Since the merging of vodafone and idea, i am facing slow data service even in 4g. My incoming calls drops saying server is unreachable.

I recharged idea number through Vi and what i got is the amount is deducted from my bank account and recharge failed. And the 7 day period to return money is ended.

I have idea sim card with active 4g plan. I register complaint for many time but no response from company. The plan is of 4g but speed of 2g. So look into this matter

Sub: removal of mobile tower in midst of residential area at roof of h. No.29-1442/199 sai nagar sainkpuri hyderabad, t, s, india

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of h no 29-1442/199sainkpuri, hyderabad – 5000056 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one ms padma resident of h no 29-1442/198 sainkpuri had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of sai nagar sainkpuri secunderabad

When residents of came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said ms padma for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

In spite of this, the said ms. Padma refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of sai sainikpuri that ”do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

This message came up from no where without my knowledge. I didn't download anything like this and need to get my refund asap.
Please take necessary actions.

Sometimes (More than 15 times daily) it shows roaming symbol even i am at maharashtra and sim also from maharashtra circle, as well as there is no any state near by my native place around 60km radius.

I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using can support only one game. I. E snake game, it does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution.

Hi i am idea customer from last 10 years recently i have purchased new 4g phone and i have requested for sim exchange (From old to new sim for new phone) at idea retailer strore and submitted original photo id of aadhar pan and election for 3times and each time registration is getting failed and also my old sim is also deactivated and now i don't have any active idea number please resolve my problem my deactivated mobile number is [protected] thanks.

I received a message from idea thanks for activating fun portal. Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/ and enjoy the service. I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 22rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
I have deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means.

I hope necessary action will be taken soon.

I called up costumer care but they refused to refund the amount and said you have clicked a link for its activation but i didn't click on any link and i got charged with 10rs from main balance. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
I request to repay the money they took by fraud means.
I hope necessary action will be taken soon.

I was not able to call or send sms on idea i having 26rs in my account and sms pack

I have received below sms to my number [protected] from idea:-
"as we have not received payment proof of your bill of rs 112.04 with your previous operator, you number will be disconnected by 18 sep-2020"

I have already paid and sent mail with receipt to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com as suggested by customer care people

There is response form 5 days except an auto acknowledgement

There no service on my phone for 5 days, no sure why idea is playing these cheep tricks and telling everything is online and with worst customer care people

My question is why idea is sending such nonsense sms to us? Can't they update the information their own? Or just siting and disturbing people.
