    Service request number[protected], my mobile number [protected]

    I am escalating this issue because o[censored]nsatisfactory resolution of my complaint and self-proclamation by idea customer care that my complaint has been closed without my consent.

    As per your plan details, i should get 4g benefits. However, idea customer care is saying they have credited the eligible non-4g benefits to my account.

    My mobile is 4g mobile and my sim which was purchased recently is an idea 4g sim.

    How can idea customer care close my complaint without asking me whether i am satisfied with resolution or not?

    How irresponsible it is to determine yourselves that my issue is resolved?

    Further, when escalated this issue to idea appellate - maharashtra & goa region, i received a call from mr. Pradip konale who couldn't resolve my query even after 15 minutes discussion and when i asked him to transfer my call to his senior as he is not able to resolve my query, he said he is the highest escalation authority of idea cellular. This could be the worst service experience.

    Mr. Srivastava is the highest appellate authority for maharashtra and goa region as mentioned on idea's website. But, a customer service executive rudely denying to help and stating that he is the highest appellate authority is disgusting.

    First of all, i want the promo benefits of my recharge.
    Secondly, the compensation against the benefits not received since date of recharge i. E. 27th sept'17
    Thirdly, reimbursement of all the recharges i had to do as i didn't get the prescribed benefits of my plan and
    Lastly, an apology from idea appellate for misleading/communicating false information.

      I recharged my idea mobile no. Of [protected] of rs. 402. At the time of recharge via my idea app. It was showing unlimited local/std talktime and 1gb data/day for 56 days and one other plan was also displaying of recharge rs.348 in which benefits were unlimited local/std talktime and 1gb data/day for 28 days so i was chosen recharge of rs. 402. But now today my data validity is over in 28 days only and calling validity is available. When i contacted to idea customer care and talked to mr ram chaubey of lucknow, he is informing me the validity of recharge 402 is 28 days. But at the time of recharge it was showing validity of 56 days. So it is requested you to take this issue on behalf of me. Every time they are doing same thing. They only depend upon their system and they never believe that their system may also show wrong information. Also they are not taking my complaint on call.

        Dear team,

        On 9th october, i received a fraud call from the phone number [protected] narrating my reward points for citi credit card. I got the call on my idea number. They first provided me all my correct first 8 digits of card number and informed me my rewards points is expiring. They told me to convert them to cash back. Then they asked me my cvv and after that i found 4 transactions of rs. 4700 each towards idea payment in from my credit card ending with 2018. The details are attached here. Please investigate into this matter and stop the payments. I could see lot of people are cheated in the same pattern. Which raises concerns towards credibility of idea network.

        I found multiple complaints of same type and no action is taken on the guilty. It seems something very wrong is happening with IDEA customers.

          I have opted for migration of my postpaid idea number [protected] to prepaid and submitted a request for the same on the 4th of oct. 2017. I received a mail with id c1-[protected] confirming the same on the 4th of oct. 2017. I visited the nearest samriddhi myidea gallery in panvel for the same and they provided me with a prepaid sim and confirmed that by 7th of oct. 2017 the process will be complete. My connection had been disconnected for the same. On monday the 9th of oct. 2017 i visited the gallery to know about the status, i have been told that the number is not yet activated and the issue will be resolved and number will be active by day end. On the 10th also the same thing repeated, the number not yet activated and that due to some server issue the number is not activated but will be done by 11th of oct. 2017. When again i visited on the 11th of oct. The same thing repeated, number not activated will be done by 12th of oct. I just wanted to know how long does it take for a number to migrated from postpaid to prepaid in the same service provider. When ported it is done with the number being out of service for a maximum of 4 hours. It seems that your people are not keen on retaining the customers and so they are harassing in this way. Had i known that this would happen then i would have definitely ported to some other service provider

              Request to refund my money back to my card, please do the needful, please take action and help in the refund of the amount appx. Rs 53638.00

              Sbi, scb and icici credit cards were used for the merchant - idea cell-bill desk payement (Idea money)

              I got a fraud call around 12:23 pm today (11oct2017) from [protected] as calling on behalf of sbi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about 11 to 12 fraud transaction using my sbi, scb and icic bank credit card towards (Idea cell-bill desk payement) idea money with 11 transactions (One is declined it seems) each of as below transaction ids:

                Monthly bill of rs.469.98 due on 4th october 2017 was paid on 1st october 2017. Amount of 470 was transferred through ewallet payzapp. Transaction id[protected]if96ux7.
                Mobile services were blocked. On calling the toll free number 12345 the number was unblocked also complaint was taken for checking with the backend on why payment was not updated. However on 11th email was sent that the complaint was closed and that it could not be processed.
                After calling again on the toll free number was told that complaint resolution takes time and it would be resolved tii 16 th, afterwards was told that they have put a remark in the system to resole it till 13 th. However in the portal it still shows that complaint id is closed.
                I am going through this harrasment through no fault of mine.

                  Idea games spark got activated in my number without my doing and it has deducted rs.150 from my talktime. I deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means. I am still one of the users of idea even after hearing so much bad about the company. Please dont make my trust in you go to vain.

                  50 rupees has been deducted from my account saying that desi videos service has been activated. I am actually fedup. I use the internet and some popups may appear and I think the IDEA people has teamed up with them to get money by false means. I want refund of my 150rs+50rs and I dont want any stupid explanations. TRAI has given clear instruction that VAS services should not be activated without the users consent but still the issue has become very common. Please dont make me take unnecessary action.

                  I had attended the call the 2nd and 3rd time you called but couldnt hear anything from your side. I tried calling back and it said the number is out of service. Here is what I have to say even if you are calling: On november 7th afternoon 1:30pm I was not even using the mobile and then I got the message that my request for desi videos has been processed. Please dont call if you are going to tell stupid reasons.

                    I am getting call from [protected] since yesterday. He was asking me for if product has been delivered or not but i said you have contacted wrong person i. E its wrong number and i cut the call. After that he again called me saying sorry as he by mistake dialed my number, i said its ok and i again dropped the call. After few minutes he again called me and asking me to listen him and told me that i have a very soft voice and he wanted to talk with me. I dropped the call and blocked that no. But since yesterday he was still trying to contact me 30 times. Please help me out by taking appropriate action against this no.

                      A guy from myntra called up at 13:36 on 10/10/17 saying that i have won a lucky draw which includes some expensive gifts. To avail this he asked me to purchase worth rs 4000 or above. At 18:44 another no rang up he asked the card details including the otp no. Falling in the trap i disclosed the otp no and he has debited an amount of 19, 505 at ideal money

                              Date 08 oct 2017 time 5:03pm, i have received a phone call from num [protected] my reward points are expired and i can get cash back of rs. 5800/- adjusted against my reward points for shopping.

                              They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and 16 digit card number. I was suspicious and asked how could i believe it. They mentioned to send the otp. Then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 4816/- each will be credited immediately. After providing otp 3 transactions were done and in 10 minutes i got to know that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

                              The transaction was for idea cell-billdesk.

                              Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

                                Hi, 3 months back, i had taken idea post paid connection. We have idea desk at my office and they sold me one post paid number. Plan is 499 and they said i would get daily 2 gb data along with unlimited local and std calls as it is a corporate plan. I submitted all required documents and waited 7 days to activate the connection. After so many calls they activated my number. Very first day i made one phone call and i consumed 600 mb data. Next day, i got a message about idea bill. It's 600+ rs. I was shocked and called customer care. They said as per my plan (499), i would get only 5gb per month. So i requested to terminate my connection as i would not get sufficient data. They denied and told me to visit store to terminate the connection. They started calling me every day and irritating me about post paid bill but they were not terminating the connection. I never used that sim card again. I used it only one day (600 mb data+ one phone call)

                                One day i got a call from some sa associates and he started abusing me. Now i got a notice from them and it is stated that if i don't pay the bill of 1238 along with tax they will initiate legal proceedings.

                                I'm ready to pay the amount but why they were not concerning about my complaints. Why they did not take any action on their sales person for giving me wrong information.

                                Please help on this. I don't know how to proceed with it.

                                  Myself irtiza hussain. I purchased a postpaid sim of idea before 3 years & deposited 300 rs. As a security deposit. I have migrated my postpaid number to prepaidsim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. I was told by mail and customer executive in idea showroom that money will be send back to me by within 45days through cheque in my mailing adreess. But still i have not received that.. I am really very much disappointed with this act of idea guys & wanna fire a complain. Plz do something. My details are here-

                                      My name is mohan vaza, my number is [protected], i checked recharge scheme by dialling *121#, there was a unlimited l/n calls + 56 gb data valid for 56 days, for doing online recharge via phonepe i got a message from idea that your recharge of rs 404 was successful with unlimited l/n calls + 2gb data for 35 days, which i less then what was shown, so i called up to customer service and they said that my scheme is for 56 days with 56 gb data,
                                      I just request idea to send actual sms of 56days scheme, because i dout that they will end this scheme in 35 days, which i feel is wrong doing with costomer.

                                      I have one more complain, last month sometime i was not able to do normal call, even after hav something around rs20 in my account, it was like am calling my friend sometime it gets connected and sometimes it is showing you don't have sufficient balance, i was totally frustrated because wanted to do urgent call and was not able to do even after having balance, on contacting to customer service, they were not able to justify it saying it is technical problem

                                        Hi,

                                        I have been receiving fraudulent calls regarding by sbi card from last 1 week, i keep disconnecting the calls, even after disconnecting they tried to reach me providing all my information (Card num, exp date, dob, address).

                                        Sbi also provides otp to the email address, got to change all the details of my personal email ids, bank accounts.

                                        Yesterday at around 3pm received a fraud transaction of rs.4998 on my card ending in 6843 bearing with name monica and immediately blocked the card as it was only after 5min of transaction i called the sbi asked the representative to cancel the transaction, they said it is not possible. Later when i noticed the charge was in memo debit.

                                        Today ie., on 10th oct when i called and asked regarding the memo debit they said the funds are not claimed by merchant yet and if not claimed in 7 days the charges will be reversed to the card, so i asked to stop the transaction and the id provided by sbi is t18027. They replied its not possible.

                                        I have been using cards from different banks since last 3 years, never this situation raised. Only after started using sbi since last 1month this issue happened yesterday.

                                        There were no sufficient funds on the card, now i need to pay the over amount charges because of the unauthorized transaction and sbi is not able to cancel the transaction as well when merchant has not claimed.

                                        The transaction from MEMO DEBIT has changed to unbilled transaction with a OVERLIMIT FEE (EXCL TAX 90.00) of Rs.500. When I raised a complaint about the unauthorized transaction SBI is not able to stop before the merchant claimed the amount or wait till the issue has been resolved. When there are no sufficient funds the transaction should be declined or should have informed me before processing the charge. Nothing has been taken care by SBI.

                                        Why do SBI send OTPs to mobile and registered email address, one way of communication should suffice for the transaction to be done. I never felt using SBI would cause this much of issues, which I have never faced using other cards from banks ICICI, HDFC which works far better than SBI in terms of customer.
