I had to get a duplicate idea sim, which was supposed to be completely functional post 24hours of activation. But its more than 48hours now and still my incoming messages are blocked. I am not able to carry out any internet transaction. Idea is causing a lot of inconvenience. Idea customer care is also not helping instead they just seek apology. They are not providing a definite time upto which incoming calls will be barred and instead asking me to wait indefinitely. This is the worst customet service. I am using idea from almost 9 years and they cant respect such a customer and resolve the issue.

    My cellphone number is [protected], when i was using idea cellular they asked me to make 1000rs security payment to make international calls. I have made it and used my service. After that i moved out of idea to airtel by making port. I asked for the security deposit by calling to customer care but they are saying will give, we have sent check bla bla, no proper response from idea. They have closed my complain with improper response. I have not received any check or money. Kindly help me to get my money as soon as possible.

    I have not received any resolution yet. It looks like Idea support team, management, entire business group is irresponsible and looters. Such a carelessness about the customers, Never expected this kind of response, I will port our other two numbers of my family member and I will promote every body to move out of Idea and Vodafone and I am sure gonna make impact. Dear Kumar Mangalam Birla at least now you wake up. Or else your idea cellular people will bring you down to road.

      Now a day idea representatives are misguiding customer with statement "after merger of vodafone coverage and speed is best of idea" but fact is there that idea is worst service provider with very poor coverage and pathetic service.

      I am stating above word because i ported my number to idea before 10 days and since day one i started facing coverage issue in main ghaziabad city. I complained about it to idea customer care but did not get any positive response. After few days a idea representative called me that they are helpless and will continue with poor coverage. This is total harassment and against that i am going to court now against this torture.

        Suddenly my sim stopped receiving signal, when inquired they said my sim is damaged. I don't know how it got damaged when i have not touched it since last year. When i went to their outlet their were around 20 people standing in que and were complaining about same issue. The only solution they offered was to pay 100 rs for new sim. This is clearly a fraud and i want compensation for this. It not only wasted my time but also caused me problems in my business as am a stock broker and my work is all depended on my phone.

                I m using idea mb no [protected] which is registered in my name. The monthly bills of about Rs 56 are being generated in my name and the same are being regularly paid by me. After depositing excess amount of Rs 32, I hv requested at Jio store on 17.01.2019 for MNP mb no [protected] from idea to Jio. The request was rejected. On queries through email, no satisfactory reply received from idea. But I was advised again for MNP request. After depositing excess Rs 62, I again requested Jio on 29.01.2019 for MNP from idea to Jio. Again the same rejected. All documentry avidence in this sent to idea through email and same are available with me.                   Idea cellular has blatantly cheated customers. First they ask to pay outstanding amount for an inactive number and when the customer pays it, they don't generate a bill or a receipt number.

                  This is pure cheating.

                  I want my refund of Rs. 816.27 which was paid twice to Idea without any confirmation from the company.

                  When I call their customer care, the executive tells me that they havent received the payment and I should contact my bank.

                    I had vodation connection from last 16 years .eventually in my office area which located in bhathena, surat-394210, when I do listener can't hear proper voice. I complained somany time to vodaphone but they didn't listened. So I ported to idea celular and it was great decision but after merging with vodaphone, same problem comming now again . So plz help on this matter or I need to port to different company like reliance or airtell as they have better service here . I hope i dont disappoint me

                      I am getting calls from landline number of mumbai code which are from different number and when i receive the calls no one speaks, it is blank call.
                      Also i get call from south africa which i have checked from true caller.
                      I have blocked so many calls... But still i am getting fake calls.
                      When i have check the fake number by truecaller, i got the names as fake, wrongg, spam as many more. So i am complaining about these.. Please do something.

                      These idea power flash msgs appear on my screen after every 30-40 sec and are irritating.

                      There is no option to get rid of them, ontinuous notifications may risk people's life while driving.

                            I am a Qualifed Professional & I am a user of Idea since last many years. But now Idea service is worst. idea network is not reachable in most of the cases. Due to which, I loss my reputation in the face of my client.

                            Now, I am going to MNP from idea to other network. I also advice not to use Idea service.

                              I wanted this airtel (Uttar pradesh west) number-[protected] permanently blocked from my idea number [protected]

                              This number user is constantly calling and texting me. I already blocked him from calls and messages in my phone but by using different types of application, he is still texting me. I don't want him to text and call me so please help me by blocking his number permanently from my idea number - [protected]

                              His number is airtel number, please if you can just help me it will be so generous of you.

                                Mobile companies have now come up with a new strategy. They force customers to charge min 35 rs per month to keep the account active for prepaid numbers. If customer fails to recharge in that stipulated period, they stop all incoming as well as outgoing.

                                I understand that mobile service providers are desperate to make money. What they do is their own business and i don’t question them. However for prepaid, simply blocking incoming is unethical. Earlier the same mobile companies advertised it as lifetime incoming free and offered us the same connection for which now they are barring the incoming.

                                You might be receiving important sms from income tax or bank or any such critical business entities and such blockage is not justified. I don’t question that they bar outgoing but barring incoming is unethical.

                                I have idea number so i am raising this concern under idea but it’s applicable to other mobile service providers too.
                                I know this complaint is in vein. Mobile service providers will not listen. Their customer centricity is just a farce.

                                  This is regarding my number being converted from postpaid to prepaid 1.5 years back.

                                  I submitted my request to convert from postpaid to prepaid and was asked to pay outstanding bill of around rs 100 and my process was initiated. My number was converted to prepaid later on and i have been using it since then.

                                  I started receiving mails regarding pending bill of rs 1000 out of nowhere for which idea is unable to provide any physical or online bill now. They state they have no records for the same but i need to pay the amount without bill.

                                  Is this allowed? Also without dues being cleared how was the sim converted to prepaid?

                                  Company has raised a notice from pune shivajinagar court for march 9th 2019.

                                  There is no help from idea till now. I cannot pay bill without having the bill copy, which they are unable to provide.

                                    I have given a porting reauest at 8 th January 2019. still it is pending from Idea site. Now when i called customer care executive they everyday were asking me about the details which i have already given. I had to recharge 179 rs two times previously but i didnt get any value from that. The rude customer care behaves like he doesnt care about anything.

                                      I have recharged my idea mobile number twice with RS 33 on 28/01/2019 via paytym
                                      The recharge was made at 7:08 and 07:21 pm respectively on the same number associated with the complaint
                                      The amount got deducted from paytym wallet, receive messages stating recharge is successful but unable to make calls
                                      While making calls it is prompted your account has no balance
                                      Below are the transaction details
