I have a per paid connection which i opted to port to airtel hyderabad circle. I generated upc code for the same and submitted to airtel. Then on 14th day i came to know my porting plea is rejected by idea. When i called idea customer care i found they did not have information why was my porting request cancelled.
I am there with idea for past 4 years. May i know the reason for rejection

    I want to transfer my postpaid idea connection to its prepaid scheme.
    But it's been an year I am trying to much for it. I visited many idea outlets also the head office, I gave them all the documents along with the application 7 to 8 times and there representative always told me that your complaint is still in process, you can ask them about my complaints times, , sir kindly help me I am so frustrated from this, , ,

      I have, this month, received the following communications :

      1. 8 voice calls from customer service
      2. 6 ivr messages
      3. 6 sms messages

      All of these asking me to pay my bill on time. And atleast 3 smses & 3 calls came to me after i made the payment & i had the payment confirmation from idea.

      If idea cellular can look at their records, i haven't missed a single bill in the last year (At least).

      So many reminders is quite simply annoying & irritating. Plus my number is on dnd. Please stop all these reminders - unless i actually delay payment.

        Dear sir,
        My cell no is [protected], during last month i. E oct.2017, i received surprised msg of thank you for downloading animation from nazara from idea - iz-idea cms, you have been charged rs. 100 for 3 times. What i not grant or download such animation. How can idea will charge us on behalf of nazara animation or other unnecessary service without our permission?
        But idea added the claim in his bill for such service. Here i requested you to please look this matter and do the needful for stop the monopoly of the idea for such fraud activities.

        These people have charged me 376 rs of my prepaid balance during last one month n during last 4 days they charged me rs 100 4 some fraud downloading which I didn't allowed them.these people are fraud.earlier I complained them about 376 rs fraud downloading.but it recontinued now from last 4-7days.my no [protected]

          I had a balance of 190₹ few hours back and without getting any information that my data pack balance is over idea start deducting from my main balance. This they did first to my number and then to my wife number, hence idea is doing like without telling about data pack balance they will finish maine balance and then informs that all data and main balance is over

          This thing they did twice.

          From my idea prepaid account Rs.23.57 has been deducted without any usage. Balance was Rs.32.60. After a 5 min call, Rs.9 was charged. Thereafter Rs.23.57 has been deducted from my prepaid mobile [protected] account. Why it was deducted? Please clarify or refund.

              I have tried opting for a nano sim out of my regular idea sim ([protected]). When i have approached to main office in hyderabad they insisted to migrate from original owner to my name here and when the documents have been submitted and reviewed by the idea cellular agents they asked me to wait for 24 hours and the provided nano sim will be activated till then the older normal sized sim will be inactive.

              But its been 3 days i have no network on both the sims as when asked they told me that due to back end team fault its not been activated yet and will be activated soon. No, after again 24 hours when i approach them they want me to wait few more days to get it activated and some time they say it may change number.

              I have been a idea customer from more than a decade (10 years) and now this disgusting things are been experienced to me. I have many transactions halted just because there faults and reckless service.

              Im freezed with all my mobile services just because i tried opting nano sim from them.

              Need immediate assistance.

                  Dear team,

                  Here i would like to file a complaint against idea store kukatpally hyderabad.
                  Details: we have approached store for my mother mobile number sim replacement to nano sim in place of normal sim. For the number which we have been using from past 10 years. (Most of the accounts are attached to that number)
                  But the illiterate idea kiosk has deactivated the sim and asked for some time for activation of new sim and its been 4 days and the new sim haven't activated yet. Now the idea store concerns informing me that the actual number is disabled (Churned) and cannot revert it to new sim and to forget the old one.
                  Date of incident: 28.11.2017

                  Desired resolution : need old number to be activated
                  This has impacted very much to the daily necessity so need resolution asap.

                    On 26/10/2017 i recharged my mobile 3g data for rd.46/- reference no. Jsbi[protected] for which i am supposed to receive 1gb data for 28 days as per sms information, but same was not activated by idea service provider. Since it was not activated, again on the same day i recharged for a sum of rs.249/- reference no. Jsbi[protected] for which i am supposed to receive 4 gb data for 28 days as per sms information, but same has also not been activated. Please activate the recharged data immediately and confirm me by sms. Other wise the amount totalling to rs.295/- may be refunded to my account.

                    On 26/10/2017 i recharged my mobile data for ₹46/- through online idea celluarportal (Reference no. Jsbi [protected]) which was supposedly for 28 days as per the offer give by idea cellular phone. But i have not received the benefit. Therefore, soon on the same day i again recharged for ₹249/- through online idea celluar portal (Reference no. Jsbi [protected]) which was also supposedly for 28 days as per the offer give by idea cellular phone. But it is very strange to express that the recharged data have not been activated till date by the idea cellular company. Whereas, the benefit should have been given on the same day. There is some serious lapse on the part of idea cellular company. Based on my complaint, i received a phone call from the customer care today evening (Dated 03/11/2017) asking me to send a"screen shot" of the recharged page for registering the complaint.

                    In this connection i am to state that, idea celluar portal does not have path to get back to the relevant screen page after recharge. As such, i am unable to view that page to take screen shot. However, customer care can certainly view the recharge done by me. There is no need to ask for screen shot from me.

                    Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and see that either recharge made by me is activated and benefit is given to me or the amount is refunded to my bank account immediately please.

                      But still i am not understand why your good office did not given me compensation of expense please give me reason first, i had made this expense for your my idea store there is no mistake is customer your my idea store charge me and also collected me illegally and un officially charge so i am made expense for return back to illegally charge and your good office did not like to give me it is bed policy of your good office.

                      2nd point is that you also intimate me that if i want illegally and un official charge of rs 20/-. I want to visit your good channel partner office to return back 20/- in within in this weak only.

                      I am very un satisfied for your this type of action first you know if i am going your good office my idea store i am once again expense 500 rs to return back my 20/ rs,
                      Try to understand to customer situation this simply i am paid in cash in your my idea store only, and this is illegally and official charge collected from me at your idea sotre ms. Rutavi (Front desk operator) why should i am visit your my idea store there is no mistake of me i am not agree to visit your my idea store for return back my 20 rs. You suggest your good my idea store to give me in cash and my residence address only,

                      I am un-satisfied and un happy with your resolution, please forward my complain to your idea consumer court, and also guide me how can i am port my mobile number to another mobile company, because i don't like your customer service last 16 days i am wait for your resolution and your resolution is only and only one side at your my idea store, there is no mistake is customer and you give punishment only and only your customer,

                      There is one mistake done by customer is that he is idea and your customer.

                      Please forward my complain to your idea consumer court. And also give me my complain number also.

                      Please also guide me how can i am port my mobile number to other mobile company but i don't like your customer service,

                      I am very un happy with your good office and also your good officer because last 16 days no single action will do your good office and your good officer against your my idea store this is very serious complain charging of extra money

                        Even after dnd i'm getting irrelevant messages from idea, recently deducted 3rs for unknown service and again today deducted 8rs, don't know what is the plan of their next amount.
                        First i contacted the customer care and they are answering that they don't have any info about it.
                        But today its the second time.
                        I'm using the same number on same network since last 5-6 years but now on recent days company entering to a low level business.
                        Even after dnd sending promotional and offer messages. So terrible.

                        So its the final request to solve this issue and stop irritating the customers, otherwise i will stop the service from idea. Thank you

                        Stop those unwanted popup services within 1 week. and i need my amount back. Instead of leaving the amount to idea i can give that to some beggars. These words may hurt.                           Hi, i am not sure how strong this platform is to raise an complaint against idea cellular but let's see if it helps me with my issue which am facing since 4 months. I have this postpaid connection since 6+ years.
                          I have applied for rs 499/- rental plan on 12 july 2017 and accordingly made payment at idea customer support center. Executive sitting at desk confirmed me that they have received my payment of rs 567. Issue is that firstly idea team missed to activate requested plan and now they are saying that we have just received rs 67 from your side, they are clueless on where remaining payment of rs 500. Today 1st nov 17 and my issue is not yet resolved. Actually idea team has applied only rs 67 against my idea bill and they missed to activate the requested plan for which they have already given payment. After n number of calls/emails, finally they have activated my requested plan in september but now again they are asking me for payment of this plan i. E. Rs 499 and they have generated august bill as well so in total now they are asking for rs 786 more despite i have cleared everything by making full payment in july. I am currently out of india for an year and i need my number for official purpose. I have dropped them n number of emails but no resolution yet. I would have paid this amount of 786 if it's my fault but i have cleared all dues in july itself before starting from india and reconfirmed with idea team on 14 july that all dues are clear from my side as i will be out of country for an year and will not be able to make any payments. They said yes its all clear from your side. It's really mental harassment for me now. Please see if you can help me with this.

                          I have shared all the details i.e. bank transaction screenshot, wallet screenshot, Name and number on which I have transferred the amount via PAYTM. You have everything now, still I am getting emails as provide with bank statement. Mam you have the number of your executive along with successful payment screenshot, what else you need from my side??? Why don't you call him or check paytm history of this number. PAYTM has confirmed that this amount is successfully credited on this number, what else is required from my side???? Please do the needful, this issue is open since July, we are in November now. It's really high time now. I never expected this kind of experience from THE IDEA CELLULAR. Eagerly waiting for resolution

                              I searched on the internet for idea unlimited talk time and a offer of 154 was shown.. But not all the details were mentioned in the offer like it was only applicable for idea to idea. I wanted a recharge for all other nos. I demand for a refund as the offer details were not completely shown and were known after u talked to customer care executive.                                 Bluelima is getting automatically activated on my mobile without my consent/knowledge and i am being charged rs.35/week. I am not even aware of the service but the charges get added into my bill. I suspect this is a money making machinery by the service provider. I demand a refund for the same as i have neither demanded nor used the service. I believe idea should refrain from such cheap twchniques in order to make money.

                                  It's so sad to tell you that your service to your loyal customer is not at all satisfactory and the way you treat your customer is really ridiculous.

                                  Fact of matter is that without my prior consent, music pack service was activated on my mobile number [protected]. With response to this, i called the customer care executive named jayashri. After lot of discussion we came to the conclusion that she'll discontinue that service and will refund that amount to me provided that i have to call customer care executive again. So following that, i was trying to call but couldn't get the call connected to executive. So after 24 hour, my call connected and when i asked about the refund, he simply told me that i'm not eligible for that refund as 24 hour has passed. Is this the way you treat to your customer?

                                  In addition to that in between, i tried to contact senior executive, every time it took minimum 18min to start conversation.in today's world, do anyone have this much time to contact you and take follow up for same?

                                  Kindly look into the matter and avail me the solution.

                                  Last but the least, it's not about the money i'm asking for refund, it's all about the service you are giving to your customer.

                                      This is clear fraud by idea and i want idea to return my balance with proper validity as per above plan..

                                      I got call from Idea and they asked me to provide screenshot of the recharge I did or the said offer.

                                      I am attaching screenshot the said offer of Rs 392 on my number, as it is available now. I want to confirm that it was not the same as it was, when I did recharge, there was no date as mentioned now in the offer for deciding who are new customers, and will get the said services for 84 days.

                                      I am also attaching the message, I got from idea after the recharge was successful on my number, where it is clearly saying that the offer is for 84 days new 4G handsets and 14 days for others. There is no date mentioned to determine for whom services are available for 14 days only.

                                        My idea number [protected] have been deducted 14rs (3+3+8), i have contacted care they say i have dialled an ussd, but the truth is i haven't dialled anything and they have unnecessarily deducted 14 rs. Its time to let go idea and port to airtel. Very disappointed over the customer care service. I have tried them thrice... They keep on telling they'll forward it to their supervisor which never happens and after a short ringtone they'll disconnect the call. When you can't even give us a reply about tje money which was deducted by you then you probably must stop services. If this happens again i am gonna put a port request the same day.
