      I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution.

        Hello... I had requested for mnp from vodafone to idea... I got idea mnp sim at 8th january... Now on 11th jan i got sms regarding my sim activation and that i should call 59059 for tele verification.. But my mnp idea sim was lost... So i went to retailer and got another idea sim on 12h telling... He told this idea sim would take another 1 week to get activated... Today is the 7th day still its not activated.

        I think you have not understood my point...the mnp idea sim was lost which was actually activated only tele-verification was left...so i went and took another sim which has yet not been activated...rather than telling me that my number is not reachable...you should activate my number...i took new mnp sim after initial mnp sim was lost at 12th and today is 20th...which comes to 8 days!!

          I tried to send a port sm's to 1900 but sms is not being delivered, i have recharged with 35rs and i didn't get any confirmation sms and i tried to make a call but call couldn't be connected due to low on balance.
          Idea is such a worst network i have ever seen, very low signal, dead slow data, i tried to talk with a customer care executive through 198 but the call last put aside for a long time of 48mins, i had a vaer bad experience with this idea network, even i visited to idea showroom in vijayawada, the executives over there were not even answering me properly, kindly resolve my issue and help me to change my network.

              Why 35 rs recharge is compulsory? I'm not gonna recharge again. I'm porting my sim to jio. I think 35 rs recharge idea is totally waste. Now a days there is lots of network issues in thane. I suggest you please stop this 35 rs recharge. Please remove this recharge for goods otherwise i'm going to port my sim. There are lots of better sim company in market.

                  This is regarding the missed call alert charges imposed today on my number [protected].
                  This service was due to renew on 16 December 2018 and I got below SMS on 15 December 2018:

                  Hi, Your subscription to Missed Call Alert will be renewed on[protected] and you will be charged Rs 249.00 /-. To unsubscribe, sms STOP to 155223.

                  As mentioned in the SMS I instantly send an SMS on 155223 to unsubscribe this service, screenshot is attached for the same. But surprisingly I got an SMS today that this service has renewed and I have been charges 249 rs. Below is the sms:

                  Your Missed Call Alert subscription has been renewed @Rs 249.00 /- valid for 1Year. To unsubscribe sms STOP to 155223

                  Then I again sent an SMS to same number this time service has been unsubscribed but it is still showing 249 as unbilled amount.

                  Could you please help me with the refund of 249 rs.?

                  Idea customer care support has assured me to waive off the charges once bill is generated. Now Bill has been generated and I have been charged the amount for missed call alert service. Now no one is willing to listen to my complaint.

                  If I am not using that service then why should I pay for it?

                    1. Why does the network goes off suddenly?
                    2. Always on roaming
                    3. Almost everytime the 4g turns to 2g mode
                    4. Unstable network
                    5. Sudden disappearance of network tower..0 network
                    6. Recharges for 29 days 1 gb/day but coz of the above complaint.. Can't even use 100 mb in a day... We suffer a great loss
                    7. Always suffers on online gaming too
                    And since online game needs a good network... It is very difficult for us to play in this type of network... Where net goes off suddenly..4g turns to 2g...
                    8. Even for educational purposes, if the network remains unstable or goes off... We find difficult in completing our works and gets delayed
                    9. Can't watch videos on youtube with a good quality

                          The network are just pathetic it feel like we live in90's where we use2g network. Before 4-5 months there are good network like 4g bt now there are only 2 g one.. Even 2gnetwork doesn't came so how we can enjoy 4g a have complain about it 2-3 times bt there is no response from there side. I hope you will solve this problem as soon as possible i want your 4g service

[protected]) was automatically crached in my phone it was showing sim card crashed contact costumer care so it was sunday on 13th jan morning when my sim card was showing like this so idea care was closed on sunday i have visited retailer he has given me a new replaced sim card and told me to wait for 4 hour but this sim is still not activated plzzz look at this issue i have also visited idea point they are also not doing any thing plzzz look after this issue

                              Here's a complaint about network issues in my area, I am from the state Madhya Pradesh, District Balaghat, Tehsil Lanji, Village "Mohjhari", the population here is more than 5000 and about 90 % people are using Idea network. There is a tower of idea in a village "Bhanegaon" this village is about 4 km away from my village but, we can't even use 2G network here in Mohjhari. The interesting fact is that Mohjhari is the first Wi-Fi covered village of the state, whose Wi-Fi doesn't work at all and Due to the ### network of idea we are not able to connect to internet, people here fill unlimited 4G data packs in their phone which doesn't work and here except idea nothing works, so i want you to solve our issue, otherwise i will stop using idea network and I will ask the whole village too to not use idea network.As I am putting that problem not only from side of my village but a lot a villages here too aren't in better satisfied of your network. Therefore with due respect i want you to establish a tower in my village so that not only my people but the people from surrounding villages get benefited.                               I recharged my phone on 4 dec of 199 unlimited calling+39GB data.But sorry to say your internet service is very bad, only whatsapp msgs came and go. Google, fb, instragram nothing worked.My 800 or 900 mb daily waste

                              I have done a recharge of Rs. 398 from idea website on 25th December 2018 around 10:48am. I paid via SBI net banking (Ref. IGAFASCTR7) . However I did not get the recharge. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Either return back the money or do the recharge to the above number.

                                I have been using my idea sim for more than 2 years now but it started showing as incorrect number to anyone trying to call me and so i m unable to make or receive calls neither i get any notification about those calls please resolve my problem i really need this number to get activated asap as it is the number which is linked with all my documents and all my contacts have this number only

                                  My number got blocked from day before yesterday, i called idea customer care but they are not giving proper information. They saying i have used my number in telemarketing and this was done by trai not by them so they cannot help. Really i didn't used my number for any telemarketing calls or messages. But they are blocked by trai and they are saying to register in trai. I have tried but they asking for payment. How can i pay fine without doing anything?? You need to answer me and help me to restore my number

                                  Today I received SMS from 51198 on my idea number saying that I have been charged 8 Rs. I have not used any service from this number - this deduction should be incorrect. I found similar complaints on the web from others (all on idea network) receiving SMS from 51198 and charging some money.

                                    I recently ported from airtel to idea.. I have got a message from idea saying...'i have not paid airtel bill and so idea will be barring my connection after 10days if i do not submit proofs.. Its only been 1day since i received this message and customer care ppl not lifting on sunday.. No one available at idea store... Connection is already barred within one day of notice.. What stupidity is this

                                        My idea number shows "registration failed" most of the time, however sometimes it works well in the same region, i didn't know why this is happening but it is causing me a lot of inconvenience.
