving you another 28 days. Prior to the adjustment, there was an SMS sent as well. You can now enjoy uninterrupted services until new validity expiry date. Going ahead, we would recommend you can recharge with our all-rounder packs which give multiple benefits or unlimited packs which give you extended service validity. Hence this amount cannot be refunded. If you do not want this adjustment to be done in the future you can dial *369*240#.

                                    My self Akash Neelam, Bina (mp)

                                    On 07 jan 2019, i want to recharged my idea phone number -”[[protected]]” through uco mbanking, but erroneously reflected the wrong no [[protected]] and a sum of rs 398/- paid through mbanking.
                                    In response of my complaint, uco bank has replied that the amount has already credited by the operator, hence the bank can't be revered and advised to contact idea with reference no “rj[protected]”.
                                    You are requested to refund the amount rs 398/- to the bank or paytm wallet. This is for your information the service of benefited mobile number is hold.

                                    Incoming calls are expired and I couldn't call and receive calls. Unable to call customer care (121) as well. How would I activate incoming calls again on my number

                                    I am unable to receive incoming calls and also unable to make outgoing calls...then i cant receive messages on my phone...my friends most of them told me that my phone wasnt connecting while calling...FIX THIS ISSUE

                                      I have done a wrong recharge (Top up) of inr 45 amount through amazon app to my own number without knowing the actual plan. The recharge was done on 07 jan 2019 at 4:04 pm. My intention was to add balance to my account to make some urgent calls. Can you help me getting my amount back? Or you can even add the same to my balance amount so that i can make calls at-least. My idea number is [protected]. My plan is from karnataka.

                                      i spoke to customer care executive today and they say that the amount can not be refunded or exchanged to other plans. I want to ask if there is wrong recharge why does your application accepts the amount? is it to grab money?
                                      My Idea SIM has network but i m unable to call and receive with my present Idea SIM number. This number is registered with my Active Bank Accounts and i m unable to use any Application because of this issue.

[protected]IHJ3509639 Dt:26.12.2018 the amount debited from my sbi account whereas the same not credited in the above mentioned idea no. please help to credit back the amount in my account.

                                      I tried to recharge from your website on 21st Dec 2018 i.e ezrecharge.in for Idea Cellular network the entire transaction was completed, even money got deducted Rs 124 /- from my SBI account . But then the transaction showed failed and this website promised to give back a refund . Kindly arrange for it at the earliest

                                        My Idea mobile no : [protected]. Basically from Andhra Pradesh and now I am in Tamilnadu. I am not received any incoming calls from any number.

                                        I tried to contact customer care so many times, they are not responding at all.

                                        If i asking to rise a complaint number, there are not providing. Please help me on this issue ASAP
