Your team was not solving my problem that is more than seven working days. I didn't receive my 599/- amount on till date. How bad services serve on your side. This is my complaint Id MP-I[protected]. Worst Idea service and Worst network.

    I received 2 sms today afternoon from 55435- one carrying a link & in the same minute another sms informing me of a deduction of 25/ from my main balance. It was sent one after another so there was no way i could even have clicked on the link to accept or deny it. When i called customer care they said it was for KR11155435IGGAME025T- some game apparently, that i have no knowledge of & dont want also. Is this a new scam from Idea???

    Please look into the matter & reimburse my money.

    Today[protected]Tuesday) I received a SMS in evening at 5:16 from 55435- one carrying a link & informing me of a deduction of RS 25/ from my main balance. That time I was sleeping and my mobile locked as no one can use at that time. After woke up I called to idea customer care number and asked about the deduction; then they answered it was for some game activation fee and it’s done from some other third party, So we can’t get the full details but we send you the reference number of that deduction. at same time idea sent me SMS mentioning with reference number “KR11155435IGGAME025T“. that i have no knowledge of & dont want also. Is this a new scam from Idea???

    Please look into the matter & reimburse my money.

    I got only a deduction message, I contact with with Idea store and they telling that it was a game service provided by outsiders not by Idea. At the time of deduction, out going services of my number was barred, still the deduction happened. Customer care people wont processing the refund. I think its a new scam from IDEA

        I did an online recharge on idea website on 17 August 2020 and since the money was deducted from my bank account after considering my online credit on the website, i expected idea/ vodafone to pass on the benefit. But understand that idea is blaming a third party whereas post the payment the website itself stopped working. Upon calling your customer care service, they promised me to return my money in 7 days - which i haven't received yet.

        I have e-mailed the query and Ms Gayathri. S from the call centre has been copy pasting the same reply instead of solving the query.

            I am writing you to bring in your notice that i am facing problem with my past idea postpaid connection number [protected], now switched in airtel.

            My current services which is with Airtel now will be disconnected soon, if I will not pay my idea outstanding bill. I have also got a message from Airtel to pay outstanding bill on this link :-https://www.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/disconnected-number

            Due to the merger of Idea in Vodafone, my Account Number was changed to Relationship number. And the Customer Care representative made me a phone call to tell me the updated Relationship Number. So my payment is successful. Receiving of the due payment is also acknowledged by Idea to Airtel. Thanks to forum.

              I have recently got two messages together from 55435, one message contained a link and the second one was for notifying 25 rs has been deducted. When I contacted customer care executive, I was told that I subscribed for some power service. But in fact, I got two messages almost together so that I couldn't even open/subscribe them even of I wanted to. This is nothing but theft by idea cellular and I want full refund of the amount

                Dear sir\mam i had done recharge through my idea app on 1 June 2020 to no [protected] of amount 699/ money dedected from my bank account but i dint get recharged my bank account no [protected] (SBI BANK) and my trangetion ID is ( IGAISCRFM3) i speak to bank members they told money dint came back from idea customers and idea coustomers are not looking to my problem from pask few days they are not refunding amount ogf my plese look at my problem and refund my money

                    We had raised many complaint in our location vodafoneidea had helped us through out on my complaint and esclation

                    Network team had came at out location and they had identify the root cause of coverage and they optimises all the nearest site from our location and also increase the parameter but still network complaint not resolve from their end

                    They had declared new site in our location for that they had taken all my land photos and vodafoneidea had approved new site on my location

                    Network team engineer had told us we are planting new on our land once all paper work will be done from our end u will get the rent of our land

                          To whomever it may concern.

                          I am unable to receive text messages and otp on my prepaid number since last 4 days, it is really annoying to face this issues when almost all of my work is done though same.

                          Secondly, tried contacting their customer care and all i get to hear is it will be resolved within 24 hours, been listening to this since last 4 days.

                          Kindly resolve the matter as earliest.

                            Idea always finds different ways to deduct my main balance - some of the ways i have experienced repeatedly are-
                            1. Receive a call from an unkown number and your balance is deducted just for picking it.
                            2. Deduct for caller tune, something which i have not signed up for.
                            3. Receive a promotional sms from idea and balance deducted.
                            4. For validity of talktime extension balance deducted automatically.
                            Etc.. There are many more i have been facing and this is highly frustrating and not the way you want to treat your customers
                            I have almost lost 500rs on this scam of idea

                              I have recharged for rs. 449/- on 21/08/2020 through paytm app with below reference number.

                              Correct mobile number : [removed]
                              Date & time of transaction: 21/08/2020 @ 02:23 am.

                              I have called the customer care to reverse the recharge and transfer the recharge to the correct number. No one is ready to listen and help me in this regard.

                              Is it always the case that no one will ever make any mistake while recharging or you don't care to resolve such issues?

                              Please assist.

                              If i don't get proper response, i might have to approach consumer court to get justice in this case.

                                Frequently idea balance deduction amount 8Rs/-, 10 Rs/- without activating any VAS service in my mobile. My balance is 60 rs/- by July 28th, when I checked my balance at present it is showing 4 rs/- eventhough not using my idea number since July 28th. Please help

                                  My claim no. Is [protected], i had made a claim of my phone's display not working as i myself had fallen down as i had slipped in which my phone was damaged accidentally.

                                  Initially i had problems uploading claim documents, i was told to upload documents within 5 days and there was size limit error, i was unable to upload even a single document on their website idea. Dsspro.in. So i emailed them all my documents and screenshots of errors about files not being uploaded.

                                  Whoever uploaded those documents from their side didn't upload all documents. 2 days later on 15th of august, i got an email from them saying documents incomplete and that they didn't receive images of phone's box and upload within 5 days.

                                  I called them and told them to upload that specific file which they didn't upload. Re - emailed them those specific document.

                                  And the person from their side uploaded all documents which were already uploaded and along with that uploaded screenshots of errors as documents of clai, that too on tuesday - 18 august 2020 - afternoon 4pm, after reminding them multiple times to upload them. I have also recorded the calls.

                                  Today after checking claim status on website, it says claim repudiated (Refused), there was no reason mentioned why it was rejected. I also did-not receive any email as stated by their website about why it was rejected
                                  (Screenshots attached). They still haven't verified those documents, and without verifying, without any reason, they have rejected the claim

                                  Today (19 august 2020) at 6 pm i called them, no one is there to answer the call. No way to speak to a representative.

                                  Vodafone - idea, is this a fraudulent scheme?

                                  Upon speaking with their Customer Representative, I got to know that my claim was rejected due to the reason that I made claim after 24 months of manufacturing date which is totally false. My Device manufacturing month and year is September 2018 . After I told the same to them, I got a reply that they don't count 24th month, which is fraudulent

                                  It contradicts there terms and conditions as stated in their handout - section 3, clause no 27 stating that "Any loss where the month of import or month of manufacturing is more than or equal to 24 months at the time of claim" is invalid . This no way states that 24th month isn't counted. This is just a lame excuse on their behalf.

                                    On 5 august 2020, from my idea app i tried to recharge my idea prepaid mobile no. [protected] for rs. 699/- and paid by net banking of kotak mahindra bank a sum of rs. 674/- after applying coupon of rs. 25/-. I received a message from kotak bank that "as requested, rs. 674.00 has been debited from your account no. Xx5953 on 05-aug-20 through kotak mahindra payment gateway vide ref no. [protected]." however recharge failed. I contacted idea customer care executive 2-3 times. However cce told that on 5 aug 2020, recharge of rs. 674/- was not done. I raised a dispute with kotak bank of this amount. Kotak bank vide it's email dated 17 august 2020 informed me that "your dispute regarding the online transaction has been rejected as the amount is settled in the merchants account.". Therefore it is clear that rs 674/- has been credited to idea account.
                                    Therefore i request idea to refund rs. 674/- which has been deducted from my account of which recharge failed.
                                    I submit herewith copies of email of kotak bank dated 5 aug 2020 by which amount was debited to my account and also e mail dated 17 august 2020 by which the bank informed me that "your dispute regarding the online transaction has been rejected as the amount is settled in the merchants account.". I also submit a statement of the bank account in which there is reference of payment.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I tried multiple emails and call to idea company but they failed to resolve my issue.

                                        As there is no network, I am unable to receive any banking OPT, I am in very bad situation now as I am stuck badly due to corona.
