I have got last month bill and it has rs.70/- for skillderby services. I don't know what kind of this gaming services and how they can activate on number without my permission. I when i call customer care person, he told me that it is third party service. Then how idea can charge me that third party service amount. Idea cellular is cheating with customer by activating such gaming services without permission.

    Dear concern, as per mentioned subject, since 4 days i am eagerly waiting for my new number activation. Initially they have given me the number [protected] after when i tried to know the activation on that number, some mr. Mittal is using this no since 10 years. Then your team apologize and given me another no that is [protected] but after number of requests still they are not activating my no.. Now they are not picking up my call also. From idea itself sent me a message that your no will be activated within 24 hrs (Verification call will be done) since now there is no call received from your end. I have also given rs.300/- for this number. No receipt has been given. First number issue, second payment issue, third receipt issue, fourth phone not picking. Everytime you people are apologizing. If idea providing these type of services i could not have to puchase the number from you. Very worst service. Now i want my money back.

      I requested for change of plan to rs. 649/- on 6th of sep as advised by customer care, as plan change can only happen on first day of billing cycle.

      This has unlimited internet plan. My earlier plan was rs. 499/- which also has unlimited internet plan.

      When i got bill in the month of oct, i got rs. 175/- extra amount subject to prorated data charge. Customer care over phone said that this is for data usage from 6-sep-2017 12:00 am till the plan got changed on the same day.

      Idea does not allow to change plan on any other date other than first day of billing cycle.

      My earlier plan and current plan both has unlimited data plan (And lots of data balance left).

      Why this kind of false billing done and above all, customer care is very arrogant for not reversing this.

      I starting advising people not to use idea. I discontinued my one number last month because of such customer care arrogance.

        Dear sir,

        I received a phone call from a phone no. [protected] from someone who claims to be a employee of sbi with name sonia sharma (Employ id sbi815562) asked me regarding my card no. And cvv no. To transfer my reward points to my account sbi credit card. I shared my details due to which 4 fraud transactions were made to idea bill desk mumbai from my account of amount 4815 each a total of 19500 rupees.

        I have blocked my card currently and have registered an online police complaint at pimpri police station regarding the phone call.

        I would request you to please decline all these transactions and help me recover the amount.

          I have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 35 for my request of activating service of blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. I have immediately cancel the vas activated. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. I think if the company charges rs 35 from all the customer base they get at least rs 50 million in a single strike. Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of frodulant activity. N180ot only that i want refund of this. Also midnight movies pack are same charge rs 180/-

              Before i recharging rs.404 mega pack i called idea customer care for its description. From there they told me that i will get internet 1 gb/ day upto 42 days. After recharging it get only 2gb data for 42 days. I want that you should raise this complain as you have cheated your customer by providing wrong information about rs.404 pack you solve this

                We were using 7 cocp numbers with 349 plans but always generated bill more than 4500 rs, still we paid till last month then we requested many times to close our three numbers and finally got cancelled from the services still we are getting the bills of all seven. Last month our 4 business numbers got suspended without any prior info, when we called to our rm mr, saurabh he told to call the near by store manager, we called up many times mr. Sunil (Laxmi nagar store mgr) he was always out of office, after 3 days we visited store then also he was not there so after waiting for 1 hr we asked to one female executive there she was totally shouting on us and said pay the complete 5000 rs bill then only look forward in to the matter else you can go from here.

                We spend more than 8 business days and wondering here and there around sunil and saurabh, but did not get any solution. Due to this unprofessional behave of idea peoples we lost our lacks business. We are totally unsatisfied from the services of idea cellular.

                  Recharge didn't happen as advertised.. Worst service from support

                  I did an online recharge through idea website for 400 with 440 talk time.. However, i just got 330 as talk time. Hence contacted idea customer care on twitter & raised a case[protected] on 22-aug-2017.

                  Still waiting for a proper response.. Support comes back & said that i made this recharge other than idea app/website. However, which is not true.. I did this online recharge through their own website, which i can prove it with my credit card statement, sms confirmation i received from idea cellular.

                  Why all the service providers in our country are like this..

                  I never got a resolution nor contacted by Support to the contacts I provided to discuss about this issue.. Could you share me the resolution here.. I was told in my Twitter chat that I made the recharge online through websites other than Idea App/Website. however it is not true. which I can prove it wrong..

                  How will I be charged by Idea Cellular in my credit card statements & receiving confirmation SMS from Idea Cellular. if I made the recharge through other websites.. I have already shared all the screenshots through my Twitter conversations.

                    I have taken pack of rs.349 which includes, std, local calls, messages, 1gb internet 4g. After 1gb data speed reduced by 128kbps which is 3g, which is unlimited.
                    After this company sent a bill of rs.1000.

                      1. The person who approached me with a request to port my reliance number provided me wrong information. He told me that i would get 1gb 4g data/day and the plan says its just 5gb. I was getting 6gb data for 299 and idea charges me 349 for the same.
                      2. The person processed my request without providing me new sim. My number was switched off for more than 12 hours.
                      3. When i tried contacting that person his number is switched off and now your customer executives are clueless about his identity and existence.
                      4. If you really want people to opt for your services, you should be accountable to people first. Your employees are rude, irresponsible and not at all cooperative as if i am dying to opt for services.

                      I want justice and redressal of my grievance otherwise i am going to vent my frustration off on social media.

                      I hope you will contact me soon. And yes i am regretting my decision to switch from reliance to your network just to attract frustration.

                          I am not at all using the post paid no [protected] since june 2017 as the sim was lost. I informed the same to idea i requested for complete deactiovation. As advised by them i made a payment of rs 594 on july 20, 2017 and requested for complete deactivation. This was accepted on the same date of 20.7.2017 (Copy enclosed as annexure i).
                          Now they are again asking for monthly payment and saying that the bill is being generated in their system.
                          Why should i pay for the service i am not at all using.

                          I had made request for deactivation on 20th july 2017. As suggested by the idea executive to clear the dues I made payment of Rs 594 to clear all the dues and also requested in writing for decativation on 20th July 2017 with a reminder that i would not be held responsible for any bill being generated thereafter. now Igot a call from mob. [protected] to make the payment again as the bill was generated by the company even though i didnoy use. I am am very surprised how the persons are threatening and asking for payment for the services not provided to consumer.This is the mistake made by the company as the sytsem was npt updated bill generated, when the request was made on 20 th july clearly mentioning that consumer be not held responsible for any bill thereafter for the no [protected] as it was lost and informed to idea through voice calling as well as email. mail dated 29th july 2017 11.04.04 IST

                              Please provide me the detail list of incoming and outgoing calls of my connection. I required it as very urgent. No help received from your agent in palakkad, kerala. So please help me to get the detailed list of incoming and outgoing in my connection. And also i want to get detailed incoming and outgoing list every month with by bill. As mobile companies provide these details by request. But when i contact your customer care they told that idea not provided this service. Please provide the details as soon as possible. Otherwise i must think about whether i continue with this connection or not.in my family all are using idea connections (More than 15 connections) we always support you so please help me in this matter

                                      I am daily receiving messages to link my aadhaar to the sim.
                                      So i went to idea store for the same. But they are not linking it. They are just everytime sending me back without any information. They are very rude. They don't reply to my queries. I just don't understand what's the problem in linking my adhaar to sim! This is going on for a month.

                                      It feels like i am not talking to idea customer care but to a government servant.
