I had subscribed to idea connection on 20th september with below
Mentioned plan offered by idea 499.

30 gb data (1 gb per day)
5 gb extra

After activation of the this plan from last 1 month i am not able to use data properly due to low speed. I called several times to call center but found their executives irresponsible.
I complained (Complain number:c![protected] about very slow speed that i am getting but as
Expected, no resolution. Till now,

Note :- idea is a fraud company launched by # birla's

If you have shame left, degrade my plan to lowest rental plan, i will opt for mnp after 2 months.

Hi i have kept for safe custody for 2 month i was out of india i just reached 2 days late in idea store they have permantly disccounted my number. I was using that number since 15 years i can say that number was my identity.
I am not getting for 50 rs my postpaid sim how can get disccounted with my permission.

Not receiving network, call drops, worst internet speed, missing call because of your network problem. It was said jio provides bad services but let me say idea is gone worse can't even provide network properly, jio is gone too up its giving best services. If idea want to survive please give good services, or else all of your customers will get shifted to jio. Hope u r getting number porting requests from your customers. Solve it soon or your more customers are going down. At least 10 customers of idea are going to jio from my family, due to provided problems. Best luck.

The idea app showing me ul l and n calls and 1gb/day till 31 march 2018 @50 ₹ after that same will be at 300₹/month. But now they charging me of 349 ₹ for l and n and 50₹ for data. These details are not in the plan

Please! Give me back my money idea you are irritated and your customer service was too much worst.i call idea customer care they send me number. Request me to send “Stop” to 58559 sms. I do but result nothing.

I am trying to port my number, but didn’t approve my request. I have generated two porting code iw123932, iw373754 one in aug & second in october, but the cancelled both. Even i they didn’t msg or mail me that my request has rejected, when i call them to know the satus abt my porting request then they told me that my request has been rejected. When i asked them the reason for rejection they replied that you didn’t pay proper bill, this is disgusting i have already submit 120rs extra in october month bill, i have receipt in my mail, other operator says that they are leaving ur number willingly, i really frustrated from idea, this is mentally harassment, deliberately idea is doing this. I am requesting for help to porting out my number, it will be a great help.. Plz help. Plz tell where mention my mobile number.

Hi, I want to deactivate caller tune of my idea number. Please reduced it as possible as. My idea number is [protected]

I have lost my idea sim and i applied for a duplicate sim. They told me that it would be activated within 4hours. But it's been 6hours and still it's not activated. My sim was lost 4days ago and the idea office nearby took 4days to get a duplicate sim. There was a lot a inconvenience for me for their behavior since i was not able to make any calls and all.

Got call from [protected] & [protected] from ritika on 16 oct 2017, she asked to pay waive off amount (Transaction number[protected] but neither number has been activated nor she is responding.

Also got the mail form "amit. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com" to pay the required amt but seems it was fake call & mail. Please do the needful.

Dear team,
I bearing mobile number - [protected] with idea network have been approaching the idea store and idea outlets for changing my service from prepaid to postpaid. I have been told to approach idea local outlet which i called up customer care. When i have approached the idea store at vijayawada, opposite to raghaiavah park - i have been told that they are having shortage of sims and would take more than 6 months to receive the sims. I have then approached idea store at kakinada - bhanugudi center, i was told that they dont have ids for changing the same. And i have approached another store at kakinada, opposite to boats club - they have come up with new reason that i need to come only on the cycle date. I have been calling customer care all these time when i have approached these idea outlets, but i have not received any resolution. I dont have any idea whom to approach. Iam not using this service and want it to be changed to nominal rental.

When the jio is there the mandotory idea offer you spoke before sucks so bad no one likes it...
Its a worst thing i ever heard in my entire life much worse than taher shahs songs and dhinchak pooja your that dialer tone thing is a torchure some one can get depressed after hearing this its one of the nightmares one can hear so bad...

Idea committed 6 gb data with unlimited calling per month for postpaid plan 499 on dated dated 21.05.17.
So considering data offer i was changed my vodafone cell ([protected]) to idea but till date i have not received committed 6gb data, actual received only 3gb per month.
When i asked representative they told me you have 6gb but fact remain same because after 3gb usage of every month my data pack not working.

Finally i reached with bill evident then idea declared as your plan is 3gb.
I have evidence so enclosed plan copy pertaining commitment.
I was suffered almost 5 months & continuous follow up but they people are not responding for my loss even after written complaint.

I lost an idea sim & requested for duplicate sim. Idea centre fellow took 80 rs fee & once the sim get activated, you have charged 50rs as processing fee. What is this? Whether idea want customers or not? If at all idea wants to have as many customers as possible, it must look into these aspects. I don't know, whether ur idea center fellow is right or not, i[censored] resolve this i ll stay with idea otherwise i ll get away

Sir mera naam shekhar kumar gola hai mere number par dialor tune lagi thi jo maine usi din hatwati thi phir mere unbillet mai 265 show kar rahe hai sir mai chahata jab mai uska benit nahi le raha hu to wo charge kyu jud raha hai mai agar wo charge nahi hata to mai apna number port karwa lunga. Or mere ghar mai bhi bill connection idea ke unko bhi band karwa dunga jab ki maine customer care ko kai baar complaint kar di abhi tak show kar agr mere monthly bil mai add hote to na to b ill jama karunga or na hi kuch number ot band kar lunga kitni baar compant kara di koi snwai nahi ho rahai hai

But im not setisfied your service, currently muje postpaid service ki demand nahi hai issiliye mene gujarat ke surendranagar city me shivshakti enterprice jo my idea ka stor he vaha mene date: - 13/10/2017 ko postpaid to prepaid ki requeast all requred document or pura month ka advanced payment (vijaybhai- executives –mobile no-[protected]) kiya tha fir migration ki requeast ki thi or muje idea stor se idea ka fresh simcard bhi diya gaya tha jo mere pass hai, jiska refrence mail bhi mere pas he-communication id c[protected] he. Lekin kisi problum se wo mera simcard abhi bhi prepaid nahi ho paya, fir maine waha par complain ki lekin uska koi sollution nahi aaya, fir maine idea celluler ki official complain email pe complain ki lekin fir bhai mera problum sortout nahi hua he uske bad maine 6-7 bar complain ki he tollfree number 198 pe bhi help li cmplain ki he lekin muje setisfide service nahi mili, or mere sath idea compny ne or compeny ke sales exicutive or my idea stor surendranagr ke exicutive ne fraud kiya gaya hai, mere sath missbehevior kiya he muje fake offer ki information dekarke mera kafi nukshan kiya he, mere pass abhi 7 -8 call recording he jo idea compny ke exicutive ne mere sath bat ki hui he or muje fake information di gai he, mere kafi probelum hui hai, is problum ka kya solution ho sakta he sir please aap muje help kijiye maine bahot koshis ki aapke emploer se lekin uska koi responce hi nahi mil pata he, mere pass all type ke vitness he meseges/mail/recording/othe agar mera problum sollution nahi hu to muje grahak suraksha/police/trai/or idea celluler ke ceo/md/or media, ko complain karna padega, mera problum hai ya to muje postpaid to prepaid me migrat karva dijiye otherwise me mnp karke other network me join karunga, compny ne muje 6 month ke liye bill pe discount diya tha wo bhi maine reverce payment kar diya hai mere account me allreddy 630 rs. Plus hai or wo 6 month discount wali offer bhi maine compny me call karke closed karva di hai, to currntly mare hisab se mare idea account me koi problum nahi hai to sir i request for you, me idea ka kafi purana costmer hu, really i need your help, im waiting your idea service responce.

I ported from airtel to idea - my biggest mistake - and everything worked fine for 2 months. Suddenly i couldn’t call anyone, when i complained they said it’s due to the outstanding amount from the previous network.

I accept that it was my fault that i didn’t pay the amount with in the stipulated date. But you cannot bar my calls just like that without information. They said they had already send an sms about 20 days back. You guys keep on spamming my inbox with nonsense messages and expect me to go through all the messages???

Seriously bad customer experience.

Sir, i m ravinder goswami and my mobile no. Is [protected]... And i was paid my last bill of rs.300 and after paying that bill my balance will be of rs.230.. And i was contact to your customer care and they said that your amount was transferred to an idea no. But sir, i don't have any idea number... Please sir. Provide my money as soon as possible... My alternate mobile number is [protected] and my address and all other things also correct but you not refund ny money to me. You tell me last 17/10/2017 but money was not refund. It will allover 90 days and again and again u tell me date and date and not refund my money!!! Back today your customer care call me from [protected] at 9:30 and said that your money was refundable and he said that i will not forward your complain to next step and he was talking to me with very misbehaving to me and advised me to "come noida and take the cheque if youyou want" in a very rude language.
