My name is sonam. I'm from haryana and my sim card is showing no service since yesterday. I've tried everything from restarting my phone many times to changing the sim slot manual network settings etc. But nothing is working.

I had an Airtel subscription but I port my sim to idea just because of slow internet speed and also some glitches. Supposing better internet speed I port my sim into idea but the idea is doing the same thing actually it's worst then the Airtel. and now I thinking should i regret about my decision. please do something on it as soon as possible

I purchased 2 shared BK plan and invested my money in that according to shared BK agreement.
from the date of Rental bicycle investors will be provide rental services for the equipment purchased by shared BK.The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 850 for 15000rupees plan and the total profit is 76500 rupees .The Owner of the Company had only one Phone number- [protected]
named Kelly Susan, They had a group in Telegram also.
They did not provide me services perfectly as it promised to me but it cheated me and scammed and run away with my money of total 15000.I invested my money in shared BK because is connected to trusted Gateway Razorpay which is most famous gateway.So please refund my amount in my account from which I Paid.
Please refund my money in my account as soon as possible.

I hope this complaint will resolve my network issue . I face problems to connect to idea network . My mobile number unfortunately show no service || Please resolve this issue I don't know how it will be fixed .

Iam unable to receive sms to my mobile number:[protected]

1) Frequent call drop from more than 6 months.
2) cracking sounds
3) could not able to hear other voice and other cannot hear my voice
4) it is really annoying to always receive message from 'vi care' after we make a call or send texts.

This is third in row Rs. 8 is deducted from my mobile balance without my consent. I haven't activated any services then how come they deduct money from calling balance? I have already complaint vodafoneidea.com but no response. All are connected and this is how they make millions.

My idea sim is show no service from 3 days but as per customer care sim start in 2 day but tiill not working and customer care can't give any response

My idea no is not calling from maharashtra to Gujarat state

Sir, I could not make international calls through BOTIM as it shows connecting but getting stuck. I have checked and all other settings are fine. Can you please rectify the issue as I have been struggling for the last three weeks?

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through Net Banking for Rs. 149 on 12 february 2021 and received an SMS with Transaction reference: IGAKMNIRP4 & SBI Transaction Ref: VSBI[protected]IGAKMNIRP4

Bank Transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, allthough the amount has been debited from my Bank account.

VI has been deducting money from cellular account balance even for no usage of it's provided value added services. Many customers of Vodafone idea network lost the money from their account balance unaware of the reason for deducting amount. This is against the consumer usage.

My self Deepak and am working in UAE for the last 1 year and 9 months. right now am not able to use the Idea sim. there is no signal. till yesterday (10.02.2021) morning, it was working properly. but after that there is no signal. i have done all troubleshoots that i can. changed sim slot, changed the phone, network rest, reboot, remove and reinsert the sim, manual network selection.. but no use. still facing the problem. i have tried to select the corresponding networks here, ( du-4g, du- 3g, du-2 g) but it shows error in connecting to the networks.

Iam using a basic mobile nokia 105 model, yesterday(09-feb-2021) i received a message with a http link of some services i discarded it and immediately i recieved another message mentioning you have charged 10rs. without clicking the link how can it be deducted, after that i called to 198 and spoke to a executive they were like now we cant do anything, he connected to his manager and he was talking very rude and saying wherever you want to complaint make a complaint and saying like you clicked the link thats why it got deducted. One of them says you opened the message it got deducted, by reading the message how can it.

Okay in the case i clicked a link, mobile which i was using doesn't have a internet and browser too. without opening the link how can it got connected that link and got deducted.

This is how they are making fraud against customers. i do not recommend this network any more.

Every once in a while I get message a message stating that a part of my phone balance is secured by choosing the FUN PLUS portal access, and I have neither clicked a link nor requested for such access. It is frustrating as there is no way to complain of it to the service provider and no links are provided for justifying such purchases.

I am residing in vennala near arakkakadavu bridge, kochi.pin 682028. Very very low network. Always we have to get out of the house to get connected. Earlier better may be 3, 4 years before

-Prepaid recharge was done today morning by icici netbanking of Rs219 & debited from my Bank A/c vide ref: BIL/ONL/[protected]/vodafone M/wwwideac.
The recharge response is yet not recd.for the same.

To continue services the recharge is done again of Rs.219.

Please resolve the issue suitably by repaying Rs.219 or extending the validity for additional time duration.
