I've migrated from prepaid to post paid in november 2018. My billing plan is ultimate_349_2017_all.
I've migrated to prepaid in the month of november. I'm getting mails to pay my bill amount which is very high.
My plan is 349, which includes calls, sms and internet usage which fall under the services provided for rupees 349 plus gst as per the tariff.
As per the last billing (For the number migrated to prepaid) you are charging me 560 when my monthly rental is 349/- that too i haven't used the services for complete month.
When asked the executives at service centre, they say that the billing is high because of the internet usage.
When i've been a customer using the plan that includes internet usage, and migrated to prepaid, how can you charge me seperately for internet usage??
When i'm using the internet as part of the plan and when i decided to migrate to prepaid, you are charing me for the internet usage seperately.
I agree with the remaining part of bill, that includes calls and sms and gst. But i do not agree to pay for the internet usage, as it is part of my billing plan and i shouldnt' be charged extraa for the usage.
