This refers to constant harassment by unknown people claiming to be from delhi lok adalat for recovering unpaid dues of idea mobile no.
I have received 4 calls from different ladies and gents. The latest being today. These persons are constantly harassing me and issuing threats of police action and court summons.
This is causing tremendous stress to me. I do not understand how idea cellular can do this.

The recharge was made on 27 of sep 2017 as per idea app for [protected] no, according to offer i should avail unlimited call and 1 gb data per day for 56 days, but i have received only unlimited, other benefit for 1 gb per day is not recievd, i have raised the compliant to idea from 7 of oct, till now there is no revert from them. The registered mail id was spoorthy. [protected]@gmail.com. Complaint no is[protected]

Res sir i am from nagpur maharshtra complaining against your executives as they provided me the wrong and incorrect information about recharge plans and even spoke to me arrogantly they do not transfer the call to the senior office even after committed by themselves. Due to their in cooperative nature i have decided to port the cell no. After send the request for port i am asking the id by the idea through the sms. So please take the action against the idea employees and the idea company this incident happends on date-11/10/2017 and 13/10/2017. Thank you!

Idea — pd number not getting activated

Hello my name is nitin more using idea postpaid number [protected] that number was not in use as past 2/3 years where i wasn't able to use this number.. As the number get permanent disconnected i paid my bill and the store operater sais number will get activated... But not there are saying it is not confirmed i want to activate that number at any cost i have submitted my documents again still number is not activated... Please help me its my business number my bank account and my aadhar card also link this number it will be alot losss for me if i didn't get that number...

Hi,
I had recharged my number with the amount 392 as per the plan told by one of your executive. For unlimited calling and 1 gb data daily for 84 days, but today i m not getting the benefits of the same plan. So please register my complaint and do the needful.
Before making recharge i contacted idea customer care and after that only i had choose the plan.

Call drop/intermitten connection/bad voice quality/frequent internet disconnections/no internet

Issue in detail -

I stay on 6th floor and have more than 4 connections of idea in same house, total connections in family 10 most of them are postpaid. All of them face the same issue when they are at above location/address and works awesome other wise.

When i am at home i. E in my flat i get only single network bar but as soon as you try to dial any number network becomes full but call drops or you cannot hear other persons voice in one go same thing happen if you get incoming call. The voice quality is pathetic. I cannot talk for more than 10-15 seconds. The voice quality improves if i come in gallery/terrace area however it will last only for a half minute and again issue comes in. Though i am paying for 4g network and using 4g sim the internet quality is worst than incoming/outgoing calls. When i am in parking area of society network is awesome and i do not see such issues but as soon as you climb the floors say 1st to 10th you cannot use idea connection. There are many connections of idea in the soc. But i am not sure how many have launched a complaint for the same. I have tried all the network troubleshooting but its no use because the issue is with all 4 idea connections in my house. I will not be able to connect to internet unless i move to open area in my flat. I do not understand why i am still using idea and its high time now.

All other network operators work awesome in my flat example - tata doccomo, jio, reliance etc. May be its time to switch or port my number to these operators now.

I have launched this complaint many times by calling idea customer care, they log the complaint and resolves the issue, voice quality and internet improves for few days (Say 3-4 days) and again it comes back, so i am fed up now. I need a permanent solution now.

You cannot imagine how critical this issue can become at certain circumstances, some of which i noticed which forced me to write this : (

[1] frequent disconnection of calls, i lost most awaiting telephonic interview
[2] in heavy rain my office cab says your phone was not reachable we tried many times and dropped your pickup
[3] medical emergency where you cannot call others
And many more... Where you just say "f" word for idea

Why i am still connected with idea?
I have experienced a good network at my previous or other locations and the services are good but now a days feeling very hard time with this operator due to this issue specially.

Ps - we use phone for communication but with such type of service even pager world was better, you are ruining you name in this area.

Due to poor services of poor net work at my residence and working area locally as well as on outstation touring visits, excessive billing by way of no prior intimation, permission for mobile data beyond ceilings etc. And dropping of complaints without sorting out the issue and without consulting me, i applied for porting out mobile no [protected] to airtel however the same is not yet approved by idea officials. Few days back company official informed that proble m will be solved and refund of excessive payment will be made but no action is being taken despite false assurances. More over permission for porting is being delayed.

Many time we request to your store manager for disconnecting the number of data card. Already mail drop to them, but every month they generate the bills. & many time our office boy visit to the store, but they didn't respond. Sir i have number-[protected] on which jokes service was activated without my consent twice in september and twice in august month and on 12 october also rs.3 have been deducted for cricket score of match which happened 2 days ago.

Therefore i request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and take strictest of action against it

I'm facing network problem from long time.. I didn't get get internet speed.. I have done everything what they told me.. Setting changed, apn changed.. My phone is samsung galaxy grand-2.. Now i get only 2g speed. I contacted your customer care executive 4-5 times but noone responded.. I'm using your idea prepaid simcard since 6yrs really i have never expected this kind of service from idea.. Please take appropriate action against it..

My rs. 63/- balance was illegally deducted. I got sms on[protected] that najara animation is downloaded. I called customer care but they don't have any concern about this.. I want my balance back because i haven't download anything. I checked my whole phone memory, memory card, web history, apps but there is no any existence of najara animation. I inderjit from kapurthala 144601, punjab. I went to idea office (Navyug communication) on 05-oct-2017 for link aadhar no. On my prepaid number, in the office there one employee miss mamta, she was said to me that aadhar no. Attached with prepaid connections date was expired on 15-sep-2017 and you should convert the connection in postpaid then your connection will work, otherwise your prepaid connection will working stop. But i don't know is it right or wrong, then i said ok i agree. After that i call to customer care for confirm about is it compulsory to convert the connection in pospaid and they said "no", then i again visit at navyug communication and told to miss mamta that "i call to customer care they saying that it is no need to convert prepaid to postpaid for link aadhar no. And for linked aadhar number on prepaid connections end date till the month of february 2018", then she said convert to postpaid only the one way for working connection, if you don't convert then your no. Will stop permanently.

Then i call to customer care office 6 to 8 times and i explain them but they told me every time "you should wait four to five days" and today is 12-oct-2017 & my problem is not solved by idea customer care. And i registered complaint two times.
This happen only because of miss mamta completed her sale target. That's why she misguide me and waste my money and time.

Mene 505 ka rechage karaya usme unlimited calls and 1 gb net pr day ka hai. Mujhe internet chalane me speed nahi mil rhi jesa ki company ne bola. Complain company me karne k bad bhi solution nahi mil raha. Mene kam se kam is month mai 3 bar complain karwai hai. Unhone sim change karne ka bola uske bi 73/- charge kia fir bhi koi solution nahi mil raha. Wo complain likhate par problem solve nahi hoti

Today I received a SMS saying Bollywood Silk service activated @ INR 45 per month. When complained they did not file my complaint. It is a fraud.

I have taken idea wifi dongle. On 950 per month plan.

Last 755 has been added to my bill i just overlooked and paid thought that some yearly changer has been levied.

This month i have received today. Same 755 has been added.

I called help desk asked for why this money has been levied.

I got respond that some internet service has been activated on internet.in my knowledge i have not done anything like that.

Few month back i face issue on payment then also i called call center i did not get good support form support end.

I am very dissatisfied with behavior.

I want to disconnect my service. I am ready pay 950+ tax for the 8th sep 2017 to 7th oct 2017. And from 9th oct 2017 to 12 th oct 2017 what value come base 950 rental and gst.

This also i have communicated to support give full figure for disconnection. I will pay.

But support team is not ready to help why.

If i have not done any thing why should i pay for that. And all of sudden when bill amount got budget of normal person get disturb.

I am paying regularly and requested

Request you stop my bill from today on wards. And give total amount.

Anyway i am paying more to you when internet is being made available in rs 350 per month and in case of discrepancy i have not being helped by your support executive.

Every day my calls are droping but not on any individual but as well on any numbers. While calling or while speaking with someone else unfortunately call is going to drop/voice not reaching. Please check my difficulties that which is very painful against what i am paying to service provider.

Yesterday 12th oct around 11:35am calls me from [protected] to refund the money of naukri paid services. My red 8500/ deducted from my account. She asked me for all debit card information and i give her.

3rs deducted from my account without any reason and when i tried to Talk CC they told me i hav dialed some number and because of that they deducted balance.

Unauthorized balance has been deducted from my mobile balance when i open data connection of idea on 12.10.2017 at 11:22:26 rs. 38
Pls. Refund me the balance and also make sure that it will not happen again.
It will happened twice.
I also call customer care but they do not register my complaint.
