My previous complaint for the same issue has been marked as 'resolved' without taking any action. Still i face the same issue. Idea should change their slogan to 'an idea' can * your life'

All my incoming and outgoing calls and messages are barred when i am in international roaming. I have sufficient balance in my sim card. They blocked all services without any information. I did port to idea 3 months back. Airtel was providing good service to me. Very bad service from idea. Ridiculous

Presently I am in Saudi Arabia. Still I face the same problem. I am not able to receive or make a call to anyone. I always get a message from Idea that my calls are barred. [protected] is my contact number. Also I did not get activation code from WhatsApp to activate in my phone. Seems my messages are also barred. Please port me back to Airtel if Idea can not provide good service.

Updated by Alfred M John I am able to register only in mobily network both manually and automatically. STC does not accept registration while I tried manually. Number is active but there is no service active in it.

I have idea post paid number [protected] i want to change my idea post paid number[protected] to airtel. For this i had sent port out request on date 29/10/2017 to company and i had already deposited extra amount but company rejected my request and they are not able to give proper reason to reject my port out request on date 03/11/2017.
Company has already cancel my request dated on 10 oct. 2017. And this is happend again. Whereas my payment is already more than the billing amount both the time and i am not getting the proper reason for the cancellation of my request.
I had already sent email on date 03/11/2014 but the company didn't take any action.
I am very frustrated on for this.

I sandesh s maniyar had visited your idea gallery which is located near santacruz east (Santosh telecom). For getting my reliance number portable into idea.

But the shop owner denied to port reliance number in idea prepaid.

He told me to do portable in idea postpaid as he clearly told me that idea are not doing prepaid number portable.

Is that true?

Idea can not port reliance prepaid number in idea prepaid.

If it is please confirm me on mail so i can go ahead with consumer court.

Why should customer bear billing charges if he do not want to pay bill?

I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today 3rd november 2017 from web for my no. [protected] for this it took 100rs. Charges per month. After calling to customer care i am not satisfied with his response that call after 4hrs to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As i stated that i haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. On 26th october at 0152 pm i got a telephone call from no.[protected] informing some offers i am getting from bank and took my data. At 2:06 i received a message which stated that 724841 is the otp for txn of inr 4999.00 at ideamoney. Within an hour of the fraudulent withdrawal i mailed a letter addressed to [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com and they have also acknowledged the mail. At the same time i also sent a mail to the sbi credit card department and they blocked my credit card.

Bank has already blocked the card. Definitely, I shall take the help of legal authorities, if it is necessary. FIR has not yet been lodged, but I sent a mail to the Officer-in-Charge, Kolkata Police, Computer Cell KPD

Ideamoney sent me a mail on 17th instant in response to my mail dated 27th October, 2017. It is really surprising that the ideamoney is unable to trace the exact issue. Further they also wanted to know my 10 digit idea money mobile number, which I don't have. As such my request to ideamoney to go through my grievance in proper perspect and arrnage to settle my grievance at the earliest.

The customer care service provided by idea is not picking up the call. They just send it to a hold and the call automatically cuts. There is no way to ask any query or complain about any service. This has been happening since 3 months.
The customer care contact number is 12345.

Services of idea is very bad. Idea deducted my balance many times. First time it deduct 25 rs then 30 and then idea deduct 54 rs. I called to customer care many times but they are not refunding. Before this, my experience with idea was very good but now i thing that idea is fraud. They are not refunding my balance. And customer care employees are also not cooperative. When i called to customer care, they behaved not well. Idea duduct 109 rs from my main account. This is not right.

I recently ported from vodafone to idea. My mobile number is [protected] (Which i ported).

For porting, idea executive communicated that in the plan of 349 rs i will be given unlimited calling and 10 gb data per month.

However, after i ported to idea, i just got 1 gb data per month. Then i was mentioned that it will be activated in 3 days, and then in 1 week, but it never happened.

I also talked with their customer executive, but they are not ready to resolve the issue. Can you please help.

I have dropped them emails as well, and i am not getting satisfactory resolution.

They have cheated me by providing wrong information just to get my number ported to idea.

Hi I am idea customer from last 8 year . My number is prepaid number, and this number is issued on my friend name, I talked to customer care to change ownership of number to me, they guide me some step to do it but in Chandigarh idea store sector 35 I got information that I can't change my number ownership For that I have to change my number to postpaid. First of all I got different information from customer care and idea store, ther are misleading us, 2nd I changed my number from prepaid to postpaid, All the process for this has been done including verification but almost one week has been passed but My number is still not activated.

I got a message at 9:01 am saying i have downloaded animation from nazara
And got this message from idea cms...
I did not download and of such stuff and even dont know what it is.
When called the customer care of idea were reluctant to even listen to my complain. Even earlier such amounts have been deducted from my accounts and even after complaining money not refunded.
Request to refund my balance back.

I have given my voter id to registered my sim to my name at the time o[censored]pgrade to 4g sim, because my sim is registered on my uncle's name but i am using this sim from past 9 years. The person who came to my house at the time o[censored]pgrade told me that give your voter id and sim will register on your name, its been 1 year now after upgrade to 4g. Now i have completed the re-verification process to link my number to my aadhar card, but it is still not showing my name. I wanted my sim to register on my name.
I kindly request you to change my name on registered mobile no, and delete this complaint after it gets resolved.

But i want validity extension or refund of my money.
