I tried to send a port sm's to 1900 but sms is not being delivered, i have recharged with 35rs and i didn't get any confirmation sms and i tried to make a call but call couldn't be connected due to low on balance.
Idea is such a worst network i have ever seen, very low signal, dead slow data, i tried to talk with a customer care executive through 198 but the call last put aside for a long time of 48mins, i had a vaer bad experience...

I approached idea office so many times to convert my postpaid number [protected] to prepaid.
I have listened so many excuses:
Your billing is on 05th, come on 5th next month
Server is slow
System is not working
Link is not available
Please change to some other postpaid plan
Etc etc
Please do the needful to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid...

Why 35 rs recharge is compulsory? I'm not gonna recharge again. I'm porting my sim to jio. I think 35 rs recharge idea is totally waste. Now a days there is lots of network issues in thane. I suggest you please stop this 35 rs recharge. Please remove this recharge for goods otherwise i'm going to port my sim. There are lots of better sim company in market....

My current mobile operator is idea himachal pradesh. I want to change this to new operator bsnl himachal pradesh. I submitted upc cod ii675872 on date 10/01/2019. Upc cod expair til 25/01/2019. But old operator i. E idea does not conform my no. Please solve problem...

This is regarding the missed call alert charges imposed today on my number [protected].
This service was due to renew on 16 December 2018 and I got below SMS on 15 December 2018:

Hi, Your subscription to Missed Call Alert will be renewed on[protected] and you will be charged Rs 249.00 /-. To unsubscribe, sms STOP to 155223.

As mentioned in the SMS I instantly send an SMS on 155223 to unsubscribe this service,...

1. Why does the network goes off suddenly?
2. Always on roaming
3. Almost everytime the 4g turns to 2g mode
4. Unstable network
5. Sudden disappearance of network tower..0 network
6. Recharges for 29 days 1 gb/day but coz of the above complaint.. Can't even use 100 mb in a day... We suffer a great loss
7. Always suffers on online gaming too
And since online game needs a good network... It...

I had raised complaint with no sr[protected], i had tried all mode for doing recharge. I had already tried idea store/net banking/many apps/local shop but my no is not able to get recharged,
Incoming is still there.
Outgoing cant do because of balance not available.
So kindly have a look on this matter and close this issue asap.

Besharam pooja if you have self respect and respect for the customers and for your parents then reduce my call rates from your end and don't try to become fraud and arrange a call back from the retention team.

Pradnya today you become full greedy and hungry by eating my incoming and outgoing and incoming validity of this number and 4 other numbers showing your greedyness and hungerness and nasty attitude towards the customers....

The network are just pathetic it feel like we live in90's where we use2g network. Before 4-5 months there are good network like 4g bt now there are only 2 g one.. Even 2gnetwork doesn't came so how we can enjoy 4g a have complain about it 2-3 times bt there is no response from there side. I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible i want your 4g service...

My sim card (Mobile no. [protected]) was automatically crached in my phone it was showing sim card crashed contact costumer care so it was sunday on 13th jan morning when my sim card was showing like this so idea care was closed on sunday i have visited retailer he has given me a new replaced sim card and told me to wait for 4 hour but this sim is still not activated plzzz look at this issue i have also visited idea...

My number got blocked from day before yesterday, i called idea customer care but they are not giving proper information. They saying i have used my number in telemarketing and this was done by trai not by them so they cannot help. Really i didn't used my number for any telemarketing calls or messages. But they are blocked by trai and they are saying to register in trai. I have tried but they asking for payment....

I recently ported from airtel to idea.. I have got a message from idea saying...'i have not paid airtel bill and so idea will be barring my connection after 10days if i do not submit proofs.. Its only been 1day since i received this message and customer care ppl not lifting on sunday.. No one available at idea store... Connection is already barred within one day of notice.. What stupidity is this...

I want to activate my dialer tone on my no. [protected]. But this is not activate on my no. Even i have tried so mny times from idea customer care, from diffrent type of dialer tone no., from idea app, also customer is not doing any help regarding this issue. Plz resolve my problem asap otherwise i ll go for legal authority for idea network as well as i ll go to other network. I am going to pirt my no.

I am trying to send port message but message is not being sent. I called to customer care but they are ignoring my problem. Due to this type of ignorance i have no other option
When i try to send msg a notification comes on the screen with option of ok or try to solve.
Please help me out of the problem and take some helpful step. Your consumer care representative has disappointed me......

My sbi account debited rs399 but recharge not done I do online recharge on 12th January, 2019. Before that I also do online recharge but I not face any problem but this time faces difficulties and it's not good.
So please solve the issue ASAP.

Only one point 4g network in the heart of the city.
This problem since 6months yet nobody taking action.
Internet buffering like 1g.
Call also not connects and network failure call disconnected almost.
Very negligent mobile network provider ever.
Many times posted complaint and talked to helpdesk but it’s never got solving.
Really all citizens fed up idea network.
I hope it ll get solved...

Hello,

Every month rs. 5 and rs. 3 is getting deducted from mobile account.
I haven't subscribed to any vas services.
I checked by sending "stop" sms to 155223 and got a reply saying that no service is activated.

I wonder if some one from idea cellular resolve my issue and return my amount rs. 13 which is deducted so far and make sure it is not going to repeat this.

I called idea customer support as i was unable to send text messages for more than 2 months. I recharged with the plan for inr 509/- which offers calls/texts and data for 84 days but was unable to send texts. I called the customer service as the agent was unable to help so call was transferred to supervisor.

And guess what, that call was never answered by the supervisor. They put me on hold and just forgot about the call.br...
