I, the undersigned, ms. Charmi sanghavi, is writing this email with regards to the ide cellular connection fraudulently issued in my name without my consent and signatures.

I, would like to highlight you the fraud and illegal activities of misusing customer confidential information happening in your organization. I had applied for porting out my existing number [protected] and for this purpose i had given my documents to your representative mr. Satish bambarkar. I had precisely told him that i don’t have any requirement for new connection and i would only like to port in my existing connection.in this purpose there was also an email sent to your representative.

However, i was shocked when i had received a bill on 10-nov-2017 with an outstanding payment of rs. 318.95 having umber [protected]. I was astonished to receive this bill since i had not signed any application for the new sim and request was done only for porting out my existing number with vodafone. Further, the disappointment was there is no initial check done from the company whether the customer has applied for the connection in form of any verification call or any verification of the mailing address.

Hence, i demand a complete check on activation of this connection and also wants the copy of application form submitted for this application.

Any failure in meeting the above expectation will only lead to further escalation of the matter and to the highest authority available till the final justice is done in the matter.

    I wanted to recharge my jio number with rs 499. By mistake i typed my idea number. There is no such scheme in idea. So the recharge did not happen. I called idea customer care several times to check if any recharge was done in this number to which they replied in negative. I checked my bank balance and the money was cut. Now i don't want the recharge. If you could return my money back.

      There is an extra amount of rs 440/- added on my mobile no account in the middle of the month and the idea team has no justification for the same, now when we asked questions they have barred my no, this is not acceptable, as they are now harassing me my idea mobile no is [protected], this is creating a lot of mental abuse for me as i have to do a lot of calls and suddenly i have been left without network

        I recharged for rs 392 by seeing the same on idea app.in the offer it was said they we would get 1 gb per day for 84 days
        But i got only 1 gb per day for 14 days.
        When i called the customer care, they said that i hadnt read the conditions of the same, but i couldn’t see any such conditions when i recharged for rs.392
        Just rs 392 option was only available

          The idea 3g is not getting connected while in roaming in bangalore. The sim is not getting registered in vodafone network. Raised a complaint on nov 12 2017 and till now the problem is not got resolved. The customer care executives are not giving a correct response. So i went and asked in idea showroom two days. They are also not giving me a solution correctly. The unlimited pack of 696 which is valid til january 6 2018. The sim is getting connected to 3g while its not in roaming.

            I have a idea postpaid connection. My unbilled amount is 951 shows. I have not used. It shows that my unbilled amount exceed my credit limit but i have not used that limit as i am very well know that i am not calling so much. I have called so many times to idea care and on 198 complaining center but they are not helping me to shot out this problem, they only saying due to server down problem we are unable to process your query but pay the unbilled amount, only after that idea will activate your outgoing.               I had paid the bill of rs.5431 via cheque number 781484 which is cleared on 14.11.2017 and on 15.11.2017 all of my numbers has been bared. As per the company i had not submitted the complete amount of rs.5431 against bill number upp[protected] dated :23.10.2017.

              Where as in my books and statement the same amount is been debit from the account. Due to barring of the services my business and mentally i also suffering.

              So please register our complaint against the same and take the disciplinary action against the company.

                I got a message this morning saying that i have subscribed for juice up and deducted 75rs. I have no idea what that is and i didn't even subscribe that. I called 198 and that customer care representative is arguing with me telling me they will deactivate it but the 75rs is non refundable. I thought customer care people are supposed to be helping not arguing or talking back. I'm a student and rarely recharge. 75rs is like 2-3 months charges for me. Can't you people atleast ask a confirmation before activating such thing. I want my money back asap. Please help me. The customer care request no is[protected]

                  I Really don't remember for how many years i have been customer of IdeaCellular, maybe 10 years or so. I thought to port out of Idea because i was being relocated. Before giving Porting request, i deposited extra 1000/- to my account so that my MNP request doesn't get denied my MNP request got successful and i was told that After my Final Billing on 12th Nov, i will get rest settlement amount.
                  on 12th Nov the bill is generated and i see credit of -473. I approached customer care with Request no C[protected] but the request C[protected] got denied saying i am not eligible for refund ? i didn't understand why. I approached Customer care on Facebook but they don't respond. not sure what to do and what is my fault.

                    I am idea customer since it was at&t so got 3 add-on numbers for family. Since more than 11 years i'm using these numbers as postpaid and never had problem in maharashtra circle. Recently i have requested to transfer a number from postpaid to prepaid as my brother not using it frequently but wanted to retain it as it is shared all-over. First time it was not converted as application got rejected for jo reason as i have cleared all dues before making request. I have visited gallery in pune and asked to resubmit request again as they issued me a new sim. Now postpaid service is discontinued but new prepaid sim is not activated. More than a week we are clueless. Helpcenter person asking me to visit gallery again but as i'm now in karnataka i don't know visiting local gallery will help. Also worried about number as it is a vanity number.

I moved to canada recently, it was working fine when i came here i was receiving proper sms. From last 4 day there is no service on this sim, due to this i am not able to receive the otp and other required sms. This has 300 + balance.                           Dear sir/ma'am,

                          This is in regard of change the postpaid corporate plan on no. [protected], in the name of manmohan khati, into monthly plan, which i didn’t know/allow and its all done without my knowledge and permission & when i have already paid the 2 years advance rental last year to the the company/idea. I first got the sms regarding the change of plan and when i visited the nearby idea centre, they said that if i have already paid the advance rental for 2 years and only 1 year just passed, then this msg must be not for you. Again i got msg for the same on 18/09/2017 stating “dear customer, as per request, your tarrif plan has been changed to new super 99 via c1-[protected] for mobile no. [protected]. Kindly note that the new tarrif charges will be applicable after 2 hours. ” from no. [protected] at 18:29:47. I haven’t made any request the on whose request idea has changed my advance rental plan to monthly plan? I have raised the concern on some online consumer helpline also. I got some messages in the recent/past few days to renew the plan, if not renewed then it will be changes to 99 rs. Per month, postpaid. When i logged into my account online, i came to know and i remember also that i have made the payment of advance rental last year itself only. Then how come i am getting the messages to change the plan, whether to renew the plan or it will be changed into post paid of 99 per month 15 aug onwards.

                          Please look into the matter to get this issue resolved, so that i do not go for further action against it. Below is the statement i got from my account about the last 5 transactions, which clearly shows that i have made the payment in the last year itself. And that is valid till 2 year. So there is no question to pay the same for another 2 years. I have send the email about the incident to appellate. [protected]@ idea. Adityabirla.com, grievance. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com, [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com, on 16.08.2017, 12:57 p. M. But of no result. Though the advance rental of my plan was due on aug, 2016, but it came to me on oct. Bill and then i paid the said amount next month.

                          Now i am being asked for to pay 251/- as bill, though i haven’t asked the idea to change my plan without knowingly me, without my permission, agreement, etc. And i have already paid for 2 years, 1 year & 2-3 months passed, my plan changed into 99/- p. M. And after receiving this letter, again my plan changed into 700/- renewal done. Now i am being asked for 251/-.in the last 2 yr adv rental, i have used only one year & 2-3 months, means 8-9 months adv rental must be with the co. And y i am being asked for the payment of that period which i haven’t given permission to idea to change my plan. I should not be made responsible for this.in actual, idea is having my 1 year or so, adv rental with them, how they are asking for me.

                                On 8th november 2017 at 4:07 pm, vas message has pinged me activating fashion world deducting ₹100/- without my consent and later the same thing happened on 13th november 2017 at 3:18 and 4:10 deducting ₹15/- and ₹100/- respectively.                                   I am using idea cellular network in my company corprate group as a postpaid customer, but i want to port some number to other network but all the request being rejected that due to pending of bills. My first request was on 21 oct but rejected due to pending bill new request on 07 nov still pending due to pending bill but actually bill is in negtive rs.-13. Now i talked to customer care they told us that your bill is negtive but we can't do anything. They said went to our idea office which is 50km away.. When i buy idea i didn't went to any company office but now why i should go to there office. They never send a sms that your process is rejected due to pending bill, all the time we ask thru network customer care then they told that your bill is pending

                                      As everyone aware that in postpaid connection hidden charges charged in mothly bill. My bill generated today and i surprise that charges of rupees 483.02 usage charge after calling to idea care came to know that its data charge of 115mb data usage. I am using idea no since more than15 yrs so again as per last month complaint idea has to give waver of this extra wrong charges rupees 483.02. Otherwise force to change opr or trans in prepaid.

                                        today i recharge with my idea mobile Number [protected], for Rs. 403. as per call received from Company's care inform me that you get Unlimited Local and STD calls and 1 GB 4g Data per day, plan will be valid for 70 days.

                                        My Issue That company give me validity only for 35 days.
