Sir/madam,
I have a issue of 4g network since 45 days and i complaint many times but no response. They changed my sim as they was telling me that my old sim was 3g but that was 4g sim and charged 50 rupees + 18% gst.. I visit many times at vi store was no response and they gave me contact number for contacting but now they are not receiving my call and put my number in blacklist. Today also i complaint about my 4g network on 198 customer care service, however they told me to exchange the sim but how many times i have to visit vi store as i am doing service and i dont have a time to go again and again. Now new issue came from since 7 days that text messages are not sending from my vi number. Please solve my problem. I am a postpaid customer.

Today, ie, on 7th oct 2020, i’v got a message saying “thank you for downloading fun portal from carbun8”. I’v no idea what it is as i didn’t subscribed anywhere. Also they deducted rs.22 from my balance. How could they deduct such an amount as i’m not subcribed anything!! I’m totally frustrated now. And also who knows will they deduct the same in the future too!!!

I haven't recharged my SIM for 1 month and then recharged successfully. Money got deducted but SIM shows NO SERVICE. I have contacted to nearby idea customer service and they informed me to recharge with 49/- so, SIM will become.I have recharged with 49/- but still unable to use my idea SIM.

We were using the Idea broadband connecting but it was not good so we had decided to disconnect it and inform the same through emails. We also tried to connect to customer service but did not get response even for a single time. Now we are not using their service since last few months and switched to another service, still they are generating monthly bills.We got bill for october. Please help with this, we would appreciate your help

Actually this is totally fraud, I did not download or even clicked it anywhere.

Please refund it and pay attention in future too.

I ported my number from jio to idea now called Vi and after that I done my recharge online for 699 and the status shown was success and I received the receipt and order I'd but I received the message that this is invalid recharge then how can they deduct money for invalid plans.
My order I'd is PRE[protected]. Look into this matter asap.

From this morning my sim is not working. Its showing no network. I tried in different handset but still its not working

Idea sim card is not working from today morning (03/10/2020), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.

Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim.

I am not able to receive sms from my friends and also otp from websites, only some sms from Vodafone-Idea(Vi) I am receiving. Please resolve my problem I have to fill Gate Exam from before 7 October and for that I need to get otp on my Idea sim. Please I am requesting as not filling the exam form will waste my one year.

I have purchased a sim card & using it in dongle but card is not detected

I have idea broadband connection, since a month trying to disconnect this connection due to poor quality, but there is no option for disconnection on idea site. On Customer care number also no one is picking up calls. Mail id given on site are fake, mail got bounced.

Earlier when was not able to pay due to registered debit card was blocked, that time also there was no one to listen/help for problem. And was getting only calls from recovery. Also even after telling recovery call person to send some one to collect charges no one came, and after 3 months recovery people came at our home, and started bully my 65yrs old father. This was scary. This is very frustrating that idea is doing this type of business. Just a shame. This gives trapped and insecure feeling.

I would like to inform you that I have been using a postpaid mobile number from Idea which is[protected] from past 5 to 6 years. Due to network issues I have placed the request then Port out the number from Idea to Airtel my refund cheque from Idea was sent to my previous address where I am not living from past 3 years. I have updated my address at Idea customer care and I have sent them emails so many times that please send my refund check on R 106, 3rd floor back side entry near Krishna Mandir Model Town III Delhi 110009. After sending them plenty of emails on [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and contacting customer care so many times I got no result it's been more than four to five months I have discontinued my postpaid number which is[protected] from idea but nobody is helping me in the customer care I am not getting any revert on the emails I have been sending and Centre people are also not supporting and helping me every time when I visit the centre they simply say that the server is down I request you to please do something about it and please ask them to send my refund check on the address that I have highlighted above.

Many times call get disconnected due to the roaming symbol flashes near the sim range symbol, But I am from Maharashtra state and sim card also from Maharashtra circle. As well as there is no any other state boundary near my native place.
As well as indoor rage is also very weak, Need to go outside for making the call or using the internet, Many times we tried to diagnose issue from a mobile app then also it showing proper network.

I have been receiving an SMS every month if I have balance reading “ Dear Customer, You have been charged Rs. 25.00 and your current balance is xx.xx" Sender: 55435.

I contacted the Idea customer care and they said they cannot do anything from their end it is Gamebox. But I had never subscribed for the Idea Game Box.

Whenever I have balance in my account they deduct Rs.25 every month.

You are requested to help me for refund of money charged, the customer care also could not help out from this unwanted charge. Now the I am left with only option to not recharge my prepaid account due to un-satisfied service of the Idea Cellular service or cancel my prepaid connection.

It is the great disadvantage if the idea cellular services make un-wanted charges applied by them without the knowledge of the customer.

I've been using idea sim since 2016, and till march, 2020 everything was fine. But from the month of april, 2020my online classes started and i don't know wether its coincidently that from the same month, the network quality deteriorated too. I get disconnected from my online classes regularly cause of the bad network (Note that i live in the city, not in the countryside or any village). The download speed is really zero and the ping is very high. And not only in my class, wether if i'm browsing the net or playing any online game, i always end up being frustrated from the bad network.
Even after vi merged and formed a single entity, the problem persists.
I request the officials there to look after the problem. Or else i would shift to any better network provider.

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that my main balance has been deducted twice for rs. 21 in the name of activation for games portal with site http://bit.ly/2SZEpKv I have made no such request at any portal or from idea site or app. This is unknowing deduction on the part of idea from my main prepaid balance. This has been done my them on recurring basis. I have also tried to deactivate via sms for vas but it doea not work and shows no vas is activated on this no. Kindly reverse these charges to my main balance.
