We are from lakshmipurnima automobiles, tadepalligudem, west godavari, 534101, we applied for group of 15 no"s live tracking facility on of before 45 days but till we are not getting the facility, we don't know what is the reason. I recharged my prepaid idea number from paytm a few days ago. Money has been deducted from my account. Message has been received for commencement of recharge but its not working. please fix this problem. I have attached the paytm invoice below....

Idea cellular has blatantly cheated customers. First they ask to pay outstanding amount for an inactive number and when the customer pays it, they don't generate a bill or a receipt number.

This is pure cheating.

I want my refund of Rs. 816.27 which was paid twice to Idea without any confirmation from the company.

When I call their customer care, the executive tells me that they havent received...

I am getting calls from landline number of mumbai code which are from different number and when i receive the calls no one speaks, it is blank call.
Also i get call from south africa which i have checked from true caller.
I have blocked so many calls... But still i am getting fake calls.

This is regarding my number being converted from postpaid to prepaid 1.5 years back.

I submitted my request to convert from postpaid to prepaid and was asked to pay outstanding bill of around rs 100 and my process was initiated. My number was converted to prepaid later on and i have been using it since then.

The recharge was made at 7:08 and 07:21 pm respectively on the same number associated with the complaint
The amount got deducted from paytym wallet, receive messages stating recharge is successful but unable to make calls
While making calls it is prompted your account has no balance
