I recharged an idea number on 11th March and the money was deducted. Yet, the recharge is not done and it's not shown in the history either.

There is no signal in my phone for the last 3 days. I tried restarting, network settings, etc. But nothing worked. I checked with my neighbors (idea customers) about their network signal regarding the issue. And I understood all their networks work perfectly fine except mine.
Since there is no signal, I can't even contact idea customer care. There was no way to contact, but to write this message.
Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible ( my online classes are affected by this issue)

I did my recharge my Vi transaction I'd is N2103041144055332575984 but till now no balance please look into the matter

Recharge done of Rs 199 and my VI pre paid ref Id-ONR[protected] and my Mobile no. is [protected]

Idea cellular deducted 42rs for a VAS service I didnt order. On receiving the message I immediately deactivated the service. The service was de-activated but the money is not refunded.

Sir since from 6th March 2021 i am not getting 4G network and 3G network is also not working.
So form 6th March iam not able to use internet on your idea prepaid services
I called so many times your customer care centre but unfortunate they are not solving my problem.
Please help me because i can't hold more...

I have not avail any service for FUN PORTAL but i have changed for the same RS.20 and i want my money back

I am unable to use internet in my home
I have complaint a lot but there is no improvement

I am athang pawar. I am leaving in Bhosari since 10 years. In our society we all get network problems. We also give complaint to near by idea care but they are refusing saying that we can't do anything. In our neighborhood we have total 20-25 idea sim no one gets network there are lot of issues. If you didn't see my case then all will merge into another companies sim
So I kindly request to see my case

Idea network is very slow
Even though Sim is 4g but it doesn't remains stable.

Pehle to internet connection badia aata tha lekin abb to bilkul hi nhi hai. Internet kabhi kabhi to bilkul hi band ho jata hai. Pehle to internet bahut achha Chalta tha abb kya hua.mere ko jwaab chahiye.. abhi isko review kro and btao ki kya problem hai. Abhi raat ke 1:35 hue hai aur fir bhi internet achhe se nhi chal rha??

Since 1 month I am staying at Tarvalem, shiroda, Goa and since then i am having so much issues with the network, once in every 2 days range is going, this is happening not only with me but my full family and neighbours. I am working so i get many work calls.
Please resolve issues as soon as possible or else let me know i will port my card.

My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone

I have gross complaint against the Idea cellular Ltd (Now Idea Vodafone Co.) regarding repetitive unauthorized deduction of my balance amount from my prepaid Sim ([protected]) whenever I recharge my number with Rs 49 pack for 28 days . This has happened multiple times and the customer care people pay no heeds to any grievance and come up with a cooked up reply.
This appears to be a fraud going on with malicious intention where innocent customers are being duped off their money in disguise o[censored]nauthorized false packs activations/ calling.
This is highly unprofessional from a company of repute and this time I feel like taking redress by way of instituting a legal action against the offenders/COMPANY.
The matter has been discussed in detail with my attorney along with the evidences details.

Kindly treat this as most urgent and refund my money at the earliest and stop such cheap tactics of befooling customers.
Also you are directed to stop such unauthorized deduction without customer's approval in future lest I will be forced to move to Court of Law. Also, the matter will be evenly put up before the TRAI as this is definitely an unfair practice as well.

We are Hitech Agro Industries we have port 12 mobile number in Airtel from Idea. We have cleared their all bills even we have paid Rs.4000/- aslo to settle their account. But still we are receiving call from number - [protected]. I that lady is talking very badly and giving abuse to me and my other 12 number.

This number [protected] is disturbing me again and against even after I have paid their dues

We are very much fed up about this number [protected] calling.

Request to please take action on above agency.

I am suffering all outgoing call faied from last 15 days also the unable to receive any incoming call. My phone shows busy to callers.

I contact yo customer care, but they didn:t provide the valid solution and disconnect call without my satisfaction and talkinh rudely.

My work is stuck because of this and communication is totally stopped
