Hi my account balance of rs.25 is being debited without any service request from user. This has happened twice now i am sharing screenshot of both messages received from vodafone idea company limited. First amount of rs.25 was debited on july 24, 2020 & now it is again debited on september 7, 2020 i want this to be resolved asap.

Whenever i put the idea sim in iphone it shows no service
Other sim cards are working fine
This problem is caused just 2-3 days after recharging
I faced this problem 4 times in 3 months

I am trying to port out from idea, i tried many times, but i receive message
"your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed".

I tried with customer care and they it is not an idea number. All recharges are being paid as idea karnataka circle. It is weird. Also, visit to store many times, no resolution.

I have already being struggling with bad service by idea on quality of network availability and also addressing customer request.

The reception of idea service in our area is less to no good so I left it only for a month with no recharge and now it says that it's barred. I've been writing to customer care asking for their help but with no response from them. I would've appreciated if they could've just suggested anything to help me un-barr it ( if it's possible).

Due to some network issue i wanted to port my idea number to jio or airtel
But whenever i send porting request to 1900 the message is showing error

We are facing network coverage problem from last 2 year due to no nearest network tower ourside... Indoor and outdoor network coverage problem in our area

Total population of our village is above 90000 but we are getting network in different area not in our area... Totally frusted of network coverage

Plz registered network complaint as per trai regulation and forward my concern to rf network engineer of network team to resolve the issue of network coverage

Plz help us and resolve the issue of network coverage

From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. Plz registered the complaint of network coverage and send the network team and rf team engineer to resolve the issue and

If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team

My idea no [protected]. Facing network connectivity issue, internet speed is too slow cannot connect zoom app, bitbucket.org.

I recharge my phone on 30th of August at 11AM through Google pay and still not yet my phone is recharged or the fund is re-paid. On that same day itself i called the customer care service and reported the complaint, and they said that the money will transfer within 7 working days. What should I do now? You guys are providing one of the worst service in the country. I'm fed up with Idea.

I'm not getting network since last week..facing many problems...cannot make caller receive sms

I got two messages from idea that they have deducted Rs 15 and after that Rs 10 from my mobile which is without my consent. I have called their customer care and mailed them but still no response. They are charging me for the thing which i have not done. Please give my money back.
Please add Rs 25 back to my mobile. I have called their customer care so many time but still no response.

Idea was working just fine unless on 8th March 2020 it suddenly stopped working. I wasn't able to get any calls and was unable to use my data services. I then went to the Idea Store, they said that I have to shift to a 4G sim to get rid of the problem. So I got a new 4G Sim and since then my network barely get 3G services. I am very disappointed, but still somehow I was somehow managing it . Now, water has gone over my head so i am here, now at my house i have no signal, and data barely works like once in 2-3 days. This isn't the thing for which i recharge ever month. When I got to the Idea store they just give us the customer care number which isn't of any help. They just play the recorded message.

I received a message ([protected]) from idea thanks for activating games portal. Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/. i didn't click on any link and i got charged with 22rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
I have deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means.

I hope necessary action will be taken soon.

Yesterday[protected]Tuesday) I received a SMS in evening at 5:16 from 55435 to my idea number [protected]; one carrying a link & informing me of a deduction of RS 25/ from my main balance. That time I was sleeping and my mobile locked as no one can use at that time. After woke up I called to idea customer care number and asked about the deduction; then they answered it was for some game activation fee and it’s done from some other third party, So we can’t get the full details but we send you the reference number of that deduction. at same time idea sent me SMS mentioning with reference number “KR11155435IGGAME025T“; that i have no knowledge of & don't want also. Is this a new scam from Idea???

Please look into the matter & reimburse my money.

My idea sim card was blocked without any reason. I have tried to contact customer support and could not able to find an option to talk to customer care executive.

I have also visited nearest idea store and got to know that i need to purchase a new sim and activate it with old number and it will cost me rs200.
