I visited idea store near manav chownk, ambala city. Haryana its about 1 week i ordered idea wifihub giving them full price of 2500 ₹ (Including security). But they keep giving me excuses kal ajayegi kal ajayegi. If they dont have product then why they took money from but now after a week they said hamare pas nai h and started being rude with me.. Plz take some action before i take some legal judicial action

    I am. Old user of idea network and in my area (Phulera pin. Code 303338) the network quality is very bad. I regulaly call to customer care but no reply form there.
    Network is not stable. It is continue change in 3g to 4g and also in e. So i am having more problems inonline playing games and downloading. This problme happen more. Due. To this i am disetisfied form this idea connection. If you can't make it better then give me my money back

      I did a recharge of 71 rupees for roaming outgoing calls for number:[protected] by looking in to chrome. It is stated that 71 rupees is valued for 90 days but now got a message that it is valid for 30 days only.
      May i know the reason because it is a big loss for me to use that in just 30 days.
      Note:
      In idea app i can't see the offers for roaming etc. Can only see the offers for unlimited pack only. So looked in to google chrome and now i am facing this issue.

      Please open the ticket and work on it for the ticket I have raised for

          I am dr. Rajendra.
          I am using idea sim card since 3 year.
          Suddenly my sim got activated without reason.
          Have visited idea store 3 times.
          They advised me for sim exchange all times.
          Then i gave them my original documents.

          After all this process. My both old and new sim are not working.
          It's too much disgusting.
          Idea company is irritating me unnecessarily.
          Strong legal action should be taken against them bcoz of this unnecessarily harrshment.

            Hi,
            I have activated my Sim at 12:30 am on Jan 1st, 2019 by dialing 5059.
            and the sim got activated but I am not able to recharge the sim online to make calls. I have tried more than 10 times both using Idea app and on paytm.
            Everytime while payment session the error says "Payment rejected by idea"
            Please solve this issue. I have to use this sim at the earliest.

              I am using spice/idea services from last 15+ years but now a days it seems we are not focused on customer experience and services.

              I had 2 numbers earlier one parent number and another child. Basis new rules a publication had been given in newspaper that parent and child number both will be charged rs 15/month each for calling to each other number for 500 minutes every month.

              I got my child number disconnected 2+ years back and today the shocking words from a call center agent neha that idea/spice is charging my parental number for the same service which i believe gets disconnected when i disconnected a way back.

              Now these pathetic service providers are saying that it is being charged as you did not said to disconnect these services from parent number. See how stupid excuse we are giving that you guys are giving to you so called old customers.

              Let me know if you guys can fix this else i am gonna sue you in consumer court

                My idea mobile number is [protected], [protected], i have enough balance, but idea stop outgoing and incoming calls,
                My sim card is lifetime incoming free card, in 2005-06 i have recharge for rs1000.
                The company can not change basic plan.
                From many people in 2005-06 get recharged rs 1000 for lifetime incoming free plan.
                For lifetime incoming free recharged member company can not able to change basic plan

                  I have complained through customer care that sms is not working, they said it would get resolved by today 5pm it hasn't. I tried restarting, resetting my phone, it did not work sadly. However i can receive sms, use 4g data and call. These features work fine. I inserted a different sim in my phone it worked fine. But for this particular sim it doesn't work please resolve my issue

                    I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using can support no game. It does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution. Please do the needful.

Also, we would like to inform you that send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset or else you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. If still any issue persist, you can contact us on 12345 or 198.

                      Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
                      - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
                      - Click on Idea Flash option
                      - Tap on Activation
                      - Click on Deactivate

                        Outgoing calls has been suspended from my idea mobile number.
                        There's a sufficient balance to make phone calls and messages too.
                        Resolve this issue as soon as possible. The number is of high importance and my official tasks are stuck due to this.
                        I already waited for a month so that the issue will be resolved by itself. But I guess the venture does not care for their subscribers. Even though having such a huge competition, they do not need the old ones. Hope the issue gets resolved soon.

                        I converted my sim postpaid to prepaid then whatsapp facebook are working only but incoming and outgoing call yet not active. Guide us what can we do.

                          My name is sanjay singh rawat and having idea prepaid number [protected] registered in punjab circle. Currently i am in germany and my prepaid sim stop working recently however it is working earlier, i tried calling pre-paid punjab customer care [protected] but it seems that number is not working so i asked one of my friend to reach out to idea center, as per idea representive policy got changed you need to a montly recharge of rs 35 and need to keep min balance more than rs1500, so my friend recharge my number with rs35 and min balanace that is required for international roaming.

                          My number is not still working and it is really diffcult for me to chase idea representatives from here. Could you please look into the issue why my number is not working in germany

                              M not be able to use 3g/4g services for last 3 days instead in my area there is good service of 3g or 4g network. It shows only 2g network in my mobile. I have complaint to idea customer care about this. But next day i come to know that my complaint was declined. I have complaint many times but they did not give me a suitable solution.

                                I want number [protected] details. He had done fraud transaction to his many money unauthorised transaction from my father debit card to different different account. He called asked debit card number and otp by saying that he will provide new chip card. He had done about rs51000.00 unauthorised transfer. Please provide me his details.                                   I've migrated from prepaid to post paid in november 2018. My billing plan is ultimate_349_2017_all.

                                  I've migrated to prepaid in the month of november. I'm getting mails to pay my bill amount which is very high.

                                  My plan is 349, which includes calls, sms and internet usage which fall under the services provided for rupees 349 plus gst as per the tariff.

                                  As per the last billing (For the number migrated to prepaid) you are charging me 560 when my monthly rental is 349/- that too i haven't used the services for complete month.

                                  When asked the executives at service centre, they say that the billing is high because of the internet usage.

                                  When i've been a customer using the plan that includes internet usage, and migrated to prepaid, how can you charge me seperately for internet usage??

                                  When i'm using the internet as part of the plan and when i decided to migrate to prepaid, you are charing me for the internet usage seperately.

                                  I agree with the remaining part of bill, that includes calls and sms and gst. But i do not agree to pay for the internet usage, as it is part of my billing plan and i shouldnt' be charged extraa for the usage.

                                    I ported my number from jio to idea. After seven days i received a message from idea stating that my number is active and now i should call 59059 for tele verification. However, whenever i call 59059 from that new sim my call gets disconnected. I have called the idea customer care, sent many e mails, visited the idea store; without any respite! It has been more that 48 hours now and my number is still not working and i don't know what to do!

                                    It took time but Idea Cellular has resolved my complaint ! My SIM is now working !

                                      When taking email id of customers why dont you all verify the id before linking it to mobile numbers?
                                      Everyday i am getting email from legalmh for outstanding amount for someone named ganesh ramavat.
                                      If i provide pmo's email id while taking new connection you will start sending mails to pmo without even verifying.
                                      It should be a mandate for all service providers to verify emails.

                                        The network of idea is getting worst & worst with passing days & the cost has been increasing. There is no sign of improvement & call drops are significantly increased & there is no network at all be it for internet or for calls.
                                        The company is literally eating off money in the name of sluggish network & people are paying the price for it. Horrible
