I have received below sms to my number [protected] from idea:-
"as we have not received payment proof of your bill of rs 112.04 with your previous operator, you number will be disconnected by 18 sep-2020"

I have already paid and sent mail with receipt to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com as suggested by customer care people

There is response form 5 days except an auto acknowledgement

There no service on my phone for 5 days, no sure why idea is playing these cheep tricks and telling everything is online and with worst customer care people

My question is why idea is sending such nonsense sms to us? Can't they update the information their own? Or just siting and disturbing people.

I received a message from idea thanks for downloading fun portal from carbun8.I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 22rs.Please take necessary action To deactivate and refund my money.
I hope necessary action will be taken soon

Im a retailer i have no support from the distributor of repalle pin 522265 he was selling sims and mnp for his needs only no support to reatailer s to mnps no offers to customers... On mnp his greed leads to customers loss all are jumping into airtel and jio. Demo sims are not registered on retailers name the incentive s are misusing pls send the deserved retailers

I have accidentally reacharged a wrong number ([protected]) instead of ([protected]) on 19th september 2020 from amazon reacharge service.

I am looking forward to receive a help regarding reversal of the same.

I have attached the screenshort details and provided the reference number as given by idea operater.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

I don't want any company calls from idea because i m a final year student and my exams are going to be held on smartphones and if you people call then i will lose my exam and again i have to re enter and time will get wasted. So i want no calls from 1st october to 7the october i request it about my life i hope you understand

I did not get signal from idea sim, i buy this sim from Delhi but now i am in kerala ettumanoor (home) here there is no signal, i cannot get any call from my office or frinds, i have to my work so i need to attend the call from my office, not all inside the home when ever i travel inside the Kerala that time also same problem ( kochi to ettumanoor road ). it very horrible service. solve this problum with in 5 days otherwise i have switch to other sim, because my work is very imported

I have to convert my postpaid number into prepaid number. I contact customer care executive regarding refund of security . They are saying that your security amounting to Rs. 2600/- has already been refunded. How it is possible that since I am operating my number and had not got it port then how and to whom you have refunded the security. Kindly explain

I am sick of getting calls from these spam idea customer care numbers all day (Atleast 12-14 times/day) regarding to chose plans, entertainment etc. I am really sick of it and if this problem is not solved, i will surely port my number to airtel and jio and advice others to the same.

I had given a deposit of Rs1000 at the time of purchasing postpaid sim, I got my number ported to Airtel but the deposit is not refunded to me, It has been 9 months from the port date I haven't received my deposit back

My Balance in my Idea number [protected] was deducted on 8 September. When i called Idea customer care they said this is due to the internet usage. I have asked them that i have already raised request with them on 25 July for stop internet usage deduction from main balance through the toll free number 1925. They accepted it and now saying that they cannot refund the balance and i will need to speak to some one senior, I was given number [protected] to speak to but when i call this number they say no complain history is there in my account and call is disconnected. I again called back to idea customer care asking to take my complain to which they have to refused and said now that the balance once deducted cannot be refunded unless i speak to senior.

The problem is they do not transfer my call to senior neither do they register my complain. I am writing this here after having tried all steps including emails etc. Hope this will get resolved soon.

I lost rs 22.00 on 15th september 2020 at 1:59pm by fun portal from carbun8 without my knowledge.
Kindly refund my rs 22.00 at the earliest.
Please take care of such fraudulent activities in the future.

Here i am going to complaint againt the telecom company idea i have portout my idea postpaid number [protected] with plan of 299 rs monthly on 14th july before that i paid fully amount of 352.82 rs through phonepay with phonepay id (N20071414211140960908465)
Meanwhile they have deducted same amount of rs 352.82 from my credit card throuth autopay with transaction id of (Txch8638) on 17th of july and aslo i have done payment of 50 rs through retailer
After all payment done my number has been port out from idea to airtel now they have barred my outgoing services just because of due payment of 196.98 rs i went to idea store they told me that without dues they will not activate my number all details of my payment with them but they deined to activate

So here i am going to complaint and i want here compensation from them because my number blong to my business and my business got effected just because of out going calls barred

My idea sim isn't showing any network. I just recharged it yesterday! And now i dont have any network! My dad who lives in the same house has network on his idea sim!

My idea number is showing emergency from 10 days what kind of service you people are providing? What kind of merging it is? Since this is my only number which i am using for my bank transactions. If i'm trying your customer care you people are not at all allowing me to connect to your executive. Resolve this issue as early as possible.

I am ported out from idea network after clearing the end bill
But after a month again i received the msg on my mobile from my current operator that my bill is pending...
If it’s final bill... I tried to pay online but failed
Also i contacted the local vodafone idea store... I am not getting response
Even they are unable to help me
Now tell me how should i pay the bill??
