I, vinayak medhi paid rs.300/- on 13.10.17 to idea dsa - karvewnagar, pune... Their representative got filled in form and submitted to idea office on 16.10.17.. I got msg. From idea about receipt of my application.. Then again on 21.10.17 kyc confirmation was done. Again for the same work i completed the formalities for kyc again on 25.10.17... Mean while i was interacting with idea cces and supervisor (Suhail sayyed)... I was promised connectivity...

On 16.10.2017 i am going your idea store for inquire of my migration postpaid to prepaid connection, ms rutavi - front desktop operator told me give your thumb and activated your card, i am give there thumb, after verification she demanding for recharge i have told i have no money now for recharge then she reply give me 20 rs for activation charge, i am also given 20 rs activation charge ms rutavi then after i am demanding of bill rs, 20...

I have bought new idea sim [protected] on 18 october 2017 nd in evening i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059. I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't...

Idea operator had charge me 23rs for isd call. I had not done any international call. This is the 2nd time i'm facing such issue.
After talking to c. Care they are saying u had done isd call and the charges are correct so we cant refund the money. I even asked in which country i had done a call they are saying that we don't have any information regarding the no. But u had done a call and the charges are correct

I am b madhu working as branch manager in sbi, mehdipatnam garrison branch. My official mobile number is [protected]. It is provided under tieup between idea and sbi. Suddenly from 24th of this month, services have been stopped. We are facing a lot of inconvenience as it is official number. When i contacted customer care, they told that some request has been lodged to block the sim as it has been lost. How can you block the sim without verification...

Today approx 150 rupees deducted from my prepaid balance just activating movie masti on my number without my permission. It is now getting worst stealing money in the name of subscription without permission. I am fed up of losing money on idea value added services without my permission....

I have 2 postpaid no of idea and my contact no is [protected], [protected] on 8th of oct i raise upc requeat fro mobile no portability becouse of your poor services and in that mnp request i face following issue

1. On no [protected] i raise request for upc 5 time but till today i didn't get upc code in my mobile so i have to cala customer care for asking upc code

2. On 8th oct i pay advance...

Initially, i'm in vodafone network. One fine day, my colleague got a call from idea celluar team (Neha - [protected]) and explained their offers. Since my friend is not able to understand the offers which they are explaining him. I came into the line and inquired the offers. Hence i asked that, if i switch from vodafone to idea, will you provide me a complimentary bag and watch (As there is an offer in idea long back). Immediately she said...

I ported my mobile no. [protected] from idea postpaid to airtel prepaid in the month of august 2017, i talked to idea customer care and asked about porting, my dues and paid all my dues (Rs. 3176) as told by customer care executive. But today i got sms stating that an amount of rs. 872 is still pending for payment for mobile no. [protected]. I have no detail for such a large amount. Please look into the matter and get it solved.

As i had recharged of ₹505 (Pack o[censored]nlimited calls + 1gb 4g/3g data per day for 84 days on this number:[protected]) recharge date : 30th august 2017 and valid till 24th november 2017. But they canceled my plan yesterday (24th october 2017)
They are not giving any satisfactory answer and i complained the same at there customercare but as usual i didn’t got any satisfactory answer. I had a talk with piyush...

Am really disappointed by the service provided by idea. My father went to convert his 3g sim to 4g sim few days back in the idea store near palasia idea thana indore. The old sim is no longer working and the new one is not yet started. Its been more than a 9 days that the number is not working. The person at the store are not responding properly, he is not capable to solve the technical problem being faced. This is really vary disappointing....

I have been receiving calls from idea collections team from phone number [protected] continously for the last week asking for a payment of rs. 1000 though i never had any idea connection. Despite asking them repeatedly for the idea number that is registered in my name, they are not providing it and are harassing me.
Since today i have received 11 calls from the same number with a lady threatening me of police case if i do not pay the...

Mail content which i sent to idea customer care:

I used the number [protected] from the year 2007 to the year 2011. I closed this connection and i shifted my work from pune to chennai. Since the year 2012, i didnt used this number. I understand this number is alloted to some one else after me.

Surprisingly all of sudden, i received a mail in the year 2016 to pay the due amount for this connection.

I contect idea costmer car by my idea no. [protected] on 198 but no contect and i tray onther idea no. To contect idea costemer car also call conected and officer said plz wait till 24 hrs. To contect idea car to my no. It's not far i have only one time contect idea car not 3 time so plz some action & network probem sowl till 4 day so my 4 gb data lost and officer said no refund your data...

From the past one month idea has been activating some stupid service automatically from their side without my consent and has been deducting my balance for it. Inspite of complaining to the local idea store this issue has not been solved and i am frustrated with the company. I will surely burn their sim card after some time and i am never ever going to recommend idea to anyone. Good for nothing company may you suffer as much as you have made...

I am using idea postpaid service (Maharashtra circle) since last 7 years but after porting to idea mumbai circle i am getting flash sms from idea power continuously for unwanted promotional value added services.
Tried calling idea help and complaint number 198 for registering complaint but no use, no solution from idea executives!

Please help or provide the process to stop such flash messages!...
