I am an existing idea network user and i am bearing your service for last 10 years or so.
I will explain everything below but before doing that i have to mention the best tagline which suits the current conditions of idea.
You are the best example for the worst network with the worst customer service.
I am paying idea almost an average of 75000 to 80000 every month but never got any privileges, lets forget about privileges, i am not even getting the services what i am paying for.
The current issue is again about my bill in which idea has charged me an extra amount of around 80, 000 for ir. I had my packs activated before travelling every time. For the last 3 months i was in united states and got my ir pack activated for 30 days. Before the end of 30 days, i called the idea customer service several times to ask about my ir usage but they told me that they cannot tell me the usage till the time i am using the other network, means till the time i am in ir. Then i again called them on the day my ir pack was expiring and told them to extend for 1 more month and and got 1 more pack many days before the 2nd one was expiring. And now when i got a text about my bill and i asked about the bifurcation, i came to know that it was rs.80, 000 added to my bill for extra usage within the 24 hours what idea took to activate the pack. They are saying that we have to activate the pack 24 hours before using it. Well that never happened because every-time i get my pack activated, they told me that it will take 30 minutes to get it activated. On the top of that, idea barred my number without any intimation in the middle of the day which causes a lot of loss to my business and gave me a lot of mental stress and harassment.
On the top of that, without any notification and without any communication, who gave you the permission to send any collection agent to my home address. How come my information got transferred to the collection agency.
I am not using the idea number by paying rs100-rs200, i am paying much more than what it should be but they never thought of the losses what i have to bear because of my number disconnection.
I have talked to senior escalation's and other customer service seniors also but every-time they commit that i will be contacted by the circle team but no-one ever contacted me regarding the same.
I want this issue to get resolved asap or i am going to put a legal case against idea and get my number permanently ported to other better networks.
