    Im not able to recieve message on my phone.. I've tried everything called customer care executive he registered the complaint but its taking way too long time.. please help me resolving this issue.

    Nobody's trying to help me out. I've called several times and all they say is everything is right from our end and try to push offers. I really need OTP messages for necessary purchases or else it will be a lot of problem for me. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible!!!

          Need call details for my prepaid number

          Hello sir, i need my call details for October month. I can't get it with idea and vi app, also tried with sending message like ebill sept on 199, 12345 and 144 but getting wrong keyword in the reply. please help me out with tuis asap....

          I am unable to send message to PORT out of Idea, it is showing error 21. Unable to contact the customer service also. Iam fed up with thier service.

              Sir, today I received a message thanking me for downloading fun portal from carb6un8 and amount deducted without my knowledge.I'm sorry to say that I never touch such type of ads. Please get me refunded my deducted money.Further I suggest that strict punitive action may be taken against fraudsters involved in such type of theft cases of money.

                        Hi Team,

                        I am observing frequent deduction of 3 RS/8Rs in my account without any reason.. Everytime I got below message my 51998

                        Husband: Raja Dasrath ki 3 Raniya thi. Wife: To kya hua? Husband: To main 2 Shadiya aur kar sakta hu. Wife: Dropdi ka naam suna hai? Husband: Tu bhi na pagli DIL pe le leti hai.

                        and my 3 Rs is getting deducted.. It happens 7 times now.. Hence want to complain this.

                        Today my 8 Rs got deducted..

                        Please refund my deducted amount at the earliest. (3*7 + 8)

                        NOTE : There is no any VAS service is active on my number. Screenshot attached.

                          Idea 4g ki minimum internet surfing/downloading/uploading 100MBPS me hai lekin hamare area JHALOD {gujrat{) me is speed anubhav hume ho hi nahi raha hai generally hume 128 ro 256 kbps ki speed me internet mil raha hai aur iski kai complaint humne ki hai idea ko bas vo 3 din baad ek sms bhej dete hai ki aapka issue resolve ho chuka hai but issue vahi ka vahi khada hai aur particular JIO ke network par call nahi ja raha hai agar call karte hai to ringing hone aur hone se pehle bhi hume apni hi aavaaz sunai deti hai

                            I have received some unnecessary message from 51998 number on my phone no: [protected] on 10/10/2020 and 5/- rupees has been deducted from my account. I have never registered for this service and am not interested your service. So please deactivate service on my number [protected].

                            Please resolve my issue and refund my money, which has unnecessarily been deducted.

                            Otherwise I will opt for other service provider

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      I have a issue of 4g network since 45 days and i complaint many times but no response. They changed my sim as they was telling me that my old sim was 3g but that was 4g sim and charged 50 rupees + 18% gst.. I visit many times at vi store was no response and they gave me contact number for contacting but now they are not receiving my call and put my number in blacklist. Today also i complaint about my 4g network on 198 customer care service, however they told me to exchange the sim but how many times i have to visit vi store as i am doing service and i dont have a time to go again and again. Now new issue came from since 7 days that text messages are not sending from my vi number. Please solve my problem. I am a postpaid customer.
