Hii i am sanchay and my sim card is lost and i am in tension because if someone finds its and misuses hiding behind my identity i request idea please to deactivate my sim card before someone finds it help me in getting out of this problem and i also have to buy a new number now and exchange the number again and again so in this problem i want you to help and minimise my problem

    I had to port my idea postpaid number to idea prepaid. For this i visited idea store in my locality. There the executive told me that idea is currently fusing with vodafone so porting will currently not be possible. I continued to pay the idea bills of my number. I again visited the idea store on the date told by the executive but still he was saying that porting is not possible. I asked him about the bill payment that i should pay the bills or not but he said that don't pay the bill till 1st january 2019 as after 1st of january the porting process will continue. As i waited for 1st of january my mobile number was permanently disconnected and till 1st of january the idea store in my locality was shut down without any prior notice by executive. After that i talked to idea customer care on 198 helpline. There the customer care executive on call told me that i have to visit any idea store in other locality and give details of my number and a email address for the payment of bill through link sent on email address and activation of number. So i went to other city's idea store and there the executive told me that nothing can be done for number permanent disconnection. I would have to wait for 3 months for the number to again come in market. All my known one's have that number only and i don't even have an alternate number. From day 1 i have been misguided by idea customer care and idea store executives and they are only responsible for the permanent disconnection of my number as on their advice only i had not paid bill. I want my number to be activated asap!

    I have recharge of rupees 499 on my idea mobile number and as per idea app I will get 2 GB per day 3g data but after recharge I m getting only 1GB. I m attaching 2 screen shot of my mobile for your reference.

      I m sandesh patil my idea no is [protected] which was disconnected outgoing and incoming on 19th dec
      Due to pending 10 days airtel bill
      As this no [protected] was airtel due to network problem in my living place i port to idea. As idea started my phone from mid of octocber by clearing all pending bills of airtel after that 2 months he stop first outgoing saying that u have pending bill of airtel. For that time my leg is fracture so i could able to pay my bill to gallery and as my no is now idea i couldnot able to pay online bill to airtel
      After that i call to customercare abt this issue that due to accident i m not able to pay bill to airtel gallery and also my no is change i not able to pay online to airtel
      After one day they disconnected my incoming also after somedays i told to wife that to go to gallery and pay my airtel bill she payed on 21st dec after that i mail to idea with receipt they repley to vist in gallery. I aslo visit in gallery on 31st dec to start my no but they told they will start within 2 days. On 2nd jan 2019 idea call me and said to pay current idea bill which they send on 1st jan 2019. I paid online at that time and again sms to idea client that i have payed he told that i have send ur updated futher, after 2 days i reply him wht happen he told still now i didnt got approved pls send email to idea then i send 5 th mail to idea to start my idea no next day they reply me again to go to fallery and visit ur no is disconnected on26 dec. As i visit on 31st dec and due to fracture of leg i am not able to visit agin to gallery and today is 6 jan they still not started my no [protected]

      I want dout of this Nomber
      My sim is from Andrapradesh, now i am in hyderabad and my sim card shows "no service".
      I tried all these things
      1. Manual select network
      2. Two to three times restart the phone
      3. Pull sim out and place it again

      But same result is there.
      Please help me to sort out this.

        I am not receiving any inbox message but outgoing message is working perfectly.
        I m unable to receive any message from friends, banks, from everyone but sending message to others is working perfectly. And from jan 2nd my network is showing in roaming and internet is also not working fine from 2019 starting.
        Pathetic idea.

        I used the my idea app to recharge my data balance. The app deducted INR 45 from my account & told me they would refund the amount but I haven't got the amount back yet. This happened twice now. Kindly help

          Hi idea,
          I have bought new idea sim [protected] on 1jan 2019 and in evening i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

          When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059.

          I am every day getting sms on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting. Pls provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected]

            Sir nearly 3-4 months ago i have migrated from idea postpaid to prepaid for two of my mobile numbers i was having a corporate connection so i sent a request in written and after full filing all the requirements and paying my dues they migrated my numbers and i request them in written to disconnect my pending numbers from december i am getting calls that i have dues of 4500 in idea i complaint about that on customer care numbers then afterwards they started calling my frequent called numbers my friends my colleagues and all that bhavuk uppal is not paying bill i request them to verify the records as before porting to prepaid i paid all the dues otherwise how they allowed this port request and i again requested them to verify and set my records and not to call my friends instead they argued and said i[censored] will not pay we will call everyone in your call history now i have two numbers [protected] [protected] in prepaid they just disconnect my numbers without my concent
            I have recording of the employee calling me and my friends and family and misbehaving with all and torturing me i can show all the call recording if required and the number from which calls are made is

              Dear sir priya / komal madam called my from [protected] mobile no. On my phone and told me that i am calling from idea, a new plan has been come 399+ extra charges total 465 rs bill will be generate but after payment 400 rs will refund.

              To give me plan i had give my licence, pan card and a photo.
              She did not called me 1 week. When on 1 jan 2019 my bill generated with anew no. But till time i have not received any sim, call, sms.

              She used my id,
              As per idea customer care there are not any plan as per her communications.
              I am old customer of idea. Now i am very disappointed by idea.

                Dear team

                I am an existing idea network user and i am bearing your service for last 10 years or so.
                I will explain everything below but before doing that i have to mention the best tagline which suits the current conditions of idea.

                You are the best example for the worst network with the worst customer service.

                I am paying idea almost an average of 75000 to 80000 every month but never got any privileges, lets forget about privileges, i am not even getting the services what i am paying for.

                The current issue is again about my bill in which idea has charged me an extra amount of around 80, 000 for ir. I had my packs activated before travelling every time. For the last 3 months i was in united states and got my ir pack activated for 30 days. Before the end of 30 days, i called the idea customer service several times to ask about my ir usage but they told me that they cannot tell me the usage till the time i am using the other network, means till the time i am in ir. Then i again called them on the day my ir pack was expiring and told them to extend for 1 more month and and got 1 more pack many days before the 2nd one was expiring. And now when i got a text about my bill and i asked about the bifurcation, i came to know that it was rs.80, 000 added to my bill for extra usage within the 24 hours what idea took to activate the pack. They are saying that we have to activate the pack 24 hours before using it. Well that never happened because every-time i get my pack activated, they told me that it will take 30 minutes to get it activated. On the top of that, idea barred my number without any intimation in the middle of the day which causes a lot of loss to my business and gave me a lot of mental stress and harassment.

                On the top of that, without any notification and without any communication, who gave you the permission to send any collection agent to my home address. How come my information got transferred to the collection agency.

                I am not using the idea number by paying rs100-rs200, i am paying much more than what it should be but they never thought of the losses what i have to bear because of my number disconnection.

                I have talked to senior escalation's and other customer service seniors also but every-time they commit that i will be contacted by the circle team but no-one ever contacted me regarding the same.

                I want this issue to get resolved asap or i am going to put a legal case against idea and get my number permanently ported to other better networks.

                  I have two mobile numbers [protected]/[protected] both are in Rs. 199/Month corporate Plan numbers from last 5 years around with idea cellular in Delhi.

                  First Issue: This time they have applied Rs. 50/- additionally on my [protected] for MMS charges but let me tell you that I am using a basic phone of micromax with keypad where camera is not exist then how I can send MMS or see MMS on my phone. I am not able to understand same.

                  Second Issue: They are still charging roaming charges extra on both numbers where other service providers providing roaming free in PAN india but they are still charging roaming charges on my both numbers from last 5 years.

                  Now I raised my concern regarding this issue. I really frustrated from this company and planning to MNP to other service provider.

                  Kindly review my concern on priority and provide resolution if possible.

                  I have received received my Dec 2018 month bill with both issues mentioned above.

                    Incoming and outgoing services on my mobile number [protected]. Has been stopped, there is available balance in my account. When i call customer care there is no response call disconnected due to outgoing service close and recharge unlimited pack. There is available balance. When i check. I could not connect to anyone.

                      My mobile number as well as the chart is showing the sms pack of 33 for idea which will give you 350 sms balance but when i recharged it, it gave me 500 mb internet pack instead of sms balance. I want my money back. A fraud company shows wrong information.. Customer care is so worthless. When i asked the customer care it told me that i am wrong they told me to see it again then when i told it again they said the offers has been changed. But it didnt. It still shows me the same.. They dont solve your problem instead of that they gives slangs

                          There was network issue on my no, i went to idea head office sikandar bag, lucknow & told him the problem, i was facing. They changed my sim & charged 50₹ without my knowledge without telling me. I concerned to the customer care & they told me that my no was active. When my no was active then how they can change my sim & charge money without telling me about charge deduction

                            Cant get incoming or outgoing cl on my no as its outgoing validity is expired now what can i do???
                            I have an idea sim and im from maharastra and the sim validity got expired.. I have activated the sim.. But the simvalidity expired. How can i get the same number back and it shown u have to recharge ur no. I have reacharge it though it showns the same please help my idea no is [protected]

                            I am going to port my idea number to Jio because You are a big fraud.. On 24th Dec 2018, after finish my 1GB data per day pack, i used only 22 MB data and you thieves deduct 75 Rs from my main balance.. it proves that Idea cellular is thief company.. I will go to court against this thing.. and i will do my number ported at Jio...

                              I recharge my no [protected] with 398 couple of day earlier. But today my call is not connecting on any number. So i call on 198 to get information regarding this but the man speak with me very rudely say 'ye aap ka tension hai' and when i ask about my offer he said "idea m call karne k liye dhanyewad aap call disconnect kare" and put my call on mute.
                              So please look after the matter and considered it.

                                I am rajeev sharma, currently i using idea number. i complained many times but no solution. Idea's internet speed is very good in my home and also in locality but the issue is calling problem. 4 g signal bar are very poor and 3 g signals are also very bad here. Their is no 3g and 4g signal indoor. Many time i cant receive call though other person is calling me.i usually connect 2g signal in my home because their are very weak coverage of 3g and 4 g. I complained on customer care many times but their is no solution from them.

                                  Idea cellular not activating my number from last two days, no such actions taken by the company to activate my number, they said call on 59059, i called this number from last two days but no one is picking up my phone there, i am very unhappy with the idea network.in future i will not recommend this network to anyone. Please take some action against idea urgently.

                                    I got a call from idea marketing team to port for idea with good offers as she explained. But all of sudden when i got a monthly bill generated, i was shock to see the bill as it was same of what i use to get from my old service provider.
                                    This is a worst service by idea making customers to port to their service by providing all fake assurances.
                                    I have already cleared the bill & waiting to close this service itself.

                                      Through portability I have changed my Docomo number into Idea. It was working very well. but since last few weeks I am not able to make or receive calls through idea network.
                                      I tried calling customer care service numbers but even those numbers are also not getting connected through my number.

                                        I visited idea store near manav chownk, ambala city. Haryana its about 1 week i ordered idea wifihub giving them full price of 2500 ₹ (Including security). But they keep giving me excuses kal ajayegi kal ajayegi. If they dont have product then why they took money from but now after a week they said hamare pas nai h and started being rude with me.. Plz take some action before i take some legal judicial action
