Currently i am facing lots of issues with Mobile Data Connection .
when ever i start my mobile data connection, it not working or start working very slowly ( nearest to negligible)

Please reactivate my idea sim

I am from Kasaragod, Kerala. Even in the monsoon season I used to get very high 4G speed Internet. And now my network is in edge. I used love idea, I am using this Idea around 10 years. Now u came up with very bad network. Please fix it.

I am using my Idea prepaid sim [protected] from more than 12 years. Suddenly it started showing invalid number . If any one is calling on my number it showing invalid. Looking your urgent response on this.

Unnecessarily my sim carrier VODAFONE IDEA (VI) activated callertune and charged 99rs. This is happen everytime i recharge. Kindly resolve this

From last 5 years we are Facing Huge Network Problem in our Room and Area ..both indoor and Outdoor Network is totally Disappeared we are using Operator Connection but not getting the service

Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the Call Facilities and Data Facilities..many problem we are facing

Can't communicate with family members relatives ...even in Emergency we can't call ambulance, Doctor and Hospital To do the Treatment on time due to No Network

It is humble request to Higher Authorities of Complaint Department..Plz Registered the Complaint of Network Coverage and Send the Network Team and RF TEAM Engineer to Resolve the issue and

If Engineer Required New Tower For Installation I m Willing to give my Land For Network Tower Installation with all the necessary Permission Required Network Team

My Father's Idea mobile no.[protected] has got internet Signal issue.call and messages not connecting via whatsapp, it's showing no internet since 05 Apr 2021.

It's till date showing as Slow internet or no internet.

Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

I am facing lots of problem with idea network, inconsistency and always facing new problem.
1. When I call somebody with randomly the call divert in some of specific number and I unable to connect to person
2. Now I am facing hangup issue when someone is call me and I picked up call the devices/call goes hand up. Same thing I tried with jio sim but it's works normal. Mean I checked my device as well. It is clearly Idea service problem..

3. As per ideas recharge plan services user can't get proper services from them.

4. We are not getting our money value from idea provider's.

Please help us out.

Idea had been activating my service juice up videos without any approval from me and been deducting most of my balance amount. It stops deduction only when my balance goes nill, I want to continue using Idea service but because of this service I had to stop recharging my Idea sim.

Dear Idea, stop deducting amount without peoples consent.

After recharging with ₹51 also my sim network does not get activated . MOBILE NETWORK IS NOT AVAILABLE is the notification I am getting when dialed to anyone. Could you please look out the issue.

iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
by speking to Custmer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

1.i did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing SMS barred...but monthly iam recharging
my mobile not less than 150Rs.
2. i suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
3. i have to change the handset - tried but no result...

moreover the Custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk ...
Plz help me...

My aim ha anot been working for three more months now. First the bunch of ### said my face is not not matching. They expect my face to match after 10 Years. Then they said we will give you a prepaid SIM. When I said ok then another bunch of ### started called me to ask why I want a to change from post paid to prepaid. I said I don't want to do anything like that only you utter ### are not able to replace my sim. I was told 10 days back that I will be most honoured by you ### with a post paid sim. After another 10 days and many calls later I am told to collect my SIM. Today I collect the sim and am told it will be activated within 45 min. It's five hours and still no result. Can you ### really get any worse

In my location im not getting 4g network not even 2g data speed also im not living in village it's Hyderabad only...

I am not satisfied from the internet service providing from Idea. So I want to port my number to airtel andi tried to message to 1900. Unfortunately, it's showing unable to send the message. I can send message to other number and I am facing the problem while sending to this number only. My mobile number is [protected]. Please help me to port my number and let me know about this.

My idea sim card was not activated from today evening.

Today 30 March 2021, Idea deducted 25Rs from my balance saying charges for choosing pre-imbedded game which I didn't even activate.

Time to time, idea keeps deducting balance with some name.
Even calling customer care we don't get proper answer, also have written many mails to Idea customer care but no resolution.

I request you to refund my balance. and show some basic ethics in doing business.
