Good evening sir/mam,
With due respect I would like to say that I have been your member since long years and even using 2 numbers of your centre (Vodafone and idea Sims). It was a wonderfull experience with your offers and networks but now it's very disappointing to say that since you have merged into Vi India, I am facing lot of network issue when indoors. Even at selected LTE (4g) it shows "E" (2g) network with very slow speed and it's getting irritated!
I have been wait for long that problem will get fixed but all in vain!

So I request you to solve this issue because it's not possible to sit outside for getting the 4g networks!

This is regarding my Idea postpaid number. I have paid the INR 3000 security deposit to activate international roaming in June 2017.
Later idea got merged to vodafone and became VI.

Now when I am trying to disconnect the international roaming they did but they are saying you will get the security deposit refund only if you permanent disconnect the number. But during activation Idea said when you will come back and turn off the international roaming your money(3000) will be adjusted ryo the monthly bills.

I did recharge 2 times and 2 times money was deducted that is 1400rs but Vi app does not show anything so i have just request to send money back or do my recharge i have screenshots and messages which shows money was deducted sent by the SBI bank .

Today morning I got a message from Vodafone Idea (VI) that my caller tune has been activated and 33 rupee has been deducted from my account.

But how !!!
I never opted for a caller tune then who gave them this power of forcefully deducting money from their customer's account by activating useless value added services.

I want my money back. And a conformation from Vi that this type of nonsense will never happen again.

I had a conversation with one of their customer care representative. He refunded back my money and deactivated the caller tune.

I asked the customer care representative to deactivate the caller tune and refund back my money. He told me that it might be a system error.

I got my money back, please close this complaint.
