My idea sim card was blocked without any reason. I have tried to contact customer support and could not able to find an option to talk to customer care executive.

I have also visited nearest idea store and got to know that i need to purchase a new sim and activate it with old number and it will cost me rs200.

I have opened a case "resolver case 7182595" can you please escalate to the responsible team who can fix my issue. Please attachments where it shows emergency calls only and no service.
Please see below case details …. Note : if idea con't resolve my issue please let me know … i can plan for switching the provider...

Team please escalate this case … as i am working from home and really need this issue to fix asap. I called up customer case 12345 the agent spoke when i ask him to put your manager or lead or escalate issue he dropped my call … this not expected from the support. Now at least i am expecting a call back from the escalations team asap.

From last 5-6 days … there is issues with both network and data services, poor

Can see one bar or 2 bars signal strength. Calls getting dropped, can't make calls,
Disconnections, and some times network goes to emergency and no service.
I have previously reported this issue also but no fix is given. If idea can't fix my
Issue please let me know i will plan to switch network to different provider.

What i want: i would like idea to resolve the data and network issue that i am having, if can't

I have got a new simcard of idea and I have been told that I shall have to dial 59059 for activation of the same. But when I tried to connect the call there is no Network available with that sim card. So continuous message received by me regarding " No network available"

Whenever I make a local or std calls to any network, the voice is always breaking silent in every 10 secs. This is so frustrating.

Today i have done recharge of 1499 at 8'o clock in morning but my money has been charged but recharge is not done yet its more than 24 hr i didn't got any reclaim . as the ammount is huge i want a instant claim otherwise i have to proceed complaint to higher authorities

2 days back my sim stopped working and I visited near by Idea Store, kurnool road, Ongole, 523001.

They informed the sim needs to be replaced with new one and they provided me with new sim card and charged 250 rs/-, when asked them they told yes it is official.

Where as i never came across this type situation, theat charging 250 rs/- for a sim card replacement, even if it is official it should not more then 50 rs/-

Hello sir, mene abhi kuch 15 din pahale 2G sim cord ko 4G sim card karake liya he par tab se mera internet working nahi kar raha he only colling ho raha he mene 198 par bahot bar shikat ki aap se is bare me coll back bhi huwa par mera internet working chalu nahi huwa. Mene Rs-555 recharge kiya he.agar mera internet apako chalu nahi karna he to Rs -555 muje vapas chahiye.

Athain sheikh m idea ke 4g network nhi aa rhe h, yha pr 4g tower bekaar ho gya h. Hum bhout baar complen kr chuke h.

While i was recharging the idea number with idea web portal and myidea app, the save card for future transactions option was enabled.
Now i wanted to remove the saved cards, but i didn't found any option.
When i called idea customer care, they are saying there is no option for that.
If we didn't login also, the saved cards will show on payment page.
Company will be responsible for every fake and illegal transaction in future.
Rectify the error ASAP.

I received a message from vz-ideacms which you can see from the attached image. I did not download or subscribe to anything. I have seen a lot of complaints regarding the same issue. Please respond and give a valid solution for refund of my money.

I am using Redmi 4A mobile handset and using Idea sim card 4G since last two years but i am facing network issue since last one year.. Now I am totally upset and disappointed by Idea network connection. I am not receiving a single line network. My Mobile No : [protected] Please resolve the complaint at earliest.

I had recharged for rupees 98 idea data offer through google pay. but the plan hasn't been credited to my number yet.

In my area the internet speed is good but there is very latency. I am unable to play any game. I had complained lots of time but they are saying we are enhancing our network in your area. I have a plan of 700 but now i feel i had done a very big mistake of choosing idea.

Hi.. with just 24hrs notice in the form of an sms which said submit self-attested identity proof and address proof and 1 passport size photo ti the nearest vodafone store, my erstwhole idea number was disconnected. I went to the vodafone store today who told me that they can;t deal with idea numbers. I went to the idea store who told me that he can;t help me and that i may find help at the main center. however offered me no guarantees that my number can be returned.

I ported my jio phone number to idea recently. Yesterday my jio network got disconnected and i inserted my idea sim. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, it does not connect. Kindly resolve this issue as this is my primary contact number. My phone number is [protected].

My idea sim card, which I had bought from Hyderabad, is not receiving any signals in Mumbai since the last two-three days. It was working just fine before that. I tried all these steps:
1) putting sim in slot 1
2) setting up in manual network
3) calling customer care and verified that sim is activated
4) restarting the mobile

Still the issue is not resolved. Please help me resolve my issue.
