Hi,

I have been receiving fraudulent calls regarding by sbi card from last 1 week, i keep disconnecting the calls, even after disconnecting they tried to reach me providing all my information (Card num, exp date, dob, address).

Sbi also provides otp to the email address, got to change all the details of my personal email ids, bank accounts.

Yesterday at around 3pm received a fraud transaction of rs.4998 on my card ending in 6843 bearing with name monica and immediately blocked the card as it was only after 5min of transaction i called the sbi asked the representative to cancel the transaction, they said it is not possible. Later when i noticed the charge was in memo debit.

Today ie., on 10th oct when i called and asked regarding the memo debit they said the funds are not claimed by merchant yet and if not claimed in 7 days the charges will be reversed to the card, so i asked to stop the transaction and the id provided by sbi is t18027. They replied its not possible.

I have been using cards from different banks since last 3 years, never this situation raised. Only after started using sbi since last 1month this issue happened yesterday.

There were no sufficient funds on the card, now i need to pay the over amount charges because of the unauthorized transaction and sbi is not able to cancel the transaction as well when merchant has not claimed.

The transaction from MEMO DEBIT has changed to unbilled transaction with a OVERLIMIT FEE (EXCL TAX 90.00) of Rs.500. When I raised a complaint about the unauthorized transaction SBI is not able to stop before the merchant claimed the amount or wait till the issue has been resolved. When there are no sufficient funds the transaction should be declined or should have informed me before processing the charge. Nothing has been taken care by SBI.

Why do SBI send OTPs to mobile and registered email address, one way of communication should suffice for the transaction to be done. I never felt using SBI would cause this much of issues, which I have never faced using other cards from banks ICICI, HDFC which works far better than SBI in terms of customer.

    I lost my idea sim of kerela registration in mumbai. I contacted idea company retailer shop, malad west, mumbai. I was told that old number is retainable i just need to submit photo copy of aadhar card, i did necessary. Its been almost 20 days and issue is still pending. My all bank accounts are related to that number, kindly understand the gravity of the situation and resolve it.

        Dear customer care / support team,
        1. I may submit that i am a senior citizen aged 70 years.
        2. On 7th oct i was informed that on one vas – ‘dhinchika’ has been activated on my phone number ; 99218.27516 as per sms received from “54300” at 18:17 without any input given by myself.
        3. I initiated an instant action to get this vas stopped through 155223 & 198.
        4. I could talk to one customer care officer named mr deepak at 19;23 hrs on 7th oct itself and explained everything. My concern regarding inadvertent activation of vas and “refund of rs 105” to my account could not be resolved at that time because “your server was down”.
        5. I could not approach yesterday on 8th oct because i had to rush to mumbai due to the death of one relative. Today i have been trying to contact a “customer care officer thru 198” but sadly no one is available.
        6. In view of the above you are requested to please look into the matters at and arrange to credit the amount of rs 105. To my account. Any inconvenience thus caused to you is sincerely regretted. I shall be obliged for the above.

          This is yogesh, i am very helpless with your services, actually i am getting frequently calls from your side to make a payment of idea no [protected].

          The case is that i requested for above mentioned number and give documents to filed executive after some time i have not receive idea sim not done verification for the same. But before some day i receive a copy of that number of bill at my residence with monthly rental.

          My concern is only that when i have not get sim for that number so how could no activated or bill generated.

          I will not pay a single for that connection and raise a compliant with consumer forum in this regard.

              Reliance has ported my number without any request, instead of repeated attemps i failed to contact reliance customer care service on mobile phone as the customer care service is out of service from past one month.
              So, i visited reliance store only to know that it is already ported.

              However, whatever may be the error due to which this mnp process initiated. I am ready to join idea network, for this i visited my nearest idea store and was shocked to see that my number is active in idea postpaid network since 12 days and that too with some other person's name!

              How is it that my number is registered in some other persons name?

              Please look into this issue and provide me my number as soon as possible as i am left without any mobile number.

                I submitted application for mnp from maharashtra circle to up east circle on 06 oct 17. It was said the staff will visit my residential address and verify original documents. But till date no one contacted me. Surprisingly i am only getting sms saying i have not responded. Request to check call details and you can be assured that your staff is all lies and nobody has contacted me or enquired about me in my residential area.in case you not interested in mnp, i will be forced to go for annulment of the connection. Kindly look into the functionality of your staff. Hoping for favourable response.

                  As per suggestion of the idea customer care excecutive i recharged 404 rs which had unlimited calls and 84 gb of internet for 84 days.. But i recieved only 1gb of internet which had 1 month validity... When i am calling to customer excecutive they are not properly responding and they are seeking apology for the concern..                     Today when i saw my bill, i was surprised to see that i have been charged for blue lima value added services, which i never requested. You are cheating your customers, as i noticed on the internet that there are so many other idea customers like me who got the same thing.                       As per coustomer care call on 08/07/2017, i paid all the dues upto 8/07/17 as payment of rs. 860 & rs. 545 for my net sim [protected] and changed my plan to basic thariff around rs. 100/-. The lady who called me in my idea no [protected] on that day said me that the plan has changed successfully today onwards. You can verify the call in your records available in your office. But now i came to know that the plan has not changed, and i have a due amount of rs. 1308/-. However this is a cheating. So i am not willing to continue this connection and i am disconnecting this connection.
                      Please disconnect this connection by avoiding the dues. I am ready to pay the bill as per the thariff that your staff agreed to change on 08/07/2017.

                            My name is qameruddin salam from i received a fraud phone call from representing as citibank executive from (+91 [protected])
                            Saying that my reward points going to be expired which can be converted to cash of 4700/- and will be added to my credit account and will be adjusted in my next bill or i can withdraw also. He told my credit card number and told me that i have received a new card which i only knows that and how many rewardpoints i have, and to convert this he will do certain process then i will get an sms, i got doubt but since knows my all details i agreed to start the process reveal the pin which i received in sms. He did 4 transaction of 4700. Please find below are the details:

                            After finishing the call when i checked all my sms i came to know that it was a fraud call and 4 transaction of 4700 which is 18800/- made from my credit card number:4386 xxxx xxxx xx57.

                            Please see below transaction statement i received:

I approach hyderabad cyber crime police loged a complaint and send the fir copy citibank. They said they coordinate with police and investigate. It took 3 weeks as of now, finally they sent

                            We wish to confirm that based on your representation we have investigated the transactions incurred at m/s idea payment in.

                            Our records indicate that the transaction under inquiry has been made using secure information and authenticated through the secure internet password along with the credit card details.

                            Once the transaction is approved on a card account, the bank is not authorized to cancel the same unless the cancellation request is received from the merchant. This is as per the credit card association guidelines. Therefore, despite raising a dispute on the above mentioned transaction, we were unable to cancel the same immediately.

                            We note that you have lodged a complaint with the law enforcement authorities. We assure you that we shall extend our full co-operation should the law enforcement authorities approach us for any information / clarification in this regard."

                            Please take severe action against the people who did this and reverse the amount back to my account immediately.

                                Hello,
                                I have recharged with 404 and it is supposed to give unlimited internet and voice calls for 70 days but instead it is valid only for 17 days. I used to get this offer as a text message and stopped getting it after a few days. I remember the offer amount so i directly recharged without checking it. I have called the customer care and they say the offer keeps changing every day. They never before informed me that the offer changes every day, how am i supposed to know? And all they say is that they cannot do anything to help me. I have already called them a couple of times and messaged them in twitter but they dont care. The company is keeping its customers ignorant about the offers and fail to say that the offers are tentative and change every day. This is a fraudulent case and also cheating. Hoping someone looks into this.

                                  I have applied request for porting my idea sim from maharashtra to karnataka circle. The request was raised 7 days back, but activation has not yet happened, and my old son is also not working anymore. The verification for activation was also done and activation was supposed to happen in 15 minutes, but the sim has not activated yet.
