Dear sir,

Sub : kyc detailed shared with paytm without my consent.

Reference : my cell no.[protected] of idea cellular ltd.

I am using cellular services of idea cellular ltd. On october, 30, 2017 at 4:00 pm i have visited an idea cellular authorised store m/s. Relish telecom, ground floor, maruti manor complex, opp. Land mark complex, ashtron chowk, rajkot for linkage of my adhar details as per government requirement.

While my turn, i handed my cell phone with my adhar card to mr. Akash (His name informed by him) at 4:10 pm on[protected] and requested him to do the needful for linking adhar card with my above referred cell no[protected] as per government requirement

At 4:20 pm on[protected] your authorised store official mr. Akash handed me back my cell confirming the completion of the required procedure of my adhar linkage with my cell no[protected].

At 4:20 pm on[protected] as i checked the received sms, i was very much shocked to learn that my complete confidential kyc detials along with my bio-metric finger prints are already shared with paytm with out my consent. Not only that he even did not care to informed me about sharing my kyc details to paytm.

I showed him all received sms from paytm and asked him how can he pass my confidential kyc details with bio-metric finger print to paytm with out my consent? He replied that he will request paytm to remove my kyc details and in 24 hours i will receive a confirmation sms for same. Which i have still not received.

As kyc details are very confidential i do not understand how any kyc details can be removed once it is submitted without consent of indian government. Even i do not understand how any one can share very confidential kyc information without consent of a person or without consent of indian government.

Here under i furnish complete details of 5 sms received from paytm along with my grievances for each sms. All 5 sms screen shots are attached herewith for your ready reference.

1) 4:11 pm on[protected] sms received as under :

"767579 is your paytm code. By providing this code to our agent, you agree
To become a full kyc customer of paytm payments bank and confirm your
Acceptance to the bank's terms and condition. There are no charges for this
Services"

My grievance:

I do not know any agent of paytm nor i have requested paytm for any account
For paytm payments bank on[protected]. As i am not aware of any thing
There is no question of accepting any type of bank's terms and condition.


2) 4:13 pm on[protected] received as under :

"please enter your paytm code 683265 on our agents mobile to proceed with
Your application for kyc free"

My grievance:

I am not aware of cell no of any paytm agents as i never know who the paytm
Agents is. Hence there is no question of sending above 683265 code to paytm
As i have never requested any type of services from paytm on[protected]

3) 4:14 pm on[protected] received as under :

"dear customer, you have agreed to the following t&cs : https://k.p-y.tm/r5"

My grievance:

There is no question of agreeing to any type of terms and conditions of paytm
As i have never requested for any services for paytm on[protected]

4) 4:15 pm on[protected] received as under :

"congrats! You are now a paytm kyc verified customer. Click http://m.p-
Y. Tm/vip to receive exclusive vip benefits worth rs. 220 #patmkaro"

My grievance:

There is no question of being a paytm kyc verified customer nor accepting
Any vip benefit of rs.220 as i have never requested paytm for same any
Time.

5) 4:15 pm on[protected] received as under :

"congrats your paytm kyc is verified and consent for bank account has been
Recorded. We would share bank account details shortly through another sms
#paytmkaro"

My grievance:

I have never requested paytm for any kyc verification nor given any consent
For any type of bank account any time.

Above all sms confirms that as idea cellular customer my confidential kyc details along with bio-metric finger prints have already been shared with out my consent to a third company, which in turns inform in it's terms and conditions that they can share this information to some others also.

Above all sms even confirms that your authorised store officials has become an authorised agents of paytm and earning by officially sharing idea cellular customers confidential kyc information along with bio-metric finger prints to a third company.

I would also like to know that is there any agreement between idea cellular ltd and paytm for sharing confidential kyc details of idea cellular customer to paytm with or without indian government consent.?

Is idea cellular aware of entire process and has allowed sharing confidential kyc details of idea cellular customer to paytm for financial benefits with or without indian government and customer consent.? If yes why so?

Even i request trai to please check that is there any agreement between idea cellular ltd and paytm for sharing confidential kyc details with or without indian government and customer consent.? Is idea cellular aware of entire process and has allowed its official for sharing confidential kyc details to paytm with or without indian government and customer consent.? If yes why so?

Is paytm authorised to receive very confidential kyc information along with bio-metric finger prints from any third party with or with out indian government and customer consent? If yes why so?.

This type of very confidential kyc information along with bio-metric finger prints data sharing to third party with or without indian government or customer consent may be misused by any unauthorised person for any unauthorised work which may be harmful for india and individual.

In future, if any type of proceeding arises, or any type of loss, damages what so ever may be caused to me, idea cellular will be responsible for all type of loss, damages whatsoever it may be caused to me. Any or all loss, damage what so ever it maybe has to be refunded with interest to me by idea cellular ltd.

I had blocked my idea number [protected] as the sim and associated mobile was lost. This happened nearly a year back. I am finding that this number has been activated and also has a whats up profile.

Is this legal? What if the number is mis used? Is the cellular company allowed to re use the number after a time period?

Please revert as i am very worried because of this. Can somebody advise me on this issue as to what i should do next.

My num is [protected]. Which is port on 13th oct from airtel to idea. My num is port in karnataka. I live in banglour. I came on 17th oct to gujrat rajkot. And idea company stopped my internet service. And i give them 15days time but still they are unable to slove my issue. Their executive says in gujrat there is no 4g network. And my all friends using idea 4g network.

Im mohan from chennai, i ported my docomo network to your network and it took 4days for getting signal in my new idea sim. I got signal but i cant activate my sim because that from idea care they sent me one number for tele verification, its not working till now. Please notify my query and i need my number back its very emergency. Help. Me to get activate my new idea sim. My old number is [protected]. Please do fast as possible.

I got a fraud call from a girl saying she is from sbi and took my card details in order to covert my reward points to pay my outstanding amount. She debited amount using my card and its details which i shared with her. Could you please help me to get the details of that fraud user who is crediting amount to their idea money wallet. I think lot of people involved in this scam. They are targeting each and everyone.

I have not added any boost pack, not asked for any services other than the block sim card since phone was theft. They have charged me 50 rs extra as feature charges, and not telling me what are this charges for.

Bal dedected rs1.50/- on 30th october 2017 at 2.18 pm, where i got a call from [protected] at 2.17pm by ending call i got flash msg for deducting rs1.50/- for sending msg to [protected] which is a unknown no to me.in true caller shows it is a spam no. I did not send msg. Contacted customercare and got very bad response. Customercare representative states that i have switched offed and on my mobile so the msg was sent behalf of mobile tracker. But at that time iam watching a movie in youtube on same mobile, suddenly got call from [protected] after answering call for few sec i disconnected as it is a advertising call. And fallowing i got a flash msg showing balance diduction of rs1.50/-. I used ussd code *121# and checked for last 5 deductions. It did not show any thing. Then i dowloaded idea app and checked in it and found that deduction was done due to sending msg to [protected] which i did not do. So i called customer care and what they said is its a mobile tracker msg sent by my mobile after switching off and oning my mobile. (But as i said i was watching movie at that time.). And also this [protected] no is not a mobile tracker num. Iam sending u snap shots where u can find timming of calls and msgs at particular time iam telling you. So plz do proper investigation on this. And the way the idea customercare executive spoke is also so rude to custommers in a way that customer gets frustated. I wish i had not ported to idea.

Since last 6-7 days i have been recieving a message with voicemail from the above number. I have tried contancting idea customer care and evertime i have recieved differe things to try.

Once i was told that it is my handset problem and you should go get it checked. Actually when something is wrong idea customer care blames on the phone (I couldnt send messages once upon a time and i was told it was my handset problem, and i told them how come other sim card work on it), so this time i tried it on different handset and i keep getting same message.

Then i was told to write stop to 593350, still problem is going on.

Once i was told just go to idea store we cant do anything.

Another problem is communication, the customer care provider thinks we are so dumb and we dont know anything, and when u select english it only goes to hindi.

I ported out my idea postpaid number [protected] on 19 august 2017.
Its been more than 71 days still idea hasnt refunded my balance amount even after repeated follow up.
Idea customer care just kept on extending their own decided deadlines to sort out complaint.
Seems idea is not interested to refund customers money.

I have received a call from idea representative for porting in idea & i was agreed by them & submitted my documents & port no. After submitting documents, i have received idea prepaid new sim by idea representative.
My aircel prepaid no [protected] is already off 06/07/17, but new idea sim is not start yet.
I was gone your idea store sector 12 noida to discuss about my problem... But they refused me and did not helped me. I am very disappointed with your store staff & your rules. They did not gave me any solution...
And also they have generate bill

Dear idea team i request u For a long time face the problem for network recently face the new problem for regard bill i am using idea connection for 8 year i perched new sim your idea team was not given right information recently facing the more problem I think this number has to be shut down and i am not pay my fake bill

Myself tarun kumar sinha i am a idea cellular clint for last one year. But now i have plan to port my idea in vodaphone but three time they are reject my port request as per idea cellular and terms i cleared all my due payment but they are harrasing me please take the action against authorised person or company my cell number [protected]

I am using idea sim from the very past 9 years, and from last 10 months monthly i am recharging rs 347/- pack and still it valid to 14 nov 2017 without any notification after 1gb it started deducted my main account balance almost around rs99.45/- last day (28/10/2017), i called to your idea customer care from my another idea sim, and i requested mr. Amal antony (Call id no. Q[protected] time : 8.49pm) to clarify my account balance deduction, i then, complained to him regarding this, but he argued with me and talked in a very rude manner. He didn’t listen to me. His tone was very aggressive, and he used very bad words and he also refused to make the correction, telling me that it was my fault.

I am a retailer in ashta, dist. Sehore mp. Since july2014. Idea sales executive has not visited my outlet, i have no stock. Have complained to distributor dhadiwal telecome and tsm mr. Sumit misra, asm goarav chohan but till now no response has been taken by them.

Appellate authority (Mumbai circle) i want to book complain against idea cellular limited as company not only seap out my call details but also misuse that details. I am frequentelly receiving warning calls from company's autoriesed receovery agent. Not only this they are also calling to all my relatives & friends & using abusing language. Due to this very reason all my relatives & friends to whom they called up are very afraid in attending the calls.

I have all recording calls o[censored] recovery agent i[censored] don't look in this matter tell mi clearly, tow months i m going at nearest idea gallery they accepted my that bill charged wrongly after that he taken request to reverse that amount which is wrongly charge.

I[censored] r family r getting that type of calls how u realized i[censored] don't wont to resolve that issue tell mi clearly

I want that recovery agency name and that lady name who is used my calls details. ([protected])

Sir, i am an idea customer for the last 7 years (Mob no. [protected]). I have the sim from punjab where i was posted.in 2016 i was transferred to maharashtra and will continue for at least 4 years more. I wanted to port the number from punjab to maharashtra and link my aadhar no. With it. I am not able to send any message to any one including to idea for porting. I approached an idea customer outlet nearby so many times. They told me that the message centre number is wrong in my mobile. I asked for their help. They did nothing. I rang up to punjab customer care for help. She asked me to recharge for availing roaming facility. I want to continue with your service. Please help me to port the number from punjab to maharashtra and link my aadhar no. My e-mail address is [protected]@gmail.com

I had got call from +[protected] asking for my card details, to send a new photo printed credit card and the existing card will be blocked. Even though i refused to provide information, a guy who said himself as manager said its a open data and we are not asking for pin. They said u will get a verification code, plz share it with us. Once i got the code i saw it was for txn. Of 5000 from idea money. Request you to block such numbers before they call many more and cheat others.
Idea money message with otp is as below :
* is the otp for trxn of inr 5000.00 at ideamoney with your sbi card ending *. Otp is valid for 10 mins only. Pls do not share with anyone.
