I am not able to access my idea Broadband connection, i raised complaint on 9th September 2020 and was told it will get resolved in 24 hours but even after more than 48 hours there is no response. Customer care not picking my call and also there is no other option to reach out to them, since idea is merged with Vodafone. They are only accepting complaint from idea numbers which very annoying. Also i want to discontinue my internet connection, because of such response, that also looks like to be impossible right now.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
