volte not working

I am using redmi note 5 pro. I have been requesting them to activate the volte service from the last 10 days. They keep saying it will be activated in 48 hours. Once the customer care guy disconnected the call while i was talking. They end the chat service without solving the problem....

My claim no. [protected] is pending from 29/02/2020. It is not showing any update. It has been already 6 month but there is no progress i mailed 3 times and there is no reply at all

Please help me to settle my claim as soon as possible

      I hail from Gondia, Maharashtra. I have been using Idea 4G for my data pack. But the service since last few months has been very worse. Every week atleast 1 complete day, the network remains unavailable and the 4G sign from the phone disappears. We pay a large amount for the data pack and still don"t get proper service. Kindly, look into the matter.

        I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

          I am not able to access my idea Broadband connection, i raised complaint on 9th September 2020 and was told it will get resolved in 24 hours but even after more than 48 hours there is no response. Customer care not picking my call and also there is no other option to reach out to them, since idea is merged with Vodafone. They are only accepting complaint from idea numbers which very annoying. Also i want to discontinue my internet connection, because of such response, that also looks like to be impossible right now.

            I have a 4g network with 3 or 4 kbps speed. It's really ridiculous. Please solve it. Otherwise we will complaint at court.

              When i call to customer care thaamte are saying we are not from idea. We are from vodafone. And we know that vodafone and idea is now combined. I have idea customer care num only which is given in this portal that’s is [protected] for gujarat.

              Now you show the courtesy for below issue.

              I am asking to restart Amazon prime service on [protected] for which you have already charged just before MNP.

              Otherwise refund my 999 Rs for the same.

              I have already done the complaint for it.

                  My number is deactivated.. I am unable to receive incoming and outgoing calls.. I recharged with validity balance of rs 39... But still i am not able to solve the problem.. Please resolve the issue... I want my old number back.. I am not able to receive call

                    An amount of Rs 22/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. PLease note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
                    I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea. In spite of informing them that such a complaint was raised by many Vodafone Idea customers they were adamant saying that it is the mistake of the customers and not the company. The executive mentioned that all those customers whose money was debited might have downloaded some application and also to contact the handset customer care number.
                    Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    It deduced my money from main balance for downloading an application called fun portal from Carbun8.
                    I need my money back.It continued for me 2 times .

                      I have ported my number from idea to airtell due bad service and lootmar from idea - vodafone cellular.

                      I have paid all dues of my number to idea-vodafone and ported my number to airtell within 10 days. After that i have received another bill from idea of rs. 1380/-. My plan was of rs 249/- but idea given me bill more than rs.1300. I am trying to contact their offices and customer care for the same but unfortunately i have failed.

                      Now airtell has barred my number due to previous unpaid bill from idea.
                      I am going to loose my contact number due to bad service from idea.

                        I have done mnp from vodafone idea to airtel after all due completion. My family number they have taken few days to convincing to stay with idea vodafone and because of this 252 rs due happened and after this i have successfully converted both number connection to airtel. Before mnp they have taken renewal charge of amazone prime service and immediately i called them for closed that service and refund amount for the same. But they not responded. I have done several mails also. After mnp in airtel they have also stopped amazone prime service on my family number which charge that have already taken.in my primary number still amazone service is running. Then why they not stopped it. Now they are asking for due amount 252 rs which was happened because of they not gave noc at time of mnp processing with no reason because that time i completed all payment. If vodafone refund my amazone prime charge or start service again i don’t have any problem to pay their money.

                          I had made a recharge of 219 pack on 8 sep 2020 of my relative Mobile number [protected] but at the same day another recharge was made of the same amount. Can you reverse the transaction made through google pay. I have attached the payment details.

                                I have a number (Idea mumbai) which is active since many years [protected]. Now i am in kerala for last 3 years but whenever someone calls this number or i dial it from my other number, it says the number is invalid.

                                Wrong message giving. If it is out of coverage area then it should say out of coverage area and not the invalid number.

                                Its a big harassment.

                                I am a prepaid user and using two numbers...

                                I was recharged in my Idea sim @ Rs.249(1.5GB/day) on 7/9/2020 for the use of internet. I am a limited user of data, but after the recharge the daily data becomes exhausted quickly without any use. I can only use the data less than 2 hours. After then data will ended.

                                  Hello,
                                  This is ajay kapari, i'm using idea network for more than 5 years now, recently i'm facing problems related to idea sim, as i can't call and use internet from last 10 days. I register the complain through twitter to idea customer care they told me to recharge my number even then the issue was not resolved. Daily i'm messaging them and they're saying the same thing that please bear with us we are trying but even after 8 days or so my problem is as it is. I'm extremely disappointed by idea service.
                                  I had huge losses as it is my business number.
                                  No one from customer care team taking the responsibility.
                                  Help me with this!

                                    Village kirnapur tehsil kirnapur distric balaghat mp me 4g network ki befor 2week se network ki problem ho rhi h. Jike karan se hamre voucher rs. Ka use shahi tarike se nhi ho rha h. Aur uske dawara kisi bhi prakar k 4g data use nhi kr pa rhe h. Pblem ho rhi h.. Plz problem ko slove krne ka kast kre.
