Hi Team,

I tried multiple emails and call to idea company but they failed to resolve my issue.

As there is no network, I am unable to receive any banking OPT, I am in very bad situation now as I am stuck badly due to corona.

In this current situation, all isp are making customer fool. I'm getting 10-15 kbps internet speed on 4g recharge. Even 2g internet seems faster than you 4g internet speed. Either establish the good network connection so that we can get for what we pay or deduct the recharge amount. It is not worth to pay for 4g and get worse speed than 2g even.

I'm from up east and my pin is 274409.

Please this concern seriously.

My mobile number [protected] has been charged Rs 25 on 16th Aug, 2020 for unknown reasons. I contacted Idea cellular costumer care and one of their executive told me that the amount has been taken not by the idea cellular, but by a built in game content in my phone and they also said that they can't disclose the name of the service by which, my money was lost. And they also suggest that I may contact my cellphone manufacturer's service center in order to resolve this issue. They just send me an SMS response about that false transaction only after reporting my complaint on 17th Aug, 2020 which is mentioned below.

"Hello! An amount of Rs. -25 is deducted on 16 Aug 20 11.24 am for KR11155435IGGAME025T on your Idea number."

I am using my Nokia 7 plus phone made by HMD global for the last two years under various networks and I didn't face such a complication till now.

Here is my humble request to help me to find out a solution for my loss of money.

I tried to make a call today from my idea number and found out that services to this number have been temporarily withdrawn. I never received any call or sms informing about the same. I have been using this number for more than a year now and i was using this number today also im quite surprised what is this? Please reactivate this number asap as this is my only contact medium. Look forward to hear from you.

I recharged my idea no. from bob app the money got reducted but no recharge plan was activated on my number insted i got a message from idea ..

Internet speed from few weeks get very slow. Earlier the internet browsing as well as downloading speed was amazing but these days it's difficult to load a page. Please fix this issue asap.

I have gone through 4g sim upgrade procedure 2 times in the last two years. Still there are unresolved network issues for which customer care suggests me to upgrade my sim to 4g. As seen in the attached picture, there is 4g mentioned on the network symbol at the top of my screen which is the proof that my sim is already registered on 4g network. This is the worst experience with idea.

Network in my are is always flucating
It automatically switches to 2g (E)
It sometimes returns back to 4g one in thousand times
Why does it happens plz help me
I have also complained to the custumer care but there is no update in performance it still flucates

मैने मेरे आइडिया मो.न. [protected] पर my idea aap के माध्यम से 449rs का रिचार्ज किया जो कि मेरे idea aap में मौजूद 50rs का कूपन लागू होने के बाद 399rs का भुगतान amazon upi के माध्यम से 5 अगस्त 2020 को साय 4:47 पर किया
लेकिन मेरा भुगतान पूर्ण होने के बाद मुझे इसका कोई लाभ नहीं मिला और ना ही पैसा वापस खाता में आया

I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 3 rupees on my number in 2 time. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number ([protected]). It has happened multiple times on 14/6/2019, second one on 30/7/2019, third one on 12/9/2019, fourth one on 21/4/2020, fifth one on 11/8/2020 which shows the identity name as jammu & kashmir (Jk bank) (Ramban main branch).

Sir... Maine august 13 ko apne mobile no. Pr 249ka rechrge krwaya tha.. Jism offer 1.5 gb per day tha... Lekin ab ye offer 0.5 gb per day dikha rha haii... Esse phle maine apne mobile no. Pr 699 ka rechrge may 21 ko krwaya tha. Jism offer 4gb per day tha... Eski validity 3mhine k liye thi... Lekin 2mhine k baad mujhe 1gb per day milne lga... Esi vjh se maine 13august ko 249 ka rechrge krwaya tha... Lekin ab usm 0.5 gb per day dikha rha hai...

Iam not at all getting idea network, i had complained more than three times. But no response from the company

I very dissappointed using idea network. I complained so many times for poor internet connection but again you dissappointed me.
So i finally decided to leve idea network and port my card into another network
Last i will requst to all other user of idea user to stay away from your network
