      Hi,

      Myself rupal and am idea customer since more than 9 years.

      I have my talktime recharge last time but not any data plan activated. As well as i never enable it by mistake even still i notice that idea charge me 0.04 rs. 5-10 times in day with message like last usage 0.00 mb and 0.04 rs. Charge cut.

      So amazing idea service which charge customer without using their service.

      I want idea to take step on it and stop to cutting my balance for no reason else i will start take strict steps.

        I recharged local special tariff voucher of Rs 48 by sending sms *444*48# on 12Th Oct. 2017. Then I received sms from IDEA stating,
        "Recharge successful for MRP Rs48. Talk time added is 0.00. Current balance is Rs182.60 Now make all local [protected]@25p/m in Mumbai & Maharashtra circles for 28 days val. Current balance is Rs182.60. IDEA."
        Now IDEA is charging Calls @30p/m. instead of 25p/m.
        I complained this matter to IDEA customer care officer. But he did not give proper solution to my complaint. He did not satisfied my queries.

          I have a 4g connection, 4g simcard and 4g handset.. Earlier i used to get quite a good speed, but since last 2. Month speed is very low. I get about 50 kilobytes per sec (I. E @400 kilo bits per sec). Earlier i use to get as high as 800 kilobytes ps. Connectivity is good. My son and wife both are getting much higher speed using other operators (Vodafone jio).
          My number is old and thats why i am continuing with idea without porting. But now the same idea is proving irritating.. Cant watch streaming programs..

            Promotional voice messages before connecting calls - a new low in marketing.

            Recently, i found myself in an unfortunate situation wherein i had to contact
            My family urgently. As i waited to hear the familiar beeps that you hear when a call is being connected, i was shocked to listen to an automatically recorded voice message, telling me about the latest offers and plans. It was only after the woman had delivered her message (Which was at least a minute long, at least), was i allowed to hear the traditional ringing of a telephone. Yes, they do not even attempt to connect your call while you're listening to that woman talk about diwali dhamakas. No no no. You're only allowed to inform your family that you're stranded with a flat tyre on a dark road after you listen to the whole message. It's the same thing all the time and it's being going on for a few days. Does this compay realise that it is a mobile service provider and the responsibilities that come with being one? People use their mobile phones to make emergency calls all the time. If god forsake somebody dies because they had to listen to that woman yap about for a minute about diwali dhamaka, their blood will be on your hands. And one of these days it is going to happen. You send us 5 promotional messages a day and at least 1 call everyday (3, in case you don't pick up) why then do you need to stoop so low as to have people, possibly in life threatening situations, listen to your message before calling for help? Do you think anybody pays attention to that message, even if they do not have an emergency at their hands? Nobody does. All this outrageous marketing technique achieves is irritated customers who'll soon switch to jio.

            I submitted my complaint and an action regarding the same was taken by the Idea consumer care the very next day. I received a text message on my phone number (submission of which was optional along with the complaint) stating that the 'Pre Call Announcements' shall be deactivated. Now this is good work ethic.

[protected] on17, 09, 17 at 6.48 pm and i came to know that in monthly bill charges of isd call is 915 which i haven't called after taking to idea ccare suggested to complaint on 1963 but not recorded my complaint. I request idea to give waiver of this rs 915. All please note that 1963 is not able to record your complaint also.

                    Hi,
                    I was happy with airtel network, 6 months back received a call from idea and she pleaded me to use idea... Very first day called 0 network at my residence to customer care and 6 months continuously complained no response. 15th sep 2017 switched back to airtel and today 10th oct 2017.. I get a call from a lawyer that i have to pay the bill if not you will be arrested guys it’s just for 600rps and second every month extra 70-80 rps will be charged for value added service without my activation and this september 2017 bill also.. No one called me that i have to pay the bill and i got to know after the notice came to my home and the phone call... People my humble request please network is very bad and they cheat customers
                    I am not writing this to promote fake message... This has happened with me and no one should face this problem

                          I have posted the number from airtel idea two. Montha back and you confirmed no additional charge. The bill. Amount will be 330. Now from second month onwards i can see sms package, like that additional entity in bill which is ridiculous. I clearly asked to you is there any hidden charges during that time. And reply was big no. I can understand the roaming charges in new bill.

                          This is clearly a cheating and i will take to customer court if this is not resolving asap. Thanks

                            My father was expired on 22nd july 2017, and he was using the number [protected]
                            After his death we have not disconnected his no. As his business calls are still coming.

                            However my complaint is that from last 2 months there being no outgoing call from his no, so why the bill amount is 400-500 rupees every month
                            Kindly explain this and requested you to please reduce bill amt of every month or i need to port his number to other connection who offer better services at reduce rate.

                                I want to port out from my idea number which is [protected], so i sent the port sms on 11th october, but till today i didn't get the upc code from idea. Idea has done the same with my others number as well which are [protected] and [protected]. Today, i called on idea cc number and i was told that there are some problems with upc code generation. But when i told them that i didn't find any issue with other operators while requesting for the code, my call was put on hold and after 5-6 minutes i hung up my call. Idea is trying to stop the customers who wants to leave its network. It means idea doesn't care about the trai rules.

                                After above complaint, I got a call from [protected]. The 'senior' executive said that you will have to wait for 10-12 days more because the number is not older than 90 days but this number isolder than '150 days'. He doesn't share the date of activation of the number and when I said that I am going to complaint about this to TRAI, he said that it will not make any difference. It means idea has no fear of TRAI or consumer complaints. I want to port in to BSNL. I want that TRAI should consider my complaint because idea is going against the TRAI rules.

                                    Dear sir, idea cellular not ready to process my 4 idea postpaid no. To jio after all payment done three times.

                                    There executive send my port request to waiver by there own system and mail me that i opt for waiver. Jio person two times process the request and waste there sim cards. No idea executive, senior and even apellete authority help to port. I make near about 30-40 times calls and request on 198 but they said that they cant help, i also mention the reason for port, sometime they said that payment is not enough, some time they said that due to govt. Code of conduct port rejected automatically and i receive the message of waiver. This is happening from last 13 days. After making all the payment of extra two months they really too much mentally harresses me. Please help me. My time and money both are going to waste because of wrong practice and policies of idea.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have approached idea franchisee of harihar (Railway station road) karnataka, in the month of 20aug 2017, they told me to come on 4th sept 2017, i went on that day, he asked me to clear the bills i paid completely in cash, they told within 4 days the services will be stopped & i have to use new sim, they provided. After wards the services did not stopped, again i approached on 5th oct2017, they shown me the intimation the booked in computer agin they given me another sim, they say services will be stopped within 4-5days. But now also services did not stopped & i am receiving messages & call to pay the bill before 16th oct.
                                      As i am an employee of abg group, whether i should appreciate the excellent service? My number [protected]

                                        I have received following email from idea. I dint understand although i have reported loss of card and card was blocked. How billing kept open and i have been charged for this number?
