Dear sir/ madam,

My name is pankaj parate. I was using my idea no from last 10 years back with idea as prepaid. Last 1 month idea activate vas services form his end without confirmation & when we called to customer center they said sir services are activated from your end. This is very irraculas. We are not activated any services but unnecessary deduct amount from a/c.

    From last 4 days i'm facing alot of problem as my sim card is not showing network and even incoming and outgoing call is not possible because of this, i'm residing in limbodi, phase 1, indore. Although when i'm going out of this area it's showing full network, please solve this problem asap otherwise i will have to switch my number to some other network

    On continuous basis I am getting Flash messages from Idea. I did call their customer care and followed all the procedure to stop them, but still receiving such messages very frequently.

    After DND such things was not acceptable from service providers. I am looking forward a strict action from TRAI against them.

I received two duplicates sims from different idea store and they committed to resume my services with 24 hours but till now it is still pending.             I ported in my sim to idea this evening. The networks are available but when i tried to call anyone it shows 'not registered on network'. It shows the same when i tried 59059. I can receive the call but yo my another number. But i m not able to receive the messeges. I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible bcoz i m not able to use anything as it is used by me in everything. I hope to get your support for my problem.

            Idea stealing my talktime and saying that I used idea power. We did not used idea power then also they are stealing talktime. We contacted customer care he said we on idea power.                 I ported my tat docomo number to idea, and started with 499 plan. I was quite happy till i was using only calling service and data benefit of this plan but after some time i changed my normal 499 plan to new 499 plan where they offered calling+3gb data for 3g phones and 5gb data for 4 phones. I have non-camera 4g handset (Dupad story) purchased from dubai. When i have not received the benefit of the data plan then i logged a complaint (Sr#c1-[protected]) for billing reversal as i had taken additional pack for data to use data. I logged a formal complaint at idea complaint desk and also send e-mail with the details in apr 2017 (E-mail ref no-e1-[protected] & [protected]) and also logged it with appellate team on 18 apr 2017 and on 21 apr 2017 with request number [protected] with all the details to prove them that i am using 4g handset including network screen shot and my phone's screen shot which showed 4g setting. Their technical team investigated and confirmed me and told me the different name of the phone which i am using, i don't remember it now, and told me that its 3g phone and not 4g hence i will not be able to get the benefit of the plan. I visited idea store at magarpatta city, hadapsar, pune twice and verified my handset manually to confirm that its 4g handset and they confirmed the same and then with lot of frustration and experience of bad service, i decided not to use but i did not want to change my number hence decided to migrate it from postpaid to prepaid. I raise request for the same and again had a worst service where advisor at the same magarptta store misinformed me to pay the entire amount for the month otherwise they cannot log the request until bill is not cleared, i paid it at the same time and logged a request and asked them to give the overpaid amount to my prepaid balance, they confirmed the same that it will be credited into my prepaid account but they have not informed me that if amount is more that rs 100 then it will be paid through cheque and also they have not informed me that i will get it after 3 month of migration. Idea company misplaced my document and it was delayed my migration. When i visited again to check the status then they asked that i need to submit the document again as its not received at idea head office, i was not ready to give the same document as it was their mistake but submit the document after requesting by advisor to initiate the process. I did not received my overpaid balance into my prepaid account after migration hence i visited again that idea store and advisor was not able to confirm me why i have not received the balance and she advised me to visit main idea store located at fatima nagar, pune. I visited that office and they advised me that i will get it after 3 month of migration and through cheque, i could not do anything and felt cheated at that time. I waited for 3 months and then again i visited that idea store at fatima nagar to check the reason not to receive the cheque, they have not confirmed any reason and just re-issued it and asked them to re-issue at new address with request id c[protected] on 7th october 2017 where i shifted 5 days ago within the same society. I again had the same customer experience and could not do other than wait. But still i have not received the cheque and tried to check on chat at customer service in last week of oct then the advisor advised me that it will be delivered at my address in 7 days. Now i have checked it again today (11th nov 2017) and advisor 1st told me that there is no outstanding amount at postpaid and no outstanding amount with them when i asked her that i can file a case in court as i have confirmation mail for that then she checked it again, after taking a lot of time and lot of verification she (Kokila) asked me that its still in progress and your cheque was returned, due to customer not found and advised me to visit the idea store. I asked her that my wife is stays there full day. After a lot of conversation, she asked my pin code and advised that pin code is incorrect and advised me to collect the cheque from nearest idea store. I am very upset now and visited idea store so many times and wasted my money more than that i need (Rs 250). I don't know what to do now so please look into this.

                    My self amit tiwari from raipur (Chhattisgarh state). I am using a postpaid connection of idea from last january 2017. Now i wish to migrate my postpaid connection to prepaid and for this i have paid my dues on 2nd of november 2017 on 12.30 am and then next day i visited my idea center at krystal orcade near shankar nagar, raipur and paid 140 rupees migration fee. Today on 11th of november 2017 i have received calls from customer care executive regarding this. They are saying your bill was undue that's why request was cancelled and bill was paid on 6th of november 2017, i replied how reference number was wrong of online transaction. This is your system fault that bill showing due till 6th of november they are not only arguing me but also insisting me to not migrate my connection. Really poor service of idea customer care as they have no sense how to talked with their clients. My idea postpaid connection is [protected], i am here attaching all my proofs regarding this issue.

                      Today i received call from idea services ([protected]) at 17:26 saying that your no. Is selceted for "unlimited dialer tone" offer. I said "okay" if the service is free then only activate it. The guy told me its free for 6 months and after 6 months you will get sms through which you can discontinue the service. I agreed and as per his instructions after listening ivr, i have pressed 2 for activation of dialer tone. Immediately i got sms saying your account is deducted for 149rs. For this fraud case i called customer care (198) but that guy said it was due to me that service was activated and i should enjoy it. What the hail? These people call us saying you will get this n that for free and after that deduct our money for no reason.
                      Before this incidence also there was deduction of 25 rs from my balance, as per customer care i had activated one game. But how can i activate the game in my basic phone? For that you will need smart phone.
                      Overall experience idea is pathetic till date, thinking of porting the number.

                            A group of frauds made purchase from your site using mob no. [protected] today 3 times using my sbi debit card details each time for an amount of rs4999 from 12.48 pm to 1.08pm. Last 4 digits of my debit card is 7598.
                            Kindly cancel the 3 orders and refund my money back.
                            The transaction nos. Are[protected],[protected],[protected].
                            They impersonated as sbi employees and cheated me.
                            Please cancel the orders immediately and refund my money back to my a/c no.

                            My complaint is marked as RESOLVED. But surprisingly no one from Ideamoney has yet contacted me nor have reimbursed my money. On my query to customer care, they informed that my complaint was given to a private party for investigation. But i do not understand why the complaint is marked as RESOLVED. Under the circumstances, it seems the theft is the inside work of the company itself otherwise they would take the case sincerely and reimburse my money by this time as i made the complaint immediately after the theft.                             My complaint is not resolved yet.
                            As i reported the theft immediately with facts and figure, it would be an honest practice for Ideamoney not to execute the subject orders rather cancel them and refund the money back to the respective a/cs.
                            Since that is not done yet, it would sadly be construed as support of the Ideamoney to the miscreants.

                              I submitted a request to port out and then got calls from idea's retention team to continue with idea but i refused to stay with their network and now when their retention team's tactic didn't work they have fraudulently added 54 inr as outstanding amount so as not to let my port out request go through. My last bill due was ~175 inr still i made a payment of 180 inr so that i don't have any outstanding amount and get my number successfully ported out. But these people are so devious that they have fraudulently added 54 inr as outstanding amount in my account so as to refuse my port out request. 3days ago i called their helping to register my complaint who told its "technical" error and gave me this complaint # c[protected]. I got a mail with same complaint number which said that the complaint will be resolved in 11 hours but in morning i received another confirmation that said "dear customer, we are unable to process your interaction acknowledged earlier via communication id c[protected]. Regret the inconvenience caused. " i called their customer care helpine again and asked why there is still outstanding amount in my account and he again registered a complaint and asked me to wait for 5 more days. I asked him what happened to my yesterday's complaint and he said that no such complaint was registered yesterday! What is this bull # going on? First these people asked me to wait 11 hrs and theb when i called them asking status of my complaint, they are saying no such complaint registered and ask me to wait for another 5 days. 3 days ago i sent them an email for my complaint for which they said they would reply me (Ref : e[protected] within 48 hours but it has been 3 days and i haven't got any reply! I have recorded all telephonic conversations with their executives, immediately remove all fraudulent charges and let my number port out or else i am going to drag them to consumer court!

                              Obvisously there is no outstanding amount now as I had already paid that amount but Why was I forced to make payment of INR 54? Give me the reason why and how you added 54 into my account as outstanding amount when I had already paid my previous bill in surplus ?

                                I have recently purchased an smartphone from amazon.in and they promoting an offer of idea data pack for postpaid and prepaid users, offer like 120gb data for 10months and they provided the link where offers can avail and submit the handset details and mobile number then offers appears and i submitted. I activated that offer on 29 oct 2017 but till now nothing has been done, and when i'm trying to reach that customer service via phone or email.. They still don't no what idea company having or giving offers to the company and no knowledge about anything. I written mails to appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com but nothing happen yet i wrote mails from 30 oct 2017 onwards but nothing is come up with solution's, one day appellate concern person call me and she also nothing much known that offers and said we will get in touch and solve this issue at earliest and also said its a very huge offer so we have to look into this.. Such a ridiculous response from a responsible person of idea. If this is not going to happen within a day or two i'll complaint to the police. For cheating a customers..

                                    As my phone is redmi note 4, previously porting to idea i was enjoying 4g but after porting my no with idea i am unable to get 4g and 3g internet service, i am getting only 2g service.

                                    When i have approached to idea person they are giving reason that you eill not get 4g internet in redmi note 4 phone as they are having frequency of 21mh.

                                    I have checked the specification on the phone they are having 4g frequency, please look in the following

                                    I have attached the image which clearly shows that Redmi note 4 is having 2100 mh band, which is suilable for your network and when i am crossing maharashtra network i am getting 4G spead. If there is problem with handset how i am getting 4G speed from other service providers.

                                    Kindly solve the problem as my whole work is depend upon internet, otherwise please allow me to port in another service provider

                                      I am bringing this to your notice that idea telecom is putting pressure on me by phone call to get their illegal due payment. I have been ported out from idea network to vodafone network from 3rd oct night onward. I have paid their due amount of earlier bill amount inr 1506.00 on time. For this port out period of 1st oct to 3rd oct they have generated bill of oct month 1214.00 with full month rental and internet usage (Though my plan was to get 1 gb free daily and 8 gb for one month). I have requested them to send me revised and correct bill for this 1st oct to 3rd oct 2017 only. Because how one customer will pay idea network when he is not covered in their network and also i have not seen this type of rules in other telecom companies. Their phone caller is calling and asking to make payment; also offered me to waive off the internet charges from the bill. Hence i feel they have made something wrong in their rules and reaching you for help.

                                      How can one charge for 3 days usage full month rental and data charged against free data limit...I dont agree please with your justification. Idea cant have different rules from others.
                                      IDEA have not contact me further to revise the October month bill. Please send correct bill for 3 days and I will pay the amount. But can not pay illegal charges which is raised.

                                        Your team member called me (Nitesh mob. No.[protected]) and telling me lie again and again. Without visit and without checking my place he is told me we are going to close your problem because our team member visited your place and checked network how??? If you checked then why i ma facing network problem??? And what is the solution??? Tell me immediate basis. I already told idea that if your team member come to my place he should meet me after that i will tell the problem are of my office. Pls clear me if you are not able to solve my problem then i will take some other action.
                                        Note: idea send me msg that - "your complain has been resolved" without checking my place.
