Without my permission, idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account. I didn't bought any app. I got a message from 58010 that thank you for using your idea mobile number for rs. 10.00 towards fortumo payments app. Whenever i receive this message, every time rs 10 deducts. I didn't bought any game. I called the idea customer care, they are saying that i had activated a page but fact is that i didn't activated any page. My no. Is [protected]. Idea customer care is saying again and again that i've activated the page. They are not providing the solution. They are not refunding my deducted amount.

    I got offer for 84 days in idea no for unlimited calling and 1gb data per day on upgrade of phone to 4g. But i got for only 14 days. Idea cheats with me. I wants that idea have to return my balance.

      I made a recharge for rs.392 which showed validity of 82 days with unlimited calls and internet for 82 days. However after recharge it showed that this is valid for only 14 days. This is pure cheating from idea. The condition mentioned was this is valid for 82 days for new 4g devices. I made this on new 4g device and still it did not work. Please be careful with cheating by idea.

I have copy pasted exact RC voucher with details what is displayed on your website. in my second comment above please note. 70 as mentioned in the comment as above is the validity in number of days. You can check IDEA website and let me know whether this is present or not.
      Your response is typical copy paste reply without even checking the details. The number recharges is already mentioned to you and the same is showing validity upto 12th November. You can check again for mobile 9881XXXX25

      Putting my earlier comments again as below and you can check it again. I used Idea website for recharge.

      I got a SMS yesterday that the benefits have been added to the number as per original recharge from 15th November.. Hope this is for 70 days from initial recharge date. In the interim from 12th to 15th November, the account has been debited like normal usage without passing the benefits.

        Hello,

        I have charged 75 rs for feature charges. I have not used the data still has been charged for that. My postpaid plan is 349 rs 1 gb 4g daily data. What is the meaning of fee data when you are charging 75 for it and also adding without my confirmation. Please take necessary action otherwise i will discontinue such ridiculous service.

        Reduce it from my bill as soon as possible.

          This is regarding a port out request which was triggered from idea punjab number [protected].

          The request was raised on 24th oct 2017 for porting out to bsnl operator. But even after making two requests the number is still in idea as they have been trying to hold us on false grounds and providing useless justifications for sending out rejection on the requests raised by bsnl. We had cleared all our unbilled and billed amount on time & for sake of smooth porting process had added extra credit on this number account. But somehow idea manages to create a situation and put things on hold & reject the requests raised to discard the mnp requests.

          Since i am a postpaid costumer, idea has been trying hard to get me retained through unfair means.

          I had raised this issue to appllete authority & nodal officers of idea also but all in vain.

          I request you to please take strong action against idea who let costumers suffer and provide awful experience..

            The worst customer care members are there in idea
            I have a plan of daily 1Gb and unlimited calls and additional 5gb . As per idea I my phone is not updated which is a system fault . From 24oct to 5 th Nov I was using my additional 5gb . 5th customer care call I made was on 5th Nov where I had a talk with Sachin Avgade(senior), Pune who tells me that you have to pay the full amount even though your plan was not activated properly and won't get the additional 5gb data back since it was system fault and idea can't do any thing .

                  My name is mandeep baghel from delhi and i am using idea postpaid number sims ([protected], [protected], [protected]). But just because of the wrong charges that idea centre dwarka mor had charged me & also harassed me continuously last 6months. I was ready on 28-oct-17 to complete my all payment and want to change my postpaid numbers into prepaid & want to continue my numbers with idea company for future but they didn't do that and said "we will also take all the webber amount & without it we will not do change your number into prepared. They made many mistake by thier management that is why they webbered the wrong amount to only save thierself. But now they asked again for the webber amount. They were totally responsible for thier bad management & service which make a reason to webbered the amount.

                  Theirs all action are illegal & i have all proofs & call records and all conversation details to clear my all points. I have all recording proofs of calling with their senior manager ajay sir, head of idea centres, dwarka mor, delhi.

                  This is their very bad attitude, they harrrassed me continuously before 6 months for thier bad service.
                  Now i am harrassed so much. Ready to fight against this harrassment.

                  Please take action on them.

                    I want to go from postpaid to pre-paid but whichever idea store i visit first question they ask is why and give offers and will not be ready to listen to your request. After repeated requests they accept and show "ideaconnect.com buy this domain" and tell server is down. Visited another store and they tell unbilled amount cannot migrate. The date of billing cycle is 16. I went on 16 i was told your bill will be generated on 17. I went on 17 they are telling you have unbilled amount for 17 your migration will be rejected. I told i am ready to pay all the unbilled amount on spot, but he said it shows as 0 for us. Airtel and other do it on spot and give a new sim what is your problem. They said idea unbilled amount is not there. This is the type of service then i might surely port to airtel. Please help me migrate into idea prepaid or i am going to port to airtel prepaid.

                        Low 4g signal strength at malabar county 1 dr. Ambedkar university road, b/h nirma university ahmedabad charrodi village 382481, here i can't connect 4g network to my mobile & i can't use my mobile data pack efficiently... Very poor service*, calls are disconnet, please solve this network problem as son as possible now. very poor service provided by idea here.. 4g service is working like 2g
                        And for your kind information i was protable from vodafone to idea only, because of issue of their network. based on my friends suggestion recently i ported into idea 4g.
                        You want that i will protable again from idea to airtel. There is network issue on all idea mobiles. Here no speed of internet and also i can't call anywhere on any network. Very poor and pathetic service. Simply i am wasting my money in this sim i[censored] will not take any action regarding this matter i will change it.

                            Idea cellular is giving advertisement o[censored]nlimited plan of 179. But in reality it is limited pack of 250 minutes per day. Many other operating are also doing so. Therefore this plan is misguiding the customers. I suggest TRAI to issue a notice/guidelines to all telecom operators not to use "UNLIMITED" keyword in limited packs.
                            "Unlimited" word can be used in only case if there is no limit in call/data usage during the mention period.

                              The sim card that i use suddenly stopped reading. So i take it to the idea outlet and ask them to check it out and they get it replaced straight away.
                              Which was all good till deductions were done from the mobile talktime, and if contacted the customer service at around 12p. M. The telle caller promises to refund the deductions but now when i tried calling the same customer service i don't know who is on the line he speaks rudely which is not acceptable. I need to know whether say this problem occurs again a new sim card will be issued and charged again.

                                During last couple of months suffering from abrupt deduction in talk time balance by idea service provider. Yesterday at noon time called a relative in his vodafone number and at end of the call saw time duration 8 seconds, rs 40/- deducted.
                                Immediately called back to customer care. They're saying you've dialed international number so it has been deducted though they're unable to place any proof. What to do?

                                    I'm disapponint to use 4g internet service while recharge on date 27th sept 2017 rs.450/- (Unlimited calls and 1gb data per day) for 84 days. Last 2-4 days i am not getting idea internet service. When i'm trying to call on 198/12345 complaint no. The customer care executives are unnecessary call disconnected. So plz find the problem and give me solution quickly.

                                        My previous complaint for the same issue has been marked as 'resolved' without taking any action. Still i face the same issue. Idea should change their slogan to 'an idea' can * your life'

                                        All my incoming and outgoing calls and messages are barred when i am in international roaming. I have sufficient balance in my sim card. They blocked all services without any information. I did port to idea 3 months back. Airtel was providing good service to me. Very bad service from idea. Ridiculous

                                        Dear Lakshmi,
                                        Presently I am in Saudi Arabia. Still I face the same problem. I am not able to receive or make a call to anyone. I always get a message from Idea that my calls are barred. [protected] is my contact number. Also I did not get activation code from WhatsApp to activate in my phone. Seems my messages are also barred. Please port me back to Airtel if Idea can not provide good service.

                                        I am able to register only in mobily network both manually and automatically. STC does not accept registration while I tried manually. Number is active but there is no service active in it.
